We like Chipotle and this one has been consistently good. We usually come in after the kids sports, so later than normal dinner. Always busy regardless. They keep the line moving well. The meats have been good. Not too dry. Not under or over cooked. This is good. A little skimpy on cheese though. Ask for light sour cream or you get a lot! We enjoy the burritos and bowls. Seating here is ok. Some up front and more in the back. Not a lot of large tables though, so if more than 4 you are not sitting together.

Don't waste your time here go to Qdoba. My husband and I use to come here once a week until the customer service went down the drain. Example today 5/3/15 My husband ordered a burrito, bowl, and quesadilla. What we received was a bowl and burrito. My husbands burrito was completely wrong and when he tried to inform the manager of this issue his broken English response was "sorry nothing I can do." Really? Funny how compensating he was...thanks "manager." We were charged for a burrito with guacamole (which cost extra) that was not asked for and a pork quesadilla we never received. The customer service here is horrible. The whole staff needs a 101 on how to work as a team and how to treat the customer.

If you're reading this.... you need to get out more.. It's a big national chain. The food is good. I'm giving them 5 stars for the company values. I like that they pay high wages, server organic and make attempts to recycle. Not sure of the non GMO or Organic stance but I think it's great that a big company at least attempts to have some social values

Generally have really good experiences here, love me some chipotle. My girlfriend and I had our order checked out wrong and the girl at the counter wanted to give us a buy one get one free coupon instead of refund and mis-charging us for guac. It appeared as though she didn't want to call the manager over, which seemed to be no big deal once he came over and fixed the transaction.

We ordered their Taco Bowl and the Burrito. The Taco Bowl is like the Burrito but served in a bowl without the tortilla. It is filled with your choice of meat (beef, chicken, pork, or steak), rice (white or brown), beans (pinto beans or black beans), lettuce, and choice of salsa, etc. Very filling. Very satisfying. They charge extra for guacamole. If you want both beans, let them know and they will give it to you. They only give you a scoop of each item. I don't know if they will charge you extra if you want another scoop of cheese. The restaurant was not busy when we got there and the service is fast and friendly. The place is spotless and would be a good place to bring the kids.

Five stars. I have dietary restrictions, and a place where I can essentially get paleo fast food...well, that's A-OK in my book! (But, guys? Do something about your water?? It tastes NASTY. Seriously. The Pacific NW has some of the best water in the world, IMHO. But your water tastes like high school drinking fountains.)

Barf. Barf. Barf. No really, I could not stop barfing. My sofrita burrito bowl didn't taste nearly as good coming back up. There must have been something so horribly wrong with it that my body had to expel every single bit of that disgusting meal. It took me 15 minutes to eat it. I spent hours depositing it in the toilet, where it truly belongs. I learned a valuable lesson today. If a restaurant is showcased in a South Park episode, DO NOT EAT THERE! youtu.be/RlIHDauX3ao

This must be the dirtiest Chipotle. The person putting the toppings in my burrito bowl wiped the counter with her hands (she did have gloves on) and then continues to put toppings with the same gloves. Totally gross!

I LOVE the burritos at Chipotle. All of the ingredients are extremely fresh and truly delicious. I get the chicken burrito with white rice, black beans, cheese, mild sauce, AND medium sauce. The mild sauce basically serves as a chunky salsa. The one con about this location is that you'll usually have to wait in line for quite a while during typical dining times. I've gone around 6:30 PM on numerous occasions and the line wraps from the ordering counter all the way past the front door. The employees are laid back. I can't remark on any specific pros or cons. Their personalities are pretty "ordinary", which isn't necessarily a bad thing. In terms of price, $8 isn't too bad considering how much better this food is than a traditional fast food joint where you'd only save a dollar or two. I stop in here usually a couple times per month. I order to go most of the time, but it's a pretty relaxed place to sit down and eat with a friend. My preferred location is to the left and behind the cash register where you can avoid having people hover over you who are waiting in line and also avoid the draft from the door continuously opening and closing.

The customer service was great but the food is the worst I've had at a chipotle. I had a steak burrito that was spicy hot (from the beef) yet flavorless. The pinto beans and steak tasted like they'd been boiled in water with out any floors added.

Chipotle is a great place to go if you like a burrito with no soul. Chipotle always seems to forget to add flavor to their food.

  • Jesus C.

It's ok; basically the same thing has Qdoba except Chipotle is usually busier and the meat is a tad spicier. The food is usually decent quality but it's sometimes not worth waiting in line and the service is nothing special. The non-GMO, all organic thing turns me off as well; it's a lame marketing strategy that people actually believe for some reason. They aggressive marketing strategy of claiming that GMOs are somehow bad for you is representative of the ignorance of the target audience, but I digress. Whatever they're doing is clearly working profit wise because it's incredibly popular. It's an average burrito if you're in the mood for that kind of thing, go ahead. They are stingy with the meat but overall you could do a lot worse with Americanized Mexican. There are better places to go for Mexican (well, Chipotle isn't really Mexican) in Issaquah.

I love Chipotle, but my experience at this particular one was pretty poor. The brown rice was undercooked and I thought the fajita veggies could have stayed on the skillet a bit longer as well. It was not an overly busy evening and despite there being 7 or more employees working the front the place was a pigsty. It looked like it hasn't been swept all day and almost every surface was covered in food and garbage. The bathroom was a disaster. I was also never actually greeted in any way, the employees - all of them including the cashier - didn't say hello, how are you, or really anything at all except one word questions to determine what I was having. I don't even think they ever smiled at me and several didn't bother with eye contact. Really. Overall the place was a mess, the service was terrible, and the food was okay. I hope this review is helpful to management.

I made a Yelp account for the sole purpose of warning others to not go to this particular Chipotle. Chipotle is normally great but this location has a sloppy and uncaring staff, the food is poorly cooked, and my burrito (along with the other items that I witnessed being prepared) was given barely any ingredients. My "burrito" was the size of a normal taco...

  • Tate E.

I've been coming here for years and feel that the last few months it's going down the tube. The guacamole has a weird white tint to it. The staff seems more interested in online orders than helping the enormous line and they skimp on every portion. If I'm gonna pay 2 bucks for guacamole, I better get a whole dollop. I give it 3 stars only because it's chipotle and the food is still decent.

    (3)
  • Samantha G.

I love this chipotle, good food. Clean tables. However, i wish that they kept the serving counters cleaner, and gave me more chicken. when i asked for more, the employee literally put 2 pieces of chicken on my burrito!! :(

3 Strikes. This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. 1st bad visit, we were served RANCID salsa and really brown guacamole. We had to throw out the entire meal (unfortunately we had gotten it to go and didn't have time to bring it back). We emailed the company, they apologized, we tried again. The 2nd bad visit, my friend got a strip of METAL in her burrito bowl. YES METAL. When she brought it back to the counter, the response was..."Would you like a new one or would you like your money back"...they didn't even seem surprised. Now, you might be wondering why in the hell would we ever go back? Well, we work in Issaquah and there are only so many options. So, 3rd horrible visit. 2 baad burrito bowls (pretty sure the salsa was rancid again, just not as far gone as the 1st), but both of us are sick. If you value your gastrointestinal fortitude, stay away from this location.

    (1)
  • Kristi H.

Ohhhh yeah! $7.85 for a burrito bowl that you can eat for lunch and dinner. I like the shredded pork, get the hot AND the pico de gallo salsas, light on the cheese and sour cream and you have a pretty healthy meal.

  • Dan V.

I eat at the Gilman location every week. Food is predictably good every time. Have to agree with others, lines are too long, tables are filthy, and the current staff appears clueless and disorganized. Update: we've stopped eating here. Check out the King County Health Dept. For their reviews.

I am a chipotle fanatic but this store was really disappointing. The steak was overcooked and under spiced.

    (1)
  • Evan J.

I could eat here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, chipotle never gets old! The ingredients are always fresh and great tasting, I personally enjoy every option they have to offer for meat and toppings. There is variety, being able to make your own burrito, bowl, salad, quesadillas, tacos and more. The prices are affordable, and Qdoba will only ever have their cheese queso dip as their claim to fame. Chipotle offers higher quality toppings, and even though the guacamole may not be free, chipotle has much better guacamole than Qdoba. This is a non-bias review, I have been to both Qdoba and Chipotle many times, and I always end up leaning heavily towards Chipotle!

    (5)
  • Ti D.

The worst chipotle I have ever been to so far. Dirty and horrible customer service. Super skimpy on meat. Very disappointed. One star is actually unreal.

  • Heidi B.

I work very close to this Chipotle so on occasion I like to walk over and grab lunch. This place is usually busy and I only have a 30-minute lunch, so it makes sense to place my order through the app. Unfortunately they have never....not even once, made the order before I walk up to the counter to pick up the order. This is after a minimum of 30 minutes they have to make it. They are lazy and disrespectful of people's time. Don't go here....Panera is better and right around the corner.

  • Ryan L.

By far the dirtiest and slowest Chipotle I have EVER been to! You can tell that the employees working here just don't care at all. On top of the cleanliness being well below average, the food just didn't taste fresh at all. This place needs new management, and BAD!

    (1)
  • Karen D.

I wish I could tell you why this Chipotle location is so much better than the others in my area, but the food just tastes better here for some reason. We actually have 2 Chipotle outlets that are closer to home, but will drive to this one when the mood strikes. We are burrito bowl fans, and there is something for everyone in the family. A cheap, quick meal when you don't feel like cooking, and healthy options too!

  • Jamie N.

The food is always great at Chipotle, but the servhce here is horrible. I stood in line for over to 30 min! I watched as there were 6 people serving on the line, moving slow as ever and they dont seem to be working together which makes for an inefficient process! Two people stood around staring at alot of people walking through the door not doing anything while the other 4 looked lost. Management needs to step up their game and get these employees trained better! I willnot return. Chipotle in Tukwila on the other hand, amazing and efficient! Im never in there for more than 5 min and they have their process down!

I always order the chicken with everything with it, sometimes no chips and drink but mostly with drink.

  • Claire S.

If I could give this chipotle 0 stars I would. Every time I've been here the service is lacking, the place is never clean and I get wicked stomach pains and get sick. Never again!! Other chipotle's are fine but something going on here make both my husband and I sick within the hour. Mgmt needs to give this place an overhaul. No wonder the older woman working the tortillas threw 5 away before we ordered.. Ugh!!!

    (1)
  • G L.

Would have given 5 star but they could be slow and they need to clean the dining area frequently. Other than that, good place to eat

  • Mark A.

The food is generally tasty but Chipotle usually screws up either the food, the service, the charges, or all of the above. I've twice bitten into sharp chicken bones in my chicken burrito which is why I switched to eating pork burritos. Otherwise, they screw up my order by using the wrong ingredients when they fail to pay attention to my order, in which case they just chuck the whole burrito in the trash - what a waste! Also, typically they lump the ingredients in discreet globs onto the burrito which means I may end up getting a big bite of nothing but sour cream or a big bite of nothing but hot sauce. If a customer doesn't like that, then they can request to have the ingredients mixed up before rolling it up, but I find that to be a hassle; mixing it up or otherwise layering the ingredients EVENLY should be the default, not a special request! I won't belabor the issue by detailing the countless screwups with the food, orders, and charges, other than to say that most times I've gone to Chipotle, something goes wrong which leaves me feeling really annoyed, particularly if we discover the problem after taking the food home. I've correpsonded with the Chipotle management about the many screwups and their response typically leaves me with the impression that they believe in the mantra that Chipotle is always right and the customer is always wrong, which is an attitude I can't stand. They've apparently done well in this niche, but I find the hubris and the resistance to improving any aspect of their operation to be offputting.

  • Corliss P.

I really like this location. I come here all the time and get a steak burrito bowl. Delicious. My only gripe with chipotle is that lately their rice has been a bit undercooked. They can get pretty busy but you never have to wait too long.

  • Craig L.

Been here a number of times since it is the last Chipotle coming out of the Seattle area heading east. (We are usually headed home to Spokane) The Good: The food is solid, as most Chipotle's are. The bad: The dining area is really small and not always clean, which is understandable since it is a very busy location and... They are out of margaritas half the time! Not sure why? As sometimes, they just inform us there are none today... Other than the food, it is very inconsistent for a Chipotle.

  • Keifer M.

Perfect for those of us with gluten allergies. The staff is trained to be super conscientious about gluten allergies. As someone with Celiacs disease I appreciate that they remember me each time I come in and greet me with a smile and a familiar hello no matter how busy they are. They remove their gloves and go through all the proper procedures to avoid cross contamination. I have never been glutened here and the food is consistently good.

    (5)
  • Stefan J.

I've been here a bunch...cause it's super close to work and its the only fast burrito around and I'm desperate....HOWEVER...the place is usually very dirty, they are unorganized and slow and the folks who make the burritos either have no pride in their job or they don't eat/sample what they make or have not been trained to properly make a burrito...the ones I get the ingredients are disproportional so taste is not optimized and are over stuffed so the wrapper who is not very good anyway can't wrap it in a way that makes it easy to eat...who likes eating a total mess!!! I mean c'mon it's not that hard to make a tasty edible burrito with what you have in front of you... Managers need to do a much better job at this place and train their employees and keep the gross factor down by wiping down tables etc!!!

    (1)
  • Kristy W.

The wait keeps getting longer, and the tables dirtier. The food quality has remained annoyingly delicious, so we keep coming back for more. Despite 20-30 minutes waits, we can't help ourselves. I hope you're scouting out a location in Eastgate!

    (4)
  • Alan B.

Been here a couple time for lunch. I would come here more, but always been going to another mexican place that is also by Gilman. (hint: by jack in the box) even with a line going but they still make your front infront of you very fast. I always order burrito with steak and no bean. And I love the rice!! Not much a fan of their salsas for the chips tho. but Burrito is great!

    (4)
  • Melissa N.

Very fresh food and can get you in and out very fast. However I did feel a little rushed and didn't get the impression that they were treating me with great respect.

    (4)
  • James U.

I went here the other night and the line was out the door. I heard that it's always like that. Naturally raised cattle and hormone free. The place is clean. The food is good and decently healthy. I'm going to start coming here more frequently.

    (4)
  • Juli-ann W.

Fresh, filling, and tons of gluten-free options. The food is good if a bit salty and I particularly like the barbacoa and guacamole. I like being able to get burrito bowls and service is fast. Sometimes, the place is too packed and there is nowhere to sit. Otherwise, I'm a fan.

Chipotle is always a good bet when you're hungry, want something relatively healthy and nutritious, and you're in a rush. Love it!

  • Millicents F.

I don't eat chipotle as often as i used to, but it was still delicious! Ive been to this location once, but i think i walked in either when they opened, or when a new shift started because i heard the ending of their cheer, and saw them breaking from the little hands in huddle which was pretty cute!

    (4)
  • Mike B.

I like chipotle as an "ok for you" quick meal. The flavors are always good and I put lots of hot salsa on it. The added chipotle tabasco is required. My only complaint is the acoustics must be horrible because the people behind the counter inveitably ask for my order at least twice. If you say, "I'll have a chicken burrito with white rice and black beans" - they will reply, Burrito, white rice... black or pinto beans? um, black. - and what did you want for meat? Normally this doesn't bother me, but it has happened pretty much every single time I eat here. This doesn't happen in the Redmond Chipotle so I'm assuming the noise level keeps the employees from hearing what I way.

    (3)
  • Jerry L.

CHIPOTTTTLLEEEEE!! I love this place. Chicken fajita burrito, no sour cream, lettuce. Chipotle does cost a little more than the average fast food chain restaurant but it certainly gives you a lot of food for the price. Go with an empty stomach and leave full. The service is great and the food is excellent.

  • Mallory D.

Always a favorite fast food spot! Great food, and this specific location has a very charming and accomadating crew.

    (4)
  • Lia D.

This is an okay place. Others might enjoy it more but for me the experience was not amazing. The people working there seemed unfriendly and somewhat ignored me. They got my order wrong even though I clearly said beef not chicken in my burrito. The beans were overcooked and not very appetizing. Only good part was the tortilla chips, which were perfect, hence the 2 stars. Others might have a better time here, but for me I am never coming back.

one of the cleanest food sources on the planet....for a fast food place. Good sources of food, no sugar added in their stuff and a nice and healthy option for someone following Paleo.

I eat here all the time! Good, fast service and an excellent value! The bare burrito carnitas bowl is my favorite! I also love how they are open late! Been a guest there so much, it was about time I wrote a review.

Oh...oh dear heavens. It's too tasty. I love this Chipotle! One of the best that I've been to (if you can manage the lunchtime rush at least) The staff is always chatty and friendly, and the ingredients used are fresh and addictively tantalizing! :D The price is right, too.

  • Natalie E.

This was our first trip to Chipotle and I could see how it might be good but this was just...Meh. Not bad but not great either for the price. The kids both ordered quesadilla meals with steak but got home to find out there was no meat, which I paid extra for, on either of their quesadillas! The staff wasn't exactly helpful and looked at me like I was an idiot because I wasn't fully aware if what came with the kids meals and even though I told the guy more than once it was to go, he still fixed he kids meals as eat in. Probably will be bypassing chipotle for taco time next time the kids want a quesadilla though cause their quesadillas were all of like 2 bites and they were still hungry when we finished dinner...my burrito of course made a couple of meals but was subpar and 1.90 extra for guacamole was a little ridiculous. All I have to say is I miss the mission style burrito places (Moe's, Raging Burrito, etc.) we had back in Atlanta...

  • Marcy N.

Stopped here in search of lunch after the visit to the Cougar Mountain Zoo Park. The food was very good though I noticed that they were a little stingy on their sour cream. I got a drizzle rather than the usual tablespoon or two. I got my usual burrito bowl with steak. It was delish!! I noticed they have a sign with a special two for one deal. Good on the weekends for those returning from skiing. Just show your lift ticket on the weekends after 4pm and you can get the special. I like that.

  • Vlad A.

Love Chipotle! Its a cheap way to eat, you're paying $7 for an extremely filling meal. The ingredients are extremely fresh, and it tastes great! Not authentic, but a good American burrito!

    (5)
  • Chris S.

For a chain burrito place, Chipotle isn't that bad. Around lunch time on a weekday, the lines aren't too bad, but man, there is limited seating. If you have a group of 3 or more around the noon rush, you'll be pressed to get a seat unless its warm and you can sit outside. The burritos / tacos / bowls. What can I say, the meat and toppings are reasonably tasty and not too expensive. Nice quick lunch option.

    (4)
  • Blake G.

Great value, great food. If you want to end up a buffet full with short cash nothing beats Chipotle!

    (4)
  • Natalie D.

Not impressed. Clean place and all. Food was ok but very uncomfortable. Not many places to sit and set up is not very welcoming. You dont feel like staying to eat but maybe that's their goal.

I first ate at a Chipolte when visiting my daughter in Chicago. the food was delicious and they had the best guacamole and also the burritos are filled to the brim with great beans, rice and other assorted delicious fare! When moving to Seattle, I was thrilled to see Chipolte was in nearby Issaquah. I was not disappointed! My husband and I usually share a meal and are satisfied completely sharing a burrito and some chips and guacamole. Fresh, clean and tasty, we were doing the salsa on the way out the door!

  • Ed K.

chipotle sort of found us by treating the whole company (publicly traded on NYSE) free oversized burritos. then continued to traject outrageous discounts with coupons to our availability on a routine schedule, almost like a karma building pursuit. still prefer mom n pops mex and dunno about the pico de gallo and corn inside the burrito, is what makes it tex-mexy. carefull, the spicy salsa is "restroom battle" hot! --- wtf is restroom battle fcken twerp.. ill just leave that there.. haha

There aren't high expectations for a restaurant that could be classified as a fast food joint, but Chipotle does rank above average. You don't get service past ordering your food, like everywhere else. On the day I went, the cashier must have been bored and walked around asking people if everyone was okay. I think this is the sole reason I gave it 1 star above the median. You get a lot of quality and quantity for the price. This is a cheap lunch around the area.

I used to like this place. About a year ago I ordered the barbaquao (spelling?) tacos. I had a bite and noticed something chewy in it. I spit it out and it was a huge blood vein! It was so big, it looked like a main artery. It was all gray and about the diameter of a quarter. This was one of the grossest things to ever happen to me. That vein was so big that you would have noticed it if you were serving the meat. I will never eat at a Chipotle again.

    (1)
  • Louie C.

This place must be under new management. Not only are there a few new employees but they are now extremely deliberate about sizing their tong-fulls of food. Even to the point of pulling food back off my plate. Seems as if they're under orders to portion control or the food comes out of their paycheck. It's not like I'm going away hungry but it seems somewhat insulting. At least the food quality hasn't degraded which is a plus.

  • Beau R.

I really like these burrito joints. Chipotle is really good - everything is made fresh and burritos are assembled to your specifications, right before your eyes. You have to be a bit creative here, because they only present you with ingredients (choices of 5 (i think) meats) and how to assemble (taco, burrito, bowl, etc). Good food that makes you think too! Unlike other places, you have to buy your chips separate here and they don't have a salsa bar. The restaurant is a chain, I believe it is owned by McDonald's Corp and was supposed to have an IPO earlier this year. But don't let that deter you, the food is really good and really fresh. I was glad when they opened one in Issaquah.

OMG that's a big burrito! I'll keep this review simple: great flavor, affordable meal, good value. No complaints here.

  • Anika E.

I like this place as an option to get a quick, yummy burrito and a delicious margarita for $3.75!! The staff is always friendly and helpful but the two times I have gone, the tables have been dirty making it difficult to find a place to sit. Last time I tried the Barbacoa (sp?) and it was nice! Spicy, rich and flavorful meat.

In a word... Awesome. I fell in love with Chipotle in California and when I was staying in Issaquah, the Chipotle there become my defacto dinner stop. My mother-in-law bought me a gift card to Chipotle for Christmas, so I became even more frequent of a visitor. My order is simple. Three soft tacos, black beans & chicken, tomatoes, green salsa, and lettuce. Never once over the 3 months I frequented this Chipotle did I leave unsatisfied. The employees were always friendly and strangely enough, began to recognize me and pretty much make my order without me having to say a thing. Always friendly and quick! I would recommend Chipotle, and specifically the Issaquah Chipotle to anyone.

  • Melody M.

The price is right. The food is delicious. Only 4 stars because of dirty tables at this location on this day. The other time I was here it was clean. I think the summer rush is hard to keep up with. So nice to find a bit of Colorado right here in Washington.

  • J I.

Chipotle is delicious! I love being able to feel good about where I'm spending my money, and I like that Chipotle has ethical standards for their food. This location has never been crowded when I've visited. Also, the employees seem to remember a lot of customers, which is nice, the staff is always cheerful and I've seen them (well, mostly the manager) hand out freebies randomly (i.e. chips, drink) too!

    (5)
  • Aly M.

Good: If you like fresh-tasting Mexican food, you'll love it. Really great flavors. So much better than a Taco Bell. Chipotle seems to focus on freshness (according to my tastebuds). I just like how the peppers are still crunchy and the flavors are subtle. I don't know if it's just out here (compared to Maryland) or if it's happened since I last visited one, but I like the cilantro additions. Really good flavor for the burritos. I like the outdoor seating area, too. Bad: My tortilla wasn't heated enough--it was still kind of doughy. Also, I was told that the men's bathroom was filthy, although the women's was decent. Overall: Good!

chipotle's mexican grill is a good choice for mexican cuisines. their crispy tacos are good, the soft tacos are better, but their burritos are the best! i just cant enough of their scrumptious burritos filled with different spices and fillings. i also tried the chips and guac, and i can say thats its a really great dessert since their sauce made up of fresh lime and avocado fruit. so if youre looking for exquisite mexican cuisines, dont forget to try chipotle's mexican grill!

a true California comfort food. not just a burrito, but a San Francisco style burrito. a greatly needed taste of home* wrapped in authentic foil. *tortilla, steak, red sauce, sour cream, cheese.

Excellent Chipotle location! They wrap the burritos without spilling all the toppings and they still fill up the tortilla to the brim. Usually very clean with a friendly staff, and you don't see dirty tables stay dirty for very long.

The best fast-food mexican out there. Don't let the small menu scare you; it's made with some delicious ingredients.

Fast food where you can order a beer - what more can you ask for?!?! The burritos are huge - like the size of a newborn - but yummy and made to order. If it's nice outside, sit out there.

I love to eat at Chipotle but this one is not as good as the others. I have been eating at Chipotle for over 5 years. I love the food, the freshness of the ingredients and the friendly staff. I don't know why the one in Issaquah has never been as good as Bellevue or Redmond. My main complains is that the food is not consistent. Sometimes the rice is a bit hard or taste less or too salty. At other times the beans are not cooked very well and are hard. They dont heat the tortillas long enough so by the time you seat to eat they are cold. The service is not that friendly. I sometimes go with my two small children and they dont offer to help to my table like in the other Chipotles. This place is consistently inconsistent. I have also seen that the managers don't treat their employes very nicely. Update 9/24/2010 I have been back to this place. What can I say I love Chipotle. On my last visits the food has been better. The seasoning and quality of the food has improved. The staff has changed too. More friendly and efficient. So from 2 stars I'm changing to 3. I still think Redmond is better. Also they have a new kids menu that includes chips and kids drinks. That is awesome for me because now I have better options for my kids.

If a fast food place is going to get all 5 stars, they can do it by following the Chipotle way. They don't take themselves too seriously. They have fantastic, fresh food on the line. Their salsas are better than most sit down restaurants, and on all of that, you get out at a fast food price. Clean, reliable, and killer guacamole.

what i love about chipotle is the consistency. its good fast food every time. i love the chicken and usually get a burrito bowl. i love the cilantro rice that makes it stand apart from the other chains. the guacamole is really good too. its nice that the issaquah location has a big outdoor patio and i love that you can enjoy a beer too!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
