This Panera Bread is very organized. Wonderful service. Coffee is always being refilled. Workers walk around taking plates and garbage. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I always love coming here in the morning to read and have a couple refills of coffee. The coffee at Panera is delightful.

Always a great option for a quick and decent meal. I can always get a healthy option. The lighter selections range from salads to soups, or can get heartier options such as sandwiches, paninis and stews. The ingredients are simple and the food is made in minutes right in front of you. If you have a sweet tooth, they have a wide variety of cakes, muffins, brownies and pastries. For all you breakfast lovers, stop in for bagel, quiche and a cup of coffee on your way into the office, . Although it does get busy around breakfast and lunch time, usually it's no problem finding a seat. In summer months they have an outdoor patio to accommodate additional seating.

It was very packed but the service was very fast. We got in ordered almost immediately, the cashier was very polite and made sure to tell us about sides, and so on and so forth. We were only waiting for about 4 minutes when our buzzer went off and our food was ready. I was served my turkey sandwich and an apple on a unappealing tray, and my dad was served a philly cheese steak panini and a baguette on the same awkward trays. He enjoyed both, and finished the whole thing with room to spare. Whilst I finished my average sandwich (on amazing bread) and most of my apple with a little room to spare. In a time pitch this is a regret free, healthy and averagly priced place to stop for a bite to eat.

I frequent Panera and am a fan but this location has disappointed me repeatedly. 60% of the time an ingredient is forgotten on my food. When I ask to have issue corrected I am met with general frustration and disrespect from the staff as a whole as is I am the one inconveniencing them. The customer is always wrong here. Today I was scolded by a manager after asking about a congealed portion of dressing I received. Clearly this is not part of the service industry.

I usually love Panera, but this location has very slow service and forgets items often.

I will maybe have to write another review for the next time I return. When I came today, it was very busy and crowded. I should have scoped the place out before choosing somewhere to sit. My food was pretty good, but my Cafe Mocha wasn't very hot, Fontina Grilled Cheese Sandwich did not have all of the cheese melted, and there was a spot of Broccoli Cheddar Soup in my Togo container for my soup.

Review of the new Southwestern Chicken Flatbread Sammie. There was some confusion on the prices. A whole sandwich consists of two flatbread sandwiches for 7.59. One single sandwich is 4.99. The sandwich consists of all natural antibiotic free chicken, spicy black bean hummus, feta cheese,a southwest corn blend, napa cabbage blend and cilantro with a barbecue ranch dressing on flatbread One sandwich has 350 calories and 610 mg of salt, 17 gm of fat 65 mg of cholesterol, and 3 gm of fiber, 5 g of sugar + 9 g of protein. The sandwich was tasty and one was filling enough for me. Only problem I encountered was that when they made it, I was able to see them measure out the ingredients and put the sandwich into a to go box. When they moved the Sammies to the box a lot of ingredients fell out onto wax paper, I asked them to please include the ingredients that were on the wax paper into the box , which they did. So in closing, I would keep an eye on it being made.

My aunt and I went here yesterday as she had multiple gift cards. I just moved to Wisconsin last year and I had never been to a Panera bread before. We got things from the bakery and from the cafe. We took it to go and we both got a pick 2 combo meal type thing. I got the turkey and cranberry flatbread with their French onion soup. They were both past my expectations. The sandwich was a tad soggy on the bottom from juice and the melting of the sauce but we did have to drive home so that's no big deal. The flavors were delicious. I am not a big fan of the soggy bread in French onion soup and I was super happy they kept the croutons in a bag on the side. I am a baker and one thing I was SO impressed with was the French baguette they serve with the soup. It it the BEST baguette I have had to date. Soft on the inside and crispy crackly on the outside and PERFECT for dipping. I thought it was superb and for a first impression they really hooked me and will continue to get my money. Cons are that it was loud and busy and it seemed a bit unorganized in the bakery part of the store. But on the cafe side they have a super efficient way of keeping everything in order because of a pager they hand you with your receipt. Not really any complaints from me :) I am going this weekend with my husband to introduce him to their yummy food!

My parents and I go to Panera for breakfast during weekends all the time. We like their food and beverage. This review is about their service. They seem to have a lot of younger employees and that can be a problem sometimes. We sometimes get the wrong food/beverage. This one time when we received a cafe latte instead of the chai latte we ordered, we brought it back to the counter and told the girl who was making drinks at the time. She said, "I didn't make that. I don't know." All I was expecting was "I'm sorry and I will get you the right one." So I said, feel free to taste it; it's not what I ordered. and I showed her the receipt. She responded, I don't want to taste your drink; I'll just get you another one. So later my mom went to pick up the drink and told her how to do customer service (my mom's a really good waitress). The manager overheard them and came over to our table to give us to $6 gift certificates for the unpleasant experience we had with the young girl. She said, it is not the way to treat customers and they should know that they cannot argue in front of customers. So there are still people with some senses there.

Great bakery, sandwiches and soups. Never once had a bad experience and will continue to go as long as they are open. Been a customer for years and love how fresh everything is. Great place to visit with friends or have a business lunch. Always very clean and they don't keep you waiting.

Delicious food. Staff wasn't very friendly last visit but I can ignore that since they only cashier and nothing more. Just my opinion

Compared to other Paneras, this location is tiny. During weekend mornings and lunch hours, it's a challenge finding a place to sit either inside or outside. However, like all the others, this location has consistently good food. The one downside is the pricing, which has steadily increased which makes it a not-cheap place. This location has the morning regulars who are guaranteed to keep the noise level up and the conversations interesting. Because of it's size and the location, this isn't a Panera that encourages lingering if that's what you want but does serve its purpose. Decent food, served quickly, and done well.

Great bead, and the chicken frontega is mouth watering. Great place for lunch if you don't mind the wait.

The food is Great. But, it's almost always difficult to find a spot in the parking lot. And, if you go during normal lunch or dinner time it is impossible to find somewhere to sit.
