Goodness this was just terrible.. beside it took over an hour to get food and there were only 3 of us. There was a FLY cooked up in one dish and the label left on the veggies in the other dish. The food itself is just blah... even with the added fly!

Food was lackluster. Server charged a $42 check as $422 caused significant overaged on my checking account ..we had to FIGHT to get the restaurant to fix the issue.. after the end result the manager Ruben argued with my wife about whos fault it was... just wondering how many people this has happened to.

This is your typical Mexican restaurant. Food is excellent, customer service is good, togo orders are always correct without missing anything, and of course the location is hard to beat overlooking the river with outdoor seating. AND the drinks, while slighty over-priced, have plenty of alcohol in 'em.

We ate here on a nice, sunny afternoon on the outdoor patio. Nice view of the river. My fiance ordered this monster margarita - it was like a swimming pool. Good. We got chicken quesadillas and the chipotle wings I believe. The wings were teeny tiny barely any meat on them, flavor was so-so. The quesadilla was huge though. Okay. Standard chips and salsa when you first sit down. Hits the spot while you wait. Friendly server. Cool place to stop by if you're around and able to sit outside and enjoy the sun/river.

I love Todo! Decent food and a beautiful view who doesn't love that? Three stars because things tend to go downhill during busy times.

Still my favorite place for Mexican. The BEST pico de gallo around. It's always worth the drive. Tonight we sat outside by the water feature they've added. Great choice! Mid price range, great Natural Margarita's. YUMMY!

What a disappointment. Restaurant was empty, yet the service was still horrible. Ten minutes in our seat before we were even acknowledged. Had to ask for more water 3 times before getting it. Asked if we wanted more chips, yet brought no salsa to go with basket, so had to ask for that too. Dinner taco salad was like an appetizer salad. Shell bowl was about half full. Lots of shredded lettuce, 1/2 slice of tomato, hardly any cheese & chicken. All for $8.95. After finishing dinner, sat and waited...and waited. Finally took our plates, yet failed to bring our bill. Heard someone else ask for theirs, so asked for ours also. WOW. Definitely will NOT go back. In Snohomish if you want excellent food & service, go to El Paraiso.

Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had! The food is fresh and healthy. I ordered the chicken tostada and asked for black beans with it. It was delicious and the chicken was all white meat. Yum! Great service, very friendly and reasonable prices.

This place has pretty average Mexican food. It's not fly off the plate kind of delicious, but not horrible either. It was so average that I can't even remember what I ordered...didn't thrill me enough to rate. The service was also equally average. However, the view, especially on a nice summer day is amazing. They are just on the water and it's a gorgeous, sunny spot to watch things float by...

Todo Mexico is a sure bet! Excellent service. Good food. I'll be back again, again, and again...

I was totally expecting something much better than what we got. The location is great and the view of the river flowing next the restaurant is to die for but the service and food.....ICK! Some friends and I came her last night for some dinner and although we were greeted and seated promptly, the service went down hill from here. We had a little trouble deciding on what to order which must have bothered the server because he came over about 6 times, asking us over and over if we were ready. I hate feeling rushed. So I finally ordered some veggie fajitas all the while realizing the waiter was looking out the window and not listening to us at all. We had to repeat ourselves quite a bit. Of course, like with most Mexican food, it was ready in about 30 seconds. The problem was that the waiter didn't bring half of the things we asked for. No tortillas (how do I eat fajitas otherwise?!), sour cream, more water, etc. Once we finally got all our items, I realized I needed to wade through the grease to get to my fajitas. Boo. After all the pushiness, we never saw our waiter again. Someone finally brought us a check, we paid, and left with grease soaked hands and stomachs. I might come back for drinks because the view is so fabulous but I probably won't eat here again.

Came in for drinks. Treated like crap because we didn't buy food. Didn't seem to care we bought $40 in drinks. Getting service at the table was impossible and when we dis, it was like we were vagrants. Had to beg for check and finally had to nab bartender to pay bill. Absolutely worst server I've ever had. I'm a big tipper. First time I did zero in ten years. Never never again!

My hubby & I try to go on a lunch date each week. This week was the first in a very long hiatus because we were on a very strict diet. We choose this restaurant after walking along the river, and were so eager to eat "non diet" food. We were NOT disappointed. The Pico de Gallo was amazing & we found it difficult not to eat the delicious chips that were a no-no on our diet. Its got purple cabbage, big chunky cilantro pieces and fresh lime juice. We ordered a shrimp Cesar salad and a side order chili relleno to split. It was a perfect lunch date, along with the view of the river. We can't wait to come back when our diet isn't restricted !

Among the places in Snohomish oldtown we've tried, this is our favorite thus far. Great location overlooking the river. The outdoor eating area adjacent to the bar is very inviting on on nice day. Nice friendly, attentive service. While I do concur that the pico de gallo was exceptional, the rest of our dinner was unexceptional but acceptable Mexican fare. Nothing in our combo dinner plate stood out. Tamales were a bit dried out, tacos and enchilada just OK. Todo Mexico will not disappoint nor will it overly impress.

I hate to be a wet blanket here, but, this place is not good Mexican food! I lived in Arizona for 30 years and I know good Mexican food. I've never been happy with the quality at Todo. The enchiladas I had last time were rubbery. I'd say the best part are the chips!!! I'd save my money.

  • Orlene C.

The food was pretty good but what really made me happy was the atmosphere. The layout had a lot of character to it, great view of the river, and Mexican music playing in the background.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant. I keep trying other places in Seattle since it's hard to get out to Snohomish on a regular basis and I love Mexican food, but so far I haven't found one that measures up to Todo Mexico. Location: Overlooks the river so sometimes you get a little entertainment with your meal. I've seen jumping fish, boaters, and fishermen. There's a small airport nearby so sometimes you can see parachutists and/or small aircraft as well. It's on the main street of old town Snohomish, so it is fun to wander past the shops on your way in & out. Parking can be a bit challenging on the weekend, but there are free public lots nearby and we've always managed to find some place to park. Staff: Among the most friendly restaurant staff I've ever encountered. They don't hover annoyingly, but you rarely have to wait for any drink refills, chip refills, etc. Sometimes our food comes out so quickly I can hardly believe they actually had time to cook it. Food: Washington isn't known for authentic Mexican food, but if you like the sort of Americanized Mexican that we do have, this is the best of the lot. I nearly always order the chimichanga which is nicely seasoned and crispy (as opposed to other places where it was really just a burrito). The chicken mole and tacos are also popular among my family. The chips are hot and fresh and they give you both salsa and a pico de gallo style cabbage salsa. Other things of note: lunch specials are every day of the week, I think from 11am to 3pm and the prices are very good. Also, they will box up to go orders on request.

My husband and I came here with our kids and all four of us had a GREAT time. My husband is super picky about his margaritas :) and he asked for some fancy one not on the menu and was served up a super strong one he thoroughly enjoyed! They provided excellent service to all four of us, kept our chip basket filled and provided all we needed. The food was typical Mexican fare. Nothing extravegant. Kids menu had burgers and stuff, which is what my kids always end up getting! :) Also, wonderful is that there is an outdoor deck next to the Snohomish river so you can sit outside and enjoy the scenery and weather (if it happens to be a sunny day). We've eaten here twice and will be going back. My son asked to eat there on his birthday!

Wow, this place is quickly becoming one of my favorites. The location is very nice and well kept. My favorite is the large chicken enchalinda, for under $5.00 you cant go wrong. The free chips and salsa served at the table are wonderful. Beware of soda prices though, they are very high. Would highly recommend this wonderful place to dine!

I can only say wow!! And I'm from Mexico. Great happy mood staff, good food, great view and good margaritas!!

Was in Snohomish on our way to Leavenworth for Oktoberfest and it was lunch time and we were hungry. And so we stopped and saw Todo's and thought "well, okay...Mexican sounds good." It was quiet when we got there - early lunch time on a Thursday, I guess that makes sense, though it picked up a bit halfway through our meal. Service was attentive and friendly. We snagged a table by the window, which was a bonus. The chips and two types of salsa - a hot sauce with pieces of cilantro mixed in and a pico de gallo with what appeared to be cabbage in it. (Hard to tell but looked like cabbage.) VERY fresh tasting and the hot sauce had a pleasant burn without making me want to throw myself in the river. I don't have the best tolerance for hot stuff so for me to enjoy the hot sauce says it's fairly safe. Boyfriend ordered shredded beef enchiladas (the lunch special - came with refried beans and rice) and I ordered a shredded beef burrito, which was huge. HUGE. And filled with rice and beans and what appears to be a slow cooked chunk of beef that was shredded and dumped (with it's juices and sauces) into my burrito. SO GOOD. The drink menu, especially the tequila menu, was quite extensive. As it was lunch time, we didn't feel the need to try it out but it looks pretty darn good... Downtown Snohomish is a bit out of the way for us and I can't imagine we'd have much of a reason to go back (except perhaps in passing through to Hwy 2 to go east or something) but when we DO have the chance, we will return. Or maybe we'll find a reason to return because I'm totally craving another one of those monster burritos.

**FOOD POISIONING ALERT** We ate here on 3/18/13 and 3 of the 5 adults got severe food poisoning. We have all missed 2+ days of work, this is unacceptable! The staff here are so nice! The food is always fresh tasting and not oily. The childrens menu is great. I love taking my daughters here.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The waitress was rude when she did eventually get to us 45 minutes after we sat down. Had to get our own menus, napkins and silver ware. My enchiladas were wrong. My taco was wrong and my daughter got her 10 minutes after the rest of us got ours. They also gave her the wrong drink! I will NEVER go back there!

This cute and colorful restaurant perched above the Snohomish River serves tasty Mexican-American food, attentive service, and a variety of aguas frescas. Try the chile verde burrito with beans and rice and mango aguas frescas. No disappointments were had here.

I absolutely love this place... When in snohomish, I go to Todo Mexico, because of the location. I love that I can sit by the window and see the water. Their enchiladas are really great too (:

Love sitting in the bar looking out over the river. We always have super fast service, which means at a Mexican Rest that we don't a million baskets of chips. Ha. But they have the best Pico I have ever tasted and the prices are reasonable. Love it

Good food and service . Parking can be an issue as 1st street is often crowded. Very nice river view, ask for a window table

My wife and I are from Cali, and this place gets as close to Cali mex as we've found. Good enchiladas, delicious tamales, great view. Go there and enjoy!

The restaurant itself is in a great location. Five of us sat in the bar overlooking the Snohomish river. The food was slow to come out, even though it wasn't busy, but the staff were friendly. The chips and salsa to start were well done and fresh. However, the meat in my dish tasted colder than it should, chewy, and poorly seasoned. I couldn't finish my meal, which usually isn't a problem for me. The location, setting, and feel of the place are great. However, the food is below the average. Also, the food is overpriced compared to other similar style restaurants in the area.

  • Dee R.

I won't go back. Waiter was rude and the food was small portions and expensive.

Okay.... yes. This is some good food. After a day of driving up to Snohomish & shopping, my friend and I were starving. Little breakdown: Parking, there is street parking all over Snohomish, and it's such a little "Main Street" America kind of place you will want to find some parking and take a stroll. The Restaurant, it has that usual Mexican Restaurant kind of feel. Stucco-esque, plastic and real tropical plants, cheesy little decorations. But that's okay, it adds to the charm. The cool thing is that it is overlooking hte river, so if you go be sure to ask for a seat by the window. We were able to watch boaters, jet skiers and people walking along the river... it was an absolutely lovely view. The service is really fantastic. They all worked together in a team, they were super sweet and they got nothing wrong. The salsa and hot sauce that comes with the freshly made chips... it's complimentary and it is DELICIOUS. The Salsa tastes very fresh, crisp sweet tomatoes dancing around with onions and just a touch of lime and cilantro. The Hot Sauce is rich, savory and with just enough kick to make you stand at attention but not enough to make you cry. We ordered Chicken Taquitos as an appetizer. They were the real deal. No added fluff to cut back on quality and cost. We got flaky chicken meat wrapped up in crispy tortillas and fried. Served on a bed of lettuce with homemade, delicious guacamole and sour cream... we could have stopped there but didn't. They were serving Aquas Fresca. I had Pineapple and my friend Had Mango, they were HUGE glasses. Absolutely refreshing and delicious. So for our lunch we both ended up ordering the same thing. Pork Chili Verde. A Green Chili & Tomatilla Sauce, that pork has been slow roasting in, stuffed into a flour tortilla and then topped with more Green Chili sauce. Mild heat, heart warming and belly warming too. Portion size was ENORMOUS, seriously... the burrito was as big as a forearm. Crazy huge, and crazy delicious. After gorging ourselves on the Taquitos & Chips, there was hardly any room left. I had enough leftovers to bring home and split it with my Husband for dinner and still not be hungry. Value wise... it was incredible. (Apps, Drinks & Entrees for 2 people = $33) Taste... better than expected. Service.... exceptional. Location.... surprisingly lovely. Go back again?.... OH YEAH!

Todo Mexico's view of the Snohomish river-- especially their new outdoor deck-- is fantastic. The service is OK and the food is just fine. Every time I eat here I wish that it would be better, but it never is. Todo Mexico is merely adequate.

    (3)
  • William C.

With four Mexican restaruants in Snohomish, Todo has the edge due to menu options and location, which offers a great view of the Snohomish River. The chips and salsa are great, and they offer fast and friendly take out service.

  • Mike B.

Been going here with large groups (over 20) and just my family (4) for over a year and it is always a great experience. The River view is beautiful and the food is authentic and reasonably priced. One downside: their location on 1st Street makes parking a chore. Sometime we have had to go somewhere else because we could not find a place to park.

  • Ian M.

I've been a fan and frequent customer since the day they opened. Restaurant has a nice ambiance and the view of the river is enjoyable. This place has the traditional Americanized dishes covered in cheese and sauce, which, if you like it, is great. What sets them apart are the dishes that are more authentic and regional. Everything I've ever had there has been good and fresh. The Pollo Jalisco is my favorite, and I love the cabbage/tomato salsa stuff they serve with the chips. Service is consistently friendly and efficient. I've never been disappointed and the uniqueness of parts of their menu set them apart from many of the other Mexican restaurants in the area.

I love Mexican food. When I get to pick a restaurant....I almost always pick Mexican. My boyfriend told me for months about Todo Mexico and how good it is. He was definitely right....it is now my favorite as well. The location was awesome (on first street in Snohomish, right on the river), the service was great, the food was superb, and the margaritas were awesome (and really cheap!).

  • Nina W.

This restaurant is right on the river, it is a beautiful location to sit and eat. They have very tasty food here, and are a lot more flavorful and fresher than some of the other Todo's in the area (shoreline...hint hint). They have very strong satisfying drinks, tasty shredded chicken taco salads, and "flautas", which for the lay-person, are taquitos made from flour tortillas instead of corn. Superbly tasty food and great ambiance. Probably the only good mexican in the town of snohomish.

Good food, convenient location, nice interior, friendly staff, GREAT VIEW!! Demand a window booth (in a nice way). I have eaten here several times and think the food is good. One time I had the Nopales (cactus) salad, and didn't like that too much, but I am sure that was me, not the salad. The view is my main reason to eat here.

  • James C.

We've been going here for years. The servers are always courteous and incredibly fast with bringing out your order. They refill your chips, salsa, and pico de gallo promptly, without having to ask. They even remember our names. The location is great, overlooking the Snohomish River with ample parking. Food is consistently tasty and has not been washed out with "Tex Mex" but instead holds a genuine Mexican food experience with a clean restaurant atmosphere. As far as Snohomish goes, I couldn't recommend any higher for a restaurant.

  • R J.

Actual Mexicans eat here. Thats a good sign. Also a hangout for the locals. Another good sign. I've been a customer of Todo since the day they opened. Its not the usual hispanic gringo slop food that you see at a lot of places who serve south of the border food. Fajitas are great. Chili Verde burrito also great. The service is top shelf. They take care of you. It wont break your wallet either unless you decide to keep the tequila shots coming. When your food arrives, you notice that its not all run together like a multi colored puddle of gravey. Most people dont look at presentation too closly but nothing turns me off tmore than overcooked food thats run together to disguise the mess. Not at Todo. They do it right.

About ten years ago, when this first opened, it was one of my favorite places to go for Mexican food. Not so much now. I went yesterday for the advertised happy hour displayed on the front of the building. It was a spontaneous move on my part and I was excited to sample their happy hour menu. What a huge disappointment. Everything has sort of a run-down, poorly decorated, kind of grimey look and feel to it. We ordered shrimp tacos for $5 a plate and received two very small (I didn't even know they made tortillas that little) soft tacos on a white plate with no lettuce, extras or anything. The filling looked like small canned or already cooked shrimp chopped up and added to a blend of avocado and tomatoes. No slaw, no sauce, no lettuce, nada. Um, ok. The actual taste was over-smokey, which was weird because none of the shrimp bits had any grill marks on them. Anyway, I'll pass on Todo from now on.

  • Megan P.

I've eaten here several times and have always been happy with both the food & service. Honestly, the food is just about the same as any other "American Mexican" restaurant you'll find, but I love the fact that the restaurant is right on the edge of the Snohomish river. The wait staff is very good about trying to seat you in a window booth. Competition for Salish? I think not. However, I do think the peaceful flow of the river, and the occasional spotting of wildlife ads far more enjoyment to my enchilada eating than any mariachi band ever could.

We used to love going here unfortunately with spice allergies, that I have had to deal with for the last few years, it has become more difficult to eat out as the staff of some restaurants don't seem to feel that they need to be concerned about what I deal with. Actually it seems that making me uncomfortable is a fun thing to do. The other issue we had here is that it is nice to have a musician but when they stand over you to be sure they get a tip, it becomes unpleasant and isn't fun any more. This happened when we returned to the restaurant and the musician had been tipped by us before. I actually walked out of the restaurant this time and waited in the car, because it became unpleasant to try to eat with him standing over me. So what was once a pleasant place to eat is no longer that for me anyway. My family will have to go there without me.

The only reason I gave this place a two star is because the food wasn't to bad. The greeting and service was not good the guy greeting was a rude snot!!!! from the beginning. I hate giving my money to a place that treats people like they suck!!!! They will not see me again! Oh don't dress up !

Got my Margarita fairly quickly and about 7 people asked me if i was ready to order even though o didn't touch the menu. Finally ordered and received my food pretty quickly (beans a little runny). Finished my food and Margarita and waited a long time with my card in my hand to pay. Been sitting here for 30 minutes and no one asked if i wanted something more to drink. Finished writing my review and finally gave my card to someone to pay. There were done locals next to me who got drinks, refills, and plenty of conversation while people just walked right by me. Won't be coming back.

This is a find for me. Very welcoming The chips and salsa also come with warms bean dip and fresh pick de gaio. They have a very big selection on their menu with many lunch specials. My first test with a New Mexican Restaurant is Chili Relleno and I certainly was not disappointed. For my Colorado and New Mexico friends they even have some dishes with green chili. Their prices are very reasonable also. I didn't have a cocktail today, and didn't give it five stars only because I reserve one star for drinks.

I had a reservation for 20 people on Thursday August 6th at 7:15pm. This was my wedding rehearsal dinner that we booked for after. Let me tell everyone wanting to go here...STAY AWAY!!! The short skinny guy running the front was A COMPLETE JACKA$$! He gave my reservation to another group at 7PM. Tried to tell me the name I gave him was RIck(my name is Mitch, I even spelled it out for him at time of reservatuion)! I gave him my cell number as well. He did not call to tell me he GAVE MY RESERVATIOn TO A GUY NAMED RICK! This Short guy, fought with me about EVERYTHING. Saying I made the reservation for 7pm, I gave them the name Rick, and somehow it was my fault HE gave the room up to someone else. Against my better judgement, We waited over an HOUR to have my guests seated outside!!! The Food was TERRIBLE, Service was ATROCIOUS, VERY EXPENSIVE! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE. I HAVE ALREADY POSTED THIS ON MULTIPLE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. YOU GUYS RUINED WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A JOYOUS OCCASION AND TOOK ZERO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR HORRIBLE DECISION MAKING. STAY AWAY FROM THESE JACKHOLES!

I'm a HUGE fan of this place. In fact, we've been dining here since 1998 that we moved to Snohomish. Being of Mexican heritage, my family rarely feels the need to dine out when it comes to Mexican food. However, Todo Mexico has THE BEST pico de gallo I've ever had. Ruben is always happy to see us, and we love seeing all the familiar faces. Best drinks in town! We've had quite a few birthday celebrations at this or other Todo Mexico locations because they are GREAT for large groups!

Nice place and our first time trying it. The serving sizes were large. I got shrimp diablo. It was very spicy which I like. The view was nice of the Snohomish river. Service was prompt. My husband enjoyed his margaritas. I enjoyed the fresh fruit shakes.

It was a beautiful sunny day for a lunch, and we found this place. I had no idea that the restaurant was right above the river. What a beautiful view. I ordered the chicken enchilada and it was delicous. I love it when the chips are crispy with tasty salsas, and this place had it. The service was great, as well. I'll be back the next time I'm in town.

We ate here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Their lunch special goes until 4pm. I ordered the fish tacos , the description said "grilled fish" when my food arrived the tortillas were cold and the fish wasn't what you'd expect. It was chopped up in little cubes and was room temperature, no flavor. The beans and rice were good but the serving sizes were more proportionate for the kids menu. The service was poor. You could tell the waitress would've rather been elsewhere.

We ate here a few days ago during a nice sunny day. The outdoor patio was the best part of the experience . my daughter liked looking at the little waterfall. I requested some crayons and paper like most places have and that was a no go. There was a evidently a communication barrier when I ordered the food and I received the bill (asked for appetizer charged for some meal) and wouldn't fix. The food size was good if you like beans and rice but the actual enchilada was smaller than other places. The taste of the food was good not great. My drink was strong but it should be for $10. The server was friendly I guess, but busy and trying to push people through, so came off as a little impatient. All said and done liked the atmosphere, by far the part of the experience.

Parking is average along the street. We went on a misty Saturday after July 4th and it was easy to find a spot. Not sure if parking is easy on a regular weekend. The restaurant offers a view of the river but on the other side of the river is a Cat heavy equipment yard so it takes away from the ambiance. The food was mediocre at best. It tasted like Las Palmas grocery store brand red sauce. They bring chips and watered down salsa and do not bring beans or queso. I ordered a Deluxe taco salad and it was only chicken, shredded lettus, 1 slice of tomato, 1/2 teaspoon sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon guacamole. It did not have beans or cheese or anything else you would expect to see for a taco salad. The portion size was tiny. The service was slow, unable to accurately take our order, nothing came out as pictures on the menu. The churros were horrible. It was a waste of our time and money we will never be back.

My wife and I had dinner last Sunday night and were pleasantly surprised at ho fast we were seated and how attentive the wait staff was. They have an extensive selection of tequila, I thought about having a shot but the wife and I opted for margaritas which tasted great but could have been larger. My wife had the chicken fajitas and I had the seafood enchiladas both entrees were excellent. This was our second dinner here and definitely won't be our last, view of the Snohomish river is beautiful and gives a nice ambiance during dinner.

i was a bit dumbfounded to see 3.50 x3 = 10.50 plus tax for three ice teas. a coors is a quarter more. it is just ice tea? wow that is good margin. the setting is what this place is about. it is beautiful on the river on a nice summer eve. the food was ok. that's all ok.

Tortilla Soup was delicious!!! You must try it! It would have gotten 5 stars if the service were better.

This restaurant probably has the best location in Snohomish, with the stunning view of the river, but the food & service leaves you sad. Slow wait staff and the food is bland. Rice was over cooked and the tortillas and chicken meat were dry. Margaritas also leave much to be desired too.

Love this place. Great mole enchiladas with a subtle spiciness and balanced sweetness. They are more on the tex-mex spectrum, but are well executed. I generally can tell if the salsa is old, the rice has been sitting in a warming pot for hours, etc. They clearly take pride in fresh salsa, pico dear hallo, and ingredients. I could have just ate a few baskets of their chips and salsa and been happy but loved the quesadilla and enchiladas. Service was casual but attentive. We ate at lunch on the weekend and felt the value was awesome. Wife and I shared an entree and app and left full.

We love Todo Mexico! Of the three or four mexican places in the city of Snohomish, Todo Mexico is easily the best. Their food is excellent. The seafood enchiladas are to die for. And the view!!! Sitting directly over the Snohomish river at sunset is fabulous. And the portions are fabulous. Thanks again for one great dinner after another.

Heard from friends it was great, went for lunch yesterday. Started with the Mexican pizza, then had the chili Colorado and tacos al carbon. Woke up at 2am with a gnarly case of food poisoning. Not going back.

A little on the crowded side, but it's pretty understandable because the food is INCREDIBLE. And service is surprisingly fast considering the number of people that are always in there, plus the staff is super friendly (without being too familiar or overbearing). We always take visiting family to dinner there because they're so reliable!

My husband and I came for a late vday dinner on Monday. The best Mexican food we have had by far. This will be a monthly date for us. I was so amazed.

Been here a few times. Good food but I'd pass on the torilla soup, had better at other places. Asked for sour cream which seems pretty standard to me for tortilla soup and they charged me $1.75 for it and wouldn't take it off the bill. It won't keep me from coming back but I won't order the soup again.

Love the Plato Mexico! My husband and I always share it and it's plenty for the two of us. Also pico de gallo is served with the salsa and chips and is quite delicious. Servers are excellent.

This is the best Todo (or any Mexican place) that I've been to yet! First of all- the view. AWESOME. We sat in the bar and it overlooked the Snohomish river. Looks like they had an awesome outdoor area, too... wish I had found out how awesome this place was in the summer so I could have taken advantage of that space. Second of all- happy hour. YES. Margaritas are delicious but STRONG. They are totally worth the price. Even when it isn't happy hour. This goes for all Todo Mexico locations. Happy hour food is great and lots to choose from. Third of all- this location still serves bean dip with its complimentary chips and salsa. They also have that awesome lime-y pico de gallo. We devoured all of it. Fourth of all- excellent service. All of the servers were very attentive and everyone being served were obviously enjoying themselves! Really good vibes here. I wish I lived closer to Snohomish so that I could be here every day! BAH!

Unbelievably disappointed! I talked to the owner last month about reserving the patio for our wedding rehearsal dinner and he said he would accomodate us even though they normally do not reserve the patio. He gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to call him the week of the rehearsal and he would take care of everything. I thoroghly explained that this is a very important event and that I was counting on him. He gave me his word. Low and behold, I call him on Tuesday, the week of the rehearsal, to verify we are good to go and he tells me he changed his mind! I reminded him of the signifigance of the reservation and more importantly, that he gave me his word and all he would say is that we could take the room inside. I cannot believe the complete and utter disrespect that this business owner has displayed not to mention the fact that his word means nothing and that he has no integrity. He should be ashamed. I want to thank him for the unecessarily added stress and scramble to reserve a reputable and honest establishment on a few days notice. So disappointing...

This place is amazing. The ambiance is outstanding with the hot air balloons and the skydivers. The chips come with pico and beans. The quesadillas are off the hook and full of meat. I heard everyone complimenting their dishes. Highly recommend this place.

Every time we come here the service in the bar is excellent. We love the shredded beef taquito appetizer. The chips are fresh and they serve refried beans and a really fresh cabbage slaw with the chips that is worth the trip! Did not catch the name of the bartender today, but again, excellent service.

I went here and ordered the enchilada combo, my gf ordered the taco plate, we kept it basic. I am from LA and it has been an absolute nightmare trying to find good mexican food out here. This place stunned me. The good: The food was great, my enchiladas were cooked perfectly, no dry or hard part of the tortilla. The beans were very tasty. My GF seemed to really enjoy her tacos as she wouldn't even let me get a bite of it :D. They have a wonderful view of the river as well as an outdoor deck to sit on! It was a little cold out so we stuck inside. The server staff was excellent and we never ran out of drinks. The bad: This isn't even bad, but I have had better rice, it wasn't bad rice, just not the highlight of this place. It also is really far from me, but that wont stop me from going back! That's really all I have to say bad. The ugly: Nothing at all, wonderfully decorated place, no nasty surprises in the food. Final thought: This place isn't as good as some of the great food I had in LA but it did have great flavor and for being in such a small town I just didn't expect it at all. It was a little loud, but they were also busy.

I had such a great time at this place. We came here for happy hour before a painting class downstairs - and it was exactly what we were looking for. Instead of getting just chips and salsa, we got refried beans and another dipping sauce - all were really good. We loaded up on margaritas. I had a marg that substituted vodka for tequila since I'm not a huge tequila drinker. Really great drinks! We ordered a ton of happy hour food - tacos, nachos, etc. Everything was reasonably priced and I'd say this food was better than generic chains like Azteca. The food seemed really fresh. There was a guy walking around playing a homemade harp, and he serenaded us which was fun. For a tip, of course. We liked this place so much that we even came back later for late night tequila shots after our class. Such a surprising find in such a small little town.

Not great! Attention owner: maybe you should taste your Chile Colorado , tastes like tomatoe broth soup and beef chunks, no spice or anything. Took my wife here for dinner, carne asada was good but other than that pretty disappointed... could be much much better! Give me a coupon and word that my meal will be authentico and we will be back to spend our money here!

Beautiful patio. But besides that over priced and mediocre at best. The food is bland and tasteless. You must pay more for a "fresh" margarita. Asked for a side dish chimichanga got charged for the meal. We won't be coming back.

We stopped in here for a quick lunch on a gorgeous day, but we were pressed for time. The service was fast, the outdoor patio wonderful, and the food tasty. No complaints here! I had the shrimp "caesar" and my companion had the fish tacos. We enjoyed everything thoroughly. Good chips, and we loved the cabbage/tomato/cilantro salad/pico that came out with them.

Just moved back from Southern California, which is packed with good Mexican food. This place is GOOD! Clean, good service and solid food. The salsa is some of the best I've had ever. A little pricey, but this is more than your average hole in the wall. It is a nice place on the river. Worth every penny. UPDATE 8/10/14 Went back for dinner. Super expensive for tacos. I thought lunch was pricey. It looses 1 start for $15 for a plate of mexican food. I'm used to this costing $8 in LA.

This restaurant is great in the summer! They have an awesome deck overlooking the river. I've never been during the winter, but it's hard to beat when the weather is nice. Food is better than average Mexican. My husband loves a dish with roasted jalapeños. Service has been good whenever we've been. Parking can be challenging, especially during the summer, since it's in the historic downtown area of snohomish and they don't have a lot

The location/view is beautiful and the bar is bright and well laid out. There is a happy hour but they don't advertise it. You have to ask for that menu which I don't understand why. I ordered a chicken burrito which was just OK. I don't care for the top to be covered in oily cheddar cheese. Perhaps just a personal preference. The rice was dry. My friend had the bud light draft which was flat. The salsa and pico were good but we were charged when we asked for more. Haven't had other restaurants do that before. Service was OK. Nothing negative nor anything positive. The best part was being able to walk out and stroll up and down first street on a beautiful evening and finding a lovely place to sit and have dessert.

First off I want to say that the food is always good but I usually go to another location. This particular location the service was disappointing and the servers were busy conversing and not being attentive.

I love sitting outside on a sundeck to eat and this is the best! Good food and good service with a great location and view over the river. Right in the heart of quaint Snohomish.

After a soccer tournament today I tried to heal the wounds of a devastating loss of 4-0 by taking my girls to Todo! It worked!!! We sat outside on a beautiful sunny day and watched the fishermen down on the river try to catch some fish. The view itself was so unexpected and it made the day. We fell in love with their pica de gallo. I have never had one so fresh and colorful. Red cabbage, green cabbage, tomato, onion, cilantro and the perfect amount of lime and salt. Perfect! My daughter had the #21 the Carne Asada- she loved it. Not greasy and a nice dollop of bright green guacamole. FRESH! Served the usual way, but it was really good. I had two tacos one chicken and one picadillo. Chicken was bland but it was not bad. I added a lot of salsa and it was all good. The picadillo was very flavorful. My other daughter had the bean n cheese burrito (kids). She ate it all and was stuffed afterward. The ONLY thing I do not like about this place is that they use yellow cheese. I would rather have queso fresco. It's just my opinion though. On a nice day make sure you sit outside. Oh, service was really attentive and the total bill before tax was $33.23

I'll keep this short. Stick to keeping this only as your sunny day watering hole destination, as location and view cannot be beat. Insofar as service: Mixed. Those which were not management were excellent: management seems to be a bunch of excuse-makers. As a bar - wonderful. Watch the bartender taste drinks before they go out - excellent. Food - pass. Others have pointed out that it isn't real mexican, which is an understatement. Ceviche made with boiled fish, no citrus at all, and served warm? Pass/WTF. Lame excuse by manager as to why they don't actually make real ceviche despite calling it that on the menu. Sad. It wasn't the only disaster we ordered, but I'm keeping it short. Summery: Great bar and view - stick to drinks and view.

Yippeeee! I love love LOVE this place! Hubby and I stop by at least 2-3 times per month - we always sit in the bar. Overall nice atmosphere in summer (outdoor seating area!) or even mid-winter (window seating overlooking the river cannot be beat) Food is always fresh. Staff is always smiling and attentive. Customer service exceeds expectations. Great happy hour (yay for Mac n Jack's!). Great food. I've tried so many different dishes on the menu and never been disappointed. Carne Asada is rockin! Pollo Con Crema is very tasty, creamy, perfect sauce! Supreme burrito will fill you ALL the way up and has loads of toppings/bursting with flavors (noms!!!) ! I could go on and on... But I wont - I'll stop now before I start babbling.... =) eh? too late? Just GO - give it a shot - and if you are a friend of mine, let me know & I'll be happy to join you there anytime!!

This is a Americanized Mexican place (or "sloppy Mexican" place), not an authentic Comida Mexicana. However, it is pretty good and even has some Oaxacan dishes; large menu. I would assume that this place is part of a chain though I don't think that it always was.The menu and food quality/taste is similar to what you get from a La Palmera/Azteca/Ixtapa or the like. I do know that it has expanded over the years to incorporate a large sports bar area. I like the fact that it sits on the river. The manager is a funny guy who seems to go around making sure everyone is having a good time. I like that they bring out pico de gallo with the salsa and also refried beans. Best Part? Upon leaving the restaurant I saw a guy playing a (Mexican?) harp. Crazy.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
