Loved their BBQ ribs, Chicken, and pork. Excellent and friendly services. Very reasonable prices. The baked beans is the best I've ever had in any restaurant! I live in California, but whenever I come this way, I always drop by Larry's!!!!

Meh. The place is clean and the hot food is hot and cold food is cold. The BBQ is nothing special. My pulled pork sammich required tons of sauce (it was dry). It's not bad for lunch but I would keep driving if I knew it wasn't that great. You can do better, Alabama.

Let's star off with the good...the salad bar takes me back to my childhood growing up in a small town. 30 different items to choose from and all down home selections including the ore packaged chopped ham. The ranch is what took me back to my cafeteria in high school. Call me a softy but I still like hidden valley and mayo. I ordered a combo, ribs and beef. Ribs were not presauced but were well cooked. There was just the right amount of tug from the bone and still pulled off clean, maybe my favorite part of the meal. The sliced beef wasn't fit to eat. I sent it back. Dry isn't even the word. The Sahara desert is wetter. A prefab smoke ring I'm guessing because you don't taste anything but dry. Don't do it, save the $$ for the ribs. Brunswick stew was much closer to tomato with veggie soup. My guess is that they do this for the senior crowd that inhabits the place.

The outside of the building looks clean, but once you get past the cosmetic exterior it'll be the last clean kept surface you see. This place is dirty, dingy and not a place you'd want to eat at. My wife and I dined at this establishment about an hour ago and I was compelled to leave feedback to possibly save another poor soul from making the same dreaded mistake. The food was overcooked, the fries were undercooked, the waitress looked extremely unprofessional looking(meaning they all looked strung out on crack or meth) . The sauces(BBQ) were disgusting and more of a tangy south Carolina style, and the bottle of hot sauce on the table tasted sour/ bad. The waitress tasted it and said it tasted fine. I eat this brand sauce weekly and it was so bad I couldn't even smell it. Obviously her taste buds and noise are gone from what she's strung out on. I would never ever ever ever send someone to eat at this dump. I notice a score of 93 (health dept inspection) , what most do not realize a score of 91 is pretty much failing.

Good BBQ for a good price. You can sit where you like. Friendly staff. The menu offers quite a few choices of meats and sides. If you're really hungry, you order all you can eat chicken even though it's not on the menu. Family friendly.

Larry's is a great place to get a quick cheap dinner with the family or a lunch that will definitely get you back to the office on time. I have one complaint. Please bring back your homemade burger!!! Larry's used to make a fabulous hamburger. Then they switched to frozen patties worthy of the school lunch program. Blech. Other than that, Larry's serves reliably great BBQ each and every time you go there.
