I've been coming here for a few years, and over time the quality had been declining... Until I came by tonight for dinner! I was impressed by the quality of items on the buffet, all was stocked and consistently warm. The most impressive bit was the sushi. In visits past, the most you could get was maybe a Philladelphia Roll and the rolls with just the crab stick wrapped in some rice, but they just hired a new sushi maker from NY! Great offerings that I've missed since moving here from the east coast. Now, I hope they'll update their bathrooms. Not that they're dirty, just kinda falling apart.

As good as an Asian buffet can be expected to be. Five rows of entrees: two straight American-Chinese, two more American than Chinese, and one cold table with shrimp, etc. - all at from-a-menu quality. A full Mongolian BBQ (tip the cook a buck - karma, you know) and above average desert and salad bar. Speedy waitstaff, good prices, and a variety of options. Go forth and stuff yourself.

This place isn't bad except for the fatties at dinner on the weekends. They serve crab legs and some other seafood, but don't stock the crab legs very often. I saw some huge customer waiting by the crab leg tray for about 20 minutes, when they brought them up I got up from my table and got inline with a few others....nope, I swear to God the fatty who was waiting piled every last crab leg onto two plates and went back to his table to velociraptor the entire plate in record time. Crazy thing is...about 10 minutes later another fatty took all the new crab legs! I finally got one cluster after I had eaten dessert, I was determined not to leave without getting crab legs, but for God's sake, if you're gonna serve them and have morbidly obese people waiting inline to get them, serve them faster so the rest of us can get a few during dinner! Besides that they have raw oysters which is a plus anytime you have them at a buffet and don't die...since I'm writing this, I lived. The sushi bar is pretty sad, but the chinese food is pretty good. I'd eat here again.

I don't like this place. I have went several times thinking it will improve, as you shouldn't completely write off any restaurant as they are always changing. It seems they pick the cheapest dishes for their buffet and don't even keep them fresh or stocked. I may have always hit them at a bad time, but I have never enjoyed dinner there. Goto China Buffet in KC or Dragon Garden in SA.

Probably one of the better Chinese buffets in the valley. They make their eggrolls onsite instead of ordering them frozen like others in the area they taste good, not the best but good. Nice friendly staff, somewhat clean and steaming food on the bar. They could improve on the taste/seasoning of their fried rice which is meh at best.

Average Chinese Buffet. Crab Rangoon is the best in the valley and their sushi selection is better than most buffet's. Great for lunch time AYC but I wish they had an ice cream machine instead of the cups you get in Elementary School.

This place is your typical Chinese buffet...BUT I will say that all of the food is very fresh which is important to me. I only go here when I am in town and it is because my parents eat there every other week. Not bad, never had a bad issue with them. Funny thing is one of the main cooks is a Mexican! Does a great job!

So-so "Chinese" buffet with the usual dishes. I give it 3 stars instead of 2 because of the selection which includes Mongolian bowls and seafood. The food is OK but everything is so overcooked that it's hard to chew.

Chinese. Japanese. An Asian Buffet. Had dinner here with my friend, Patrick and his parental units. Lots to choose from. A separate section for desserts/fruits, a salad bar, tekka maki/sushi rolls, fresh and raw oysters/shrimps/mussels, and hot entrees. My first plate contained sweet walnut prawns, crab meat sauteed in butter, white rice, string beans and veggie medley mix. Second plate had cantaloupe, honey dew, and a soft coffee flavored cake. I wish I could have eaten a lot more. I'm just not a buffet kind-of-person.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city.
