Yummy! I'm in love with their chips and dip! Very nice staff and lovely atmosphere each time I go. I always get the chicken quesadilla and it always amazes me.

Just "okay." I've eaten here around three times the short while I've lived in Enterprise. And it's nothing that great to me; nothing that makes me say, "I can't wait to go back to Santa Fe!" The drinks are only so-so. The service (waiters and waitresses) aren't that good and don't seem to care if you have a nice dining experience. The food is okay, but they never could cook our steaks right--for health reasons we don't consume rare/undercooked beef--and apparently this isn't a frequent request at their restaurant because our steaks always had pink inside. For better tasting and properly cooked food, I'd rather just go to the Ruby Tuesday down the street...

I"m a fan. You can't go wrong here. I love making a mess so flicking peanut shells with the intent to make the floor a natural disaster is my favorite part. They have some good deals on beer. The burgers are 1/2 pound and tasty. Steaks are cooked as ordered. The service is friendly, but sometimes they've either gotten way too busy or just forgotten about our table. Get here early or eat a snack and show a little later in the evening. This place gets packed! Cool decor. Chill atmosphere.

The service wasn't that great and the food was okay, but nothing I would return for. Especially at their prices. The quality of food at Santa Fe has definitely declined over the years.

My wife and I go about once a week and sit at the bar so we don't have to wait in line. Bartenders are nice and make a great mojito when they have proper ingredients. Cool atmosphere and they recently added beer on tap. Pretty good place overall. Always busy.

So, my husband, who travels a lot, came home to spend the weekend with me and we thought we'd give Santa Fe a try. Huge mistake. We went early, around 4:30, so we could get in and get out without a long wait. After the hostess stared at the seating chart for around 3 minutes, i guess trying to figure out the best place to put us, we were finally seated. There were approximately 10-15 people in the whole place. Our waitress came, took our drink orders, a Samuel Adams Cold Snap and a sweet tea, then we didn't see her again for about 15 minutes. She gave us the drinks and asked if we wanted an appetizer, we didn't, then took our order. Now we aren't fancy people, we ordered chicken finger with potato and steamed veggies and a 12 Oz med-rare with sweet potato and salad. The salad came and was covered with gross, slimy brown lettuce. I couldn't believe that they would even let that leave the kitchen. Then after waiting another 35 minutes our food finally arrived. During our wait the waitress didn't check on us not once. So back to the food. I ordered ranch with my chicken tenders and it had poured out on over 1/2 the tenders, the waitress said, yeah, sorry about that! Really!!!??? So on to the steak, med-rare turned put to be well done. It was inedible. We waited for the waitress to come back so we could have it taken back but of course she never showed up. My husband had to get and and find her! So they took the steak , but I didn't want to eat all my food and then be done when his came back so we waited, and waited, and waited. Finally the manager came back with the steak. No apologies, just, yeah I hate over cooked steak too.... again REALLY! So the next steak was cooked good, however over 1/2 the steak was straight fat. I couldn't even believe it. So, to make a long story short, stay away from this place. Huge waste of time and money!

I wish I read all reviews before coming. The service was horrible. It took 20 minutes for our server to show up. I ordered my daughter's meal and asked for it to come out as soon as it was done. They forgot that. Our salad and meal came out at same time. Asked 4 times for straws. All servers and hostess were at the front just hanging out. Meal was average chain resturant food.

I love the way this place looks and feels. It very relaxed. The appetizers, drinks and desserts are good but the main entrees are nothing spectacular. I ordered a fajita salad with chicken and it had 4 slices of chicken. The chicken was good but come on let's up the portion. This is consistent with other items as well. We have tried their fajitas, burrito, stake, and ribs. Service is good though.

A mediocre steakhouse. Filet was tender but undercooked and WAY over seasoned. Had to scrape the seasonings off with my fork. The cheese stick appetizer was the best part of the meal. If you want steak go someplace else.

  • Regina D.

Just plain awful. We have tried it several times throughout the years. Not my kind of steakhouse

  • Mary P.

Went in to get a steak, mine was still mooing when I ordered it med well. It was bloody. Waitress never came back to the table to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. I would say it's ok, but you are better off spending your money elsewhere.

First off our waitress was very nice and attentive. Every one else was way off their game. The bartender wasn't at the bar and no one seemed to know where she was. We got our appetizers and it's wrong even though the waitress wrote it down correctly, we watched her do it. Next the manager who seems not to care about handling his business didn't do anything about what was going on. We saw a customer take his own ticket to another waitress because she was just chilling with the so called manager walking around and nothing is being done. So now more than 20 min there with the place empty we still haven't gotten our drinks and the appetizer had to go back because it was wrong. All that said and there's more we will not be going back here. Wasted time here!!!

Keitha was a great waitress, 5 stars! Food was 3.5 star good. Catfish was small but not tough. Green beans were sweet in not such a good way. Yeast rolls to die for! My hubby's burger was just okay. Queso was yummy.

Sat down at the bar here recently with my Dad and Bro. The wait for a table was 45 minutes, so we hit up the bar. The decor is pretty creative and I typically loathe these kind of chain joints that just throw random debris on the walls. This place has a ceiling fan that is worth stopping by for alone! The thing is like twenty feet across, no joke! Go check it out. My food was... eh not that great. I should have ordered steak I guess. My Dad and Bro enjoyed their NY strips. No draft beer here, some strange county regulation explained the waitress. But they have a good selection of bottled beers.

  • Ross K.

ordered over the phone for take out. ordered the santa fe jack burger sliders medium cooked with a side of Queso and chips. the burgers were overcooked to a point you could use them for hockey. what saved the dinner was the chips and queso. the dip has sausage in it which gives it the great flavor i did not expect. order did not take long even though the restaurant was 75% full. would i go agian, not for take out...

We came in and it was packed. Immediately I thought that was a good thing. Once we were seated and the waitress took our order. We were served with some bread, but no drinks. She had forgotten our drinks. When she came back around, we asked her for it, she said Sorry and would be right back. She forgot AGAIN! At that point it was just funny to us that this girl could forget us so many times. I'm not going to hold it against her, it was a really busy Friday night. I'm sure every family from Rucker was there. I had the steak salad and I think my husband had some kind of taco salad or something. All in all the food was delicious, they got my order correct, no cheese, no croutons and light on the dressing. They also hand out this bookmark thing for kids, if your kids read 10 books and have their teacher sign the bookmark they get a free meal. We will come back here again!

This resturant is one of the crummiest run places we've ever eaten at. We have given it several opportunities to change our minds considering its one of the only chain style resturants in Enterprise to eat at. Everytime we've been here, they take FOREVER to come and acknowledge us and take our drink orders. The food was just ok most of the time and the customer service was horrible... seriously awful. We won't be going back, ever.

Great food. I had the steak and broccoli. The other 4 guys I was with loved the place and one of them was on their fourth visit since being in town. Look forward to eating here again

Bad service. Improperly cooked meat. Soggy unseasoned vegetables. Bad fries. Crummy themed atmosphere. I ordered the Chicken Santa Fe and it was just horrible! Lumpy cheese on cardboard. Never did get drink refills. Epic restaurant fail.

This place is seriously hoppin every time I have driven by. A friend had their dinner birthday there recently and I was pretty pleasantly surprised. I'm fairly new to the South so the peanut shell on the floor steakhouse thing is kind of weird - but I'm told its normal. The food was typical fare, well prepared. One person in our party had a way undercooked steak but other than that I think everyone was happy. Check out the really cool fan in the bar area. Ohhh yea that reminds me. We sat at the bar while we were waiting for our friends and the bartender was reallllly pushy/salsey. I hate that.

  • C K.

OK, the way this place looks is pretty cool. I like all the stuff on the wall and it makes me feel like I'm back home. The food I'm having mixed feelings on. the Texas toothpicks are a good way to start. We had 4 people and everyone had one, and that was enough. The chips and Queso are pretty good and I'll say that the queso is prob among the best out here. The steaks are a little over cooked at times and I'm guessing the cooks are still getting use to the grills, which they had better figure out real fast. The chicken fried steak that Eric was talking about is not a chicken fried steak. Its a frozen dinner, warm up that was horrible. I didn't even want to finish is I was so disappointed. Overall this place can be great, they just have to get their feet under them and take off.

This restaurant rocks every time my family visits. They're always nice, we're always waited on promptly. The food always rocks....LOVE their burgers! We've been there three times and each time had a different waiter, each one was awesome. Their atmosphere is great, the bill is low for a place like this. And, if you have a birthday they give you a free dessert. :-)

  • Nick F.

Been here a few times and have always had great food and good service. The texas cheese stick appetizer is awesome. They have a 32oz. steak challenge that if you eat it all you get a card good for 10% of your meals for a year. Mixed drinks were a bit much but beer was reasonable.

So I'm back in Alabama visiting my little brother (CK) and he insists this is the only decent place in town to get dinner and a cold beer. So we went. Being from Texas, I have to laugh at the menu items because this place is obviously trying to make you feel like you're in Texas. "Alamo Chicken"? I was not aware that Davy Crockett and his fighting bretheren were coming up with new ways to cook chicken while getting slaughtered. Also, "Fredericksburg Quesedilla"? I'm pretty sure that Fredericksburg is known for their German food, not their German /Mexican fusion cuisine. Anyway, to the update. I ordered the Santa Fe chicken. When reading the description on the menu, I got as far as "mushrooms" and "pepper jack cheese" and thought this is what I should have. I should have read the entire description. When the dish arrived, it was covered in a yellow sauce which I thought was some kind of rotel cheese dip. But it wasn't. It was honey mustard dressing. I like honey mustard, in a cup on the side that I can dip my food in. Apparently, this place prefers to slather it on like gravy. The chicken was grilled, tender, and good (once I wiped off the dressing). The loaded baked potato was good as well. Another in our dining party ordered the chicken salad and swears the lettuce wasn't fresh, but rather was wilted and old. The beer was cold and the waitress kept them coming. I guess the honey mustard thing with the chicken was my fault for not reading the entire description on the menu, so I'll keep the 2 star rating.
