Nice variety of sushi, hibachi items are very good too.

Never had hibachi here, but the sushi is pretty darn tasty! Also great for take out.

Not very impressed. Would possibly go back but not in a hurry. Atmosphere was descent and the service was friendly though. The food just wasn't all that great.

The one thing I was did not like was the hostess or lack there of. We stood at the door waiting to be seated with about 10 other people for about 30 minutes before anyone came over to us, and there were plenty of empty seats. Once we sat down the cook was entertaining, and the food was as expected from a japanese steak house. The best part was the orange sauce. Seriously use the orange sauce on your salad, on your rice, on your meat, drink it if you want to.

The positives about this place are insane, don't know what other people are used to but thank goodness I know better. I think the only niche they have is being in enterprise. Nobody knows what it's supposed to taste like. Sucks

Clean, good waiter but new and not knowledgable at all. I asked for recommendations and he suggested the California roll before admitting he didn't really know any of the rolls. Every question we asked he had to run to the sushi chefs and ask which turned into a long process, but he did try. Sushi is my favorite food and I've eaten a whole lot of it. I liked what we had here, it definitely wasn't the best I've had but not bad for a smaller town. Miso soup lacked flavor. My main gripe is they are very expensive on their sushi pricing for mediocre and smaller rolls. Because of this I'll wait and have sushi in larger cities.

This rating only applies to the sushi bar as that's all I have had. This was way better than my previous Alabama sushi experience, but still had some rather obvious problems. Taste was ok and I didn't feel ill afterwards. Nigiri was torn again but not as badly as before. Maki construction was better but the ends were pretty sloppy. Also the pieces were nowhere near the same size. Some pieces were nearly twice as thick as others. The spicy tuna roll had something that tasted like a mayonnaise based sauce in it. Not sure what the idea with that was but it tasted alright. Maybe some really spectacular hibachi can earn them another star later... 1-6-09 Update A dozen visits have come and gone now. Ordering sushi here is like reading a mystery novel. There is no way to tell what will happen in the end. The hibachi wont be earning them any stars. The udon on the other hand, could be the diamond in the rough. And I feel like I've sifted through 14 tons of dirt to find it.

Solid sushi and Hibachi grill for Enterprise, AL. There is seating for 36 each in the two hibachi rooms, and they have normal seating in between for another 50 people. The chefs are nothing special and do the typical acrobatics with knives on the stove and they are ok grillers. The sauces are not fantastic but they are eatable. This is a good place for dinner in Enterprise with a friendly staff and ample seating.

Shockingly tasty hibachi. And so cheap! Not really much to say. Between myself and my coworkers we had the chicken, filet, scallops, shrimp, strip steak, fried rice, veggies - pretty much the whole gambit. Everything was well cooked, well seasoned, and seemed very fresh. Nothing amazing, but nothing negative to say. Our chef was a bit rough on english, but put on a good show. I'd go back. Maybe the best food in Enterprise right now.

It's pretty funny that I had to travel to Alabama for good sushi! Ha! Had the seared tuna, cucumber salad and various rolls. The red bull and shrimp tempura roll were yummy. The Philly roll was good but had a little too much cream cheese. Good experience, better than Wichita sushi so far!

We came here for Hibachi one night, the place was fully packed, very good sign for me. Anyways, my husband and I had the steak and lobster hibachi and my son had the chicken. Overall the food was great. We had ours cooked medium and that's exactly how he cooked it, not a degree over or under, just perfect. Really big portions and plenty of sauces to choose from. They don't charge extra for miso soup and salad which I think is great, some other sushi joints charge and that's so weird to me. And the dinner came with free dessert, I'm not a big dessert person but Vanilla ice cream and a fortune cookie was simple but light and great. So good that I didn't even get to enjoy it because my son inhaled mine too.

as far as it goes this is something you really wouldn't expect to see here but then again it is nice to have. every time i have gone in i have been pleased with what i order. the hibachi is really hard to screw up but non the less it is good. the sushi is also pretty good and i would eat it again there. put there is always the chance of them screwing up something. sometimes just depending on the time and the crowd that is in there it can get pretty slow, but over all it is a good place.

One of the better places in enterprise, you get a ton of meat for the price. It's one of those Kobe steak places where they cook in front of you which is fun if you wanna smash sopporo beer an catch shrimp in your mouth! Cheaper than most kobe steakhouses
