Hmmmph! It's a fun tavern where locals hang out. I guess the place gets touristy in the summer, but we were there in March. My nephew says that their ribs are really great, but we were there right before eating a large late-afternoon lunch and I didn't want to get too full. One can actually drink AND smoke here! Who knew Webster could be so civilized? The patrons ranged in age from the mid-20's to the mid-70's. There are regular dart tournaments and the ever-present pull-tabs (Mid-west lottery-like devices) were behind the bar.

Cheap drinks, greasy food, disgusting bar. If you are looking for a place to grab a fairly cold beer for next to nothing, but yet don't care a bit about how much black mold is behind the bar - this is the place for you. I can't say first hand that anything is actually growing that could harm you; but lets just say no one would be surprised if that was the case. The staff was friendly, even to us out of towners, and since I was wearing snow pants I fit right in - those two things give us two stars.

We were looking for a bar/grill with decent burgers, beer, and service and this place delivered in all three areas. The bartender delivered great service and the beer list was very impressive (especially for a small town bar). The burgers were tasty so we left happy and I decided to write my first Yelp review to give the place some well deserved props!

Not bad for a small town bar. Nice selection of tap beers, reasonable service. Limited selection of places to eat in the area, so that effects the rating. I. E., might be lower elsewhere, but considering the others is better than average. Very good French fries, not the all to common soggy ones found in the area.

I'm gonna get a beatin' for reviewing this pub, 'cause Jack wanted to be the first to review this place. But I gave him a lot of chances. So here it goes... what a great place. Great drinks, great snacks, great service. Webster's local pub.................
