I'll keep it simple, tables were filthy, bathroom was gross, and the staff didn't seem to really care. **I HAD TO CLEAN IT MYSELF!** Even after the rush the staff didn't even seem to want to clean the tables off. I'm giving it 2 stars because it's a chain restaurant and I would expect nothing less. If you want a quick burrito on the go, I'd suggest this maybe it might be a bit cleaner for you. But sadly, I've seen a Taco Bell cleaner.

Good fast food. Quality varies at times. Manager is rude! Or the dude who stands by cashier giving the orders. Crowded at lunch and usually never enough tables. It's fast to get in and out even when crowded.

Every Chipotle experience I've ever had is always amazing. Even past 9PM on Sunday, the employees dropped with whatever wrapping up or cleaning they were doing and prepared a delicious bowl of chicken and a pile of vegetables in about 2 minutes.

I am not sure if any or many "fast food" rest. deserve more than 4* but Chipotle is always fresh tasting and leaving you with a good feel to come back again. I do say that their beef dish that is supposed to be spicy is NOT spicy in my book but tender and flavorful. I like that you do not have to get a wrapped dish but can have a bowl of food to eat with a fork.

The staff is always friendly & good with orders. I've been visiting for years and I've never been dissatisfied! Chipotle is not cheap, but all of the food is from local farmers and hormone free they advertise! I'll be back for more and more years to come! I love the new chipotle app for placing orders. This place continues to impress!

I'd never been to a Chipotle before, but it sounded good, so I gave it a try. The people who worked there were very friendly and the restaurant was nice. I ordered a carnitas burrito and, while on the expensive side, I was surprised at how big it was. It was really quite good. The whole setup of the place reminded me of a (probably dead by now) chain called Taco Del Mar that's around the Northwest portion of the country. It also reminded me of my favorite Mexican place ever in Washington State. It was fresh, hot and delicious. The pork was juicy and the salsa was good. Like I said, the burrito was huge and very filling. You don't need much in the way of sides. So, Chipotle was quite good. It's miles ahead of Taco Bell, but doesn't rise to the occasion like a good taco truck does. Still, I enjoyed it and will go back. Plus, I didn't even have to use Chipotlaway!

I asked the cashier for a lime for a glass of water. Myesa, at least on my receipt, glanced at small refrigerator, and said there was not any. Translation she was unwilling to go get a lime for my glass of water but I bet anyone who ordered a beer and requested a lime got a lime.......To top it off, I then had to ask for a cup for my water. She was defensive abt having not provided me with a cup. Food was good but I once again was reminded that it is rare to encounter a friendly, customer-oriented cashier at this CMG location.

New to the area I was super excited about a familiar staple, Chipotle; however, this location has rude staff and poor service. I've been to this location 3 times in hopes each time will be better. Well, it's progressively done the opposite. They give me hardly any rice, beans, chicken, and yes, even stingy on the lettuce. I'm simply comparing this to locations in Florida, and it's 1/4 of the product. I just can't see returning here. I'm really disappointed.

As good as a Chipotle can get. This is my favorite Chipotle. 5 minutes from work. 10 minutes from home. I eat here as much as I can. One of the few places where you can be sure that the food being served is vegetarian. And tastes great. And if you want some extra rice. No problem. Some extra salsa? No problem. They serve with a smile :D Though their music can get a tad too loud at times but then it helps drowning the oh so loud banter, the oh so lovely group of Blonde's discussion about some thing or the other. I love most of the people on the serving side. Such a pity I can't tip such great service.

Chipotle, yum. I was very glad when they finally built one in Birmingham. Yes, it's kind of like a Moe's but so much better than Moe's . . . meat is actually seasoned and and the rice is really good, and the salsas are tasty, all of which set this establishment apart from the awfulness that is Moe's. I'll pass on the Home Wrecker Joey Doughnut Eater.... whatever the hell it is It tastes awful. The red chili salsa actually too hot even for me, I like the green tomatillo. Also, they claim that the meat is hormone free and ethically raised. To what extent that's true I don't know, but it's still cool. They have a fajita option, with onions and peppers instead of beans, that's very good too. Also, they have cilantro for your tacos, you just have to ask for it!

I got horrible food poisoning after eating steak tacos here on Sunday April 7th. I haven't been this sick IN MY LIFE. Horrible fever, chills, vomiting, diarrhea, pretty much everything you can name... oh and both at the same time if you know what I mean, which was really fun in a hotel room. I was out of town so I had to fly on the plane home sick. DON'T DO IT.

Chipotle is great! I am a vegetarian and I definitely recommend their sofritas(tofu). I usually get a bowl with white rice and sofritas topped with cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and a little bit of lettuce. The guacamole is really tasty- has a creamy texture with slight chunks of avocado! Chipotle is my go to when I need something quick and on the healthier side!

Fresh Chipotle Ingredients, Sloppy Execution Ordered two burritos and quesadillas. They do not wrap burritos well. I've been to Chipotle locations all over central and southeastern US. Perhaps just ordering naked burritos would be better since their burritos fall open so easily. This location desperately needs some QC. I very clearly ordered a chicken quesadilla for my kids...they didn't cut it like all other locations I've visited. Even with standard fresh ingredients, this does not feel like Chipotle. Sadly, manger was the one 'helping' with the order.

Compared to Moe's, Chipotle just doesn't have as good of a selection of items to put on your salad, bowl or burrito. Still, the food is okay, and, the bowls are large. You have to pay extra for chips and salsa and the chips are apparently made well ahead so they are not fresh like at Moe's. Salsa selection is meager and not as good as Moe's. This restaurant is relatively small, and, there really is no good seating. It can be very loud as well. This restaurant is in the prized 5% sales tax zone on 280 and is counter service so you can save a bit of money there.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
