My husband and I got there around 1 on a Sunday. We expected a wait. Waited only 10-15 minutes and were seated. however, we did not receive our food for about another 45 minutes. Asked for rolls 3 times (all in which tables around us were getting there second and third baskets). Didn't get our rolls (2 might I add) until our food finally came out. I was suppose to get a house salad. Finally after not receiving it i reminded the waitress and she told me I could just go make one at the bar. The food was alright, but not worth an almost hour wait. The waitress did try to make up for it in the end by not charging for my salad and giving us drinks to go. Not sure if they were under staffed or what... I think I will stick to the other locations: brass lantern in Lawrenceburg, TN and legends in Pulaski, tn.

I though it was a solid choice. I kinda thought it would be nicer, ended up more like a family type joint, just a bit nicer. Steak was flavorful, a bit fattier than I normally see, but was tasty and done just as ordered. Waiter was nice and prices were about right everything taken into consideration. Reasonable prices make up for a slight disappointment in the quality. I will probably go back.

I had the grilled chicken over rice with black eyed peas and fried green tomatoes. It was great. The staff is friendly. The key lime pie is good but not great.

Legends has a prime location in the heart of downtown Florence. There are no other restaurants in downtown like it, which gives it a uniqueness. It is a steakhouse by name, but their menu is speaks various food languages: from steak to seafood, from burgers and sandwiches to quesadillas. But don't let this frighten you. Unlike other places that offer a plethera of plates, Legends does them well. Some of the plates range from $11-25, but I ate for under $10, and was well filled. I went in with low expectations, but was throughly surprised. I ordered the Cajun Stacked Prime, which is a seasoned and spiced prime rib steak topped with saulteed onions and swiss cheese on a toasted French hoagie, and smothered in their speacial horseradish. It was very good. The prime rib was cooked perfectly--juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The saulteed onions added a nice smoked flavor, and the Swiss cheese added a third dimention with its melty blanket over the sandwich. The horseradish proved a good accent too: it was not overbearing, but added a slight kick. The French hoagie was a good choice for the sandwich: it was toasted brown and crisp. It also came with a side dipping sauce that was similar to an au jus. But the sauce was not a necessity because the sandwich alone was moist and juicy. For my side, I substituted the cliche French fries for a sweet potato. It was well cooked, and steamy when it arrived. It came with their special cinnamon honey butter, which rocked! They also bring out dinner rolls with the same butter before your meal. The rolls were slightly burnt and not that great, but the butter is exceptional, much better than a Texas Roadhouse butter. The salad bar offered a good variety of items, but what captured my taste was their macaroni salad. I am always wary of these on salad bars because they can sometimes make you cringe. This one was excellent. It was very cream, ribboned with gooey cheese, and littered with bacon and chives. I recommend it. Overall, Legends is a great place to enjoy a meal. In my opinion it surpasses Demos', Texas Roadhouse, and Logans. My prime rib sandwich was far, far better than the one I had at Demos' (which was litterally meat and bread. There was no sauce or cheese or onions). So, head over to historical downtown Florence and give Legends a try. You won't regret it.

Ordered the prime rib and it came out cold like it was in the fridge or cooler. Told the waitress about it she warmed it up. She was the best part of the meal. Not sure if a cold 18 dollar prime rib is great for the restaurant. Be aware what you order.

Florence has so many wonderful restaurants; however, this is not one of them. We ordered an order togo, the girl who took our order over the phone seemed rushed and impatient; and she came off a little rude. We picked up our order with a little wait which is understandable due to the crowd at the restaurant. The food simply subpar, we got the Norwegian Salmon Orleans, the salmon was well season but over cooked and the sauce that went with it was just bland. We also got the Asiago Pasta Primavera with chicken, we did not receive the chicken and the pasta was bland, and the vegetables seemed too be just frozen vegetables, not fresh. And lastly the desserts, the ordered the strawberry cake and the Carmel pie, however we received the chocolate cake instead of the pie. However both cakes were just store bought cake mixes, same with the frostings on both. Over all, I would say never eat here.

Food was ok. 3 people in our party never received their food, took 45 minutes for them to bring our checks after we ate. Do not take a large party!

Food's alright... If you feel like waiting 3 hours for it. No joke. Do not go here on the first Friday of the month.

There are few restaurants in downtown Florence with menus expansive enough you won't get bored with them. Legend's might be at the top of that list. The restaurant itself sits at the heart of downtown, between a cobblestone street and the post office. It's like a Ruby Tuesday's with a dash of local flavor. I've eaten here on enough lunch breaks to find my favorite items on the menu. Join me on my tour through these delicious dishes. Boneless Chicken Teasers with Teriyaki Sauce Potato Cheese Soup Hamburger Steak (Tuesday special) Fried Pork Chops (Thursday special) You might also want to check out the salad bar. And don't miss the $3.99 burgers as the Saturday lunch special. As for desserts, they're homemade. I recommend the Key Lime pie or the cheesecake. Service is very good. And mostly very friendly. Mary is usually behind the bar during lunch hours, and she will always take care of you. They're building a nice patio which should be open for summer, adding a really awesome option for comfortable days outdoors. Lunch prices are very reasonable, and you can't beat the sweet tea.

I gave you a 6 month rest. I visited Friday night before the Christmas parade but not really by choice. Ricatoni's was too crowded. I should've passed. The results was my wife and 6 year old ended up sick. They had salad, I did not. Food was average, service terrible. I'm done with you guys.

Great steak and huge salad bar. Deserts looked good but just couldn't eat another bite. Low price for a good steak.

We had a great meal here. The atmosphere was relaxed and the wait staff did a good job. The rolls with the cinnamon butter were fabulous!!! The chicken fried steak and prime rib were good.
