Sometimes a girl wants a sandwich. Sometimes a girl wants a sandwich that she doesn't have to make herself. Sometimes she wants a sandwich of the rolled kind. Here is where Roly Poly comes into play. I remember coming to this place all the time when I was in high school. And I haven't really been back until recently. It is in an area where a lot of businesses have shut down, particularly, a couple of grocery stores that had been there since forever. So it is nice to see that Roly Poly is surviving the economy. Anyways, for some reason I can't think outside the box...and I ended up getting the same thing I'd get ten years ago: #12 Smokehouse Turkey Smoked Turkey Breast, Jack Cheese, Bacon, Avocado, Scallions, Lettuce, Tomato, Honey Mustard Dressing It tasted just like I remembered. A nice, cold, crisp refreshing sandwich. They have like a bazillion different rolled sandwich options. They also have salads and soups. They even cater. If you are in a hurry, you can even order online. I hope this place stays around.

I've eaten here many times and every time it has been good. I've eaten some of the menu options, but most often I 'roll my own'. I love the curried chicken salad. There is something for everyone here and it's great for a light lunch. The staff is always friendly and has always gotten my order right.

I love that I can get a hot pressed wheat wrap with just about anything I can imagine inside! Chicken Pesto and Hickory Cristo are my favorites. Plus they DELIVER!!!!

No frills and not going to blow you away, but it's a good choice for some fairly healthy wraps without spending a lot of dough. I first had Roly Poly when I was in college. This was always a go-to during intense study days/nights when the fridge was empty and I could not break away from the books long enough to go get something else edible. On this trip I had the Chicken Popper. Its kind of like a deconstructed jalapeno popper plus some chicken all in a hot pressed tortilla. I'm on a healthy kick, so I am opting for the wheat wraps. It's not tofu and sprout lettuce wraps, but it is much healthier than the golden arches or the king, and its much tastier than the skimpy, tasteless, all bread drivel that Jared guy keeps trying to pass off as a sandwich. It's a chain and its nothing spectacular. But, Roly Poly is a decent choice for lunch when you are looking for a healthier quick service restaurant. They taste good enough, and they have more options to choose from than the head cheerleader at prom time. The daily soup choices are actually really good, if you are a soup nerd like myself, and Roly Poly delivers if you are within a few miles of the storefront.

This menu gives you a lot of options and you can modify any of them. Hot or Cold, there are plenty of good options with fresh ingredients. I like the expanded menu that I have seen in the Atlanta Restaurants, but this is good enough and healthier than a lot of other choices out there.

Not a bad little stop for a quick lunch. Instead of bread the usual sandwich toppings are rolled into tortillas. The hot sandwiches seemed to be a little better than the cold. The kids weren't really sure what to think of them.
