I eat here a lot. The food is always fresh and hot. Friendly servers. Would recommend.

We eat here every couple months when we are in a hurry at peak lunch time. The food is fresh, though not as much flavor as the other Chinese Buffet in Evanston. We do like the pot stickers and spicy jalapeno chicken. Overall food is kind of middle of the road. Biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of the place. Bathrooms are dark and could use a good scrubbing and when I grabbed the bottom of my chair to scoot it forward there was sticky, icky stuff on the metal part - my husband said his was the same way. Staff is nice and helpful...just need to clean better!

The worst food I've ever eaten at a restaurant. The fried food tasted of rancid oil. The vegetables were limp. The ice cream was by far the best item on the menu.

In town for work. Ordered the House Special Lo Mein & Potstickers to go. This was some of the worst Chinese take out I've ever had. The Lo Mein was very bland, a few shrimp, little tough beef, & chicken I think or it may have been Tofu due to the texture, a little cabbage & onion but no much & no sauce or anything. Potstickers were "ok", but not worth $3.50. I can't speak for the Buffet. Don Pedros mexican restaurant down the street is a much better food experience in my opinion.

Rice King Buffet for what it is is... eh ... ok but I definitely have had better buffets. I get that this is a smaller town so they may not get the traffic but could offer a more varied variety. There is absolutely NO shrimp. Its chicken and pork and that's it. The pricing is average but I think there should be more selection available. The food is consistent which says a lot for their cooks so I'll give them props. If you're looking for something quick and easy and that isn't fast food, this is a great alternative to Mc Donalds and the likes.

Everything was bland no spices or seasonings like everything else in wyoming.

This was by far the worst buffet I've ever been to....I would recommend going to get fast food over this place....not much food and what they have is cold and hard and absolutely gross. ..and we went at the start of dinner so it wasn't even like they were closing.

\ I like this Chinese Buffet. Even its small, but they have original Chinese food and ice cream dessert. It's definitely great.

My wife and I travel a lot and often visit Chinese buffets. This is one of the better ones we've been too. Although small they also make the product in small batches so it is always fresh. The lunch is $6.99 and includes hand dipped ice cream for dessert. We would go back with no hesitations.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
