Visited the Killer Whale Cafe about 1:00pm on a Monday. Was not greeted when we walked in, nor when we sat ourselves.The cook had come and stood by the counter talking to another customer but still no one had greeted us. Finally the only server brought us over a menu which was just a photocopy of a menu and a glass of water. The server was nice but they definitely need to teach customer service skills. Food was okay, plan on at least $15.00 for a burger. Pretty disappointed and probably won't come back.

Under new ownership. New menu with reasonable prices for the area. Homemade soups and breads make it a great choice for a lunch.

Located in the heart of Cordova, this café is a good choice for lunch. They have a good choice of menu items. The times I have eaten here the food was fresh and the staff was very friendly. Be sure to try the soup of the day.

The Killer Whale Cafe is an okay place to eat. The kids for waitresses and kids on a date made it kind of charming. French dip with mushrooms and onions was decent despite featuring bad deli roast beef. Halibut sandwich and a burger come standard. The problem is you are getting a $7 quick-fix meal for $15, but Cordova is Cordova is connected to Nowhere and nowhere else, so what do you want? Sweet potato fries are definitely worthwhile.

Walked in and was not greeted. Finally we were told we could seat ourselves. Waitress was rude and unhelpful when asked about the menu. The food was way over priced and mediocre for the amount we paid. Would not visit again.
