This place is badly understaffed! So if you're not sitting at the bar, you should expect bad service. (That's why I take 1 star away!) I got the Texas Trio, which is steak, shrimp, and chicken with 2 sides! It was awesome! The bartender was also great. She was friendly, helpful, and entertaining! I'd go here again!

OK! WHO POOPED ON MY PLATE! I've traveled thru all the deserts, and I've never seen anything as dry as this steak! I ordered bbq chicken, sirloin med well, baked potato and fries. Chicken? Awful. The sirloin looked like a cow patty. Didn't smell much different than one. The server saw my displeasure and brought it up to the manager who comped my meal. She got an extra tip.

Food was delicious. Ordered steaks and they were cooked perfectly. The person i was with got some coconut shrimp and loved it. Cheesecake was good as well. Our server seemed to disappear from time to time other than that it was overall good and I'll go back.

What is all the trash talk?? Took a chance because the other steakhouse had bad reviews for cleanliness....Lonestar couldn't have been more attentive. Our waitress stayed on top of our service, and the shift supervisor was making the rounds to check in everyone. One thing, though, they had trouble getting the steak done right--tended to be overdone. But they corrected it quickly, and knocked off 50% without my asking.

Sat down, hostess was at booth on one side, customer on other, wait staff kept coming over and gushing over him, hostess was wrapping flatware. They were not busy, after 10 minutes and no one stopping at our table to get a drink order or anything else, we calmly stood up and exited the building, Went to Logans and tipped our server 15$ on a 50$ check. Sucks to be a Lone Star server. Date in Establishment: 5/16/2012 approx 7:45-8:00

My husband and I hadn't been here in...oh...a couple of years because we'd had a horrible experience with a server. Last night, though, we figured we'd try it again because that server was probably somewhere else. Mistake. We were seated, then waited a good 20 minutes for a server that never came to our table. Just left: we never even got our drinks.

Our server was very nice. The restaurant smelled like a backed up sewage system. The bathroom actually smelled better than the restaurant or the kitchen. The bread was good. Both of our steaks were cold and the poorest excuse for meat ever served. The waters were cool and refreshing. This was hands down the worst lonestar I have ever been to. Avoid at all costs.
