Both Cuban and Reuben were very good. Loaded potato soup in crusty bread bowl was the best part, though. Olivia provided excellent service. she was friendly and gracious without hovering.

Mid-tier destination on highway 31. Sandwiches are a little overpriced at around $7-8 each which includes a side. The fruit salad is a tart grapefruit mixture (they claim to be upgrading this soon) and the pasta salad is a little rich. Drinks are over $2 each, so expect to spend a little extra here. My panini came out lukewarm, but they did happily switch out my fruit salad for the pasta salad. The hawaiian chicken is a nice mix of chicken, teriyaki, and sweet red peppers topped with pepper jack cheese. If you have a sweet tooth, definitely get a chocolate chip cookie. Wi-fi coverage was disappointing. Edge data from AT&T was more reliable.

I do like Sweet Peppers but it's not usually my first choice compared to other great local restaurants. On this day while working in Cullman I had a real hankering for a deli sandwich-hopefully something with a real punch of flavor. I'm not that crazy about Rumor's deli and didn't know of other good delis in Cullman. Then I remembered my precious Bavarian pretzel sandwich from SP so I drove on over with a hope that they were still serving this sandwich. Thankfully it's now on the menu working full time! The BP sandwich is delicious with sliced pepperoni, ham, roast beef, and turkey, topped with deli mustard, mayo, sweet banana peppers, and lettuce. All on a soft Bavarian pretzel roll. MMmm mmm good. They had a crawfish bisque as a soup special that day so I ordered a cup of it as my side. The bisque was rich and delicious and had plenty of crawfish. Service was friendly and fast. Parking lot gets a little crowded because it's shared with a Chinese restaurant, Little Ceasars, another restaurant currently in transition, and a small business.

This review is strictly for this visit not my overall impression of this location. I actually regularly come here when in area for business. First the good... Minimal wait to order and food to be delivered. Service was acceptable. Now the not so good... Crust of bayou shrimp flatbread was too crispy. Not sure if this is typical or unique to this time since I had decided to try something new. I prefer a thicker flatbread that is somewhat soft not this thin crispy tortilla like crust. Very cool in dining area especially for a fairly warm day. Also had to ask for my drink when server brought food since person taking my order didn't give it to me at the counter (thought there may have been a new process since it had been awhile since my last visit. Overall I will be back, just will stick with a sandwich, probably the signature Bavarian Pretzel.

Good food. Loved the little high chairs that roll around, my baby had a great time in them. Wish the waitress was a little more functional, she had been on the clock for too long and needed to be told several times what I wanted to order. I think she was probably a good employee over all, but her brain was fried for the day.

I travel a lot and am forced to eat out a lot, so I always try to choose places like this that I know have healthy foods. Fresh to Order, Newk's, etc. always have a lot of options. There are a lot of options on the Sweet Pepper menu, but I made the mistake of choosing the margarita flat bread (I'm pregnant and salads are officially not something I can tolerate anymore). This is one of the weakest flat breads I've ever had. They put hardly any cheese on it at all, and sprinkled wilted bits of basil in random clumps around it. Not impressed, Sweet Pepper.

I always enjoy my experience. The food is great. Nice staff. Relaxed atmosphere. It would be perfect if it had a drive thru or take out window.

Even though the menu can be pricy, they make some good sandwiches. Do yourself a favor and get the cheesecake, though. It's gonna hurt to shell out the money for a slice, but you'll enjoy every bite.
