There is a snack bar and seating area in this country drug store. It makes a nice drive if you go out 280 to 47 and into town, as opposed to using I-65. The cheeseburgers are really good, and, have a homemade taste. They are not large, but are not small either. The meat patty is probably a quarter pound or less. Bun was crispy and vegetables fresh. I also tried the "french fries." They were really bad. Only eating them could properly describe how icky they were. I will try with words: limp, lukewarm, medium sized burned wedges with poor seasoning. They seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp for the better part of the day. I would not order them again if they paid me. However, I would do the cheeseburger again. It was really tasty. Also on the menu is a plate lunch special, lots of sandwiches, hot dogs and milkshakes. Clientele is different than in Birmingham in a wonderful country way.
