I stopped in over Memorial Day weekend because I heard the restaurant was under new ownership. We came to try the AYCE fish on Friday. They were quite busy. We came about 6:00. We had a drink at the bar the bartender was very personable, her name was Brenda. The atmosphere was quaint and I enjoyed the background music. We were served warm rolls right away after sitting down and before dinner we got coleslaw and beans. The fish came with tartar sauce and choice of potato. I was so full I couldn't ask for more. We will definitely return. Next time for Sunday brunch.

Great Friday fish fry at The Cove Supper Club. This classic for a Wisconsin Restaurant....I like the supper club idea, it makes it sound exclusive and homey at the same time.

Open Thursday thru Sunday at 4:00. the Onion Haystack appetizer is delicious and huge! The specials are affordable and I totally enjoyed our choices. From the steaks to the shrimp to the pasta, the food is fantastic! The staff is very friendly and the Grasshopper Pie is homemade! We've been here a few times and always look forward to planning on going again. The restaurant sits on a little cove and if you get a window table it's very relaxing!

Took us a bit to find this place. The location yelp shows is about 1.5 miles away from where it really is. Service was good. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. This was really good. Got me my fix that I've been looking for. My fiancé ordered the cream of mushroom soup, the King prime rib with mushrooms and onions and red potatoes. He said the soup was a little peppery. But he likes it that way. The prime rib was a little overcooked but he said it was really good. Had a good flavor without being overwhelming. The potatoes were good. For his daughter we got the kids pepperoni pizza. Generous size and very good. Had to try it myself. Thicker crust but very light. For dessert we split the grasshopper pie. I think I'm coming back and just ordering an entire pie. It was amazing. Prices are reasonable.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star for the way they treated us. We walked in and the host and hostess Jim and Vicki were very rude to us like it was a big deal to seat us. So we stood there for a good 10 minutes waiting to be seated because apparently they had so many reservations but by the time we left they had plenty of empty tables. So it didn't seem like they had very many reservations! Then before we were even finished eating they started taking are plates which still had food on them and with a very bad attitude saying "you done with that right?" They were also pushing in the chairs and cleaning our table like we weren't even there. The food was ok nothing special the portions were very small for the price you pay. We did have an amazing waitress named Becky she was the best thing about our visit.

The cove has always been one of our favorite places to eat, until last night. We got there around 5:15, it wasn't to busy or anything... We ordered drinks (which took way to long to get to us).. All 6 of us normally come for the ribs which we ordered and were told rudely that "they were out of ribs, sorry, I should have told you that before you guys looked at the menu..". (Two other couples walked out because they weren't told this and we should have too!) The cove use to be know for their ribs and broasted chicken and they didn't have either.. (The menu isn't that large and they were also out of mussels and cheesecake.. ) When we got the food (that we really didn't feel like) the waitress didn't even come back to see how it was. If you're claiming to be a supper club I think service should be a number one priority.. We definitely miss the old owners.. Won't be going back for awhile. I will say the only reason they got the star was because the hostess was very, very nice and took the kids order right when we were sat so they didn't have to wait.

Ahh "The Cove" this place has been around forever.... An average Friday night consists of a parking lot full of cars and a wait for a table. They offer different types of fish here, bluegill, cod, perch. I had the Bluegill and it just didn't fill you up like a dinner should. My fiancee had a cod dinner plate and the pieces were somewhat small. I'd say the prices aren't too bad, however lets work on those portions for your $. The atmosphere of this place is great, open, airy, lots of windows and a nice size bar.
