In the town we live in, there is no Bojangles. So when we come to Athens to see family, we eat here nonstop. The food is amazing. If you like spicy things, and you like chicken, look no further. I cannot get enough of the flavor! The service on the other hand, is less than stellar. We have been there 4 times in the past week, and they have yet to get our order right. The staff seem distant and distracted.... I don't feel like they listen to me when I order, hence giving me the wrong item over and over again.. So in a nutshell - if you like good service, skip out on this one. If you don't mind bad service as long as there is delicious food - go for it!

This is one of the worst places I've ever visited to eat chicken. It is a clean venue, but the food is just not good. The only thing that is worth the trip is the french fries. I just left the restaurant and I'm already ill from the greasy chicken. This was my first visit to Bojangles...probably my last.

Yum!!! I missed the fries and sweet tea. Easy access from the highway for a quick snack! If you have never tried Bojangles' fries, then you need to stop in and try them, they are always fresh and have the best seasoning.

I love Bojangles but this is the first one I have ever been to that didn't serve mac n' cheese (my daughters go to food). The manager was training a new employee and was very short and rude to him. I felt bad for the new guy. Bojangles gets 5 stars but this one just 2.

They ripped me off :( -twice, one was from the bojangles in HSV. Ordered the chicken fingers (4 pieces) combo and a kids chicken fingers (2 pieces) combo. The sides were different and they go the side items right (fries and dirty rice). But they only put 2 pieces of chicken fingers in both order :'( I didn't check until we already drove on. We were on the road to elsewhere so we couldn't drive back... So IDK if this is their "business practice" but I had similar experience at another Bojangles in a different location. Boo!

I go there all the time and get the 4 pc. Supreme Dinners with fries and it comes with a free sweet tea. Awesome! They have the fastest drive thru and the fries are always hot and I love the seasoning!
