Typical Fast Food. Love their fries and Polynesian Sauce. Service is always great, workers are nice and very helpful. I have never left the store unhappy, and if my order wasn't correct, they quickly fixed it. I also love their yogurt and fruit cups. If need something quick, this is a great spot to stop.

My only experience has been with catering. I've ordered twice from them for local clients. Both times the food was not ready when I showed up. Catering manager seems to be in the wrong role as she comes across stressed. They also do not deliver at all, which has not been the case with other chik fil a locations I have dealt with. I cater A LOT with Chik fil a, but will avoid this location in the future. The food seems to be on par with other chik fil a restaurants...you just don't get the 'wow' factor like I'm accustomed to getting at most chik fil a's. Another fast food chain would equal 2-3 stars for the same review.

It is a Chick-Fil-A, of course it gets 4 stars. Quality is always spot on. This spot in particular is a little tough on the parking and there is always a line at the window. But if you manage to get inside, the staff is top notch and the day manager makes it a point to meet and greet, at least the two times I have been there. The play area is the best around and my daughter loves it.

I've never been disappointed with CFA until today at this store. It was not busy. Staff behind counter were untrained "kids" more interested in gossiping than working. I commented that it was a good thing I hadn't gone through the drive-thru b/c half my order was missing. After helping them complete my order, they placed a "one tray" eat-in order onto two trays and in a bag (for one person to carry). So, again, I helped them by rearranging the order onto one tray. The tables were so dirty that I had to ask for a wet paper towel to clean one. The glass and walls around the play area were filthy. Clearly hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I overheard another customer asking the same staff behind the counter whether they wanted him to take his own order. The chicken was cold and dry, like it had been sitting out for too long and should have been thrown out instead of served. And the final straw . . . our son's jacket was stolen from the play area while my husband and I were dealing with cleaning a place to sit and eat. There's obviously a very poor management issue here. Won't be returning.
