They don't know how to make a burrito. Last time (yes, we gave them two tries!), I thought the waitress led me astray; this time I realized they just don't know what they are doing....won't be trying this again! Disappointing....makes me miss Cali even more!

I eat here at least once a week, sometimes 3-4 times a week. For the price, it can't be beat in Enterprise.

WHOA! Love the salsa! Haven't had decent salsa since moving from the west coast! The food is cheap and decent. Definitely found my Mexican go-to for the Enterprise area!

First of all, I could have just eaten the chips and salsa all day. Someone please bring a bucket of the salsa to my house! The food was good but beware the chalupa is cheese and more cheese with some good meat... And more cheese. All around I was pretty impressed compared to what else Enterprise has to offer.

I used to LOVE this place, but it has definitely started declining. The salsa tastes more like marinara sauce and the server that I've had the past few times is pretty rude. I MIGHT try it again in the future to see if it has improved, but I doubt it.

We rarely eat Mexican food out but have made if a point to come here whenever we visit our son who's stationed at Ft. Rucker. It's really, really good food! Don't miss it!

Yum yum yum! Good Mexican fare, fast service, good prices, and kid-friendly. We'll definitely be going back whenever we get a craving for Mexican.

This is by far the best Mexican food in LA!! I have only eaten at the Eprise location but have heard the Daleville store is even better. Service can be iffy but the food is always awesome.

This is my sisters' new favorite Mexican restaurant, and since I'm visiting for Christmas, we decided to go here for lunch. I ordered the lunch special #5, which was a burrito with rice and beans. I was a bit disappointed in the burrito, as it didn't really have much flavor, and there seemed to be some sort of aftertaste that I couldn't quite put my finger on. The salsa was nice and chunky and tasted good, and the chips were hot when first brought to the table. It seemed that they cooled rather quickly, though. Because my sisters highly recommended it, though, I would give this place another chance on my next visit, perhaps. It was the lunch hour and service was friendly, but a little slow. Overall, I could only muster two stars for this visit.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
