My favorite supper club up here! I love the deck for drinks. The atmosphere is superb! I always order the steak and walleye. My boyfriend didn't listen to me when I said order a steak and tried the bourbon chicken. He said it was good but then finished half my filet. :) get a steak!!! You order at the bar or on the deck and wait for your table. You sit at your table and have carrots, radishes, bread sticks and crackers with cheese and liver pate. Then soup, salad with a lazy Susan of three toppers (sesame buds, bacon bits and cheese) then wait for the glorious sizzle of your steak. After dinner I suggest a salted caramel martini or frozen salted caramel drink. I've been coming up to maiden lake supper club for 30 years, and every time I leave satisfied! I've brought several friends and colleagues here, all to 5 star treatment! The owners and family members work their tails off for you to have a fantastic experience!

BEST walleye pike I have ever had! I wish other supper clubs would serve their walleye lightly hand beaded with drawn butter like they do here. Get the combo with scallops, you won't be sorry! Tasty old fashioneds. We visit Maiden Lake several times a year and are never disappointed. It's a lovely place to enjoy with family and friends. Excellent birthday special, too!

Great drinks and food! The ambiance of the Northwoods and Lake are wonderful. I bring business associates from Europe and the USA there to experience a much different Americana than what they typically see. This is not the Chicago dining spots we frequent during the work week, but a truely relaxing and enjoyable experience. Kimberly and the rest of the Staff always work hard to give us a wonderful Supper Club experience. My guests and my Family always enjoy ourselves at Maiden Lake Supper Club!

Has been about 10 years since we've been here, so there were 6 of us for dinner. Tonight was incredible from the moment we walked in...It was super busy on Saturday night Labor day weekend. They don't take reservations, and thats understandable, signed in at the bar soon as we walked in, and every bar tender there this evening was extremely pleasant and helpful, drinks are great, service was excellent. Very pleasant girl took our order at the bar about 45 min after our arrival..perfect! We were seated 15 min later, and our server Jenny, is perhaps the best I've seen in a very long time...polite, kind, efficient, made sure everything was just right! NIce relish tray and fresh baked bread..really a great touch! Food arrived and....I don't have to detail each meal, was Prime Rib, Tenderline & scallops, coconut shrimp etc...a great selection, and food was cooked to perfection, and serving size more than enough (took left over boxes home), and as I sit home writing this review, I am still not wanting desert, even though Jenny brought out visuals of the desert offerings...again..a very thoughtful and nice touch for a Northwoods Supper Club. We will be back, and soon....and will bring the rest of our friends and family next time! Definitely worth the 59 minute drive for this excellent experience

I happen to be one of the few vegans in the northwoods, but Maiden Lake Supper Club always goes out of their way to accommodate me. I truly appreciate it since I realize I'm in the "Dairy State". Fabulous food and service. Thanks again.

This is a very typical Wisconsin Supper Club. The view of the lake sets it apart from others. I just love the 1950's stainless steel Relish Susan serving bowls with carrot sticks and individually wrapped bread sticks they bring out. Very old school Northwoods Wisconsin. This place doesn't look like much as you approach it from the road on the outside but it's the view of the lake from inside or from the tiered patio that makes it something special. Gorgeous! On my last visit I asked if the walleye was caught fresh and she laughed at me which was a little disappointing. We are in the Northwoods for goodness sake! I don't know, maybe its out of season, what the heck do I know. So I ordered the duck which was over cooked giving it a gamey taste. Everyone else around the table loved their food so I didn't say anything. There aren't that many choices in this neck of the woods. And I do mean woods. In fact, I am not sure I could tell you how to get to this place, it is out there. I have always been driven by a native. The only other supper club in the area is the Wild Wolf Inn near Langlade. They have those relish trays too. I will need to check them out next time I am Up Nort!

The deck is one of the nicest places I've ever sat and drained a margarita. The seating is well-sited and the view gorgeous, and we've never been bothered by skeeters. The drinks and appetizers are good+ The fish fry is excellent, the other items vary from OK to very good. I've eaten in the area for over 50 years, and it has consistently been the best in the area.

Definitely one of the "premier" dining establishments in the area. The three-tiered patio in the back had a terrific view of Maiden Lake. The interior dining room was exceptionally loud although I was there on a crowded Friday night. The Friday fish fry was terrific. The vegetable, cracker, cheese, and liver sausage platter is wonderful and is part of the great northern Wisconsin charm.

Had a great time here at Maiden Lake Super Club. The bar tender and wait staff where friendly and the food was delicious. I'll revisit when I'm back in Lakewood.

First of all, the view of the lake from the outside deck is fabulous! Very pretty and scenic. The restaurant gets busy on the week-ends though (not many choices in this neck of the woods). Food is typical supper club fare and nothing special. Service is also mediocre.
