Old Town Grille has great food. I've never had anything here that I didn't enjoy eating. Always hot and fresh, and I've never had to wait over 10 or so minutes for my food. Best place to go if you want really good pizza or hamburger steak. A very friendly and clean atmosphere, and the service is wonderful.

Food is ok, nice alternative to fast food since there's not much around here. Pizza is good, as is the hamburger steak. Not a fan of their steak, but I have expensive taste as far as steak is concerned.

I ate at OTG with my son. Had the bacon Cheeseburger flatbread as an appetizer and a steak for dinner. Both were delicious and extremely well-priced. Lots of choices on the menus from pizza and spaghetti to everything in between. Great small town atmosphere with friendly, attentive staff. Will be stopping here again on the way way to Lake Martin. Would love to have a restaurant like this on 280 closer to Birmingham!
