2 for 2. I had an omelette and French toast the first visit and a breakfast sandwich the next. Both were really good. The atmosphere is great. I love the pictures and history on display. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Came here for breakfast on a recommendation and can't say I was either impressed or disappointed. I had pancakes and bacon which were fine but nothing special. The service was mediocre. Atmosphere in this place is about what one would expect... certainly not upscale, but it seemed clean enough. The little pamphlet on the table with jokes inside was the best part of the entire breakfast for me, so stop by if you're hungry and can't find a Reader's Digest.

Huge portions! One of the better diners we have been to! Quick attentive service. Clean bathrooms. Go for the reindeer sausage. Menu is extremely comprehensive, crowd pleaser.

Grabbed some breakfast here based on reviews. It's exactly what it's name says. A local diner with good diner food. If you're craving a traditional diner style breakfast this is a great place to try. Service was very quick and attentive. Friendly locals clearly love this place. Food was good. Was tempted to try a local dish for breakfast off the menu but didn't (reindeer sausage). A missed opportunity I guess.

Our new favorite place for breakfast in Fairbanks! I'm still thinking about how great that cup of coffee was over the weekend! Great coffee, quick service and good (and fairly reasonable) food. My partner got the silver dollar pancakes with an egg and I got the Mini Diner (one egg, toast, bacon and hash browns). Everything was cooked to perfection, including the hash browns which is a hard thing to come by. Did I mention the coffee was out of this world? Best cup I've had in a long time. It's going to be our go to place for breakfast.

I had the veggie skillet it's fantastic except I couldn't get hash brown with it that's the only reason why it didn't get five stars

Awesome! Little Richards was my favorite breakfast place, no longer. I asked the waitress to bring me something delicious and that's exactly what she did. Reindeer sausage was delicious and the portion sizes were perfect.

I have been coming here for years, great food, quiet atmosphere, staff is friendly and always smiling. I usually only eat breakfast, everything is always cooked perfectly and I've hardly ever had to wait long unless it's totally packed, people that have joined me have really enjoyed the Reuben. The best coffee in town, I think they brew it with crack because I keep coming back!

My favorite breakfast place in Fairbanks. Orders have always come out quickly and hot, the servers are very attentive and friendly, and the food is delicious!

Visiting from South Carolina so we used Yelp to find a good place for breakfast. Very good and cooked to order. Very good coffee too.

I often skipped the free breakfast at my hotel to have breakfast here, not because it is extraordinary, but really because I wanted a break from the monotony of the hotel breakfast and eat where the locals ate. Pretty standard diner breakfast, and just like some diners back home in NYC, the pies are super-nomz! The servers and patrons alike are friendly and welcoming (everybody seems to know one another), and my server (the girl from Arizona; her name escapes me) remembered me from my past summer and winter visits to Fairbanks. Some local people dining at the neighoring table chatted me up and exchanged contact information, and I even received an email from one of them to check on me to see if I had returned home safely!

This place hit the spot. The shuttle driver suggested it, so we followed her suggestion even though it didn't rank high on Yelp when I was searching for breakfast all day. We both got the veggie omelet and it was fresh and tasty. We split the half side of reindeer sausage and it was so tasty that I didn't feel bad about depriving anyone of their reindeer games. Although I am secretly hoping its one I those a-holes who mocked Rudolph. The coffee was actually good. And I am coffee snob. Service was good. A little slow with the check, but some consider that polite. Especially since I kept getting more coffee.

Clean, good portion sizes and price. Coffee is better than most of the watered down coffee you get at this type of restaurant. If your looking for a soils breakfast "The Diner" will satisfy your cravings.

This is one of those classic small-town diners. Standard diner fare, but I return month after month for the service. Retirees, families, truck drivers- everyone's at The Diner.

I like the Diner. The wait staff is friendly without being overly chatty. The other patrons are comfortable to be around. Mostly, the food is good and consistent. It is diner fare, but that's what you would expect. :-)

Never been here in the 30yrs that I've lived here. Huge mistake, the food was about as good as it can get for good Diner type food. The pancakes with fresh giant blueberries were huge, really good biscuits and gravy, and good coffee. The coffee sets the bar high when it comes to Diner coffee, no concentrate or pencil shavings here, you get a good tasting coffee. Will have to try this place for lunch some day, the menu has about a dozen or so hot dog items and a variety of milkshakes I'll have to try.

Probably the best breakfast we had in all of Alaska. Sad, but true. Don't get me wrong - I'm not saying this place is not good. It's average, but when every other place has been below average then average is a good thing! There were lots of locals the day we went and the menu has your basic array of pancakes, eggs, biscuits, etc. The pancakes were much better than others we had on our journey, but beware - they are also "Alaska" sized even if you order them with a combo plate. And the coffee?? Also one of the best cups I'd had on this trip. It wasn't watered down and I could put a whole packet of splenda in without making it too sweet!

Excellent biscuits and gravy. Good breakfasts with efficient and friendly service . We had a party of 5 and although seating was a little tight , the service was friendly .

You know you are getting close when you smell the grease. They get an extra star because it was open on Sunday morning. Seriously though, not much is open at 10am on a cool damp September morning. You could have breakfast in one of the two nicer hotels in the area (Springfield & Westmark) but to get some local flavor there is this place. There is nothing special here but you will get bacon and eggs cooked the way you want them. nuf said.
