Horrible customer service!!! I mean, rude and not friendly whatsoever. I had to get a refund due to the drinks being overly bitter and sweet. Ugh, never going here again. Those girls shouldn't work there if they don't know how to talk and listen to customers.

Dumb girls at drive thru, can't get an order right. 3 items were forgotten... Forgot a burger and told them, gave me a burger with an inch thick of cheese. Why would you punish a customer for only asking for something they paid for. Thanks punk kid cooks. I'm sorry this as far as you will go in life.

The food is usually very good. However for some reason the buns always seem hard to me. They also seem to be slipping less and less fries or shrimp in their baskets. The main thing keeping their rating at an average rating is the fact the staff is nice and the blizzards are to DIE for. The portions have gone down since they opened and the quality seems to be going down as well. Hope they pick it back up soon or I'll only be getting blizzards from them.

Just went by the DQ in Wasilla and they weren't open. The sign listed opening was 10:30 am, but the door was locked and the employees inside just look at us when we tried the door. The only reason they got one star is that I accidentally hit it and I can't get it to go away.

Just went to DQ to order a Sunday for Memorial Day. From the beginning of the order process they forgot the hot fudge. My husband had to drive back to ask to add the hot fudge. None of the staff member were wearing hair net. I noticed a few of the staff have long hair. The facility is very unkept. When my husband brought the Sunday home, I took a bit of the Sunday, it was packed with light brown "HAIR". Disgusting!!!! When my husband brought back the Sunday they didn't even apologize for me swolling a HAIR. Very Rude, Horrible Customer Service. I blame the management. They should be fired. Beware of food poisining or taking your kids there.

I LOVE Dairy Queen, but this store seems to be good half the time and bad the other half. I almost always go through the drive though and I get a blizzard. I have problems with getting blizzards which have nothing in the bottom quarter of the cup. I always get smalls so it's kind of frustrating. They have some people who work there and are AMAZING... it's just sad that not everyone works so hard for the customers.

Okay, let's forget Fruitland Fresh and REALLY talk trash! I am a member of the Blizzard Fan Club and I am not ashamed. In fact, I believe that I am part of their focused demographics because on their Blizzard Cup they post "confessions of Blizzard-aholics" and one is a middle aged woman like myself saying, "I sneak out of the house to get away from the kids and husband to have a Blizzard!" Me too!!! Except now that I am a member of the Blizzard fan club, every month I get a "buy one, get one free" coupon. So now I take my daughter and she's a young Blizzard-aholic. Our favorite flavors: Strawberry CheeseQuake (real cheesecake and graham crust), Oreo CheeseQuake, Brownie Batter Blizzard, Reeses, Tagalong...and you can get extra stuff for about .75 more. The difference between a McFlurry and a Blizzard? Mc D's uses a frozen yogurt I think and DQ uses more of a rich, malt flavor to the vanilla base. The store in Wasilla is clean and the workers are friendly. Decor is "old-fashioned ice cream parlor." They skimp on the hot fudge and stuff for things like the Peanut Buster Parfait (which used to be my favorite) so the better value is a Blizzard. The hot dogs and coneys are good. Pass on the burgers and other things - fries can be hit or miss and cold. For me it's Blizzards and nothing else.
