Good hot burgers, fries are yummy. Onion rings were below average. I ordered a chocolate malt which was tasty but had little malt flavor and really just tasted like a shake. Friendly service. They have crayons and activity paper which we appreciate as parents of a toddler. We are pleased to have it in Enterprise!

Great place to grab a good burger. Bright and clean restaurant. Hostess was super friendly and explained the menu for me. Order took about 15 minutes, but was hot and fresh. Great portions and everything was made to order. The manager was my server and she was a bit dingy, but super nice. Military friendly with a 15% discount. Definitely plan on going back. Good family restaurant. Price was great. Had rings/fries basket, bacon cheeburger and a shake for about $9.00

We tried to eat here today after finally accepting the name of this establishment. It was crowded Sunday lunch rush but wanted to give it a go. Being seated was quick, but it went south after that. The menu is complex with thousands of options but good luck getting a minute to look at it, as soon as we got it we were pressured to make a decision on it right away, I asked for a few minutes but out server kept coming back to our table, I just picked a basic burger layout and she never returned, after 20 minutes or so we had not seen our server or a meal and decided to leave. The manager, a young man apologized when I tried to pay for my drinks and explained that they just had got a entire new cook staff and give them a try again in the future. We will see as time passes

We went here about a month ago and haven't gone back. I just forgot to review the place because it wasn't listed on Yelp at the time. The girl at the counter treated myself and my husband as though we were illiterate. She absolutely would not leave us alone with the menu to sort out what we wanted. Every time my husband said what he wanted she countered that he should do something differently - trying to be helpful but really being a HUGE pain in the ass. She later stood over me watching while pushing me to fill out a compliment card she had handed me. We waited forever because one of the employees (a young guy who looked to be 15ish) thought part of our order (basket of onion rings and fries) was his for an end of shift meal and literally grabbed it from behind the counter and sat at the bar with us and started eating it. So, of course, we had to wait for them to cook it again. On the plus side, the incompetence was innocent enough and made me laugh A LOT. My burger was ordered medium and came out completely past the point of well done -it was too dry to eat and ended up in the garbage. The guys in the kitchen were cursing and complaining at the window over who knows what while we sat riiiight in front of them. The manager was in full on rant mode (again, right next to us) at all of the employees about how they were spending all of their time cooking food for themselves ahead of food for the customers. Just a surreal/craptastic/over-priced/lengthy experience where we were just about the only customers in the place. This one star can represent the fact that my husband was moderately ok with his burger since he managed to eat half of it - then again, he is more accepting of overcooked meat. Since this experience, we have driven to Five Guys in Dothan twice rather than return to this much more convenient location where we could once again enjoy being treated like 4 year olds who don't know our own minds by a teenage waitress.

One more for the great service and the great shakes. The servers have always been outstanding and friendly, and put up with a variety of patrons both friendly and frown full. Some complained that this place is run by a bunch of kids, but I think it's a great environment for many to take on the challenges of their first job. Shout out in particular to Cameron, who we've had a number of times and she gets better and better each visit. A little on the high side as far as price? Yes. If you want a burger with all the toppings you want, make it cheap and easy yourself at home. You're going out for a kind interaction with good people, a fun environment, in family friendly food. Looking forward to my next shake and onion rings!

I dined with three other friends on a Tuesday night and we all had problems with our orders. Some of the orders were not entered correctly and some were not even entered at all. The burgers were not cooked correctly and the food was very mediocre at best. The worst thing was that the very young waiter didn't even try to hide the fact that he just didn't care that our orders were incorrect. He even admitted to having forgotten to put some of the orders in! To top it off, he even screwed up all of our checks. The kid could do nothing right. The managers were nowhere to be found and should have been coaching and teaching this young waiter, helping him and when told that the orders were all wrong, she just shrugged and said, "You should have said something sooner and I could have fixed them." or something to that affect. Poor service and mediocre food at best.

So glad I decided to eat here on a whim. Excellent service. It was my first time eating there so the hostess explained the menu to me. Very good food. I decided on the fried pickles for an appetizer and a chocolate milkshake. Both were excellent. The milkshake was thick and creamy. The fried pickles had just enough bite to them. Not too tart or bitter. I ordered the serious burger cooked medium with pepper jack, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, and guacamole. The burger was great except I wish it had more guacamole. The manager came over several times to ask how was the meal. Very attentive wait staff. All in all its a great spot to have a meal.

This was my husband and I's first and last trip to Cheeburger. They advertise awesome milkshakes, but it was literally the worst milkshakes we have ever tasted in our entire lives. This is not even an exaggeration. They were really watery, and tasted like vanilla milk, despite us getting the flavors of s'mores and Oreo. I do not usually waste food, but both of our milkshakes went into the trash...we couldn't even drink them. The hamburger was ok, good sauces and pickles, but the thickness was not what we ordered...much thicker than the size we requested and uneven. This led to uneven cooking and some bites with tons of questionably cooked hamburger and other parts dried and over cooked. The fries were great, but not enough to give this place an encore or more than 1 star.

We love this place!! Staff is super friendly and attentive, our drinks are never empty, and even when they are super slammed we still receive the same quality of excellent service. We always get the burgers because they are super juicy and flavorful, and the mountain of sauces and toppings they have to choose from make for new and interesting flavor combinations every time, a pregnant ladies dream!!! I always have to get an order of onion rings, they're thick and crispy and the fried mushrooms are also delicious! The Oreo cheesecake shake is probably one of the best shakes I've ever had! Even if we're stuffed to the gils we'll generally take one to go. The prices are more expensive than regular fast food faire, but you are definitely not getting fast food flavor or service so it's worth the extra coin.

Lunch here was a disaster. We were seated quickly, but it all went downhill from there. I ordered a milkshake and after 5 plus minutes of waiting I was told that they were out of one of the ingredients, I cancelled my shake order. It took a really long time to get our food and once we did get it it was all wrong. We ordered half onion rings half fries, but we were only given onion rings. They put the wrong cheese on my husbands burger and on my chicken sandwich. They took them back and scraped off the cheese and put the right one on. I still had provolone remnants on my sandwich and my new cheese wasn't melted. Once the cheese was corrected my husband realized the guacamole and pickles were missing, they brought them on the side. The burger was ordered medium, but was rare and he didn't eat it. Onions rings were ok, but very greasy. The fries were under-seasoned on the salt and over-seasoned on the pepper. They discounted our meal 50% for all of the problems. We will not be back.

Great food and an unbeatable selection of shakes. The burgers are cooked to order, juicy, plump, and awesome. I love the sweet potato fries and marshmallow dip. And the shakes are awesome. I will note though that you should be wary of the online ordering system. The past 3 times we have placed our order online, we have arrived at the restaurant ready to pick it up only to find out that they either didn't print the entire order (hello? not really hard to do!) or hadn't even started making it yet. I wonder, why even offer the online ordering option if you can't fulfill the orders correctly and on time. I really hope they improve in this area.

I have to keep reposting the same review because for some reason Yelp wishes to keep placing it into the filtered content, yet they never give a reason why... Guess I'll just keep updating it every month or so... no sweat, but I thought they wanted the true reviews, not some made up crap the owners and managers like to put on here.... Oh well, here it is again... Food is OK. The big allure is the Pounder. The Onion rings are the best thing there. You usually get shorted on the shakes; they're pretty good, but way too expensive (as is everything on the menu). I've been there several times and almost every time, my order was incorrect. The buns are always cold. The sautéed onions are always cold. However, if you complain. they will remake it for you. Unfortunately, it takes about 20 minutes to get it the first time. I just tell them to forget it and they always give it to me free (I'd rather not wait that long a second time). The dining area is too small, the tables are very close together, and not at all large crowd friendly, although they do their best to pull tables together, which usually causes a dining room maze. There is no place for the kids to play, so a lot of parents just let them run around and make messes. The servers do a good job, but the kitchen is always under staffed it seems. I've never once seen anyone there wash their hands, even after leaving the rest room. (I wonder how many people did not wash their hands and touched the same door knob the staff touched to open the restroom door?) Just saying'.. You can sit at the bar and watch the kitchen. Lots of bad habits in there. I know they use gloves, but gloves are no good if they are put on using dirty hands... Management is a joke. That one guy with the goatee was the only one that seemed to be trying to manage anything. He was a hard worker, always running wide open. I heard he was gone. Smart guy, he worked too hard. As I said, I've been there several times, but it's too chaotic most of the time for me. One last thing: there is a 15% military discount.... that's a good thing. But... I'm a 9 year war veteran and I can't get the discount... however, a 15 year old dependent of an army officer that has never seen combat can get a discount just because he has a dependents I.D. Fancy that.... Also a senior citizen 55 or older gets a discount, but a war veteran that is not retired, and not active or a dependent, can't get one.... LOL, what a joke.... Will go to the competition instead. 1 Previous Review: Show all "

I ate here once and will never go back. Being a burger place, one would assume they would know how to cook a burger when you ask for "medium". When my burger finally came out, it was brown on the outside but so red on the inside that it looked like uncooked hamburger meat from the supermarket. I am the type of person that will NEVER send a meal back but this burger could have possibly gotten me sick. I asked for another burger. Service is painfully slow as both burgers took forever to arrive to the table. They also gave me the wrong size milkshake compared to what I had ordered. For both of the mistakes the waitress and manager were kind but these are mistakes which should not happen at an establishment that claims to be good at making burgers and shakes.

Great burgers and shakes! Medium burgers come out medium, Well done comes out well done. They have the standard assortment of Monin syrups to make whatever crazy flavor shake you want. The turkey burger is also pretty good for those watching fat intake.

Very yummy! I LOVE the fries and how they are always kinda on the over done side. I always get a semi-serious burger with cheddar, bacon, and BBQ. Never seems to let me down when I order it!

This was the first time I tried to eat at this establishment. The welcome was friendly enough, even took the time to go over the menu. The told us to enjoy... For a place less than 50% capacity there service was terrible. No server came to take a drink order or food order. They served the table next to us, even cleaned the table next to us. Well after waiting 10 plus minutes we told the hostess/front counter. Still time goes by...so peace out. I will have nothing good to tell anyone and in this one horse town word of mouth ges a long way.

Have been many times before but this will be LAST time!! First was not impressed by employees appearance and dress. Then ordered food and was out of things wanted. Waitress brought our check before we were even halfway done, then come back BEFORE done and ask if we were ready to check out?? WE'RE EATING DOES IT LOOK LIKE IT!!!!!!!!

Everything was average, except the sweet potato fries. They were great and honestly the one thing I will go back for.

Too expensive for a regular burger place and you have to pay extra for the fries. I've had better, but not too bad for local.

Our waitress (big gal) was terrible. Maybe she was just new. At least I hope that's all it was. But she messed up our order and had a really bad attitude. The burgers are ok, but nothing great. They do have a HUGE selection of toppings which is nice, but the buns were cold and stale, and it took half an hour to get two burgers during a slow weekday lunch. The place seemed pretty disorganized, but maybe they were just having a bad day.
