Bad food, mediocre service. Ran out of water a couple times, caesar salad was absolutely drenched in dressing and pretty lame to begin with, chicken cacciatore was very greasy and tasted like school cafeteria spaghetti, everything overpriced. Kind of a bummer overall, especially since I was entertaining an out-of-town guest. Next time I will check Yelp first!

I thought this place was OK . . . not fantastic but I am not sure what all the bad reviews are about either. It was basically like any other Greek family-oriented pizza place. I always find Greek pizza places a little overpriced but the pizza was good enough. When we went, it was an odd hour and no one else was there, but we did get decent enough service. I wouldn't go out of my way for this place but I drive by a lot and would stop in if I was hungry for a Greek pizza place again.

oh man!!! i have been waiting to seethe online about how much i hate this place!!!!! i went here for dinner once and it was mediocre pizza for way too much money. i really didnt intend on ever coming back. maybe a year later, i met a friend for lunch and she wanted a salad and suggested this place. i didnt realize it was the same place until we got there and so i decided to go in. worst service ever. honestly. i have a toddler in tow. to any servers out there this should be covered on your first day when you see a toddler: -be pleasant -ask if they need a high chair or booster (we didnt but its a courtesy) -bring a straw with their drink -bring a kids menu (and dont roll your eyes when i ask for one) -bring napkins, especially if you see the toddler be a little messy. dont glare. this isnt rocket science. our server didnt smile even once. i ordered in a way obvious that i would be sharing with the toddler and didnt get a second plate. she wasn't attentive and made me feel horrible every time i did need something. oh yeah, and the food was meh. i suppose what i am most bitter about is that i tipped 15% grudgingly (even though that was beyond what she deserved) and my friend shamed me into tipping what ended up being over 35% (granted i think i had two appetizers, two drinks, and a kids meal so not a HUGE bill) because "i was a lot more fortunate than that waitress" KNOW WHAT??? everyone has had crappy jobs. and maybe the waitress was having a bad day. but theres a difference between being a bit sluggish on service and being entirely unpleasant. BAD PLACE

Eh... I went with the greek pizza for take-out, and it was OK. As I recall though for around $18 for a medium, money could have been better spent elsewhere, that's for damn sure.

Maybe 3.5 would be ideal. Sister, nephew and I went on Saturday, pre-Trophy and pre-looking at Xmas lights. It was about 3:30, so the place was dead... which was OK, since I was tired, nephew was tired and crowds wouldn't make us get our food any sooner. There was one other table occupied and we got seated right next to them. GRR. Anyways, our server was chipper as could be, and we ordered tortellini for the munchkin and then a pizza for us to all share. It was actually really good. Good ingredients, good crust, etc. We had plenty of leftovers too. Our server took a while for us to get our check, but right when we finished is when the evening crowd began to filter in. Will I be back? sure. Not rushing though.

"All I can say is, "Get here early!" This place is super popular and stays busy all the time. Bring the kids, the grandparents, the neighbors down the street and above all, your appetite, and order whatever your heart and stomach desires. They have some delicious combinations for the pizza toppings and the salads are HUGE!"

I'm trying hard not to be the East Coast jackass who talks about how any pizza restaurant not located somewhere between NYC and Philli is selling a lie (although this is true for cheese steaks and, I fear, bagels). I dig the deep dish. I can get down with Wallingford Pizza House, for example. Count me in. But this stuff I ordered from Olympia? This is not pizza.

I received a coupon in the mail for their pizza ($3 off any large pizza & free delivery), so I thought why not try it. I've never eaten there in person, so I can't say this review is completely comprehensive. However, when I called and made my order the lady on the other end gave me a price that was around $20 when my order should have been $14 with the coupon and free delivery. She said, "OK, I'll give you those...your order is now $18." It still didn't make sense, so I repeated to her that the price on the flyer they sent was $16.25, so how can it be $18 something if I have a $3 off coupon and free delivery? She told me it might have been a computer issue, and got the manager to talk to me. This guy comes on the phone and curtly says, "your total is $18, do you want it or not." I didn't like his attitude one bit, but I just wanted to clarify why this was not what I expected at all (maybe there was a misunderstanding), so I tried to explain nicely why my total should be $14.35. He then proceeded to say, "prices are subject to change. Do you want it or not?" By this point, I was just sick of the poor customer service and the sketchiness of it all, so I said no. Maybe they did indeed raise the prices, but I had received the flyer just a couple of weeks ago. Anyway, the shoddy customer service is reason enough not to get anything from there again. One of the reasons I decided to try them out is because of the good reviews by other customers, but if I am to be treated this way, there must be better pizza out there that doesn't cost me 15 minutes of high blood pressure. Don't get pizza delivered from them.

This restaurant is alright. I was taking a friend around Seattle on a Monday during lunch time and lots of Italian restaurants in the area are closed, so this was our only option. The decor was fine, a bit generic. Same for the food. The pasta was pasta. It was good for a lunch and filled us up and we were on our way. The service was good though! Our waitress was prompt and checked in on us frequently before our meal arrived.

Third trip tonight, but by far the worst. The food is tasty, but the service is terrible... This was the last straw though. Before they were rude and inattentive, not super bad, but it left a bad taste in our mouths. After tonight though we'll not be going back. My wife's calzone was not hot all the way through, as it arrived and was cut open she informed me that it was lukewarm in the middle. Her salad came with the wrong dressing, but she was too hungry to bother sending it back. I ordered the baked spaghetti with meat sauce. The salad was dripping with vinegar, and I found no oil like everyone before, but this time I was brought the wrong dish. So I informed the server and then had to wait whose she got the right dish made, but I could find no meat in my sauce. It's rather disappointing when you go out to enjoy a good meal and the only thing right is the appetizer. We will not be back. Although the flavors are good the wait staff is not.

This is one of my favorite places. Not just great pizza, but great pasta, chicken and pizza. The pizza is really flavorful without being a big garlic mouth assault like a lot of places. Their chicken marsala is delicious and comes with a huge pile of spaghetti and marinara sauce. My favorite thing of all, though is their salad. It is big and full of all kinds of great stuff and can sometimes serve as a dinner in itself. I stop by here whenever I'm in the neighborgood.

My boyfriend and I were starving so naturally, we pick the first place we stumble across. The pasta was mediocre as well as the pizza. It was definitely edible, and I wouldn't call it bad food but would not come here a second time.

My go-to place for pizza delivery; I've never been to the restaurant. The pizza is super cheesy and a bit greasy, just the way I like it. The crust is perfect, not too thin or thick. I always order a pizza with pesto sauce, mushrooms, garlic, and spinach. The mozzarella sticks are similar to Arby's, which I like a lot. They had a little trouble with my apartment building's entrance at first but now that they've been to my place a couple times, there hasn't been any issues. I use the GrubHub mobile app to order with Paypal, which is super convenient. It saves my past orders and I can reorder with one click.

Delicious place for some Italian food! I had their lasagna. It was great! The restaurant is large too so the there isn't much of a wait. If you're in the area and craving Italian, check this place out.

First time trying this place out I ordered lunch for pickup. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana Sandwhich which came with a choice of salad or soup, I chose the salad. The salad was okay... One piece of cucumber, one quarter of tomato, plenty of cheese and olives. The sand which wasn't that great... and it wasn't that appealing to look at when I unwrapped it. The chicken was cubed, a little dry and some pieces were a bit hard to bite - they crunched not because it was crispy, but more like it was stale/old. The tomatoes sauce was bland and tasted like it came straight from a can. I can't say if I would return here or not based off this first impression. I really wanted to like this place since it was walking distance from my work, maybe I'll give it a second try sometime down the line.

This place had great food and great customer service! The owner/waitress was very nice and listened to what we wanted and needed. Her and her husband even helped my family find a great place to go to in Seattle (we're from California). They made us feel very welcome. The food was great and at good prices. I would definitely recommend this pizza place for anyone.

After searching the area for an open restaurant on a Saturday afternoon, we finally found this one. We were so glad we did!! The service was prompt and very friendly. The meal selection is great. All 4 of us found something we wanted to try and we were very pleased. Excellent food, service with a smile.... And the chocolate cake is to die for!! We shall return!!!!

I ordered via eat 24. Though it came quickly, for which i appreciate. It was bland bland bland. I had a side salad, fettuccine Alfredo and garlic bread. The house dressing was just oil and vinegar. The alfredo sauce tasted like a rue(butter, flour, milk ) and did not have any salt or cheese. The bread was toasted bread with dried garlic seasoning and tasted like fennel-y(i dont know how but it really tastes like black liquorice)

I just moved into the area, and I have try'd several delivery's around here. I AM SUPER happy with these guys! I ordered the simple cheese pizza with added pepperoni and Italian sausage. The price was great, the food was great. IN-fact I may order again today. I also got the order of garlic bread which was delicious and you could tell the butter wasn't like the cheapo margarine like some of the other pizza places, and the garlic wasn't overwhelming. Very happy with this place, people where friendly and fast!

Wow!! I am very surprised at the poor reviews. I have only ever ordered delivery after getting a flyer with coupons in it and this is my go to pizza place!! Their pizza is amazing with several Greek specialty pizzas (my favorite)! Their appetizers are also great! I always order something in addition to the pizza. I really can't see myself going elsewhere and I plan to try other things on the menu :) I highly recommend this place!

If you enjoy bugs crawling over your table, eating pasta that you can make at home for much cheaper, 'okay' pizza, and mediocrity in general, this place is for you. At least the service was good.

OK! One of the two best food delivery experiences I've had (out of maybe six?). The mzithra cheese/spaghetti wasn't quite the equal of The Spaghetti Factory, but nobody's ever is. It was a fine second. The bread was great and the spanakopita was EXCELLENT. The house salad dressing ... I'd try something else next time. And the delivery! He got it to me on time and cheerfully. (Not as easy as it sounds, apparently.). Good job, Olympia.

Went in looking for Italian and ended up getting "italian". The restaurant itself is very generic but clean. The food was absolutely forgettable. Nothing was seasoned. The meat sauce was about as Italian as a jar of ragu. The meatballs could have come from a can of chef boyardee and the chicken tasted like nothing. I give three stars instead of two cause the food was not bad but it was far from good and the server was very friendly. It stopped me from being hungry that's about it. Not worth any trips out of your way.

I was visiting a friend from out of town and we were in the area and starving so we decided to try out Olympia. We shared one of the Olympia special gluten-free pizza and the gnocchi and it was absolutely delicious! The pizza was the best gluten-free pizza I've had with just enough toppings. The gnocchi was fresh and delicious. The service was very engaging, personal and extremely friendly. I will definitely be returning back to Olympia next time I am in Seattle! Thank you for the delicious lunch Olympia!

I live across the street from the restaurant and get take out occasionally. It's usually pretty good, the convenience is what makes it great. However, it is currently 2:30am (on a weekday) and they are doing construction! Outside! I desperately want to go to sleep but I am listening to the sound of an electric saw that is going every 4 minutes or so. I understand that restaurants have to do that kind of work during off hours, but come on! Move the saw inside and off the sidewalk! I don't even think it is legal to do loud construction at this time of night. If it keeps up much longer I don't think I'll ever give them business again. Very disrespectful to their neighbors in Wallingford.

I just stopped in here with my sister for an afternoon of gluttony with my sister. We love food. We love to eat lots of it. And we love checking out multiple entrees when we stop in for some serious America-ing (overeating and being loud). Pizza- perfect crust, perfect amount of toppings, heavenly Chicken wings- tender, juicy, spicy Garlic bread- crispy, well seasoned, just like grandma's Salad- perfect portion, very obviously fresh, delightful Calzone- holy crap. So good. Emerald Isle Pie- creamy, minty as hell, gigantic On top of it all the service was fast and friendly and the prices were well worth it. We will be returning for round two of overindulgence. Thank you to the staff that gave us this experience and keep up the good work.

I don't understand the low reviews this place gets. It's not a great place with great service, but c'mon -- the restaurant is called OLYMPIA PIZZA & SPAGHETTI HOUSE II, not Gastronomique du Jour. The name of the restaurant bespeaks of your average diner-looking type place with basic salads, pizzas and Italian/Greek fair. The hot sandwiches are pretty good - Chicken Pesto, Gyro; pizzas forgettable. Never tried the pasta. The dining in experience is a bit odd. There's an oldish matriarchal type woman who serves the food during lunch (I assume she's the owner). She is attentive, but perhaps not in the way we're used to (cultural difference). She's not going to effuse over you when you first arrive. She might not accommodate your continually asking for ketchup/extra cream for your coffee/another clean utensil. But you'll be fed. Period. I always put a restaurant in context with the type of clientele its trying to cater to. If this place was trying to be a Cafe Campagne and charging exorbitant prices, I'd be pissed off. But it's just your local joint serving average pizza. That being said, this wouldn't be the first place I'd go to for a meal on 45th - more because of the service than anything else.

My friends and I LOVE coming here. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. While a college kid might enjoy some slightly cheaper prices, there is always enough leftovers for the next day! I prefer the baked pasta dishes with meatballs. So cheesy, so good. You should see how our faces light up when our food comes. Pretty quiet and quick service. Absolutely love this place.

I got take-out from this place and it was just average. I ordered a Greek Salad and Tzatziki with Pita Bread. The salad wasn't terrible, but it was less than I was expecting. It was big pieces if iceberg lettuce and other large pieces of random veggies. Okay, I've been to Athens, Greece...This is NOT a Greek Salad. The Tzatziki and Pita was good, but again, not what I was expecting. I'm not sure what their pizza tastes like, but I won't be buying the Greek Salad again.

Delivery experience was a bummer- gave specific info over the phone that the buzzer to my building is broken (not our fault!) and to please call. The girl who i talked to even repeated instructions and confirmed my phone number was the best to reach, said that was fine etc. After an hour and a half i finally called to ask if someone was on the way? The person who answered gave the phone to the delivery guy who proceeded to argue with me that he tried the buzzer but hadn't tried calling me at all and apparently just went back, not even ever having the restaurant call either? Dude totally argued with me and was super difficult. "What if i didnt have a phone to call you?!" then don't have the woman who took my call say that was ok. I would have cancelled my order but he said he'd be there in 10mins and hung up on me before I could. This time he called (?!). Instead of being like oh we fucked up lets make a new order he just brought the cold, soggy original almost 2 hour old order. Thanks I guess? (Ugh)

This has been a go-to of ours (mostly for delivery, at this location) for years. The food is plentiful and invariably delicious -- in particular the sandwiches are two delicious meals, not one. (The pesto chicken sandwich is amazing.) It's heavy, stick-to-the-ribs Italian fare, not diet food, but if you need comfort food this is IT. The cheese bread in particular is amazing and VERY cheesy, and the gnocchi is to die for. 4 stars instead of 5 because the delivery service is bad at customizing -- if you ask for no peppers, about 50/50 on getting peppers. Oh, and the idea of aluminum cookware causing Alzheimer's has been *quite* thoroughly debunked, so, you know. If you care about "facts" and such.

Got two small pizzas (Dino's Combo Pizza and an Aegean). Interesting toppings, but really lack luster crust and sauce. Not the worst pizza I've ever had, but a lot to be desired.

Buyer beware - this OPSH does not put forth the same pizza as OPSH 3 in Capital Hill - the pizza is very different, and very lacking. We recently visited OPSH 2 because we thought it was associated with the others, it's not, at least with #3 (which has very good pizza). The pizza is a much cheaper version, less cheese, less toppings, same price. No thanks. Service wasn't horrible, but it was a bit lacking. I wouldn't return - I would make the drive to Capital Hill and hit OPHS 3.

I loved the calzones here for a while until they changed something. I had three bad calzones in a row so I gave up. Made me so mad because it was so close by. The people there never were very friendly and seemed to hate the customers. The place itself was dirty and even though I never saw any bugs, I did hear about people that did. Maybe I should of tried their pizza or pasta but I wont come back

I have been in Seattle since February and this is by far the nastiest place I have eaten at. All I wanted was a simple plate of spaghetti and It was disgusting. The best thing about the meal was the garlic bread. I would not eat here again under any circumstances.

You know when you don't expect a whole lot out of situation, that sometimes you can be pleasantly surprised and pleased? That is this restaurant. I like this place. It isn't stellar food, but I don't expect that. I think the service is great. I have had the same young blonde woman twice now. She gets me what I need and is polite. I also like the dark haired lady with the accent who has sat me and has also helped with service who I found to be polite and efficient. Neither will flash you a big giant smile and want to chat you up. And that is fine and dandy with me. The good: Garlic and garlic cheese bread here is great! Love it. Someone said you don't get much. I disagree. The small portion is 4 pieces. I think that's plenty. Maybe they were upset because it was so tasty they wanted more than 4 pieces. ;) I've also had them give me and my friend the large order by accident and not charge me. The Ok: Pizza- Crust is pretty nice. It's medium thickness with a touch of crisp. It holds up to the toppings. Toppings are decent/standard in quality. Cheese here seems to have some cheddar mixed in. At first I was weirded out by this, but it reheats at home in the toaster oven without being slimey like Pagliacci's fancy mozzarella. It stays a nice melted cheese consistency on reheat. I'm big on takeaway and leftovers, so I appreciate enjoying my pizza at home and having it remain tasty. Ravioli- I liked it. Was decent. I think I had a creamy pesto sauce. (I honestly don't remember as it was a visit some time ago. I just remember liking it, but was glad to share it with my friend as it was a lot of food. We didn't even finish it.) Not so great: I'm confused by their oil and vinegar dressing (aka Italian) It's really bleh. It is very vinegary and not really flavorful and there was way too much last time, creating a pink pool of vinegar under my salad leaves. Considering it's just a boring iceberg/romaine salad with a standard wedge of tomato, slice cucumber and some sliced black olives and cheese, I would recommend not ordering "Italian" there and go for something more weighty like bleu cheese or ranch. But don't expect a lot. Lots of neighborhood families (of all ages) come here I noticed and it's pretty nearby for me for some "comfort" Americanized Italian food. It kind of reminds me of going to a neighborhood diner. It's simple and not fancy. I will continue to come back and be sure to order the garlic (or garlic cheese) bread with my meal. I last went here alone and enjoyed hanging out with my garlic bread and a "King of Queens" episode with subtitles on their TV. :)

Walked in at 9:40. Waitress was putting chairs up even though the door says open till ten, the open light was on, and the door was unlocked. My boyfriend and I decided to be nice we'd just get a pizza to go. As soon as we walked in the waitress looked at us with a blank stare and coldly mumbled "we're closed" We asked if we could get a pizza to go, she just gave us a blank stare. Super rude! Nobody should be made to feel bad for trying to eat at a restaurant when they are supposedly "open". She could have at least apologized for the fact that they decided to close a half hour early without turning off their open sign or locking the door. HOW ON EARTH WERE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW?!

I thought that because it had 'spaghetti house' in the name, they would atleast have good spaghetti. Ha not really. They're spaghetti was bland, watery, greasy and runny like it was from old country buffet. My soda was flat and they ran out of straws but didn't say anything about it til I asked. The salads are nothing special.. and there wasn't really anybody there.

I have ordered delivery pizza from the original location in Queen Anne many times as I have lived there for the last 25+ years. On this occasion, I was closer to this location, hungry and in the mood for pasta. I looked at the menu and decided to get a basic italian dish that is always good, a simple spagetti. First off, even though it was a Saturday night in the busy Wallingford area, the restaurant was practically empty, which struck me as odd until later when I realized why! So I placed my order to go and requested 1/2 meat sauce & 1/2 marinara sauce so that I could enjoy the rich flavors of both. I also chose the traditional Greek Avoglemono soup in lieu of the salad since I LOVE this soup! The lackluster service was provided by a jaded tired looking woman who looked like she would rather be anywhere but there. No real friendliness or even a smile was offered by anyone working there, despite the fact that I was one of the obviously small amount of people dining there. After a short wait, my food order was handed to me and I left. However, the first thing I noticed was that there were no napkins or plastic utensils, so I had to go back in and ask for them. Really? My order was the ONLY one being cooked in the several minutes I was there, and yet they couldnt even remember to provide utensils for a To Go order? Isnt that like the most basic thing ever? What would service be like if it were truly busy? ( Im sure I dont want to know !). First I tried the so called Avoglemono soup, which was abysmal. I took 3 bites and each one of them had small bits of chicken bones that I bit into and had to spit out. Pretty tacky and to date I have never gotten little bone bits in my soup. And instead of the chicken, lemon, egg & rice soup that I have had hundreds of times, this was more like a bizarre oily tasting chicken soup with what I believe was Orzo (not rice) that had a strange texture and not even a hint of lemon flavor! It wasnt even good as a modified chicken noodle soup, comparable to a poor canned soup. Really? They should be ashamed to even serve such disgusting soup! Moving onto the spaghetti dish ( which was my main craving ) , I expected what even any average Italian restaurant could easily cook up deliciously as this is one of the most basic dishes. However, upon my first bite, I wondered if they had put the 1/2 marinara on with the meat sauce as I did not taste that incredible tart yet sweet & garlicky tomato taste that makes marinara so good. Upon viewing it closer, I decided that they had put both on, but it really had no flavor. I took several more bites as I was hungry and felt it just had to be good because how can you screw up marinara, right? Unfortunately every bite was just as bland with either really watery soupy stuff on the bottom and the oddly mushy texture of the meat sauce. I couldnt understand how 2 such normally very simple & flavorful sauces could be so tasteless. Where was the garlic, and the pop of the strong tomatoey marinara?? What was this careless slop they are serving people? Does the cook even care about food? Do they belive this crap is worth $9.95? I gave up and determined to take the rest of it home and doctor it up to make it actually satisfying. It took a lot of garlic and italian herbs, but I did manage to give it enough flavor to actually enjoy it, Thank God! Seriously, I could have made better at home for a lot less with a jar of decent pre made sauce and some spices. Im sad to say that this experience totally turned me off of ever wanting to come here again. There are a LOT of good Italian/Greek restaurants in Seattle, and even average ones can put out a decent spagetti with tomato and meat sauces. I honestly cant think of anything positive to say other than that the spaghetti noodles themselves seemed cooked al dente. Truly Pathetic! I

I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. It was disgusting. The sauce was extremely greasy and watery and tasteless, and the cheese that they used on top was tasteless and weirdly sticky. The salad that it came with had some kind of vinegar dressing even though I asked for italian. The garlic bread was okay, but they didn't give very much. There was one waitress working, but she wasn't attentive and just made personal phone calls the whole time we were there. There really weren't any upsides to this place. The decor made it seem like I was in a cross between a Denny's and a dentist's waiting room.

Been living in Wallingford for 20 years and Olympia used to be fantastic. But since the original owner sold the biz its gone completely to hell! Management and wait staff completely run wild and are the nastiest and rudest I've ever ever ever experienced anywhere in the world! The food has gone totally down hill and the managers don't care about their customers whatsoever and have no desire to maintain any customer base of any kind... the owner must be asleep at the wheel. The final straw was when the female manager in an extremely thick slurring accent was screaming at me telling me that they didn't mess up my order but rather I should have been listening better when she claims to have repeated my order back which was complete nonsense. By the way the manager kept insisting she was correct in the fact that all my previous orders in their computer were identical to this order and that I was confused... I guess I am confused that I'm Celiac and the reason I've been ordering from Olympia pizza all these years wasn't actually because they offer gluten free pizza and I can't eat wheat crust without becoming extremely sick!!! No lady you're totally right how foolish of me... I've never ordered gluten free pizza from you guys... I've been eating wheat crust all these years! She finally asked me, "What do you want me to do make you a new pizza for free?" I said "Well yes actually what would I possibly do with a wheat crust pizza?." The manager then hung up on me. I've been getting worse and worse service and food from Olympia 2 but this was the last straw... waste of $50. You're much better off going to Razzi's pizza in greenwood as the food is excellent and the entire staff is nice plus they deliver to Wallingford. I'd give Olympia Pizza 2 zero stars if it were possible. And being that the place has like 2.5 stars now its on you if you order from there anyway.

My sister and I stopped in for a late lunch and it was okay. We were the only patrons in the restaurant so the waitress paid special attention to us. We ordered the lamb gyros and I have experienced better. I guess the most disappointing part was that they don't offer french fries. I also thought that it was a bit expensive ( $10.95 for a side salad and gyro) but the staff were really nice and prompt.

I was pretty disappointed in this place. We decided to eat here after the power went out in our neighborhood, and were treated very poorly by our waitress. Other than coming over to take our order and bring our food out, she didn't come over at all. Our water ran out, and before we could ask her to bring more when she brought our meals, she was off again. The restaurant wasn't very busy. The food was average, but the service really was lacking. We waited almost 20 minutes to have our tab paid.

I went here craving Olympia Spaghetti House III, but I thought I would try this because it is in a more convenient location for me. I ordered spaghetti and meat sauce a dish I don't usually go for but at Olympia Spaghetti House III it is really good. After eating the greasy spaghetti, I went home with a stomachache. It came with a salad, but the waitress gave me the wrong dressing. The spaghetti tasted like noodles in dishwater, and the waitress was inattentive. Water glasses weren't filled and I had to wait a long time to get my bill.

My girlfriend and I ordered a small pizza and the small (their words, not mine) house salad. It was fantastic. Deep dish with a good crisp/firm/crunchy crust. It had been at least 10 years since I had last been there and I couldn't remember why I hadn't been back - assumed the food must have been mediocre but if it was that has changed. highly recommend trying this place if you haven't yet.

Their roasted garlic pizza was one of the worst things I've put in my mouth in Seattle. The cheese was more cheddar than the advertised goat cheese, and resembled the glop they pour on nachos at county fairs. No tomato sauce to speak of, either. Worst pizza I've had in Seattle. I will never eat here again.

Absolute Worst service i have ever had. The server/hostess whatever lady is a HUGE bitch and wants to argue with everyone every chance she gets, and just makes your whole experience from start to end unbearable. The Pizza was ok but because of her shitty attitude alone i will NEVER come back to this place and will be telling everyone i know to boycott this place. Big ol Middle finger back at ya B-word...you don't belong in wallingford, get the F out of here.

The pizza was decent. The salmon fetuccini, however, was not. The pasta itself was okay, but the salmon was horrible for its pungent smell. This was worsened by the chef whose attitude was absolutely arrogant and rude. When we informed him that the salmon had a weird smell, in his very words, "this is the salmon we've been using for ten years, same company, don't you understand?" The waitress was also not helpful at all, and did not even know about the size of their pizzas. Will not come back here again.

My boyfriend and I randomly stopped in here because we were craving pizza and wanted to try something new. He got a calzone and I ended up getting eggplant parm. Overall, the food was bland, lacked flavor, and greasy with way too much (burnt) cheese. Even the side salads were a pathetic pile of iceburg lettuce, olives and cheese. The prices were very expensive for the level of quality. On top of that, they actually overcharged my card by $1, on top of an already generous (pity) tip, mind you. We definitely won't be back.

Delicous, thick, Greek pizza and good service. Dessert sounded delicious (Baklava sundae or something), but didn't get to try it. Definitely coming back! They serve Mythos Greek beer too! About the decor: This is not a trendy spot, it's more of a family pizza restaurant, and the decor fits the bill. I liked the Greek column shaped plant pots!

After leaving Hop Scotch Fest, my friend & I needed to food in our stomachs to soak up the alcohol we just consumed. We had no idea where we should go, so we basically walked into Olympia Pizza only because it was just there. So after being seated and while browsing thru the menu, I decided to look on yelp to see if any reviews have been posted for this place and if anyone recommended certain dishes here. I was kinda shocked to see so many low reviews, and thought perhaps this place deserved a fair chance. My friend and I got the Olympia Special medium-sized pizza. I forget what all is on it, but red bell peppers, onions, meat of some sort, mushrooms, and artichokes I do remember. The crust was good, the rest of the pizza definitely left something to be desired. I had one slice and could barely finish that. We also ordered their cheesy bread basket (8 pieces for about $7), those were tasty. We ended up taking the rest of the pizza and bread home and more then likely it will just end up in the garbage, it's not very good at all. Well, except the cheesy bread, I'll eat that :) On their menu they have a Baklava Sundae, which sounds amazing, however I did not have it in me to order anything else. Overall, we spent about $30 for the pizza and bread, and the experience was just mediocre at best. I guess the fact there was only 3 other people in Olympia the entire time we were there should have been a sign that this is not the best place for food. Sorry Olympia Pizza, it's not me, it's you.

Really good gluten free crust but the toppings were mediocre. Had the Greek Pizza. My husband had the spaghetti and it was just okay. Not the worst, not the best.

Meh. We had the house salad, which had an iceberg lettuce base, and a gluten free Florentine which had good crust and a lot of cheese but the pesto was hardly distinguishable under all the cheese and the pie was greasy. Not my fave. Will stick with the tried and trues around town next time.

First time trying this place since we wanted to go to Musashi (across the road but didn't know it's closed on Mondays). The place was empty around 5pm when we were there. We ordered Spaghetti alla Vongole, Chipotle Chicken Calzone, and Chicken Marsala. None of those were good for the price we paid, and we would not come back there again.

In the early 1990s we were salvaging a house, which meant laboring until 2 am after work every day for about 5 months. Olympia Pizza was our go-to move. But the house was finished, and we were burned out on their pies. So, two days before Christmas we found ourselves in Wallingford, having dropped $50 at Archie McPhee for the dumbest junk ever, and collapsed in a booth at Olympia Pizza II. It was unbelievable. Crisp house salad, beautiful Greek waitress, with a nurturing smile covering the entire restaurant. The pizza was pretty much unchanged - Spiro's Special, a tad less cheezy than I remembered, baked on top of great toppings. Not sure it would be my everyday pizza joint. But sometimes the right time, the right dining partner, the planets line up and everything comes together for the perfect meal.

I hate seeing all the negative reviews for Olympia. First off - it is a pizza parlor. Order pizza. Why consider pasta or Greek dishes? Second, if you don't like cheese, this is probably not the right pizza for you. They use thick crust and lots of real cheese, which is confusing for thin crust coal oven pizza fans. But for people who just want regular old pizza well done, this is among the best choices in Seattle.

Went to Olympia pizza on a date once, decided to get rid of the boy and keep the pizza place though. I have never had a bad experience here. Very friendly, high quality and good service. Love their cheese pizza. It's the only one I like anywhere or will eat; 4 cheeses on think golden crust! Check them out!!

Bad service. High prices. Bad food. This place has it all. If you can figure out what they have on their menu, as they haven't figured out how to have a website or advertise that they deliver unless you go into the venue and pick up a menu, Other meals, besides pizza, featured on the menu look like they were produced by an inner city school lunch kitchen. This place should be best avoided for all practical purposes.

I had a wonderful meal here with great, attentive service. Friendly atmosphere to enjoy a satisfying and hearty meal. The garlic cheese bread is to die for! Overall a great place to get a pizza and leave satisfied. I plan on coming back many times.

I find this whole thing very confusing, but I guess there are three Olympia Pizza Houses...or maybe more, according to Yelp. Anyway, I used to order the best grinders for takeout from Olympia Pizza House 3 on Capitol Hill (the pasta is just okay), but until last week I hadn't tried the Wallingford location. Apparently even though all these restaurants have the same name, they don't have the same menu. The Wallingford restaurant seems to lean a little heavier on the Greek than the Italian - or maybe that was just my perception. I wasn't really in the mood for a sandwich, so while my dining companion settled into a Chicken Parmigiana, I opted for the "Special" listed on the board: Grilled Lamb Souvlaki. And I am PLEASED that I did. My meal started with a generously portioned salad of cucumbers, green peppers, tomatoes, kalamata olives & red onions with feta cheese and a bit of olive oil. Mmm-mmm. Then, they brought out two skewers of nicely seasoned, juicy lamb accompanied by sauted veggies (my choice over...fries???), and about 5 pieces of pita bread. I skipped the pita, but the lamb and veggies were perfect. So, while I don't trust any of the "Italian" food there outside of the sandwiches, if you end up at this place with a friend I'd suggest taking a look at the Greek Specials they have, and trying one. It might be the only way to get decent food at this restaurant. :)

After over an hour waiting in weathered Roundtable-esque decor for our food amongst sullen families of hungry, crying children and other similarly annoyed people, this place served up chewy chicken parmigiana, barely sauced spaghetti, and that unique brand of Greek-gone-bad-style pizza (withered olives, bad cheese and a stomach ache.)

This restaurant has been here forever. I never ordered from them until I ordered some takeout recently. "Greek" spaghetti with a side of pork souvlaki. The pork souvlaki was like dogfood and the pasta was dripping with grease. There are several "Italian" restaurants in Washington state that serve fair to middling so called Italian and Greek dishes that have been recently taken over by Bulgarians (I could tell they weren't Italian or Greek, so I've been asking them where they're from) - some of the Romios chain, Palermo, Amante and Vincenzo's are representative, and they generally do a sort of OK Italian / Greek menu, some things ok, some not so great, which is fine in a pinch. Olympia, I suspect, is in this same category, but it is the worst one I have tried so far. For good souvlaki, try Taki's Mad Greek.

Normally I like the pizza and sandwiches here, but upon entering the waitress said the cook was gone and she didn't know when he'd return. She was the only one there and she didn't know how to cook the items. Fail.

Used to be one of the best pizza joints in Seattle. I have frequented this place since 2000, but since early 2007, service and quality both dropped to an intolerable level. Needless to say, I am looking for some good pizza replacements in Seattle, and it has been difficult.

Points in favor: - A genial waitstaff - Proximity to house - Willingness of children to eat there Points against: - "Pizza" - Lethal sodium content of all food - Surprisingly high prices I take the kids there on occasion and always regret it afterwards. But they do seem like nice people. It almost makes it worse.

A few months ago, I would have given this place 4 stars, but then Dino had to go and sell his business to a bunch of freaks. We noticed a few changes (whole new waitstaff, cheezy decor) and then we noticed the food. We asked our new waitperson if the restaurant was under new management. She confirmed our fears. My husband used to LOVE their fettichini alfredo (spelling??). When he asked if they were changing the menu, she said no. They did, however, change the recipes. Don't you think that is the more important of the two? They change the recipes. Awful. We have not been back since.

This is where my wife and I went instead of going to what I'm sure is a wonderful Yelp drinkdrunkfest at Brouwer's. Wifey had the pork souvlaki and I had a ham, cheese and onion calzone. You don't always need to be about goat cheese and white tablecothes. Our food was good, our server nice and attentive. A good, solid eatery. It's probably worth a 3.5, but I don't want to inflate grades. I have to say that looking over the past yelps, I couldn't disagree with Jessica V. more -- Oly Pizza is far better than WPH, which I shall never go back to (if I wanted that much bread, salt and cheese, I could go to Auntie Anne's instead of WPH and pay a whole lot less). Parking sucks.

It makes me sad that this is related to the Olympia Pizza on Queen Anne. Totally different. The Olympia Pizza on Queen Anne has been the same recipe since i grew up eating there. The Wallingford location cannot even compare. It was the same a few years ago but the crust that makes it so good is FAR different here. I'll go to Queen Anne

Yay for crispy and tasty crust! Yay for 1/2 cheese and 1/2 Dino's (pepperoni, sausage, shrooms, black olives, and artichoke hearts)! Yay for it being dead at 2:30pm on a Saturday! Yay for Kokanee on tap! Yay for being close to home! And yay for delivery (which I'll try next time)! The pizza was fantastic! The crust was crisp but not dense or massive. It wasn't flimsy or smooshy. It did not overpower the tasty bits. And speaking of the tasty bits - YUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMMY! Good portions of Italian sausage, artichoke hearts, and black olives. Plentiful layer of tasty pepperoni under the cheese and lots of shrooms (which might put others off - so you've been warned). Their menu is substantial with calzones, pastas, and salads. Some lady had a ginormous salad in a wooden bowl. I heart wooden salad bowls!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
