I'm not sure what's going on here but we've noticed a lack of attentive service here. When we used to eat here our cups would not empty before they'd be there with refills, you could barely clean your plate before they're picking it up. Lately our table loads up with dishes and cups sit empty wait to be filled. Quite disappointing. Noticed the food on the bar is not as fresh and hot as previous.

Another good Chinese restaurant in Cullman. Buffet was fresh and everything was wonderful. I believe sushi was available on our visit, but we're not seafood fans... Much less raw.

This is a GREAT place to eat. A wonderful outting for the entire family. They've got great food, the customer service is fantastic; they keep your drinks filled and your table clean. It's worth every penny.

Love the sushi and baked Salmon. Food is fresh and restaurant is clean. Attentive wait staff. New grill, they cook your selected ingredients. Very tasty!

It's a buffet, so I didn't expect it to be amazingly good food, but I'm not eating there again. Just do not eat there, it's as simple as that. The chicken was was dry, the noodles were cold, and the hostess put is in the very back of the restaurant, when there was no one else in the store!

I order a dish that at other places I KNOW and love..It was disgusting. The manager comes over, blames me for not knowing what to order/how it was supposed to taste and tells me I must pay anyway. I thought I was being punked or was on Kitchen Nightmares and Gordon Ramsey would make an appearance, but no. THEN, as my husband attempted to take a pic of my FULL, untouched plate she jerks it away and throws it into the dirty dish bin. And YES, I paid for a meal the manger threw into the garbage!!!

You know, this place was OK. That's about the gist of it. Everything was OK. Nothing stood out as great. The place does have a lot of choices on their all-you-can-eat buffet, which is served at lunch and dinner. They do have pre-made sushi on their buffet and real ice cream for dessert. Service was acceptable and OK. I bet the food ordered straight off the menu would be much better, but it is only a guess. Be careful, during lunch if there are a lot of people, the place can be too hot. We wished the management had taken note of this and adjusted the AC appropriately.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
