Went for the first time today. I got some nigiri sushi and my daughter got a sashimi lunch box. Even though I really dislike the sushi I have had at Miyori, and this apparently has the same owners, I had a good experience and would go back. The presentation, atmosphere, and service were all very good. The food was what we expected - yummy. Follow up: went back today and brought both husband and daughter. He got the beef bento box, daughter got the sushi box, and I got edamame to share with table, along with a few pieces of nigiri sushi. I tried a little bit of everything and once again, was very pleased. The beef was delicious, the tempura and gyoza were lovely, and our waitress was very attentive and friendly even though they were quite busy. Will probably start coming here regularly and I feel very comfortable recommending the place.

You need to try this place for sushi if you are in UCLA (Ugly Corner Lower Alabama). I went in there the first time during that really awkward time between rushes. I really wanted Sushi though, so I was going to make the decision to get take-out. The sushi-chef (who is hilarious and friendly) convinced me to stay by pouring me a water and setting a place at the bar, even when I said I would just take my stuff and go. We joked a lot. I took forever to order a roll because there are many good choices. While I sipped on miso soup and hot tea (hooray) the Chef says to me, "You're taking a long time, how bout you tell me your favorite things?" So i did. And together, we created the Chinook roll. That's right, Enterprise, I left a Ft. Rucker mark on a sushi roll. It is called a Chinook roll because it can carry a whole bunch of stuff just like its namesake. It's delicious. And you can order it from him at the bar. He recognizes me every time I go in and I feel pretty welcome there. It may not be the BEST in fresh sushi (come on people, it's the middle of SE Alabama) but the atmosphere makes up for it. Everything tastes good and you should go....and order the Chinook roll.

too much fake crab and "crunchies" (deef fried batter junk)....otherwise, o.k. We were told after we ate that we could ask for real crab. I don't think I should have to ask for "real" crab if the description says "crab"...I'd only expect imitation crab if the description said "Surimi". Oh well, when in Enterprise.....

This place is awesome! Definitely very good for Enterprise AL! Get the house fried rice or the surf and turf roll

I was surprised to see the extensive and authentic menu of this place. I just arrived to Enterprise from Hawaii, and I was not disappointed. They had some really good uni and everything was fresh and tasty. The fried saba appetizer is crunchy yet melts in your mouth. A definite "let's go back"

This place replaced our favorite Miyori with their service, similar quality, and significantly lower prices. If you are looking for a hibachi bar with all the showmanship, Miyori is still the place. however if you are looking for all the same cuisine as Miyori without the showmanship, and just the quality for about 30% less, this is definitely the place. We went about once a month from Sep12-Feb13 until we moved. Hope to see it there again if we return.

Wasn't expecting much considering it's in a small town, but this was even less my expectations. Decor and staff were very nice. The food was horrible. Udon broth had no flavor. Temupura shrimp roll was not a tempura shrimp surrounded by ingredients inside a roll, it was a steamed shrimp packed in with tempura crumbs. Yuck! Everything seemed drowned in tempura crumbs. House salad dressing was horrible. Honey Mustard in a Japanese Restaurant??? Really? How about a ginger based dressing or Wasabi or even a soy based would have been better than honey mustard.

When we started going here - it was 5 stars of awesome. Loved the Saba Appetizer and the food and service was great. The last few times we've been the service wasn't great -- our drinks ran dry, the Saba has been unavailable for a few months worth of visits, the Sushi wasn't cleanly cut and not the freshest, errors with the bill, and food was slow to come out and didn't come out together. I think we might just start sitting at the Sushi bar and ordering straight from the chef or going elsewhere.

Instantly loved this place. My husband and I will return. For what it's worth, I have rated this place on what I call the "enterprise curve", (and I'm not talking about the boll weevil circle). There are really no stellar stand-out restaurants in Enterprise, so after a couple years being here, you have to lower your standards to remain happy and sane. Really this place deserves a four. But based on all the Sushi/Asian places in Enterprise, it gets a five, because this is the only Asian place that I would step into. We had great service. When my husband and I walked in, we were promptly catered to and quickly seated. Our server was very pleasant, attentive, and helpful. There was not one moment my glass went half empty. She ensured we had everything we needed. The atmosphere is very nice, especially for Enterprise. Everything was very clean.... very clean. There are only a handful of restaurants in Enterprise that are as clean as this restaurant. If you go to Miyori's or that Asian buffet, you'll find tables and chairs feel sticky and have an unclean smell to them. Saki Sushi, looks, feels, and smells clean. Also, it is tastefully decorated. Now the food. My husband and I ordered the California Roll, A Spider Roll, and a Don Katsu Dinner plate. The sushi, was hands down so much better than the sushi at Miyoris -- about the same size, but hands down better. The Don Katsu Dinner plate was awesome, it came with so much good food; miso soup, brown rice, tempura, potstickers, yummy sashimi, and the chicken Katsu. Overall, this is the best Japanese place South of Montgomery, AL, and North of Florida. If you are in the vicinity of Enterprise, and you need your Japanese fix, this is the place to get it... really you don't need to drive to Dothan for sushi.

I like Saki much more than Miyori (despite being owned by the same people). The service isn't anything to call home about, but the atmosphere is great and the food is good. I had a shrimp tempura roll (special order, hold the crab!), seaweed salad and a crunchy shrimp roll... my boyfriend had one of the Steak Hibachi dinners. We had the steamed gyoza as an app. Like "Muriel M." said, I've rated this place on "the Enterprise curve". The food is tasty, fresh and presented nicely. Anyone who said the sushi portions are "small" obviously doesn't frequent sushi bars very often. Sushi rolls are only so long. One portion is one roll. Order a couple of things and leave feeling full, but not sick. You're not at Larry's BBQ, you're not going to leave and have to loosen your belt. The hibachi portions were rather large at Saki, in my opinion. I will definitely return. The prices are on point with other sushi bars. Thanks, Saki!

Establishment is clean and Asian like. I came in for lunch and enjoyed a lunch time special. For about $9.00 it included sushi, fried tempura, and a cucumber salad which also came with soup and a salad. I highly recommend and i will be back!

Saki Sushi is the best thing that has happened to Enterprise. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The environment very nice. The food is to die for. Presentation of anything you order is beautiful! I am currently making my way through the menu trying something different each visit but the Yum Yum Maki .... Mmmhmmm mmmm gooooood!!!

This place is new to the Enterprise area. I think they would have better business if they changed some of the ways they handle things. First of all, everyone is nice and polite. The servers are very attentive and are always walking by and asking if you need anything. Plus. The problem that I have is that I ordered their Dragon Maki, which on the menu says "Fried Softshell crab with avocado, cucumber and Eel on top." WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET IS FRIED CRAB LEGS, and no, not the big alaskan crab legs, the little itty bitty crab legs. BIG RIP OFF. If you're going to ONLY use the crab legs off the actual crab, say so, don't say Fried Softshell crab and then jip your friggin customer from the rest of the best. That's poor business ethics and pretty damn shitty if you ask me. And you charge $9 on top of that? You're effin' out of your mind. This place thinks they can save a dollar here and there by jippin their customers like that, but what they really did was make sure a customer (who normally drops more than $60 every time they eat sushi) NEVER returns to their establishment again. Good job. Don't believe me? I included a picture =) I hope they read this and make some changes, I'm all about saving money, but don't rip off and don't piss off your customers. Rule number 1.

This is my 3rd trip back to Rucker for different schools. I love the sushi bar in Daleville, but yesterday I saw this place coming back from Walmart and had to try it. Very very very good sushi!!!! I would say this is one of the best places I have had sushi!!!!

If you are looking for sushi and you live in Enterprise and you don't want to drive to Daleville then go here. This used to be my go-to for sushi when I was at Fort Rucker, but then I discovered Tokyo Sushi in Daleville and couldn't bear to go to anything sub-par. The sushi here is ok, the rolls are small and over priced and everything depends on if you get a good sushi chef because they seem to go through different chefs and the newer ones just aren't that good. There is only one waitress that is awesome. She remembered my drink every time I came in and she was great. Everyone else has been terrible. They either don't wait on you except to take your first order or they forget everything you ordered and get it all wrong. I recommend sitting at the sushi bar to avoid the horrid service. However you probably won't get your drink re-filled. I remember I took my mom and sister here when they came for family day (before I knew Tokyo Sushi in Daleville existed) and we had the worst service. The waitress barely came over and never refilled our drinks at all. I want to say that isn't the norm but I have had that issue more than one time since going there. Again there is one waitress who is great at her job and I always will give her a big tip but the others are absolutely horrible so it is just luck of the draw when you go in there. They do have good music and their decorations are nice.

For the price of their sushi there should be more Unfortunately it's not enough for the price. It was ok to me this is coming from a sushi lover . I love everything fresh which it didn't really taste all that good. I recommend "Tokyo sushi" in daleville which is a few more minutes to drive from this location.

The food here is great for fast sushi. The service is great, the food is good, you get a LOT for your money. My very picky boys love the food. I would definitely recommend for lunch.

I have been searching for good sushi since moving from Seattle, and finally got some decent sushi here! The only reason this place is not getting 5 stars is that the appetizer soup was a little weird... Definitely not miso, and it had some fried onions and mushrooms in it. Kind of tastes like a Japanese style French onion soup? The appetizer salad was also bad, and had watery ranch tasting dressing, do hot order a house salad! And I ordered saba, but no one seemed to know what it was even though it was on the menu... Now on to the good part. The sushi itself was delicious. We had three rolls, one of which I can not remember the name. All of them were tasty, and I would eat them all again! End of rant.

A little on the steep side when it comes to prices but the food is extremely delicious and care goes into preparing it. The service I received was outstanding.

None of the pictures people posted were anything I experienced. Black leather menu, not paper. Sushi was not as fancy and fun. Mainly the boring typical rolls. The volcano roll was the best of my choices but it wasn't awesome. Spicy tuna wasn't spicy. My plate didn't even come with wasabi. Everything tasted kind of bland. The 2 young girls waiting the tables were immature anid awful. They complained to us about the 30 young kids that rolled in before close, forgot our drinks. Took our order twice. Etc. Not sure if I'll be back

In town for work so first time here. I read the reviews to decide where to go. We were pleasantly surprised to find decent sushi in this part of the state. I would suggest this place if you are looking for sushi in this area.

Service was very good. Steamed dumpling were bland even with the dipping sauce. Philly Roll was good as was the squid salad (Ika).

I love this place! The lunch specials are fantastic and the sushi is custom made if you like to add something to a particular roll. This is one of my favorite places to eat for lunch.

Exterior and Location: Big building, not eye catching and terrible entrance. Nothing wrong with any of that just wanted to state the fact. This restaurant is located within a big plaza near Zaxby. Interior: Nice decor, very pleasant to come into and enjoy yourself. Inside was not decorated with all sorts of Asian themes. It was simple and eye pleasing. Food Taste: Sushi/Sashimi, my first experience here I ordered take out Sashimi Deluxe (assorted raw fish). The fish was cut way to thick and the quality wasn't exactly the best. Fish was chewy and for a Sashimi Deluxe it did not contain much fish for you to enjoy. I would kind of glad since it was not that great. I had to drown mine in soy sauce and ginger because the after taste was noticeable. My second visit here was with a co-worker. We were both visitors to the state of Alabama. Wasn't expecting much from sushi/sashimi here but we gave it a try. This time we ate at the restaurant. I ordered the Charishi this time (assorted fish with seaweed salad with rice underneath) The sashimi this time was good, not great but good. Everything else was decent. I would recommend this over the Sashimi deluxe any day. I would still rather drive the 10 minutes to Daleville and eat sushi at Tokyo Sushi. Service: Very good, the girl there was able to help answer our questions and was very quick to replenish our drinks and asked how everything was for us. Overall Review: I give this place 3 stars because for a sushi place for the price this needs to be a lot better to get 4 stars. If you are going to serve sushi/sashimi you need quality products and not serve cheap ingredients and short cuts. This place needs to get their act together and become all you can be in Alabama :) Get it because this is a military town LOL. When there are very few options in Enterprise/Daleville you need to be the best. I would say this place will close down if they don't step up their food. I rather drive 10 minutes to eat in Daleville.

Some of the best Sushi I have ever had. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was very helpful in recommending different options to try. Very good meal and not that pricey as long as you are careful about your selections.

The food was okay, service wasnt the best, atmosphere was nice. Our server wasnt too friendly or attentive. We ordered 3 rolls: spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, and rainbow, side of fried rice, and some edamame. The rolls were pretty small and averaged $8-9. They didn't taste the freshest but still descent. Overall it was an alright experience. Not sure if I'd recommend this place for sushi.
