My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner and had such a wonderful experience! Our server was knowledgable and very helpful when picking our drinks and steak preparation. We each had salad and steaks, and wow! I got a NY strip with the cave aged blue cheese and the maître d' butter and it was phenomenal (as long as you like blue cheese). My husband got the truffle butter on his steak, which I gladly samples and was also impressed. We shared a side of twice baked potatoes, which weren't bad but severely paled in comparison to our steaks. Our night was capped off with a surprise piece of blueberry cheesecake - which was also delicious. The entire staff was friendly and the food was excellent. We were literally in a food coma the whole next day. I would definitely go back and recommend it for a nice occasion.

Had a great dinner. Service was excellent and the food was wonderful. Get the side trio. It's enough for 2 to share. Great wine selection via an iPad.

Chophouse is in the ground floor of the venerable Milwaukee Hilton and as the 'premier' restaurant in the hotel there's a reputation that has to be maintained. And yep, it hits all the high points of an expensive steak joint: hostess in an elegant but slightly sexy dress, wait staff in finely appointed serving outlets, actual tablecloths on the table, a proper butter knife and bread plate, lots of exposed dark wood accents, and a menu with very high prices. As expected, the side items are all add-ons. I find this a bit annoying. When you're spending $40 for a steak, should you really have to pay $5 for some scalloped potatoes or steamed veggies? Oh, well. Do have the salad, which is a nice scoop of shredded lettuce and macon and dressing presented well. It's a good appetizer. The steak? Oh, yeah, this was an excellent steak. Perhaps a little too well done (my medium rare as well as that of my table mate was definitely medium). Yes, the manager stopped by to ask, but you know, I just can't deal with sending food back to the kitchen. So instead, here I am slamming them semi-anonymously on Yelp. Oops. Other than being a bit too well done, it was excellent. New York strip had the right texture and an excellent flavor. I had it "au poivre" which is a great peppery topping and really accents the steak. We skipped dessert. $110 for two steaks, two beers and two salads. Woo!

Our large group was seated in a room adjacent to the main dining room in this lovely restaurant. We were immediately greeted by Jack, our waiter who pleasantly introduced himself and then went about bringing us drinks. Since there were many drinks to be delivered, the Manager, Michael also helped serve us. It is clear that the team works together to assure the diners have a stellar experience. Having a private room was perfect for us since there were some announcements and recognitions to be made -- preventing any disturbance to diners in the main dining room. The service and food were both exceptional. The food came out at one time and it was all hands on deck to deliver it to our tables so the entire party ate at the same time. I asked for my salmon to be served as raw as the chef felt it could be served. It arrived rare and perfect -- my instructions had clearly been expressed to the chef. The ambiance of this restaurant carries out the beautiful decor of the Hilton where it is housed. A real treat for those of us who appreciate old architectural details.

The food was only outdone by the service. As always you get what you pay for and this restaurant delivers. Come on Friday for date night you will not be disappointed. Ask for Joe he is the most outstanding waiter I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

We were in town and staying at the Hilton. We decided to eat dinner at the Chophouse prior to going to the Pabst Theatre for a show. We were seated right away. The atmosphere is very elegant and intimate. There was a slight mix-up between servers over who was in charge of our table, but it did not affect our experience. Our waitress, Heather, was very attentive and friendly. We got the white sangria and the spiked ice tea to start--both of which were very good. You are given bread along with four different spreads/dips to start. We ordered the Beef Carpaccio for an appetizer. The beef was very rare and sliced really thin and it made for a nice appetizer without being too filling. My boyfriend ordered the ribeye for his entrée while I ordered off the seasonal menu and got the Braised Beef Gnocchi. We then ordered 3-sides and picked the asparagus, brussell sprouts and lobster mac and cheese. Everything was presented really well and tasted great! We were full by the end of our meal and pleased with our overall experience! The items on the menu are pricey but we went there expecting it to be pricey since it is a fancier place. We liked the idea that it was ala carte and you could pick various menu items and share sides which allowed us to try various items. We'd recommend this place and would go back!

One of my favorite places to eat in Milwaukee!!! Great drinks, perfect steaks every time, and an assortment of sides that will make anyone happy. The great thing about this place is that they will do half sized potions for sides and salads. I had the Chophouse Salad, the Blue Cheese topped Filet, and the Parmigian Spinach. Contemplating the Carrot Cake as I write this... :-)

I love Chophouse especially the one in chicago... But today I'm in Milwaukee, my experience a year ago was fantastic, the food great meat was a bit undercooked but the staff whom attended to me were superb.. Today I have to say I'm sitting picking my nose cuz my food is taking forever to serve, my server is duller then a dead person about to be buried & the staff have no professionalism, no greeting, no simple hello welcome!! I will prob not return to this chophouse but as I started this-i love the one in chicago & Ann Arbor & couple others I've been to as I travel a lot!!!! As I'm having my dinner, they are cleanin & spraying chemicals around me... Wow, this is the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I'm F-ing paying for a Nice Expensive dinner-TRY NOT TO F-ing POISEN ME ASSHOLES!! Ugh .... FOOD IS B+ SERVICE is a 1 star!!! APPALLED!!! I'm a guest at this hotel on top of that!! 0"

Went here for an anniversary dinner with my husband. Joe was our server and the service was outstanding! Joe was charming and made our experience extra fun. The food was super yummy! We shared the scallops - delicious. I had the wedge salad - decent. My husband loved his steak and shrimp. We also had two desserts which were excellent. I highly recommend this place...and ask for Joe!

This place is amazing!! I would give it more stats if I could!!! My husband and I were on a business trip staying at the hotel and decided on having dinner here. I am so glad we did!! We started off with martinis at the bar then had dinner in the restaurant. My husband and I both ordered the filet and it was to die for!!! It was so tender, I didn't even need a knife to cut it!! The best part of the whole experience was meeting the GM, Cristina! She greeted our table and was unbelievable making sure every detail was up to par!! The service on every level was outstanding!! We will definitely visit again next time we are in town!!!

I had such a great time here! Imagine, table for one (because I'm traveling for work and all alone) and getting the best service! I loved this place (mainly) for the fact that it was inside the hotel, but also because it's a great steak house. It's very ambient with low lighting, light jazz music, and old world architecture framed throughout the restaurant. Classy! Like I said before, excellent service! My waiter saw that it was just me and that I jumped at the chance to order a glass of wine... very politely he commented that I must have had a long day. Oh, and the wine pours are very generous in my opinion! Great wine prices. The gorgonzola blue cheese butter was a delight, especially when paired with the sun dried tomato tapanade. I think this is the bread that everyone gets, but all the bread toppings were a nice treat. I ordered the filet steak, and it was cooked perfectly the way I like it. Now, don't judge me, but sometimes I like steak sauce, and when I heard that the Chophouse makes their own... well, I had to try it! The steak sauce was so good, and not too sweet. It wasn't like A1 (which I love, but don't tell anyone), it was very refreshing. Fantastic cut of beef and they cooked it perfectly the first time. I also had a baked potato a la carte, and that sucker was HUGE! Needless to say, I left satisfied.

We couldn't have been more dissatisfied! Looking for a new restaurant in Milwaukee tonight we thought the Milwaukee Chop House would be a good choice. Given the prices, we expected a fine meal. The service was very very slow. During the entire meal, we were only offered a chance for drinks once, at the very beginning. We were dry from the appetizers on. Time to get our meals.. 35 minutes. The meals.. awful. The Veal chops had so many spices on them the women had to scrape it off into piles on the sides of their plates and still the chops were so flavored that the veal was virtually inedible. The mashed potatoes had so much salt on them that not one of us could eat them. We simply pushed the entire bowl to the side. My Prime Rib was dry as a bone and tough. Even if it wasn't dry, their was so much salt in it that after 4 bites of a 22 ounce prime rib, I pushed the entire plate to the side. Management response? Poor. Despite telling them we were very unhappy and were not interested in replacements, they brought a new prime rib and bowl of mashed potatoes. No offer to comp us for the food we didn't touch. No acknowledgement for the two high dollar veal chops either. Biggest waste of $150 for a three person meal ever. BUYER BEWARE !!! Milwaukee has so much better to offer. Capital Grille, Mason Grill, Wards, and a dozen others are the same price with far superior meals. You'll notice that this if my first review. Our experience was so poor that I actually joined Yelp and posted this review tonight after returning from the meal just to vent and hopefully prevent others from a similar experience.

The place has great food. But horrible service. I've been here about 10 times. If you can sit at the bar, great. If you have to get a table you ate screwed. Service it's horrible.

Don't go here. Marginal service, food was seriously overpriced for the quality - especially for Milwaukee. Details: Hostess was no where to be seen when we walked in. The bartender greeted us and told us the hostess was at the bar across the lobby. He went and got her. Clam chowder was bland, tasteless flour-water with hardly any clams. Lobster tail was over broiled and then left under a heat lamp way too long - hard and dry. Filet was ordered rare, came medium. Blue Cheese topping was actually some kind of "cheese sauce." Lobster Mac & Cheese was dry and obviously had been made days before - also tasteless. Sauteed mushrooms had a general "off" taste that everyone at the table commented on and didn't eat. Was told our wine choice wasn't in stock. (They use an iPad as the wine menu and cellar manager. How would that not be current??) -- Offered us a 2 year more recent vintage for the same price --seriously?? Waitress kept trying to clear the table before we were finished - obvious she was in a hurry to leave as she had no other tables. Exploitative corporate "hotel guest" restaurant. AVOID!!

Not quite what I expected. I presumed this was competition for places like Ruth's Chris. It was the typical plush look of a Chicago steak house and the menu was certainly balanced with many typical cuts and sides that are to be expected at a high end steak house. The service was disappointing, not totally bad, but I sort of had the feeling that if the tip had been made up front, it would have resulted in better service. One of our party is wheelchair bound and the maitre d' did a nice job clearing an aisle to our table. Our server, Bridgett, never introduced herself or said much. When asked if there was anything special that was not on the menu she referred me to a card on the table that listed a couple of off menu entrees and starters. The Caesar salad was good and extra firm and oily anchovies (as requested) made it a nice choice. We shared a variety of appetizers, but no bread was served. I would have gladly paid extra for some nice warm artisian bread. The steaks were well prepared to the proper temperature for four of the party of five. I had a lobster tail added for an extra $38 and the lobster was uncooked near the shell. I am reasonably certain it was a frozen item and they misjudged it's level of being done. Being a fan of sushi and not wanting to slow things down, I consumed it. Most would probably have sent it back and at $38 extra I sort of expected that it would be cooked. Perhaps the old "don't order a chicken in a steak house' phrase should have been applied. Everyone had a great steak and we shared some twice baked potato and mushrooms. These were 'snuck' on to the table. I did not see the server place them and was very into my surf and turf and completly missed them. Everyone else did to as most of us were done and we saw them acting as a centerpiece and untouched. There was either no bus person or they were out sick and we had to clear glasses and small plates to one side of the table to make room for entrees. The server saw this and cleared them from the table. It was decent food, pricey as anticipated, but the service or the lack of it didn't bring this place up to the level of expectation.

Although Panda's love tender bamboo shoots and wild tubers, they weren't on the menu. So, we enjoyed the Crab Cakes with mango relish, poblano remoulade, & red pepper coulis ($14); The Wedge Salad w/ buttermilk/roquefort dressing ($7); ChopHouse Salad ($7); half order of Lobster Mac & Cheese ($6); and a very thick, excellent Prime Rib, cooked exactly as ordered, with a side of Bearnaise ($30). Free valet or validated Hilton Parking. NOTE: We would like to thank the supportive trio of Open Table, Marcus Rewards Card, and Restaurant.com for their help with this enjoyable dinner!

Might be the best dinner I've ever had here in Milwaukee. NY strip, with asparagus and garlic mash. They also gave our table a free dinner when the lady next to us had to get the heimlich after choking on something. Yes, she was fine. BUT, what a great dining experience oth

We went here while we were in town for a volleyball tournament. It was a Saturday night and we used the online reservation tool as we were worried it would be really busy. We got done earlier than planned and we were able to move up the time on our reservation. It's was not really full when we arrived and we were seated promptly. We did have to wait a little bit for someone to come to our table. We were the only ones there with children. We ordered small plates of scallops and crab cakes. We ordered a filet and lobster mac n cheese. They do bring out bread and different options for topping the bread which was good. We had to flag down someone to refill our water glasses. When the food arrived the presentation was not what I was expecting. The steak was on a very large white plate with just a few sprigs of a small green. For the atmosphere of the restaurant and pricing I had an expectation for a great presentation. The items were good, not what I would consider great.

I will begin this review by noting my company has secured a 50% discount for people like myself, so if I had to pay full price for the meal I had, I probably would be more critical, but I have no doubt it would not change the robust flavors and spectacular service we received - it would only be noted that the meal is pricey. Beautiful house Cabernet. Fantastic chop salad. I started with the Steak tips appetizer. Melt in your mouth goodness. I didn't even pretend I wanted to share. I threw those tasty bites back like the juicy, succulent, tender lil' bites of meat they were. One by one. Pop pop pop. No shame. My table mates ordered everything from salads to chicken to steak and all sorts of sides. Not one complaint. I tried the trio side dish: green beans, creamed spinach, and lobster mac and cheese. Holy smokes - even if I could make it at home, I would still want to experience it here. Great atmosphere. Business savvy for the travelers and meeting from the hotel clientele, yet also dimmed and sexy for any romance that was brewing, as well. I love places like this; sexy and high end. And most delicious.

What an arrogant bunch of snobs. First, they did not want to seat me because I was alone. Then when I was seated, it took 15 minutes to get waited on. Then the waitress was trying to rush me, wanting me to order my drink, my appetizer, and entree all at one time. That did it, so I left, told the jerk at the front why I was leaving, and he said "Okay". I don't see how they stay in business. Never again will I eat at this chain. And I've eaten at them many times before.

I've eaten here a couple of times and the results were very different. The first time was very strong with a well cooked steak and sides. The second was not as good. My recent trip to the Chophouse left me less than satisfied. The whole meal was a miss and included an overcooked steak, the restaurant being out of side orders very early on a Saturday night and then fruit flies in my wine. Overall, a very disappointing dinner for the money paid. I'm willing to give the Chophouse a third chance as the first visit was so much different with a wonderfully cooked steak, a tasty wine and a fully available menu but will be wary until I see and taste the product.

I had their chophouse salad and it was delicious. My husband had the ribeye and he said that was the best he ever had. It melted in his mouth. Definitely go again..

The other day I was at the local Aldis when a van pulled up and parked across not one but two handicap parking spaces, I asked the gentleman if he knew he was parking in a handicap parking space and that he needed to display his parking permit, with out hesitation he replied "I will only be a few minutes" and proceeded to enter the store. Well would you have expected this van to say Milwaukee ChopHouse on the side of it. I have only eaten at the Milwaukee Chophouse one (before becoming a Yelp member), and to honest I was not planning to return. The meat was fatty and of poor quality, the sides were as if they had been prepared a day or two ahead and left in the refrigerator or worst on the counter (baked potato that was served cold and hard, if you want to experience this bake a potato and put it in your refrigerator for a day or two, even reheated it is not the same as a fresh one), and my wife has food allergies and they were almost completely unaware of any of the ingredients in their what I only assumed at the time was food prepared offsite and reheated (with the exception of the baked potato) before being served. Now I stand corrected it appears the Milwaukee Chophouse chefs do their grocery shopping at Alids. As I stated earlier, I was not planning to return anytime soon, and in light of what I experienced the other day I would never go to the Milwaukee Chophouse again. I only gave them (1) star because you can not give zero.

Restaurant and Bar. Restaurant: classic white linen chophouse. Attentive and professional wait staff. Excellent food from an impressive menu. Date night restaurant. Bar: We are regulars at the bar. We like the quiet elegant atmosphere, and often stop in to have a happy hour drink and food. The television is on, quietly in the corner, in case an important game is on. This hotel has another more casual place across the hall, where large groups, families and college students will feel comfortable. But business people frequent this place to have a drink and quiet conversation in an elegant atmosphere.

This meal was absolutely incredible! My husband and I both had a bleu cheese crusted filet, which was to die for. The green beans were great too. The only thing I would not recommend is the Caesar salad. Very strange & pungent dressing. More of a biting hot taste than garlic or fishy. All in all, a must! Also, even though this is a classic mahogony decorated steakhouse, I would not categorize this as "Dressy". Don't let that turn you away. Many of the men dining had on jeans.

  • Gina R.

The food was unbelievable! I had the 80z filet - I barely needed a steak knife to cut it as it was so tender. Mashed potatoes were smooth as silk and the wine special made it easier to justify four glasses. Also free birthday cake - bonus! Would highly recommend.

I was staying at the Hilton for work and was recommended the Chophouse as a 'more affordable' steak house within walking distance of our hotel. I get paid per diem when I travel for work and had approximately $30.50 allocated for dinner in Milwaukee according to the current government rates. I'm not saying that I expected this to cover my entire dinner bill at a nice steakhouse, but there wasn't a single entrée on the menu I could get for $30. I think the cheapest steak was $42... Enough about me being cheap. It started off well when the free bread came with a spread sauces/dips including a blue cheese spread, sun dried tomato tapenade, a Wisconsin cheese spread, and some sweet butter cream. Yum. Then I ordered my steak medium / medium-rare (which they recommended based on my ideal description of a warm pink center) and got it with a cool red center instead. They were very apologetic when pointed this out but it took them forever to heat it back up and when it came out again it was still a bit rare for my liking. Maybe I'm doing it wrong but when I pay $40 for a piece of meat I want it cooked right. Also, my colleague was almost done eating when I finally got it back. Otherwise, this place was your pretty standard modern big city steakhouse. It was clearly catered to the business crowd with its proximity to three large hotels and downtown location. It was ok but I wouldn't have gone here if it was my own money

A mixed review....the good...the food was phenomenal. The filet with peppercorn seasoning was tremendous. The creamed corn side was amazing. The bad...the service. I planned on eating at the bar, but it was full. So I was placed at a small table in a half full, if that, dining room. Once I got my menu, I looked it over and started on my iPad. I looked up wondering where my server was and she was standing there, never said a word, staring at me. I ordered a glass of wine. She poured me way more than the 5 oz (I was ok with that) then went away. For a long time. She came back and said she'd bring some bread, which she did. I had only one bite when my meal came. Afterwards she asked if I wanted more than the one small dinner roll she gave me and I said yes, one more please. She cleared the bread plate, bread tray, and butters/spices. I asked for another glass of wine, got another huge fill up (again, fine with it), then was asked twice for dessert, both times declining. Then she went away again for a long time. The meal was great, but the service was lacking.

My boyfriend and I had a fabulous dinner here when we were celebrating Valentine's Day weekend. After reading reviews my expectations were pretty high and I'm happy to report that I was not disappointed. The ambiance was what I had been hoping for - rich, dark, soft lighting. I'd read some rave reviews about the bread + spread opener - it was great! Better than your usual bread and butter starter. We got some gorgonzola spread to go! We split seared scallops - excellent. My boyfriend got the Chilean Sea Bass (with sundried tomato pesto) and I got the Dry Aged Fillet with oysters. The oysters were deep-friend and tasted OK but the meat here was the real winner. It was cooked to perfection (medium-well), it came surprisingly fast and the sauce was to die for. Some sort of saffron cream sauce, but not too much - it was just right. I would go here again in a heartbeat!

I normally eat at kil@wat, but had a Marcus Club member discount card so gave it a try. Boy was i glad i decided to explore. Service was excellent. Atmosphere is perfect, not too quiet but not disruptive either. And the food was delectable. I had the Veal chop, my daughter had the strip steak. Melted in your mouth. One of the best dirty Martinis I've had. The Wild mushrooms served with the Veal were very tasty. My daughter enjoyed her fudge cake dessert. Will be returning for a date night with my hubby in the near future.

Took my girlfriend out for a night in Milwaukee, we had dinner at the Milwaukee Chophouse and we enjoyed it very much. We both got the 14oz ribeye, along with green beans, asparagus, a baked potato and tuna tartar. Everything from warm bread that your waiter/waitress brings you is delightful. I enjoyed my steak and she did as well, really melted in your mouth. The green beans and asparagus were delicious. While reading reviews on the chophouse, I noticed there were several people that noted poor customer service, we did not experience this whatsoever. Our waitress was very knowledgable and our drinks never became more than 1/4 full before they were refilled kindly. Prices are good, service was excellent, and food was incredible. I would definitely visit this restaurant again in the future.

Okay for a hotel restaurant. Not the best steakhouse, but definitely not a bad option. - Braised beef (bar menu) was wonderful and tender - Caprese salad (bar menu) was not great - the mozzarella and tomatoes lacked a lot of taste - Hamburger (bar menu) was good and comes with crispy fries - Carpaccio (bar menu) was okay. The crostini that it comes with were perfectly crispy, but the sauce they used on the meat, was not the best. Perhaps personal preference, but it ruined the taste of the meat - Green beans - excellent - Mushrooms - Drenched in oil and sauce... not the best. Too much sauce

Went for an after dinner cocktail and dessert. Not too busy. We sat at the bar. I ordered a frosted banana martini. our bartender disappeared for what seemed like forever. She said she was looking for a banana for the garnish. Actually it was about 20 min which is 20 years in bar time!! The drink was just ok. It tasted like Godiva chocolate martini with no taste if banana. I didn't drink it and it was removed from the bill without asking. We also ordered a carrot cake. No eye contact when I confirmed the order. Now the carrot cake- there are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe that cake! It was the best carrot cake ever. It was a death row meal carrot cake. Light cake. Many layers, perfect ratio of icing to cake, and crunchier things on top. Wow wow wow! Come here for the carrot cake and the surly service :)

Yoko was our server very nice lady. She gave me a selection for a drink which was get yummy. However the crab cakes were cold in the middle. The bread was warm and delicious the blue cheese butter taste really good. Our Cesar salad was delicious and I had a second drink in the mean time (don't judge me it's Saturday lol). Our server made conversation and suggestion before selecting our food. If you will be in the area and have dinner here ask for yoko (lovely lady) DING! Great dinner overall great service except for the fact that we wore sweat pants and the hostess mentioned it. But yet we saw people coming in with biker jacket and baseball caps.

I have frequented this restaurant so many times that I have tried every seafood dish on the menu. The best part about the Chophouse is the warm bread served with the trio of spreads. The gorgonzola butter spread is my absolute favorite! I always request Derrick because if you are a frequent customer, he remembers exactly what you like and all I have to do is sit down and my favorite glass of wine magically appears; now, that's what I call an excellent waiter. All of their seafood dishes are tasty, but I particularly love the lobster and the lobster mac and cheese. Having gone to this restaurant for the past 2 years, I was happy to see that they FINALLY made some slight changes to the menu. If only these changes would extend to the dessert section then I wouldn't have to walk to C. Adam's at the Public Market for dessert.

A friend and I were in town for a wedding looking for a nice dinner spot. Lucky for us we didnt have to look far. We stayed at the hilton and right downstairs we found this plush steakhouse! Our server Yoko was AMAZING! I had the beef short ribs and gnocchi which was good but just a tad under seasoned. My friend had the petite filet which she said was great! The sides were sooo good. But overall had a great experience!

I had a delightful and scrumptious meal here. It is fancy-schmanzy all white table cloths and high prices type of classy. Everything is ala carte so your meal can cha-ching -add up very quickly. They have amazing salads on the menu---and quality ingredients, some very large sized sides, and of course all the classics you would expect at an American food fine dining establishment. I am so happy i decided on a special from the seasonal menu. It was wonderful and I ate every bite. Beef short rib with sweet potato gnocchi, fava beans and grape tomatoes. I enjoyed my glass of dry white wine and indulged in a creme brulee' for dessert which frankly was not that good and I typically love creme brulee. This one has a fake sugar taste to it and no vanilla bean flecks. My dining partner had the wedge salad and it looked amazing. She mentioned it several times over the next few days So I think it was her favorite part of her meal. She ordered the filet at 32.00 for just one little piece of meat and a large baked potato that could have fed three people it was that large. I would certainly eat here again.

Here for business and staying at the Hilton; after a long day we just wanted easy. Seated immediately and ordered. I had the sea bass and it was amazing. Several ordered filets and they also enjoyed. I don't mind paying for great food, cooked to perfection! If you are looking for great food Chop House is a good choice.

I came during downtown dining. We were seated, the waiter comes over and the first thing he says is how busy he is. It felt like he was saying the service is going to suck, just so you know. We tried asking about the wine list and he seemed really anxious and uninterested in helping us select a bottle. He left, we discussed it and chose a bottle. When he came back we told him what we wanted and he said they were out. We picked a different Sauvignon Blanc and he said they were out of that too. He claimed that he had gone down to the cellar to get a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc for another table and he'd be hard pressed to find any more. This tells me that the issue isn't that they didn't have any, but he didn't want the extra work of going and finding one. I ordered a salad, a medium rare steak and a twice baked potato. The salad and potato were great, but the steak I got was medium well. The waiter left and I realized how over cooked it was. He came back and my friend noted that my steak wasn't medium rare. I give him credit here, because he brought me a new steak, which was SO much better. Overall, the service was poor and the food was average. I don't have plans to go back again.

Every year I visit the Chophouse multiple times when I stay at the Hilton. What I love while eating in the bar is the Trio - it's three side dishes for about $15. Marinated mushrooms, lobster mac and cheese and green beans. So good! The bar/server Marco is very good (and remembers my gang from year to year)! The atmosphere is so nice, we have met so many friendly people over the years.
