Cherry Berry is the third frozen yogurt establishment to pop up recently in Hudson, Wisconsin. I took my family here tonight. The yogurt is strictly average, no better or worse than the other two yogurt shops here in town. What was nice is that it was clean. The price was about the same as everywhere else. The downside is that their credit card machine didn't work. My understanding is that it hasn't worked since they opened. One would think that there would be a sign on the door indicating this but that would make too much sense. There is nothing like getting up to the register and expecting to pay by card only to be told that they can't accept it due to an issue on their side. A concern that I have is that they have multiple size cups but say that the registers automatically calculate the tare on the cup. I am confused by this as if you attempt to have them weigh two cups at the same time, they tell you that they can't because the scale already calculates the tare. I am tempted to contact weights and measures to have them test out these scales. I am giving Cherry Berry in Hudson 3 stars however if I go in again and their equipment is still not working to take cards and there is no signage, their score will be dropping.
