We cry everytime they close for a bit in the winter.... Love love love their food!!!!! Authentic and they cater too! Have to get something from the meat case if you go there. I've brought home their frozen mushroom ravioli before too. Yummy!!

An excellent place to enjoy home made authentic Italian food. It is a bit pricey but is well worth it. They also have a selection of fresh meats and pastas to purchase as well. The owners are very friendly and won't hesitate to help you get exactly what you want. Highly recommended!

A friend recommended this deli/restaurant and the Yelp reviews sealed the deal. All we can say is "yum!" The Italian beef was some of the best we've had in years. The grilled chicken salad was absolutely delicious. Friends drive up just to get the Italian sausage or trays of pasta. Only one disappointment - the cookies were dry and tastless.

Rigatony's is always a treat to visit and I always wind up stocking up on Italian treats whenever I visit. For years our Christmas dinner has been topped off with their tiramesu which is one of my favorites around. More recently I have been doing takeout from them and catered sausage, peppers and potato's for a party that everyone raved about. I'm loyal to my butcher in Whitewater (Hi Dan!) but their meats look good. Be sure to check out their freezer case for homemade pasta and sauce (or do you say "gravy?".

Things offered are above average. My only complaint is they push too much stuff on you. If you order a pound of something you typically get 30% extra. Good salesman but I have a limit to what I can buy. I know a lady who wanted to spend a $100 and ended up spending $300. She could not say no and they tend to really push the stuff at you. Us locals have different pocket books than their Illinois followers. Be careful about what you buy but the offerings are 1st class!

Although a far drive from my home in Milwaukee, so worth it! My Italian family has been ordering food from here for years. The Italian beef is out of this world!! Not a real big place, but big enough, plus the full it with only the best foods! All of their salads are delicious, their meats are beautiful, and their giardiniera is the absolute best. Bought 3 jars- addictive (it's a must on a brat).

I love this place. The owners are nice, fun and friendly. Great authentic Italian food. The homemade sausage is amazing, I get nostalgic every time I go in there. There isn't anything I wouldn't recommend.

Our family ordered some food for a party, and when we went to pick it up, I was so amazed at the service and huge selection of food items available here! They were so nice and everything on display looked amazing. Everything we ordered was ready when they said it would be, and when we took it home and served it, everyone was very happy with it. Very tasty! The portions were very generous too. We will definitely use them again for our large family!

Rigatony's is an Italian gem in the Southern Wisconsin region. It's not a typical sit-down restaurant, since they do a lot of whole-sale and catering events; however, they do have some tables and chairs to dine-in and listen to Sinatra who seems to constantly be serenading the customers. Tiramisu has been my long-time favorite dessert. The first time I walked into Rigatony's I asked about their Tiramisu. When I was informed that it was going to be the best I had ever tried I was skeptical, but charmed by the owner's confidence. He was right. One of the sweetest birthday presents I ever received was from my partner who shipped an entire sheet-cake of Rigatony's Tiramisu wrapped up, stored in dry ice, and sent across country to where I was living in Colorado. I stored it in the freezer and within a month I had the entire thing eaten. Whenever I visit Delavan, I insist on a trip to Rigatony's. Their sauces are delicious, their staff is helpful and warm, and they never fail to impress. Don't forget that they are closed Sundays and Mondays--I've disappointed my stomach many-a-times.

I was in charge of dinner for a Women's Retreat that I recently attended in Delavan, WI. Not knowing of any caterers in the area, naturally I came to Yelp for help! The place that someone else helping to plan the retreat mentioned was not rated very well on Yelp, so I took a leap of faith in my fellow Yelpers and because of the great reviews I decided to try Rigatony's. I ordered 2 pans of spinach lasagna to supplement the other food we were having for the dinner. The delivery driver from Rigatony's delivered our order exactly when they said they would. The spinach lasagna was excellent! Everyone loved it, and I basked in the compliments on the excellent dinner all night.

This place is awesome! If driving anywhere near Rigatony's make a detour and stop in for some if the best Italian food anywhere. Incredible hot dishes available from one deli counter; cold items and meats available from another. Oh, and don't forget the dessert case! I've been there twice -- both trips were great. You can't find a better fast-casual place to have a meal -- it will rival (more likely surpass) anything you've ever had from far fancier and much higher priced Italian restaurants.

This place has phenominal home cooked Italian food and a wide variety of meats, cheeses and other deli items. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because the prices are a little steep.

OMG!!! The food is off-the-charts outstanding! Everything is absolutely delicious, like eating in an Italian home. They make whatever they make, and that's what's available in the hot display case. When it's gone - it's gone. (They do have tables, both inside and out - so you can buy your dinner and sit down to eat.) My favorite is the spinach lasagna. Along with dinner, they have a huge selection of Italian cookies, cakes and other desserts. I love the many biscotti's. My kids' favorite is the raspberry filled cookies. This is the only place we eat at when we take our annual Lake Geneva vacation during the 4th of July weekend. It's a little nuts, but if we are in town for 3-4 days, we will basically eat here every day. During this last vacation, we were trying to find a different restaurant, but after googling the options, there was nowhere else we wanted to go. The owners and staff are all wonderful too, very personable.

Rigatonys is an Italian deli that has some tables in another room. The people are terrific and were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good. I had their baked rigatoni and meatballs - awesome. My wife is glutton intolerant, so they made a special salad for her. They told us later that we could pick out anything from the deli and they'd cook it for us. Nice.

My husband and I LOVE Rigatonys. Their portions are extremely generous, food is fantastic, prices are decent and they have THE BEST canolis and tiramisu I have ever had the joy of tasting!!! Seriously. The people that work there are very nice also. My husband and I make a point of going there each time we visit Lake Geneva, and are often tempted to make the 2+ hour trip up there just to get some Rigatonys!!

My family had dinner here on a Thursday night. They close at 6pm, and we got there at 5:20. We had just enough time to order at the counter and sit at a table. Another couple came in at 5:35 and originally was told they would have to take their food out, but then they manager came around and gave the OK for them to stay and eat. The whole atmosphere was "let's make the customers happy". The food was very good. We had a couple of paninis. My son (11 years old) ordered lasagna, and the slab they brought was massive, enough for him to bring home and have for lunch the next day. My daughter asked for a kid's meal spaghetti, and they emptied the pot of noodles onto her plate. I guess it was the end of the day and they figured it was better to serve the food they had than to throw it away. Overall, a very friendly, relaxed dinner for 5 for under $40. I would highly recommend it, but make sure you get there by 5:15 if you want to eat-in.

Great food - never been disappointed and I've been eating food here since they opened years ago. Sandwiches, pasta dishes, chicken...you name it - everything's home-made and very good. We've bought trays of food here for many parties and our guests have always been impressed.

I used to own and operate a small Italian restaurant, so I have a fair bit of experience with Italian foods. This place is off the charts, worthy of more than 5 stars. It is not a gem, it is a diamond in the rough. Clean, friendly, easily accessible and exceptional choices on the menu and in their deli. They have a small deli with a meat counter full of fresh cheeses, custom cut meats and fresh sausages. Tucked next to it is what appears to be a cafeteria line with about 10 or 12 entrees, an extensive sandwich menu longer than both your arms and cases of fresh and unique crusty breads. The dishes are exceptional, properly prepared and tasty. All served with fresh ingredients that are better than mama used to make. Home made soups - one of the best pea soups I have had in decades, along with hot, quickly served entrees. The rolled and stuffed steak was fork tender and sauced properly. Some sausages, peppers and potatoes were tender and flavorful. A hot meat ball sandwich was gigantic for $5 and full of flavor on fresh crusty bread. The sub sandwiches are excellent, piled high with quality ingredients. A fantastic rice pudding lured me to bring home some of their fresh berry streusel. Pelagrino water cold by the bottle made this a memorable place with exceptional freshness, superb service, caring management and they boxed everything left over from their giant portions to create another meal at home. The server even put in some bread, butter, plastic flatware and napkins. Not something you find anywhere anymore. Try this place, you would not be disappionted, but bring an appetite. They have a deli with an extensive array of fresh, high quality imported cheese and meats. They also sell most of their entree items frozen. They make it very easy to fake that "I spent all day in the kitchen meal" for friends. They bake their own breads and there is a wide selection of breads, rolls and desserts. The breads freeze very well and rarely will last long if left out for quick snacks because they are excellent and very tasy.

This is 2 places in 1 location: butcher/deli on one side, restaurant/bakery on the other. I feel like part of the family when I come here. Service is top notch and they give great advice on what meat to buy for a specific occasion. Their meat is top quality, a little pricey but if you need a good grilling steak this is the best butcher in town to come to. Homemade sausage is delicious. But if you don't feel like cooking yourself, just stroll on over to the other side of the store and order some homemade Italian pasta or sandwiches to eat there or to go. Their Italian Beef sandwich is the best in the entire Midwest - order it with cheese and extra juice and there's enough for 2 people to share (not that you'll want to). A hidden Italian gem in Delavan!
