Should of been 4stars because the burgers are pretty good. However I ordered the haystack burger and the onion rings on the sandwich were inedible. They were extremely burnt and it was a very small amount. Once they were removed the burger was very good. Also the place could use a good wipe down, it was just dirty (floor, bathrooms, etc.). The counter girl was friendly and the food came out pretty quick but the place could use some tweaking.

I am usually pretty forgiving of petty mishaps since I once worked in the food service industry, but this place has no excuse. We went here after normal lunch rush hours, yet still waited an exorbitant amount of time to receive our food. Once we got it, we quickly realized that they didn't even do it right! Is no onions really that hard? I got a pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw. My cole slaw was WARM. Either it had been sitting there for awhile or it was not kept at proper temperature- both of which is not is not nice. My fiancé got a burger, but they paid no mind to what toppings he actually wanted. Beyond that, the quality of meat was horrendous. Pink slime? I think yes. The tables were dirty and the garbage cans were all overflowing with trash. Go here if you have plenty of time to kill, do not care about the quality of ingredients, and like bad service.

Stopped here many years ago and remember it quite differently. Used to be famous for the jumbo hamburgers....... Just got a regular burger this time. Will not be returning. Mc Donald's and Wendy's down the street serve a better burger. Ordered an expresso shake that tasted like caramel. Just a big disappointment.

Thos place was once nice, but that was a very long time ago. This was Upseting exsperience. Food was all frozen. The people were rude, unkept and very slow. The kitchen staff did not wear gloves or hairnets. I and believe i now have food poisoning.

We were camping in Sheboygan and found this great restaurant attached to a Harley Davidson dealer. I love the decor. I have heard when you stay in Wisconsin you have to try the brats and Cruisers was nothing short of excellent. My wife had the burger brat combo and I had the double brat sandwich. Both tasted great and the service was awesome. I grew up on Bobak's sausage and always thought they were the best. I found the brat at Cruisers to be flavorful and juicy, even better the Bobak's. I look forward to coming back and having another delicious meal. If you haven't been here in a while, give it another chance. If you are visiting, it is definitely worth the stop.

Good burger joint. All the burgers come on Sheboygan rolls which was a nice touch and delicious. I shared the family meal with my brother in law (4 regular burgers and 1 lb of fries for $15) which I thought was a good deal. My wife ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which requires you to specify which toppings you want on your sandwich. We got what we asked for but also items we did not. Why ask if you arbitrarily get what they decide? Curly fries were good. All in all solid but I wouldn't specifically go out of my way to visit again.

What a dump, not the atmosphere, that is the only good thing about this place. It's the food and the service; what actually counts. The food is grossly greasy, but that is sort of what you might expect from such a burger place. The bigger problem is the people who work here, you could actually imagine them spitting on your food. Also, talk about nickel and diming you -- they have the audacity to charge you extra for lettuce!! And then look at you like your an idiot for asking what all the extra charges are. Fifty nine cents extra for a tomato, fifty for cheese, forty for lettuce.... By the time your done, you can spend more for a burger here than if you went for a sit down dinner at a restaurant where they actually want your business. So maybe you just stop for an ice cream, or a shake, but wait, how about spending nearly $5 for a small cup? This place really is bad on so many levels. Oh, not only do they charge you a 1/2 dollar for a piece of cheese, they'll forget to put it on. When you go back, they look at you like your the one who screwed up. This place is my worst review of any restaurant. Usually, I think they can improve, and save themselves, not here though. You can see that all the employees have the same bad attitudes. Not a place you want to go to and digest what they serve you.

I suppose the sign should read "Greasers" instead of "Cruisers" to forewarn people as to what is inside. The place is run by teenagers who are somewhat unprofessional. After we had taken our seats, a larger group of 6-8 people came in, and one of the guys behind the counter literally groaned out loud, and stood there with his head on the counter. Their food is gross, greasy, and extremely over priced-- nearly $5 for a small shake (they call it large)! For a couple with a three year old, our meal was over $30. What a disappointment!

Definately not the classiest place I've been to, and a bit over priced. The milkshakes are pretty small for being nearly $4 each. The burgers are really greasy and seemed kind of just thrown together, however I will say they tasted really good. Nevertheless, probably won't be back anytime soon.

Better than what the reviews said! I had a double cheeseburger and my Son had the Brat sandwich. Both were gone in record time. Burger was nice and greasy (like I like once in a while) and the brat was perfect. Fries were seasoned and very tasty. Overall, a good place for a burger.

Stopped by Cruisers while in Sheboygan on a camping trip. Both the food and service was fantastic. Husband had the brat, which he said was fantastic and I had one of the specialty burgers recommended by the gentleman behind the counter. Delicious! If you go for nothing else though, you have to get the frozen custard. Very creamy and delicious! Best I have ever had! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Terrible customer service. It was like an SNL skit. We came in around 8:30pm for a sweet dessert on a summer night. Not only did the girl at the register tell us with a scowl the Flavor of the Day was "out" but the hot fudge was put away and wouldn't be HOT!!! With her braces bared at us, her hand on her hip, and the repeated denial of our custard orders we LEFT! It was disgraceful. I wish there was a way to leave a comment on their site. We TRIED to eat local but the service was so embarrassingly, awful I will NEVER try to eat at Cruisers- for any food/meal. If a manager or owner was there the girl would have been seriously reprimanded if not dismissed on spot.
