Busy but fast. The coffee is still great Starbucks Coffee and is worth the effort. This location is currently undergoing remodeling but that has not slowed them down.

I'm not sure what kind of coffee/customer service experience other folk are having, but my experience at this Starbucks as been nothing but spectacular. Love the energy, tunes are legit, and my coffee is always how I order it. Hats off Daphne. 4/5 for quality and consistency. Five minutes after writing this review this angry lady came out and yelled at me for smoking on the patio. Turns out it's the manager. Wish Starbucks would allow smoking outside. You know, cause it's outside. 2/5 for inability to be kind when asking someone to please put out their smoke. Bummer lady, so close to four stars.

We always stop at this Starbucks en route to Destin from Houston, which is a frequent trip for us. We pull in, take a restroom break, buy some snacks and drinks for the kids, coffee for me and the wife, and then hit the road again... never any problems and we always look forward to the stop. BOTTOM LINE: A solid Starbucks in the Daphne/Mobile area.

Great atmosphere! Close to my house! Would love to see them speed up a bit, especially in morning! Even when I give myself extra time for the preparation, it varies depending on the days. My drink is always made correctly which makes me happy! Pastry case looks clean and appetizing! Delicious lunch sandwiches!

Fairly standard Starbucks. I like this location because it's usually not hectic, the staff members are pleasant and patient, and it has ample parking in a good location.

Interesting that I was sitting inside this Starbucks this morning and saw something very different going on behind the counter. There was a real zip in their step. They were timing the orders and clearly making an effort to get the customers (especially drive thru) quickly in and out . The man taking the orders was talking faster than ever and every now and then you'd hear a reminder "we're timing you". Good for them for acknowledging speed was a problem and making an effort to improve.

Meh. It was pouring down rain when I stopped, and there's no dang parking next to this tiny building because the entire exterior is occupied by the drive-thru road! Stupid people-that-can't-get-out-of-their-SUVs. Their game was not tight either, I ordered a breakfast sammie and a drink and they forgot my drink! Actually, the barista said she made it, so that means some fortunate soul got my drink too (I hope they got the one they ordered as well). At any rate, I can't give an "A-OK" to a business that doesn't get it right. They made it right, but that's not really what I expect.

This is the worse Starbucks I have ever been to. Messy, unfriendly service. They can be mediocre because there is no other competition for coffee shops, but I certainly hope that changes.

This is the "other" starbucks in Spanish Fort, it is a stand alone building. The staff were friendly and quick, the coffee up to starbuckles standards. Overall a good place to get a quick pickmeup.

This Starbucks was located right next to my hotel - much to my happiness...but the quality of the drinks? Mediocre. I'm a frequent Starbucks customer at home (read: 3x a day), so likely I've been spoiled by the excellent service I receive in my own domain. These guys were OK, but not what I'm used to as far as my beloved Starbucks is concerned.

The staff here is either poorly trained, or just doesn't care. I ordered a CARAMEL frappuccino that had waaaaaayyy too much milk in it and classic syrup instead of caramel syrup.... They also took an eternity to get the drinks out.
