The Bone In Ribeye was excellent. Sourced from local butchers, it was The BEST I've had East of the Mississippi. And, it's a bargain at $65. In Dallas, this would be a $200 plate. And, get there before the sun goes down for views of Florence, the Tennessee River, and Wilson Dam. Don't miss the large historical mural on one of the interior walls depicting the construction of Wilson dam, pre war. All in all, a very good dining experience. Four stars.

The 360 Grille is pricey relative to restaurants in the area but it does offer a fine dining experience. The view and service are great. The food is fine and cooked well, but the menu and flavors were not as impressive as I had hoped. I had the spring salad to start which was a large portion and fresh but very lightly dressed. I also had the truffle fries, which were crispy but covered in large pieces of parmesan, and the scallops add-on, which was two scallops that were perfectly cooked and tasted delicious. The graham cake was not what I expected from the menu description; it was a large slice of a light, graham cracker cake with a small amount of chocolate sauce a scoop of marshmallow ice cream. The ice cream was great but the cake was slightly dry. Overall the dinning experience was fine, the menu prices may be slightly high but the view and ambiance are worth it.

My wife and I had the pleasure to dine at the 360 Grille while on a business trip to the Shoals. I had made reservations for sunset and upon arrival we were promptly seated and offered water and cocktail. Immediately you will be taken by the wonderful views of the Tennessee River and Wilson Dam and the sunset is not to be missed. Our waiter was very attentive and hoovered , but that is preferable to no attention. Our appetizers were very good and the main course was great. We highly recommend 360 Grille!

The 360 Grille in the evening offers amazing views of the Tennessee River and the Wilson damn. It is relaxing and thrilling at the same time. The service was excellent. Chris was informative, not only about the menu, but also about the surrounding area and events. The warm spinach salad was delicious. I had the filet, Pittsburg style, and it was cooked to perfection. I will come back.

Totally overrated! We love the view and sometimes have dessert here but the food is overpriced for the quality!

This restaurant not only provides some of the best views you will ever see, it also provides an amazing service experience and food that is unlike anything else! We were blown away by the care and the varieties of the foods they offered. We will defiantly be returning.

Nice view & atmosphere. That is what the overpriced menu is covering. If that's what your looking for, great. I'd rather go to George's .

Great view, Great service, Great menu, Great experience. I sat at the bar and only had a drink & an app. My app was a lump crab cake served with fried green tomato and a mustard-vinegar cole slaw. DELICIOUS!

This is truly a fun experience! It is pricey, but you get what you pay for! I really like the ambiance and the rotating tower. The view is absolutely amazing! Thursday night they usually have a $20 steak dinner, which isn't too bad! This is also a great place to take the wife for valentines day, birthdays, or anniversary's! I will definitely return!

We stayed at the Marriott one weekend this summer, and loved it. I have loved rotating restaurants since I was little, and was surprised and excited to see this one when we pulled up to the hotel. Of course, I insisted that we go. We did get reservations, but it turns out that they were not really necessary - as others have mentioned, it was pretty quiet up there, probably a reflection on it being a high-dollar/high-class place in an out of the way hotel in a small town during a recession. It certainly had nothing to do with the quality of the restaurant itself. We ordered a bottle of wine, appetizers, dinner, and dessert. All were fabulous. We both had the filets for our main course, and they were perfectly seasoned and cooked - by far one of the best steaks I've had in quite a while. Dessert was some decadent fabulous chocolate confection. The service was excellent. We had two waiters working as a team, and I think they only had a couple of other tables, so we had everything we needed right away, but still with a relaxed non-intrusive manner. The key attraction is, obviously, the view. As another reviewer mentioned, we made it almost exactly a full turn before it was time to go. The sunset from the tower was amazing, and we loved the views of the dam and the river. It is pricey, I won't kid, but it was definitely worth it for a splurge dinner at a fabulous rotating restaurant. We'll definitely recommend it, and will return ourselves as well.

Can someone please tell me why in the HELL there is a space needle/tower in Florence, AL? No? Well, that's why I love this place. It's odd and wonderful, the food is great and the service is exceptional. This place is expensive, but if you do your research you can find some nights where the deals make it affordable, even for an average joe. I really fell in love with this place and can't wait to go back.

We didnt have any food here, so I cant speak on the quality of their menu, only to say that it looked quite enticing (although a little pricy, especially for the area). My rating and review is solely for the ambience and experience of it all. I had never been to a revolving restaurant before and was intrigued to do so. We rode up the elevator with a couple, and not knowing what to expect, when we got off the elevator we were greeted by a hostess. She asked the couple what their reservation was under, which to me implied that they were booked. It was Saturday evening at dusk, so that wouldve been understandable. Turned out that they werent all that booked. We initially sat at the bar, then moved to this cozy lounge section furnished with very nice and comfortable leather lounge chairs, located on the revolving portion of the restaurant. The speed was set on 1 revolution per 70 minutes, so we didnt quite make it all the way around, but it was still a very nice experience. The Renaissance Tower (where the restaurant is located) is 300 feet tall, with a view of over 30 miles. It is Alabama's tallest tourist attraction, and offers a terrific vantage of both the Wilson Dam and the Tennessee River. We ordered the 360 Makers- which was their take on a bourbon and ginger ale. It was a little weak, and not all that amazing. Then we tried a local pale ale- I believe it was the naked pig or something of the sort. It was very hoppy, but good. They have a happy hour special for the bar/lounge area that starts at 8 I believe, but we left before we could check it out. Id definitely recommend coming here, if only for just a libation. If you are staying at the Marriot, then this place is a must. Definitely come before dusk and witness the sunset; after that, there isnt much to see.

Would have given it a "5" but I just ordered cocktails and appetizers at the bar...missed the jazz trio/combo by one day as I was told they perform on Fridays. Bar staff was very professional and courteous....had the veal pate, PRIMO!! This is a great place to take a date....mucho privacy.

We tried out 360 and were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and experience. We came early to experience the bar, and service and selection exceeded expectations. We were allowed to remain there until we were ready to be seated, and did so roughly 20 minutes after our reservations. The hosts were very accommodating in that. I was pleased with the revolving table, as the views were amazing. Since it was cloudy, we did not get to witness a sunset, but that would only add to the experience. Apparently the chef works off of two seasonal menus, winter and summer. IMO, there should be a spring and fall menu as well if they are going to abandon a static menu. We started off with the crab cake, which was in my top 5 ever! I will say that the portion should be greater given the price paid. One of us had the filet, which was average, but appetizing. The other had the scallops and short ribs, and was very pleased with the presentation, preparation, and flavor. I was a little let down by the portion sizes, but did not find the entrée prices to be unreasonable. Service was courteous and attentive to our needs, but I found myself looking for him on two occasions. Overall, it was a good experience, and I plan to return.

Hands down, by far, the best restaurant in the Shoals area and one of the best in the state, if not the South. I live near The 360 Grille and I'm very glad I do. I'm not home very often, but I take advantage of this place every opportunity I get. I've eaten here at least 20 times and I've never had a bad meal or a bad service. Nothing even close. The Kobe Filet is outstanding, the Foie Gras is great, the Lobster Bisque is amazing and the Jumbo Scallops are top notch. That's just to name a few. They have a menu change periodically, but don't fret, it's all good. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who want an excellent dinner. I didn't even get to the drinks, which are as good as the food. Great selection. I love this place and I will always be a customer. My only regret is that I'm not home more often to enjoy this truly fantastic place Disclaimer: I travel for a living. I dine out at least 5 nights a week when I am on the road. I dine at restaurants 125-150 times a year in various locations. I've eaten at some of the best restaurants in this country. I know good food, atmosphere and service from the bad. I am nice diner. I don't complain unless absolutely necessary. I tip well. If I say something sucks, which is rare, it sucks. If I say its wonderful, it truly is

I would say the food and service met expectations, given the price. The food was excellent, but expensive. Fundamentally you want to be facing west at sunset, but the restaurant can rotate at different speeds (a complete rotation was 90 minutes the night we went), so you need to do a little homework to figure out the optimal seating location. Basically ask them how long a rotation will take, get a reservation that many minutes before sunset, and ask to be seated on the west side of the restaurant when you arrive. You'll be in the prime location at sunset! The 360 Grille makes for a wonderfully unique dining experience and worth the drive from Huntsville.

The 360 Grille is a first class restaurant, serving delicious and creative inspired by the agricultural heritage of the surrounding region. From the first step, the staff was friendly, efficient, and professional; always referring to our table by name, ever present but not overbearing, and happy to cater to individual needs. The food was simply inspired, starting with a warm and slightly spicy jalapeno cornbread with cool, fresh tomato-infused butter. The Kobe Meatloaf proved a tender and succulent appetizer. The smokey BBQ lamb loin was divine, nicely complemented by tart peach baked beans and a creamy white coleslaw. The cornbread pound-cake topped with buttermilk gelatto and fresh berries that was creamy and subtly sweet. And the lavender truffle finished the night off lightly. I have to also commend the restaurant for the elegant choreography of service which was timed perfectly with a single, full rotation of the restaurant. 360 indeed. I would highly recommend this restaurant, and easily rank it with other great restaurants I have visited in the past year in San Francisco, London, and Dubai.
