Amazing burritos!! The amount of food you get for the price yoy pay is crazy! Love this place

The food is decent, definitely filling, but a terrible choice if you want a healthy breakfast. It's also fairly pricey for what you get. Wide variety of choices, chorizo, steak, caribou. Good selection of salsas. I've been here 3 times, but have always felt guilty for going. It's a huge turn off that it's in a gas station. Makes me question how sanitary it is. Order ahead with their app. Otherwise you will be waiting for at least 10 minutes.

I love the breakfast burritos here! I got my bacon breakfast burrito right on time. The prices are steep(too steep for this to be a reg for me), and sometimes the cooks aren't consistent but I feel like the possibility of an awesome burrito outweighs the small possibility of it not being that. I love their pico and hot salsa! I think it's a great place to try out but you won't be laying in bed thinking "why didn't I try one today" it's more like you happen to be filling up there and think "mmmm- a burrito factory in a gas station, I have time so I think I will try"

Food was great. Didn't get a chance for breakfast, so I had breakfast for lunch. Was browsing for their menu and realized you could order online...that was simple and awesome! Had the bacon, potatoe, cheese burrito. Great flavor and delicious. Coworker had the The Matador burrito and raved about it. Needless to say, this is one of those "trust me, you HAVE to eat there", kind of places.

My wife and were on our way back from fishing and decided to grab some breakfast. A quick yelp search...yada...yada....yada....and we decided on gettin a burrito from this place. I had the reindeer sausage burrito and my wife had the chorizo burrito. I asked for the hot/spicy salsa on my burrito and my wife asked for the medium spicy salsa. By far this was absolutely 100% the worst burrito I have ever had......there were probably 4 small pieces of reindeer sausage, the beans were tasteless and the eggs has absolutely no favor. This salsa was either bland or they pass off water as their spicy salsa. I will never go back to this place.....if I had a choice between starvation and burrito factory.....I would pick starvation anyday. Usually I give restaurants a second chance to redeem themselves....not this one!.....

You get $3 worth of burrito for $8-9!! The taste is good but the RIP OFF is just too much to swallow! One & done for the burrito factory.

It's average. Nothing great. If you have a busy day and need something fast this isn't the worst choice

Order while you gas up! We order 20 minutes before we head out the door to go skiing and snowmachining. We stop by, pick it up and eat in the car. It is basically build a burrito, from basic sausage, chorizo, reindeer( from mekoryuk island) german sausage, smoked sausage, hotlink, etc... fresh cheese, fresh real sour cream, hot and ready to go. if you want it extra hot, they have a micro wave, but I've never needed to use it. Fast, and goey, and fresh. what more could you ask for? fyi ( i've only eaten breakfast burrito's there), maybe.....50 times plus+++ fyi, these employees used to work in eagle river at the original location, I used to drive out there just to get them, what does that say? Say hi to louis, older guy, has a great smile!

The burritos were good. Not $8 good but good. The guys making the food were very nice and I got a military discount. It only took about 4 or 5 min to get my order. I don't want this to sound like a bad review because the food was good but I don't think I will be stopping here again. Just a little expensive for a burrito.

I stopped for gas and was hungry. I was like WTF?! A Mexican Burrito restaurant in a Chevron. Really?!? I was like okay ... let me see if the wife, called her at work and said you want a early brunch - kinda before lunch lunch? "Sure" she said, I'll pick up something. I did and it was very good. I asked for very spicy, and it was a little on the mild/spicy side. It was not my spice liking. I could of had a bottle of Tabasco to add more and the acid would have made it HUGE! So bring a bottle of Crystal Lousiana or Tabasco or any other fire hot inferno and you will be Happy Happy !!! A little tweak and this place would be gold!

Talk about a hidden gem. If you feel the need for so much tasty food wrapped up in a tortilla that you'll explode, then look no further. This place is great.

Excellent store giving the people of society well made burritos. My dad and I usually split the reindeer burrito (pictured). It is big enough for both of us and they give us our prefered sauces on the side at no cost. For the record, my dad gets the hot salsa and I stick with sour cream. The people working here are never in a sour mood and come across as enjoying what they are doing. Awesome!

They're known for their breakfast burritos, but they serve lunch and dinner burritos, too, and do a darn good job at it. If I had to pick a single food to eat every day for the rest of my life, it would be their monster Chicken Fajita Burrito. I usually call ahead and have it ready for pick-up, but if I arrive early, I get to enjoy the sound and scent of the freshly sizzling fajita meat in the hot cast-iron skillet. The Carne Asada Burrito is excellent, too, especially with their new authentic New Mexican green salsa. With a huge variety on the menu and early/late hours, this is my go-to place when I'm on the East Side--and often even when I'm not.

The folks at Burrito Factory are friendly and fast. Everyone in my office building eats lunch here often. We hear "Eat a burrito from the gas station!?!?" with a weird look on people's face. But don't let this keep you from trying it! They make my special taco just like I need it for my Gluten Free diet. They're YUM! Don't forget to get your "coin" stamped to earn free food.

Great place to get an amazing burrito! Don't be put off by the fact that it is inside a gas station.

Enjoyed the breakfast burrito and the vegetarian burrito that I ordered. They actually have California burritos on the menu as well. I still miss Santana's in San Diego but this is pretty close. This is literally inside a gas station so no seating, take out only and you buy drinks from the gas station coolers. You pay for everything

Inconsistency runs rampant here, and the quality and quantity of food depends entirely on who is working at the time. My last visit was very disappointing. The lady I dealt with recently could obviously give a shit less about what she does for a living. My burrito was prepared with no care or consideration and had I but known better there is no way I would have payed anything close to $10 for this burrito. It literally looked like something off the value menu at Taco Bell. I'm talking dinky, really small, not at all resembling anything what you would expect from a $10 burrito. I accredit all of this to the horrible service I received due to one employee in particular. I proceeded to watch her burn a customers quesadilla and in her defense stating "at least the other side looks really good". When customers approached her asking why the food was taking so long, I noticed she would always retort by saying "you came during our rush hour". Thus implying that it's your fault you decided to pick the busiest time to place your order. I continued to watch and observe as she fucked things up time and time again, (missing ingredients, overcooked products, meals under par). This lady really was something else. Where as the service here is normally superb, she single-handedly made my visit a miserable experience. No sign of appreciation, no sign of any sort of effort or care put into the food, and what I ended up with was a burrito that looked as if it had been put together in the quickest fashion possible and with a complete disregard towards any sort of standards. As much as I used to love this place, I am beginning to realize that the quality of the food you receive is entirety contingent on the person making it. So although they have the means to make a decent burrito, it all depends on whether or not they feel like making you a decent burrito. I think I'll stick with Burrito Heaven from now on, their burritos are absolutely amazing!

Not your average gas station burritos. There is no ambiance since there isn't even a place to sit and the drink options consist of what is available in the gas station's fridge, but if you are looking for some great made to order breakfast burritos this is one of the few places in Anchorage. They have a pretty large menu with every thing from your standard churizo to reindeer sausage in two sizes; normal and huge. Note that contrary to the listing on Yelp the Burrito Factory is NOT open on Sunday!!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
