I don't recommend this place. The process on how they prepare the food is questionable to me. I gave them a 2 cause I like the fortune cookies

We've ate here twice, first time was heading back to Wasilla after hitting Jim's Creek, wasn't too bad. But now that we're Palmer residents we gave it another shot since it's the only Chinese place in town, and all I can say is, how is this place still open? It was awful! I've made better Chinese from scratch in my kitchen.. We'll never be returning and paying god awful prices for stomach aches again.

I want to like this place so much since it is the only Chinese food restaurant in Palmer but everything is so bad I can't. I would rather get the Chinese food at CARRS or Fred Meyers nearby. Outside is worn down and trashy. Odd people walking around outside, doesn't feel safe. The place is also a hotel which they should switch to being the only business there. Food was undercooked and loaded with raw onions and peppers. It was also very pricey for what you get. Not going back.

Some dishes are good and others are disappointing depending on your taste. The prices aren't bad either but I don't think we will be returning.

Overpriced and very slow service, when I read these other reviews I wonder if I ate at the same place.

Nice proprietors. Large portions. Pricey for Chinese food (though seafood was well worth it and). I am a firm believer that you can't use your "native" palate to judge food in foreign lands. This isn't great because my shrimp with lobster sauce seemed overly msg'd and still bland. My friend's three flavors kung pao was decent and had a kick to it. A bit run down though oddly that added some authenticity.

Food was good service was also good but its very crammed in there feels like I'm having my meal with everyone else in the restaurant

We love Peking Garden. The owners are sweet, generous and kind people that make our family feel welcome. If its been a long time since we've been there, they ask where we've been, and remember our family and children. They know our "standard order" and often offer us specialties they are trying out in the kitchen. Sweet people, good tho not consistently good food, large portions, good value. All in all, it's a good place to escape cooking for a night!
