A hidden Jem for the ILLY Milly . The Bollywood Grill has become a staple for my order out. Place my order before I leave work and pick up as I am arriving home. Whoever the Chef is kicks butt in the kitchen and has had experience. You can tell by the delicate balance in heat and seasonings. Of course there are a few inefficiencies but I would brace for all of them to get just one more dish from this amazingly capable establishment.

Hands down best Indian lunch buffet around town. And in my life. They have THREE carts full of food- ranging from vegetarian to delicious meat dishes. And don't forget about the desserts (the mango ice cream is delicious) and their masala tea. Oh and let me just talk about the naan for a second. SO GOOD. Very fluffy and not over-buttered, so its perfect for soaking up all the sauces on your plate. I don't know what else to say except for prepare to get fat because everything is so good you won't be able to help going back for fifths. Even if you grabbed one piece of meat or vegetable from each dish offered, you would have a pretty full plate- that's how extensive the buffet is. And often at Indian buffets they just have the basics- paneer, tandoori chicken, etc. but there are so many delicious, authentic options at Bollywood. So if you're new to Indian food 1. Don't be afraid to try it even if you can't pronounce the names of the items because you WILL fall in love and 2. Definitely opt for the daily lunch buffet because you get a sample of everything for a cheap price. Just make sure you don't have any plans for later because you'll most likely spend the rest of the day incapacitated on the couch in a food coma.

I have been to the Bollywood Grill several times now. The freshness and flavorfulness of their food keeps me coming back! The spices are really well balanced. I am so pleased with how tasty the many veg options are. The portions are also very generous! The lunch buffet has so many options. Great to bring someone who is just getting to know Indian food. Also, this is one of the only Indian restaurants I have found serving pani poori! And even at the buffet they don't skimp on flavor! I highly recommend Bollywood Grill to anyone looking for a place to eat in Milwaukee! Be specific to the level of spiciness you can handle because they will make according to your taste.

I went here because it was within walking distance of my hotel. What's saving it from 1 star? I'm not sure. They are very nice there. And to be fair, I only had 1 thing. But chicken vindaloo should be a no-brainier. First, I don't want to be asked how spicy I want it. The chef should make it how they make it. Warn the customer it's spicy and move on. Also, so loud! I had to ask them to turn down the music, which they did, but not much. Even the rice was just so-so.

Went here for the lunch buffet after finishing a triathlon in Milwaukee, and it fit the bill perfectly. Three whole carts of food, meaning a very wide variety of entrees. I love that they had both chicken tikka masala (my mom's favorite) as well as tikka masala with cheese cubes for those avoiding meat like me. Great food and service. Our water glasses were never empty!

This is a big improvement over Mayura, though the same owners from what I understand. Great interior, there's a big poster of Aishwarya Rai in the main room, there's no better way to decorate a place called the "Bollywood Grill." This is fancier, shinier, newer, cleaner than any other Indian location, with a nice range of selection on the buffet. I think the food plus service is still better at Royal India, and the dal and grocery choices better at Anmol, but apples and oranges (maybe mangos and papaya) because this is the best place to bring a group, have a party or event, or to have Indian cuisine downtown. I loved being able to watch Bollywood music videos while eating, it makes the food so much more fun. It's blander Northern Indian, so this is also your choice if you can handle spicier Indian food. This one's in the rotation now.

This is the best Indian food in Milwaukee! I ordered the chicken chili, chicken palak, and the garlic naan. Everything was delicious! And, the service was great. What more can I say? I wanted to try so many other things....I can't wait to do the lunch buffet!

Lots of reviews so not much new to say. Buffet is very nice...goat, chicken, tandoori, rice, naan etc. nothing new or extravagant but solid.

I love that this place is so close to our apartment. I could eat lunch there every day. Fantastic selection of fresh and tasty Indian dishes. Lots of vegetarian choices, too. I liked the parsley and mint spicy sauce the best and the mango ice cream the least (too sweet for me--an ice would be better). Service was sweet and attentive.

This was the absolute worst indian food, that I have EVER had. We eat a LOT of indian food so I was excited to try this place while visting Milwaukee. We had a group on 16 and several people who had never had indian, and I doubt they will try it again based on this experience. I wont even really make a big deal about the service which was very poorly timed(entrees arrived with some people waiting a long time for the accompying bread or rice so they couldnt eat at all and food got cold). The young guys bringing the food were really doing their best, so I wont dwell on it since the food wasnt worth eating anyway. To focus on the food, all I can say is I order Malai Kufta once a week and have never experienced anything like this. There was no cream base at all. The closest thing I can liken it to is a sweet potato puree with some very soggy vegetable patties. And this wasnt a vegetarian place, so I cannot understand the lack on cream base in any of the dishes that required it. Even the Tikka Masala was some thin overly sweet gravy without any hint of cream. And the consistency was so weird in everything. I dont know how this place got such good reviews unless there arent many indian places in MKE. And they were expensive which would have been fine if the food was good, but with such dissapointing flavors and textures it was really shameful especially when they saw several items completely untouched. This was one of those meals that ruined my whole day. It was that bad. At least we go home tomorrow and we can get some real indian food.

I was so bummed when Mayura closed. I went there all the time (dine-in and take-out) since it was so close to my apartment. Thankfully, they opened Bollywood so I can still get my fix of Indian food (Why are there so few Indian restaurants in Milwaukee?!). I can't quite put my finger on it, but I do notice a difference with Bollywood versus Mayura. Perhaps it's the portion sizes, or the taste.. I preferred Mayura, but that doesn't ever stop me from going to Bollywood. They have so many great options for vegetarians, and some of the best lentil soup. I always get their special naan, too. I really encourage anyone to check this place out if you like Indian!

Wonderful lunch buffet. Almost 20 hot entrees, plus side dishes and desserts. Tucked on the west side of the same block as Metro Market. Authentic judging from the clientele, but not too hot for American palates. We live walking distance, so we will regulars.

Was that chicken or goat? I don't know but it was tasty. Did I just eat a potato for dessert? No, maybe that was a donut. I could eat a lot of those. No idea what anything was on the lunch buffet but I ate lots of crazy stuff, loved most if it, and hated very little of it. Now I'm stuffed and cultured for the bargain price of $11!

We went to bollywood with a couple that we consider our dining buddies we all had been to Mayura before. When we went this time granted it was during a snowstorm and there was nobody there practically when walked in. A few tables filled up later the service was very very attentive. The food was good except that two of four orders were definitely requested as mild but turned out to be quite spicy. I had the chicken tikka masala and it was amazing as usual. I think the bollywood pictures are little bit too kitchy and prefer the old ones better. This is a huge place and even has two banquet rooms it appears. They have a lunch time buffet during the week that also is open on saturday will definitely be back to try that!

This is by far my go to spot for Indian in MKE. Authentic cuisine, beautifully presented, and excellent service to boot! The decor is much better than the former Mayura location on Farwell. If you like it hot, ask for it hot. Medium was exactly that. Wonderful all around. Save your leftovers - gets even better the next day!

Remember Mayura, the Indian restaurant formerly located on Farwell Ave? Well Bollywood Grill is Mayura redux -- it's at a new location under a new name, but it's essentially the same place. A friend and I ordered delivery from Bollywood Grill tonight, putting our old standby, Maharajah, on the back burner for once. Like Mayura, Bollywood is relatively inexpensive -- so we ordered a ton of food. Seventy-five minutes later, our food still hadn't arrived. We were starving. When I called Bollywood, the woman on the phone was nice, but it became apparent to me that the delivery was not only not on its way, but the food hadn't even been prepared yet. Not good. Apparently they were having a hard time with deliveries because they were catering tonight. We were not impressed. When she told me that the food would arrive in fifteen to twenty minutes, I must admit that my claws came out. I let her know that we had ordered awhile ago and the delivery was way past their original time estimate. She said that she would give us a discount... which confused us, since we had already paid on GrubHub. When the food arrived, it was delivered BY A GUY IN A SUIT who not only gave us a coupon (of course, right?) but also gave us A FIVE-DOLLAR BILL. It was really weird. And awkward. Thanks, I guess. As for the food, the samosas and vegetable cutlets were cold (obviously!), and the rest of the food was pretty bland. By that point, we were annoyed by the whole situation, so perhaps we wouldn't have been so critical of the food if we hadn't had to wait for it for so long. Plus... A five dollar bill?? Really? Sorry Bollywood Grill, we won't be ordering from you again.

Our dining experience was beyond a joy. From the masala tea, rogan josh, goat vindaloo & naan, we could not have asked for more flavorful food. The waitstaff was friendly & respectful. The food was fresh & authentic. The decor was beautiful. We had to pass on the mango ice cream this visit, but will definitely save room for it next time. Highly recommend for food & service. Vast menu including vegetarian. We will see you again soon.

For the buffet price involved, this is really quite good food. Their weekend buffet had a large selection of appetizers: ranging from dosas to bhatura to pav bhaji to nan; main dishes (veg and non-veg); and desserts (at least 4 dessert items), along with masala chai. We went early but by about 12.30-1 it had gotten really crowded. All good signs for what's a relatively new restaurant. As a plus, they have a dedicated parking lot right down the street within walking distance (watch for the signs!). They change their buffet menu often, so if you're particular about dishes call them ahead. I went with a big group (we had reserved part of their backroom) and it was spacious, and even though there was another group sharing the room with us it wasn't too noisy. Highly recommend this place for group gatherings too.

Had my first visit to Bollywood grill last night. The tandoori chicken was the best I've ever had. It was moist and tender and had a crispy delicious seasoning without being greasy. The restaurant is spotless and, one of its unique features is observation windows into the kitchen so you can watch the chef prepare the nan from scratch, roast your tandoori chicken, and plate your food. The decor is brand-new. I was really pleased with my meal and the price was reasonable. My wife commented that the menu was not user-friendly and that the descriptions on the menu didn't do justice to the complexity of the flavors in the entrées. I recommend that you ask your waiter for guidance because there's so many good things to eat here. I'll go back.

Horrible, horrible food. I don't know if it's because I placed an order for food just prior to them closing at 3? But I placed an order of chana masala and a meat platter at noon to be picked up 2 pm. Food was not ready at 2. The description of the platter indicated chicken, fish, seekh kabob and a papad. There were 4 small pieces of dried out seekh kabob and overly oily pieces of fried catfish. Nothing else. No chicken, no papad, no taste. It was thrown into a styrofoam container with a lemon slice and onion slices. The chana, I mean, how can you mess that up? It's a vegetarian dish. Again, no taste. It was an unsalted curry base, probably used for most of the dishes made there, with garbanzo beans thrown in. You can't call this food even Americanized Indian food. Definitely will NEVER order from this restaurant again. Save your money, pick up an uncomplicated Indian cookbook from Barnes and nobles. Even a novice to Indian cooking will produce something better than what I purchased.

Im not too familiar with Indian cuisine. I had it for the first time two weeks ago with a group of Yelpers at Bombay Sweets. I was intrigued and wanted to try more. A friend suggested we try a buffet and lo and behold we found Bollywood Grill in my neighborhood. Wow. Im now educated in chicken tandoori, vegetable masala, dal, garlic naan, bhaturra, lemon rice and a host of other delightful dishes to augment the samosas and roti I was introduced to previously. There are close to 25 different dishes to try here among three buffet carts that stretch about 30 feet long. I can only eat so much, but for $11.95 found this to be a great way to learn what I like. Being somewhat new to the cuisine I am not certain that this is GREAT Indian food. I keep wondering if an indian buffet is to the cuisine what a chinese buffet is - pretty much adequate, but not outstanding. Then I think about how some Chinese buffets, like Jing's are outstanding and wonder what else I need to learn about Indian Cuisine. My friend who is more schooled in these dishes than I says the food is excellent including the Goat Curry which I did not try. I will say that while the decor was unimaginative it was clean and the food was attractively presented. Within 20 minutes of opening its doors this morning 20 diners were eating in my section with another 10 going through the line. I have a feeling I don't know that I've stumbled into a gold mine in my backyard. I will be back to validate this theory.

I was near the corner of State and Milwaukee when I realized that there was a new Indian restaurant in East Town. Three blocks later, I found Bollywood Grill. I can't say that I've noticed other restaurants put their mark on a neighborhood in quite the same way, because despite my love of the cuisine, I felt bad for the residents of Juneau Village. I always had a soft spot for Mayura, in that they were way over-matched just a few doors down from Maharaja. Still, I can't say that moving ten blocks away and changing your name is an acceptable solution to greater flaws. I only visited for the lunch buffet so my assessment is incomplete, but I think I sampled enough to sum things up. Basically, the food is not seasoned very well but the lunch buffet is passable if you find yourself downtown and need to quickly ingest some vegetarian fare. I was in and out in less than a half hour and ate about 20 ounces of palak paneer for $12, but if your appetite isn't as big as mine, I wouldn't call it economical. I thought that the food was poorly seasoned. The samosas were too heavy with spices, while the palak and the kofta were on the bland side, and the veggies, especially the okra, were over-cooked or soggy. Masala Tea was included with the buffet as a nice touch, but I would have preferred some American-style hot or iced tea as a paid option, as well. I did not feel cheated by the buffet, but after examining the menu, unless their portions are large I would say they're on the pricey end of Milwaukee's Indian restaurants. More expensive than Cafe India and not as tasty as Maharaja is a bad business model in this part of town. I was there during lunch on a weekday, and things were pretty slow. Maybe I left right before business picked up, but it didn't look promising and I doubt they're covering rent with that level of traffic. The service was sub-par, which was okay because I was in a rush, but it would have been nice if the server didn't look like she was working for board and a room above the restaurant. That may have been the case, but give me a smile...

Bad food . Great service Ordered lamb biriyani and chicken tikka masala . Lamb chunks in the biriyani was tough and slightly under cooked. Tikka masala wasn't exactly complete curry but only a masala . There is more to a chicken curry than just cooking chicken with masala . Both the dishes disappointed me . Don't think I'll order from there again . Service or delivery is great . Can't disagree .

This is our favorite Indian restaurant. The lunch buffet has plenty of choices. For dinner, the menu includes all our favorites. Last night we had Dosas for the first time at Bollywood Grille. Perfect. Tender and crisp, warm and thin with filling that was spicy and flavorful and chutneys to add to it.

Just what I've been looking for!! Ordered some delivery for lunch and I was happily surprised. We just moved here from the east coast and have been searching Milwaukee for a good Indian spot and we finally found it!! The food was absolutely delicious. We had their samosas, the chicken tikka masala, and the lamb vindaloo- WOW. Everything was so yummy and very authentic. They also are not afraid to put on the heat! Can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu!!

I've never had a bad meal at Mayura so I was excited to try Bollywood for the first time. The food is exactly the same, with the addition of some regional dishes. I absolutely love their chutneys! Never feel ashamed to ask for more as you're scraping the side of the bowl with your garlic naan. Great Indian food with pleasant service and reasonable prices!

The food here is really good. I'd love to come after a workout and eat all the buffet. We went in for the lunch buffet. One or two of my friends have spent some time in India so like a good Indian restaurant. They all agreed the food was great. I loved it too. The interior was a little hokey (in my opinion). It was themey in that it had what I assume were Bollywood movie posters all over. There was a TV playing Bollywood movies. It just felt weird (I guess I just prefer a painting to a movie poster). Either way, definitely a great new Indian place.

We live in Shorewood and order from this place once a mth or once every other mth. Only place we get Indian food. Bobby is always our delivery guy and always has a smile. The delivery time does take about an hr. But they make us aware and we plan ahead. Recommend it

Best Indian I've had in Milwaukee. It's pretty empty in here for dinner, which my husband finds unsettling, but I like knowing there is somewhere we can always get a table on a Friday night downtown. Sadly, that doesn't seem to translate to faster service, but whatever, it's Friday and there are Bollywood videos to keep you entertained. They have Gobi Manchuriann, which is really all that matters. I don't find the 'very spicy' to be very spicy, but I do find it to be very good.

I recently heard about Bollywood Grill from an Indian friend. It's Mayura on Farwell relocated to downtown, which I had tried in the past with meh results. But I was told there are new chefs working at this place so I decided to give it another try. I tried their buffet. The quality of the food was average, and the taste was bland... exactly similar to my previous experience at Mayura. Perhaps for the price, that's as much as one can expect.

I was Mayura's #1 fan, so it was only a matter of time before I made it to Bollywood Grill. Not a great name for a restaurant, but I would never hold that against them. I was really happy to see a pretty busy restaurant when I stopped in for the lunch buffet on a Saturday at 2pm. There was a birthday party going on as well as several people in the regular dining area. The owner of this place seems like a very nice guy and I really do hope that his business prospers now that they've moved downtown. The food is the same as Mayura - so it was very good. My only gripe is that the Tava Chicken was cold... the rest of the food was just as good as I remember it. I also wish they'd go back to putting Vegetable Korma on the buffet. It used to be an everyday thing and I miss those days. I was also surprised by the bill - over $12 for the lunch buffet. While I liked the food, I wouldn't say it's a great value while priced at $12.65 (inc tax). I definitely enjoyed the food for the most part, though... and I think I could eventually raise this review up to 4-stars once I get a taste of the regular menu once again.

This place is a compete nightmare. They charge you so much and serve you half cooked cap. We were two for a dinner. The were no one else in the restaurant on a Friday night. That made us skeptical. We ordered a biriyani and chat for appetizers. Both weren't good for the price we paid. We are from Chicago and you could get so much better food for half the price at Chicago downtown. Please do not spoil your mood by trying this restaurant. Better go to any other brewery or pic nearby.

Truthfully, Ambience does not really go along with the name. It is very average indian restaurant, even worse when it comes to food. We ordered samosa chaat which usually comes with cooked chickpeas and yoghurt and other spicy sauces. A- it was 30% more expensive than usual. B- had no flavor and was the most dry samosa chat ever. C-samosa was not well fried so tasted uncooked. Even the gobi manchurian was a little dry on flavor. Never going there again.

With the change to Maharaja's menu, I was in serious Lamb Masala withdrawal. Then comes along Bollywood Grill, making everything whole again. I live less than a block from here and walk past ~2x a day with the dog, and this building has always been empty. I'm happy to see something take up this space, adding a little more life to Jackson street. The service was slow given that there weren't very many people here, but overall it didn't break the experience. The menu has many options that I want to try. I ordered a side of garlic naan with my entree and it was fantastic! Garlicky and warm and chewy. When I first got my lamb masala, it didn't come with a side of rice. Usually at Indian restaurants the side of rice is a given, but I figured that Bollywood was different and served everything a la carte. However, someone came over to fill my water and then promptly returned with a bowl of rice. Perhaps she noticed that I was missing rice and took it upon herself to get me some? So, I'm not sure if rice is included or not, but I think so. And I am appreciative that she noticed I was missing rice and went out of her way to get it for me, even though she wasn't our server. She should have gotten some of the tip. Final word: I'll be back, and I'll have the inevitable struggle of "do I try something new?" vs "how could I possibly get anything other than lamb masala?"

My husband and I have gone to many Indian restaurants in the San Francisco bay area, so we were excited to discover one that we liked in downtown Milwaukee. I saw some reviews complaining about over-spicing, but we felt otherwise - we love hot and spicy dishes. If you don't like spices, then Indian cuisine may not be right for you. Next time we're going to get it hot instead of medium :) We ordered the roti (whole wheat naan) with our entrees. It was good enough, but it was too much oil on it, and we had to blot the excessive amount of oil with our napkins. Other than that, everything else was excellent - the food, service, and ambiance. The bollywood theme/style is common in Indian restaurants and doesn't bother me one bit. The setting is upscale with cloth napkins and nice dishes. We'll be back to try the lunch buffet and the spicier items.

I would like to update my rating since the owner was gracious enough to address my earlier concern regarding the wait staff. Also, I have visited Bollywood Grill since then for the weekday lunch time buffet with my colleagues. The food was fresh, and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the chaat corner, chicken tikka and carrot halwa.

Like the previous reviewer, we liked Mayura, the previous restaurant. The food is quite tasty and I especially like the appetizers. There has been times where all we would order would be a whole bunch of appetizers although they are mostly fried and might not appeal to everyone, especially if you are trying to stay away from fried foods. I have only 2 complaints. The chair I was sitting on was about to break. It was very wobbly. I could have mentioned it to the waiter but I didn't. Also, the water was room temperature and was not cold. Again, I didn't say anything but I bet they would have given me ice if I had asked for it. We will still come back and eat at Bollywood. Waiting for their Groupon to come out.

Second Visit: Decided to try it again since the food was pretty good. Out of 5 dishes, three were ordered mild. All of the dishes came out medium (and they are heavy handed with the spice). In fairness out waiter said he was new but he should have had them remake the dishes as soon as he realized his error.

Ok, this place is real deal! Great Indian food, fair prices and the service is impeccable! It is wonderful to find a restaurant that is about the whole food experience, the staff here genuinely cares about your Indian dining experience. I've eaten here several times since they have opened, and every time was better then the last. By contrast, it is nothing like the Mahavaja which is a poor Mexican interpretation of Indian cuisine.

Very impressive for a new Indian Restaurant trying to make it as a Banquet Hall and still keep the restaurant atmosphere relaxing. Speaking to the manager/part owner was delightful. He has a great personality and don't be afraid to ask for culinary recommendations. Four of us shared 2 appetizers including the mixed platter. We also had 3 entrees including curry goat, lamb biryani, and chicken masala. hopefully, those are spelled correctly. Everything was excellent and the spice was medium to light which was perfect for our tastes. Hot enough to make me eat slowly. We will all be returning for dinner in the next month. I would even bring any Indian friend to Bollywood Grill. Parking is available in the garage on Jackson and Juneau entering on the Jackson side. We walked there which is even better.

I was a big fan of Mayura and gave it five stars. Bollywood Grill is Mayura with a better ambience (and a weird name). The food is the same and the owner is really polite. No reason for not giving them 5 starts. Make sure you try their butter chicken and the ginger naan. You can thank me later. ;-)

I was not a fan of Mayura (though admittedly that may have been unfair, as it was based off of one take-out lunch experience), so I put off trying this place for a bit, especially as I love Maharaja so much anyway. But my friend and I decided to check out the lunch buffet one day, and it was amazing. It seemed like it had a fair few items that I don't usually see on Indian lunch buffets, and everything from the naan through the mango ice cream was delicious. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive even though it's a buffet, the price was perfectly reasonable, and I think it's a really attractive space. I would spitefully rank it down a star for the resultant day-long food coma, but I guess that wouldn't be entirely fair.

It was Sunday before St. Pattie's Day and as I navigated a Juneau Avenue full of party people, we arrived at Bollywood. Thank goodness for off street parking, what a luxury! The front entrance is kind of depressing. It looks like an unused room with dirty storefront windows. The dining room looked nice at first glance, as did the lunch buffet. We were in a party room in the back. I'm usually not swayed by looks, but the white tablecloths beneath the clear plexiglass on the tables were filthy. The plexiglass table tops had a film on them like they were not thoroughly cleaned. The carpet also looked matted and dirty. Isn't this place fairly new? I wouldn't expect it to be in the state that it was. I'm sure this place has a lot of traffic, especially during the week, and I'm sure it has everything to do with the food! I love the authenticity of this place. The signs above the dishes on the buffet are in Hindi and the spread is beautiful. I started with a plate of fluffy basmati rice. I dotted the rice with a little bit of each dish. I'm thankful that the goat curry sign was in English. I swerved around that one (yes, I'm a wuss when it comes to goat "anything")! Most of the dishes were a creamy, under seasoned sauce. I'm usually not one to salt my food but it was needed here. Occasionally I would eat something that burned my face off, but everything was mostly mild and okay. The buttered bhutura was epic, as was the tandoori chicken. There was also an orange mash of something with cashews and bit of corn that was decadent. Vegetable pakora is my favorite dish at an Indian restaurant, and here it was mostly batter with very little vegetable. I'm not sure I would return for the reasons stated, but I'm on the fence.

We were big fans of the owner's prior restaurant, Mayura and we were thrilled to find the same exceptional quality and a much more elegant ambiance. Wonderful service. Our kids love the buffet. Also a great new party room.

Super fantastic! Visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this gem. My wife, brother and I all had the lunch buffet and left stuffed and satisfied. I highly recommend.

We decided to try out the new version of Mayura. The new space is larger and more inviting. Thankfully they got rid of the pictures of food... though they managed to sneak some on the menu. Food was terrific. We split samosas, garlic naan and chicken tiki masala. So flavorful and perfectly spicy. House wine pour was decent in flavor and generous in size. We will definitely be back for dinner and hope to not become addicted to the lunch carry out window.

Came for lunch...everything I tried on the buffet was great, especially the naan and chicken tiki masala. Mango ice cream and tea included as well. Great visit. Will be returning again soon.

While the food is very good at Bollywood, it's not quite as good as the Singh's other location (The Taste of India in Brookfield). We like the downtown location and convenient parking. In the three or so times that we've visited, the service has been attentive and they even listen to us when we implore for Level 5 spiciness. I've only visited during dinner hours so unfortunately I can't provide any comments on the lunch buffet. Anyway, the place seems busy with both routine dinners and also banquets so it seems like they'll be around for awhile. Our go-to dishes are Aloo Gobi and Chicken Tikka Masala coupled with Peshwari naan and Samosas. All items are good bordering on very good.

By no means am I a traditional Indian food expert. However, the food HERE seems to be fairly authentic. I thought all the food I ate was wonderful. It's a great spot to grab a quick lunch or dinner. They do serve alcohol ( Martini Menu and others) The costumer service was so-so. I wasn't impressed nor was I disappointed. I would agree with the majority of the other yelp reviewers who rated this a 4-5. So, whether you're into Indian food or just looking to try something new I recommend the old Mayura..

My husband and I had our first date at Mayura...now called Bollywood Grill. We go there once a month at least, and have always received amazing service and great food. My husband loves the Tikka Masala and I am a sucker for the Butter Chicken, which is better than any Butter Chicken I've gotten anywhere else. Plus they brought my husband mango ice cream on his birthday!

Mayura has changed location and name. Food was as usual good (as expected of mayura) and decor is slightly more upscale as compared to the old location.
