We sat in the drive thru for thirty minutes before even getting to the order box. We would have left but we were trapped by the car behind us. There were three cars in front of us. When we arrived at the order box we sat and waited again while they cleared the line. She then informed us that it would be a minimum of seven minutes wait for the orange chicken. We threw up our deuces and went to Hunan. Food ready in fifteen and better quality.

Slow, slow, slow, and slow. I have given this place three chances and they struck out all three. I have never received what I ordered. They basically just give you what they feel like giving you and it's likely not going to be what you ordered. The lo-mein is always burnt and the portions are little. The food is typically cold, as well. If you are this bad in the first six months of business you really have no hope for lasting. I've contacted their corporate office three times and have never received any acknowledgement from them. Skip Panda and go to Hunan 2, down the road.

Overall this is a good restaurant. The wait time in the drive thru is sometimes unreasonably long, but the employees are very friendly and there is good customer service. My biggest complaint would be the consistency of the food. Most of the time when I get the sweet-fire chicken or orange chicken it is way too soggy - leaving a pasty chewy batter surrounding the chicken, very unappetizing. Other times it is cooked perfect and crispy. It is so frequently soggy that I looked up the description of these entrees on the panda express website. Maybe they are not supposed to be crispy? Wrong. The description for both entrees describes the chicken as crispy. I wish they would stop serving soggy chicken. I don't care if I have to wait longer or something. I hate soggy chicken, I want it crispy. Also, they tend to randomly run out of ingredients. The other day they were out of fried rice AND chow mein.

I found the staff inattentive and distracted. I ordered the two entree w/side. They were making more of one of my sides and promised to bring the other to my table. They forgot and I decided to take it home. When I approached the cashier I politely asked to have it to go. The cashier got an attitude with me; like it was my fault. She shoved the entree into a container and handed it to me. When I asked for a bag she held up her finger as to say wait because now she's taking a drive-thru order on her headset. 1. She should have placed my container in a bag before giving it to me. 2. I think I had waited long enough. I believe the staff could use some training on customer service and customer courtesy.

What I really like about this place is that it is consistent and very clean. You know that sometimes when in the mood for Chinese food, you wonder about the cleanliness of the restaurant. That is not a problem with Panda Express. Food is fresh, hot and good. There is a considerable variety. Service is fast and friendly. While this does not serve culinary masterpieces, it is a good alternative to burgers and fried chicken.

This location is nasty. Dirty, pans are either empty or should be emptied in the trash, pans have dried residue. Floors and kitchen are dirty, staff is not friendly. I have given it two visits, both times I have left and gone somewhere else. I have visited other PE's and they are pretty good. Stay away from this one! I would be afraid of food borne illness at this location.

The food is here tasty but the wait time can be extremely awful. Every time I've gone through the drive-thru it's been about a 20-45 minute wait. We're either waiting on more food to be cooked or something else. They try to make it right by giving away a free egg roll or drink of choice. I suggest going in before the lunch/dinner time rush. Also the drive-thru layout is awful, if you have a huge SUV or truck, leaving the drive-thru can get a bit tight.

I was here after things started to slow down. It's not fast and it's far far from good. Just go a head to Panda House for fresher, more eye pleasing, and faster service.

The food tastes pretty good, but the service is absolutely AWFUL. They've been open long enough to have it together. Last time we went inside, they ignored us in line and focused on the busier to-go orders. Our food was cold by the time we got it because it sat on the counter so long. Tonight was the last straw. They weren't as busy but still ignored my husband in the drive through and when they finally got on the speaker to take his order, they were out of what we originally wanted. Waiting 30 minutes for food that is supposedly already cooked and in heating trays is ridiculous. It was so bad that cars behind him in the drive-thru ended up leaving. He only stayed because he had already paid, but he ended up having to go inside anyway to get the food. Overall, the staff was unfriendly and rude. Won't be returning.

Brand new restaurant, food was good. Of course long waits for the first few months. Prices are. Little steep prices for the quantity of food you receive but never the less it's still pretty tasty. If you have a large vehicle be careful because the drive thru lane only seems 3 foot wide. Several people have already taken out the retaining wall since its been open.

Service is the slowest I have ever seen at any Panda Express I have ever visited. Only open three months now, different employees every time I eat here. Clearly not being trained on operational efficiencies. Food is always good, but portions also pale in comparison to other Pandas. If my 10 year old didn't love this place, I'd probably only eat here when there is absolutely no line. The food is only thing getting stars in this review.

It is good as far as Chinese food goes. It isn't fancy, but it is tasty. I like to get the soup when I have a cold. The egg roll and spring roll are both better than the local place (I guess I shouldn't admit that).

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
