MSG - MSG - MSG - who uses MSG anymore?? I was so, so sick for over 24 hours after eating here; I ate with four co-workers and they were all sick too. Apparently they didn't used to use MSG, but my co-worker told me later she saw on the menu it said "We use no MSG" but it was crossed out in Sharpie. The food was good, the place itself, dark - and okay priced. I would not recommend this place, it could have been a one time thing but it's not worth the risk to me.

Friendly and prompt service, wonderfully flavorful pho (I've had brisket, shrimp, and chicken), and modern decor (clean and hygienic as well) make this a consistently pleasant dining experience. My fiancé and I have been Downtown Bellevue residents for a few years now and have tried many a restaurant, this one is definitely among the best.

Pho is one thing I eat when my wife or my sister wants it. We usually goto this place even if we go out of our way.. Friendly service and we've been a loyal customer for over a year now. My dad who comes to visit every 6 months also likes to eat here. If I had to recommend pho place, this is the one.

My friend and I decided to find a place in downtown Bellevue to have pho. We normally go to What the Pho, which is pleasant. This place was new so we thought we'd experiment. BIG MISTAKE. We ordered the #1 with everything. This was equivalent to the house special pho at most places. The broth tasted like it was flavored with cheap beef cubes you'd find at the Asian grocery store. It is comparable to water with a slight hint of beef. I looked around for some salt since the broth (the heart of pho) was tasteless. I couldn't believe that they actually served it. The meat had a terrible odor. We could tell that it was frozen before it was thrown in the boiling brother. This causes the meat to have a distinct, awful taste/smell. How about having some pride and using fresh ingredients?? The service was good. The only complaint with service (besides the black muscle t-shirt used as uniforms) is that the servers spray cleaners on tables while cleaning. We tried to ignore the possibility that the chemical spray could travel three feet toward our table and land in our pho. How about using diluted bleach water and a clean towel to clean tables? I grew up eating pho. This has to be the worst pho I've ever eating at a restaurant.

I cannot for the life of me figure out why this place is rated so highly. I totally agree with the other reviewers who say that the broth is totally tasteless. If you like adding hoisin, I suppose it's fine. For those of us who like to actually taste our pho without additives ... not so much. I had the rare beef pho, and the meat was really tender, so that was nice. But overall, I wasn't impressed, and it will be a long time before I try this place again.

It is amazing place with the inexpensive price. A bowl of everything Pho, a shrimp summer roll, a sprite only for $11.55 included tax. The broth is completly taste, the summer roll is fresh, service is friendly. Love this place.

The food is amazing and this is the main reason to come here! It is flavorful and cooked to perfection. You can really tell they take the time to make sure each dish is prepared to the highest standards. I won't go anywhere else for Vietnamese food because it doesn't compare. The restaurant is immaculate and it makes you feel very comfortable. The servers are very friendly and great with kids.

This place has great service and good food. We were in the Bellevue area doing some last minute shopping, and realized that most of the restaurants were closed, they were close to closing time too but they let us in. We wanted pho but they ran out of veggie broth, so we ended up ordering other fried noodles, which they only had the option of egg noodles. But since we had no choice, they didn't charge us extra for the egg noodles. Moreover, the guy serving our table kept on coming back and apologizing for the "inconvenience", while we were the ones coming in at the last minute, making them work over time. My sister ordered fried rice, which was delicious!! I ordered lemongrass tofu noodles, and my brother-in-law ordered basil tofu noodles, both of which were delicious too. Another good thing about this place is that you can choose the spicy hot level from 1 to 5. And when I mean spicy, it is spice. My sister goes crazy with spicy hot things, and she sometimes eats raw green hot peppers as a snack, makes her ramen turn red after adding so much hot spices, makes curry so spicy that its almost inedible, and is not scared of getting the stomach aches from eating super spicy hot food. I guess you get the idea, but she loved how spicy hot they made her food at a level 4. Since I'm not as spicy tolerant, level 4 made me tear up, but it's hard to get real spicy food here in the states and this place really made us enjoy spicy food. It's in a place that's hard to find, but it's easy, fast, and good. Next time I'm in Bellevue, I might go back to try their pho.

This is a pretty solid place for a good bowl of pho. I'm normally a sriracha guy because I like a little spice in my food but there's something about the broth here that makes me push the rooster aside. The broth by itself is very tasty and light. I will assume that's because there's no MSG. Their #1 pho lets you choose any combination of meat, up to four, I think. I normally go with steak and brisket, or brisket and flank. Like most pho places, if you don't go full meatball, you only get two (4 halves). So I tend to stay away from ordering meatball pho. Meatballs aside, you get a pretty hefty portion of meat with the large bowl. I love me some noodles so I tend to order extra noodles with the large bowl. To be honest though, that's just me being an oinker. It's a very filling and satisfying bowl on its own. The grilled pork banh mi was just ok for me. It was good but seemed to be lacking a bit of flavor. This is not to say that it was bland. Not at all. It just wasn't savory. Prices have increased slightly in the last month or two. The price for pho remains unchanged ($8 for a small bowl, $9 for a large). But my extra noodles, which was great for $1, is now slightly less attractive at $1.50. The banh mi also saw a $0.50 increase. It's up to $6 now. Remember when banh mi was only $1???? I'm clinging to those memories. I recommended this place to my friend and he and his gf raved about it. Service here is good. They greet you within seconds of setting foot in the door. Like most pho joints, you have about 60 seconds from sitting down before someone asks if you're ready to order. Pho usually comes out quick but it seems like they're blazing fast here. Definitely worth trying if you're in the area.

Pho All Day, hardly, not all night, unfortunately. Meek of meek and bland of bland, this place is doable when I must have something close to downtown. Otherwise, I head to the other side of town for Pho Tai or Pho Hoa where noodles are abundant, broth is on point, and both are open until 10pm! For super late nights (until 2am) I trek to Pho T-Q in Kent, which is way better and cleaner than Green Leaf in Seattle (also open until 2am).

  • Jinah Y.

I had two things to go from here. Pho: broth is good, I would only buy the pho here. Spring rolls: if you look at the pictures it's 95% lettuce and shrimp/tofu. Worst spring rolls I've ever had. I took two bites just to make sure I wasn't missing something. The peanut sauce tasted fake so that didn't compensate for the lackluster spring rolls either. Don't waste your money on these spring rolls. Spring rolls are one of the easiest things to make so pretty disappointing especially when a lot of people love the pho+spring roll combo.

Pho, app and drink for $13. Yes please. This is a solid Pho option in Bellevue. Service is quick and freindly, place is clean with sports usually playing on the tv.

  • DAVID L.

re: Lunch I usually get this to go as I don't have time to sit down and eat at the restaurant. I will say the portions are pretty generous. I've only ordered the Vermicelli noodles with chicken. It's standard, but good enough if you have the craving. Definitely will return.

Went here for dinner with my wife and we were greeted and seated as soon as we entered. I ordered the large Pho with steak, brisket and flank. The broth was flavorful and not salty or loaded with msg which was awesome. I could taste the clean flavors. It was almost as good as some of my favorite places in Seattle and was probably the nicest I've had on the Eastside. The brisket and flank were really nice and tender but the steak was really tough and didn't seem to be of good quality so I would probably avoid that cut. My wife got the veggie pho. The small veggie pho is the same size as the large beef pho because they need to pile on the veggies. It was clean and flavorful and again no msg feels good. Overall I really liked the food and service here. The portions are a little smaller than some of he other places around which is why I'm docking another half star but you can always get the large if you are feeling hungry.

I have been a patron of this business for 3 years. The food is always good and the service is decent. I went in this week for my weekly lunch with 2 co-workers and ordered my normal lunch combo. Typically my bill is $13 before tax and tip. Well now they are implementing an additional 15% "service charge" on all bills and THEN they had the nerve to ask for a tip after this. I inquired about this charge and I was told its a mandatory tip. I could see if there was 5+ people, a complicated order, or during rush hour but there were none of these factors. As a loyal patron I feel disgusted by the fact that they are now FORCING this charge on us then they have the nerve to ask for an additional tip. I will be disputing this with my credit card company.

I've come here for lunch a few times. The service starts off great, but once more people start showing up, good luck trying to get your order taken, getting more tea, or getting the bill when you are done. I alway order the vermicelli. It tastes okay..but the portion is small. For such a popular place in Bellevue, I'm surprise they are not better.

  • Joshua E.

First time I ate here the rice and veggie dish was not for me. Thought a second chance was warranted. Plus, pho was what I should have ordered. This time I ordered the veggie pho. Veggie broth with no fish sauce. The pho was tasty. Hot, but tasty. I ordered the large and it was definitely a little too much. The veggies were a little scarce. Next time I will ask for more broccoli. The service is wonderful. Quick. And fairly priced. Large pho. With tip was $10.50 I will be going back!!

My family loves this place. First off, they have gluten free pho and no MSG!!! We never feel awful after eating here. The staff is super friendly! Ken and Diep are the main men that serve here. They always remember our order! They are ALWAYS friendly, polite and always have smiles on their faces. We have never been charged a "mandatory service fee" here. There's just 3 of us and we eat here almost weekly. Sometimes twice a week. The food is consistently delicious! We usually order the shrimp goi cuon, fried eggrolls, seafood pho, pho tai, chicken pho or the charbroiled pork over rice vermicelli noodles.

I love this place. It's clean, quiet and their combo lunch and dinner are awesome. You can choose your noodle or other dish, with an appetizer and a drink for about $12 for regular size and $13 for large. Not a bad deal at all. I love the broth, it's so good and everything is msg free. The waiter was very nice and helpful. I would totally come back here if I crave pho again. There is a free parking lot with the strip mall.

We are regulars here and David knows us by name. We sit and he asks us "the Usual?" and if we say "yes" We get everything coming out perfectly My wife and I have high quality standards when it comes to pho We can not go anywhere else after eating here because the quality of pho beats anywhere else The place is very nice and clean compared to any other pho place To be honest if you get there early the pho soup is a little more clear and meat quality is the best!! We wish they were still opened on Sunday

  • Kristine K.

I love this place. Their service is wonderful and the waiters are always so friendly. I love that their food is fresh! I absolutely love that they have a vegetarian option with vegetable broth as well. Some other pho places are limited with only a beef broth. The portions are generous and food is tasty! I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend to anyone who is vegetarian or vegan to try the veggie and tofu pho in veggie broth.

As far as pho restaurants in Bellevue this is one of my favorites. On the pricier side for pho, but their broth and ingredients taste fresh. Their rolls are fresh but not as good as their pho. They are located in the old chantanee location. Lots of parking. Service is good and food is quick. Look forward to going soon.

This is my go to Pho restaurant in Bellevue--open 10:30-9:30 M-F and Sat 11-9:30 hard to find but worth the trouble (it's in back and on the lower deck of the shopping mall) but there's always free parking available--in Bellevue a big plus--Spring rolls (2 piece) @ $5.00 and Small bowl @ $8 or large @ $9--a little more but you get a little more of everything --build you own or add more whatever your favorites are--good to the last drop or go with a combo--cheers Al

It was a tasty Pho shop, not that I've been to a bad one. The All-Day combo 1 is a bowl of Pho, an appetizer and a drink. I thought it was a pretty good deal. Only complaint was they were not to generous with the toppings, and we had to ask for the basil.

Best Pho place in town!! A must go. The Pho is always very fresh. Awesome customer service and the people there always know what I order :) If I could I would eat this ALL DAY EVERY DAY! Yummy

Solid pho spot for downtown Bellevue. Prices are fair, portions are good, and the broth is flavorful! I had been going to Pho Cyclo because What the Pho just sucks but this gem outshines the others. Their broth is flavorful and when you go up in size they actually give you more food, rather then scooping more broth into a bigger bowl. The meat portions are also pretty good here, I always order brisket, meatball and tripe - I love that they aren't stingy with the tripe! Most places give you two pieces and call it good, but not here :) Food is served up quick and service is always on point - waters are always refilled!

  • Lucy R.

Not impressed - the pho was okay, service was fine, nothing to write home about. I ordered a large and it was the same size as a small at other places. Usually I like to order a large and eat everything but the broth and it makes me so full my tummy hurts (in a good way) but after finishing it I was still hungry and had to get pizza! They had a cool fish tank though. PS. I am a tiny female so if this couldn't make me full most other people would be even hungrier afterward

This is my "go-to" pho place when having a pho-craving. Hubs and I come here about once every two weeks. They don't use MSG! Huge! Also you can get a "large" pho with everything in it for only about $10. The service is quick and fast. I think it's family owned as well which I like. The fresh spring rolls are very tasty - and they are FRESH - basil gives it a nice herby punch, crispy bean sprouts and lettuce round it out, and I always get it with shrimp. It's a nice refreshing appetizer to have right before a nice steaming bowl of pho. They also have good pricing on combos including small appetizer, drink, and choice of pho (or other dish).

    (5)
  • Karen L.

Decent spot for pho. I had the combo with a small pho and a spring roll. The spring roll wasn't very good. It had way too much cabbage in it and tasted bland. The pho was good, though. Even for a small size, it was a very good portion with a lot of noodles and meat.

A-OK! I was the only person at this restaurant..I don't know why that happens, But yeah that happens all time to me when I'm at Bellevue Downtown pho places. I might not go here again..their broth was tasteless..The meatball pho- very average!

The good: Service and Ambiance The bad: The food is so-so Let's start with the good: Ambiance: Walking into the restaurant, it's large and done in a fairly comfortable modern style. There are plenty of tables, and it feels somewhat upscale inside. Service: This is what makes Pho All Day a real standout. We were able to order quickly, and any add-ons were brought to us quickly. Extra limes? Check. Straws? No problem. Normally at other pho restaurants when I ask for extra limes they say of course and then disappear forever. If I get the extra limes by the time I'm halfway done with the soup, it's a good day. Not the case for Pho All Day! It probably took them under a minute to fulfill our lime request. Win! Now for the bad: The food is fine. It's not bad, but it's not great. I ordered the shrimp pho, fresh rolls, and a mango bubble tea. The shrimp was not nice & juicy, and the broth was mediocre. The fresh rolls were fresh but the shrimp again weren't great, and I could do without the little crunchy element in the middle. The bubble tea was fine, pretty standard. Will I go back? Probably, and all because of the service. I love What the Pho's shrimp & pho overall, but their service is sorely lacking and the restaurant is always jam packed. If I feel like heading in the opposite direction and getting great service, I'll check out Pho All Day - but maybe order something else from the menu.

Pho All Day... you know you can't expect much with a name like that. We came here because we were extremely hungry and just wanted something quick... but wow... this is my least favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the greater Seattle area. The portion is VERY small, over priced, location is hard to find, service is so so, and the food is really not that great. The only reason I didn't give this place one star is because the place is clean, spacious, and has several plasma TVs. Yes... you can get pho all day here... but it's more like bad pho all day... I wouldn't come back. Square Lotus In Factoria is a much better choice. I really don't see this place got 4 and 5 star reviews.

  • jenn t.

You'll either love or hate this place. Their current 3.5 stars average is not from indifferent reviews, but rather its the average of either 5 or 2 starred reviews. If you like your food healthy and can taste the amazing flavor of real natural beef broth: you'll love this place. On the other hand, if you are used to MSG loaded food, and believe that you should get a sleep coma inducing giant bucket of noodle just because it's pho, this place is not for you. For reference: my 6' marathon running hubby finds their $8 small bowl just right for a meal and their large bowl too big to finish in one go. I'm 5'4. Their small bowl is about three mouthfuls more than what I really need each time, but I eat up every last noodle anyways. (Grew up in Africa, can't waste food.) So here you have it. From first discovering them a little under a year ago, they've been dependably fast, friendly, flavorful, and fresh. They're a down to earth family run operation, a rare gem where you can still get a reasonably healthy meal for under $10. In downtown Bellevue! I f****** LOVE these guys!

  • David L.

It's a family owned pho restaurant, nice and clean and most importantly NO MSG. I love the vegetarian options and the broth is great. We usually come in once a week because kids love their pho.

This place is it just makes me happy. Best in Bellevue! I love their soup on a Cold gray day! The food is excellent! The only thing keeping this from five stars are the booths. They're a little uncomfortable! Just request a table! ;-)

  • Ksenia C.

I've had some amazing Pho before, but this one had no taste. It was really blend. As if they watered it down. And the calamari was over cooked and crunchy. There was only two people working the floor during lunch time. So it took forever. Usually when lunch break you have more people working then the usual 2. I personally won't go back or recommend it. Only reason I gave am extra start is bc they were clean, friendly and parking was easier then the other Pho places in Bellevue

    (2)
  • B C.

Pho is pretty good, about $9 for a large bowl and $13(?) for the large combo. Solid pho place with fair prices, decent portions. One of the better pho places near downtown Bellevue.

  • Ryan M.

This place is a solid 3 stars. Great place for a quick lunch. I love the fact that you can create your own pho and the combinations you can make to go along with that, unique menu idea. I did get everything you could put in there except the tripe. Service was okay during lunch; the place was packed, including a wait line so they were way understaffed. This was one of the reasons I could not give it a 4 stars. The other reason was the price, $13 for their "large" bowl which relative to plethora of other pho places, I would consider it actually pretty small. Additionally, the broth was bland as well, not even Sriracha and the hoisin could help it. Additionally, I got the spring roll and the egg roll. I liked the egg roll better. The peanut sauce for the spring roll was straight from a bottle, bleh.

    (3)
  • Ninad S.

Tried the Beef brisket with veggies soup which was good. The soup was abundant and flavorful. Also, had the fresh shrimp spring roll, which I felt had too much cabbage filling. The chicken wing appetizers were tasty. Overall, a pho place where you can get in and out quickly, especially on a weekday.

  • Karen W.

I looked at the reviews and it met all my criteria to check it out myself including parking lot, no msg, and great broth and I was in the mood for some comfort food! We ordered the pho lunch set which includes the pho, an appetizer and a drink. We each had either the shrimp roll or pork roll which were tasty but it would taste better with some shredded carrots and cucumbers as it was mostly lettuce and some meat. Then came the main course and we had the soft tendon pho with vermicelli, the rare stead and well done brisket with vermicelli and the pho seafood with egg noodles. The broth was piping hot, tasty and comforting. My brother wished there was a plate of cilantro, lime , mint and bean sprouts on a platter but we didn't ask for it. They had hot tea and iced tea while I ordered a mango bubble drink with coconut jelly, very tasty!

YESSSSSS! Another awesome Pho spot in Bellevue! So apparently from the outside you wouldn't know how great this place is, I mean I love Pho and can eat it all day and all night baby, but this place has another unique feature...not a huge crowd and no crazy parking problems! They bring the pho fast and are so nice! Seriously this place is a hidden gem in Bellevue!

  • Rebecca F.

I've been back here a few more times (like I said before, it's my husband's favorite pho spot in town!) and the service has definitely improved. On all of the recent visits, our order has been correct and we didn't need to flag and remind waitstaff for water. Comparing the meatballs here to other spots, I will say that I have come to prefer them here. Some other spots seem to have more fibrous elements in their meatballs, but here they are much more uniform. My husband is also a huge fan of the tripe here... and the onions... and cilantro. I enjoy that this spot isn't packed with people too... it's kind of nice to go out and have a big bowl of pho without feeling you need to put on airs. Usually on weekends for lunchtime there are just a few other tables seated, but I hear around weekday lunchtime they can be much more crowded. Oh, and of course the crowning jewel... they have Thai Iced Tea here so I can have a yummy drink with my food! That addiction of mine alone will probably keep this pho spot one that we frequent more than spots that don't offer this delicious libation ;)

Awesome Vietnamese food!! I am visiting Bellevue from Vancouver and craved Pho. Used Yelp and discovered this place. I had the dinner combo #1 which you choose your pho, appetizer and tea. I choose small pho with rare beef, tripe and meat balls, fried spring roll and thai iced tea. 50% off for thai iced tea. What did I think? I rarely finish my meal but this time I cleaned it up well!

Phó is five star! I don't get much else so this review is for the pho only; oh and the great, fast service, after only two visits they will most likely remember you and what you order! Great place to eat.

  • Jenny K.

Best pho I have had on the eastside. Got the veggie and tofu pho in chicken broth for takeout. I appreciated how the noodles and veggies came in a large takeout container ready for me to pour the broth into; no having to find a large bowl at home that will fit all of the pho ingredients that usually come packaged in two containers. The broth was delicious, made more delicious by my adding in lots of hot sauce. I liked the assortment of veggies: carrots, onions, snap peas and broccoli. The service was friendly and prompt and cost was very reasonable - $7 for a small bowl. Also tried the hubby's short rib Vietnamese sandwich - good but had just the slightest bit too much mayo.

Great atmosphere, great service, great flavor. Love their combo meals, best lunch deal in downtown Bvue. Also like that beef and meatball come together instead of having to buy ala carte.

I compare all other pho spots to Pho All Day, and if they don't come close, I'm done. Pho All Day offers a lovely lunch combo - a drink, one appetizer and a small or large pho - for $10.95. I love the short rib spring roll and the chicken pho (extra veggies!). Takeout is always a breeze, though service for takeout or dining in can be a little slow since they are typically packed throughout the lunch hour.

  • Chris M.

I've had an opportunity to take the pho here, and I haven't explored the other dishes. However just speaking for pho i really enjoyed it. The broth is clean and its tasteful and the veggies that come on the side are fresh. They also have tv's inside if you're wanting to watch sports while you eat and the setting environment is very warm and welcoming. I usually order Pho Tai, with extra noodle and sliced onions on the side, and this location I frequent more than any. The staff is always helpful and nice, sometimes there's only 2 working at a time which can cause hick ups, but other than that Its great for Pho, all day.

I had been hesitant to try this pho place since we already go to What the Pho all the time and the reviews weren't really any better. But finally decided to take the plunge so that I can do my own comparison. Overall I think it's definitely not the best pho place. The portions were fine (Though smaller than what the pho for the same price) - the meat was good and so were the noodles. The broth was definitely a bit bland. Also in general the quality of stuff you get (bean sprouts, the stuff in the spring roll) just didn't feel as "fresh". Also it was quite a bit slower for the pho to come than at other places. Overall I think I'll stick to the other pho spots in the area.

  • Teresa M.

This place is alright, I guess. I ordered the tofu sandwich. The first thing I noticed was that the bread was quite dry; definitely too dry for my liking. There were only 2 thinly sliced pieces of tofu, the "secret sauce" was very unevenly spread, and most of the sandwich consisted of shredded pickled daikon (AKA cheap filler). The bubble tea was also just "alright". Decent, but nothing to write home about. I've had better. I liked the fish in the aquariums. The restaurant was clean, and the service was good, but I definitely won't be coming back.

This is a great lunch spot. Middle of the road Pho. But the lunch combo is nice, and the service is fast. Compared to a lot of the lunch choices out there, not so bad. The meatballs in the pho are particularly good. That is the only stand out positive. The fresh spring rolls are sub par. Win some, lose some. All around a decent spot.

Despite the kitschy name, this place was really great! It's hidden where Chantanee Thai restaurant used to be. We rolled in pretty close to closing time on a weekday evening, but they didn't bat an eye, seated us, and served us quickly. The broth here comes burning hot as it should, and is nice and flavorful. The quality of the meat here (as far as the rare steak and brisket) is among the best I've had locally. Note, they do not give you basil with the bean sprouts and lime so if you want that you'll need to request it specifically.

This place is amazingly good and I came here twice during a one week trip to Bellevue. The location is really tricky to find and I ended up getting lost both times I went here. Note that it is on the "lower level" of the parking lot. The vegetarian pho is really good. I got it with egg noodles and tofu. It was so good that I ate the entire thing both times - which is unusual for me and pho soups. I thought it was fresh and flavorful. The egg noodles are much better than rice noodles and stayed chewy throughout me eating my soup. I was also eextremely impressed because the second time I forgot to order the egg noodles (it's $1 extra) and the waiter quickly replaced my pho and didn't make me feel bad at all, even though it was totally my mistake. The tofu sandwich is also really good, though not as good as the pho. Don't take as leftovers because it gets really soggy. It was simple, but satisfying. I was not very impressed with the fried banana and wouldn't order that again.

Pretty busy place during lunch, but the service is also pretty quick so there isn't much of a waiting time. They have a great lunch combo that lets you build your own Pho or choose from various selections, get an appetizer and a drink. Some specialty drinks like thai iced tea and bubble tea aren't completely free with the combo you pay half price. But that's still a great deal. The large portion is pretty big and can be hard to finish, small portions should be enough for most people. The Pho itself is alright. It's the meal deal that stands out.

I love pho!!! The biggest problem I have is that I don't love MSG. Pho All Day does not use MSG!! There pho is amazing. The broth is rich and not to salty. The service is also amazing. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Lunch rush is usually really busy and they still stay on top of it!

Hands down, my favorite PHO place, period! Ok, first of all, I work like 2 blocks away and am not willing to even walk to NE 8th, but I am so happy with the pho here, why would I go anywhere else??? I am a pescatarian/paleo (fish, veggies & eggs - no wheats, grains or beans). I can get VEGETARIAN broth here. They do NOT add MSG to their PHO, most places do. They also offer Egg Noodles for $1 extra. Egg Noodles are my favorite, plus I dont eat rice. So not eating the traditional rice based noodles is a good thing for me. Love it here, couldn't ask for it to be any better.

The only thing bad about pho all day is that it is not, in fact, open all day. WTH, Pho All day, really. I really do want your amazingly delicious pho ALL DAY. PLEASE DON"T TAUNT ME LIKE THIS!!! Anyway, I love their pho and their spring rolls. The service is also very nice and I always love dropping by here. But really though, they need to be open all day....

I ordered the pho which does not impress me much compared to other Vietnamese restaurant in Bellevue. However, the service was good. I am not sure if I will go back again.

Worst chicken pho and spring rolls EVAR. I'm Korean and can make better tasting spring rolls than this place. The only reason people come here is because the only other Downtown Bellevue option is also disgusting.

The pho here is good, nothing too great, but standard for the area. Today, I ordered just fresh spring rolls with shrimp and ham. Usually these types of rolls have basil or mint or both, noodles and bean sprouts too. These had no herbs. Therefore, they were not very good. Blah for spending 5 bucks on 2 rolls. Overall, I like this place over other pho places in downtown Bellevue... but never again on the rolls.

Does anyone else think of something dirty when reading their name? I would never suspect there is a cute pho place hidden away in downtown Bellevue. The Vietnemese sandwich was so spicy that it brought tears to my eyes. When they ask if you want jalapeno peppers in your sandwich, just say no.

By FAR the best Pho I have ever had! Because I eat Pho 4-5 times a week (oops..) I've tried many Pho places in Washington and this is definitely my favorite. The staff is so friendly and kind - I come here so often they've even started to remember my order. :) The service is unbelievably fast (there are rarely more than 5 people in the whole restaurant at dinner time - at lunch it's a slightly different story since it's in the "business district" of Bellevue, but still wonderfully fast service). Clearly last but not least, the food is AMAZING! and the coconut juice is SO DELICIOUS! I highly recommend Pho All Day over any other Pho place around! Mmmmmm.

This place is pretty easy to get to once you know where it is. I came in after work one day to fight traffic, and it was pretty empty. I decided to order their special which is basically your choice of an appetizer, small/large pho and a free pop, or 50% off any other drink of your choice. I felt it was a good deal for everything. I think the prices are kinda average? I've been to places that are cheaper, but more south, so I think it varies on location. I think the broth could've been a little, I don't know, heartier? I mean, it was good (I think, I tend to add a LOT of hot sauce, so it kinda doesn't make a difference to me :P ), I just felt like it was sorta watery-like. The only thing I didn't like about the place is the bathroom. I tend to always walk into the first stall and oh man, there is NO SPACE in that stall. I'm pretty sure I hit my leg trying to get out. It's a decent place, it's clean, customer service was really good. The pho itself was just average imo.

The Pho spot in Bellevue! The service is friendly and fast! Everything on their menu is good so you can't go wrong. I'm Vietnamese and I usually don't eat pho outside of my home....but I will order pho from here.

Among the worst meals we've experience in the Seattle area. Pho: cloudy broth and tough beef; most places will give you a heaping place of veggies and herbs; Pho All Day's was pitiful, a plateful of bean sprouts and two wedges of lime. Where were the herbs?!? Grilled pork w/ vermicelli: this dish consisted of mainly bean sprouts Spring rolls: definitely the worst we've ever had anywhere. The filling was mainly lettuce and bean sprouts and the shrimp had an off taste. They are really skimping on their ingredients - filling dishes w/ lettuce and bean sprouts. Sad.

Great lunch spot! Their pho combo is awesome. You can mix and match beef (tendon, brisket, flank or all options) for no charge. And you can choose an appy like fresh rolls (and their fresh rolls are awesome) plus a drink for one price. It's great and always busy so there's more credibility. However, the lunch rush can mean a huge line up to get a table and to pay (hence only 4 stars for me).

We went here because we wanted some Pho! and I was hungry. :) It was either this place or What The Pho near Bellevue Square. We went in and it was fairly busy. I ordered the combo meal and husband ordered wonton soup. Read on the menu that there's no MSG. Great news! With that said, my large bowl of pho was small. I was disappointed. I may look tiny to many people but I can eat and the bowl was more a medium than large. My husband wonton soup came out. It was a small bowl and the wontons were tiny. Nothing like the ones you get in Chinatown. My daughter who is 8 could have easily finish that tiny bowl. I said to my husband, "Honey, I think that's the smallest bowl I've ever seen you eaten out of." And that was the truth. Would I go back? No. Would I recommend this place to someone who is hungry? No. Want a mid-lunch snack? Yes. The broth was good. I'll give them that however, I won't be returning.

Came here because it was close to work, but I wouldn't come back. Pho was very bland I had to add alot of hoison and siracha to compensate for the under seasoned broth. Fried tofu appetizer was decent, the sauce could have been better though.

I'm not so sure with the quality of Pho here, how do they still stay in business? I took a sick day from work thanks for my sinus problem and stayed home, so I decided maybe a hot and hopefully good bowl of Pho would help. I've just recently moved to this area so either this place or What the Pho is closest, and since this place has half a star more, I thought why not. Well, not quite. The place was spacy, that was my first impression. We came around lunch time but it wasn't crowded: there were two other tables. It was pretty dark inside with dim yellow lights that hurt my eyes slightly. We were seated right away and the waiter seemed nice. Their menu was quite strange and hard to navigate, but when you knew you just wanted Pho, it was manageable. They had some sort of special where you could have side of appetizer, Pho and drink at 50%. That was what my boyfriend got. However, I got a regular size Pho with rare beef & tripe and two Vietnamese coffees for both of us. Holy Cow, that was the biggest Vietnamese coffee glass I've ever ordered. They served it in a pint glass (!!!), and trust me I'm not complaining when it comes to bigger coffee cup. It was good but I could use a little more coffee. Now the good part was done, allow me to present you the Pho broth that tasted nothing but water. I mean economy is hard and everything, but that's not good enough reason to cheat your customers like that. It was so watery that I felt it was self torture to try to eat. The rare beef is definitely overcooked and the tripe came in big pieces. My boyfriend felt the same way the moment he tried his Pho broth. It's just nothing but water. I immediately crossed this place off my discovery/try-it-out list of Bellevue. As we left, there were two seniors coming in, asking if they served beer or alcohol and the answer was no. I crossed them off my list one more time and left. Good news is that I haven't given up on Bellevue's Pho places yet.

Portions are small, but food is good. Prices are reasonable. We each ordered the combo A: a large bowl of pho, (still small compared to San Francisco's sizes), an app and drink. Each of us ordered a different app so that we could try & share. Amongst our faves were the Fried tofu appetizers & dumplings!

This weather change got me feeling cold and lonely at the office today so a hot bowl of pho is exactly what I've been thinking about since I woke up this morning... Coming into Bellevue Plaza parking lot, I noticed a strangely long line of people outside Jimmy John's - $1 sandwiches today...NOPE, not even THAT can tempt me from my dreams of steamy broth and noodles. Walked into the restaurant and into a short line, the place was packed (it was about 12:30PM) so I decided to get my order to-go and eat in the office. They have a separate to-go counter behind the dining area and my order was taken quickly and without any issues. After a 5-10 minute wait, my order was ready! I was glad to see that everything has been packed separately - sprouts, lime, jalapenos and basil neatly tucked into a ziplock bag, a plastic bowl of noodles, onions, cilantro and all the meats, a separate styrofoam container with the HOT broth and even small containers of the customary sriracha and hoisin sauce. When it comes to pho, I guess everyone knows it's all about the broth. I'm not a pho snob at all so while I have my standards, I'm not particularly TOO picky about my broth - however, in my opinion, the broth at Pho All Day is not as fragrant or flavorful as I'm accustomed to (Square Lotus is Factoria is my favorite pho restaurant in Bellevue and I love the anise scent in their hearty broth) but I wouldn't call it plain or flavorless as some reviewers had mentioned - HATE is a strong word, y'all For you exotic eaters, the pho here comes with authentic options like tripe, tendon, etc (which I ADORE!!) while Pho Cyclo Cafe (City Center) does not offer that option. Overall, I will definitely come back but I'll make a mental note to call my order ahead of time for carry out lunch!! Dinner might not be so bad though.

Love this place. Short-rib sandwich is really awesome. The Pho broth and rare meat are tasty. The tofu spring rolls are well put together, fresh, and the peanut sauce is yum. I think I've tried them all in Bellevue and this is my fav.

Came here for the first time for lunch on a Thursday and there was plenty of seating available. I recommend arriving before noon so that you are guaranteed a seat. Pho ($7.50 for a Small): They give you a generous amount of meat and the broth didn't smell as strong as it does at other pho restaurants. Service was very quick for how busy the place was. No cream puffs though! Due to the convenience of this place to my work I will definitely be coming back when I'm craving some pho!

  • Melissa N.

oh no this is not a pho all day place for me. With that name I was expecting it to be amazing. I was left feeling underwhelmed. I guess I am such a pho snob that I am hard to impress but it was not up to par. The broth was flavorless and bland. I had to ask for extra fish sauce just to make it some what decent. I ordered Limonade the way that it is always done at a Vietnamese restaurant instead I got countrywide lemonade in my cup. Gross. They have pho specials which deserves the one star and also the service was good but the food was not. Will not be heading back there for the pho.

Haven't had their pho yet but I always stop in for a bubble tea... their bubble tea is one of the best I have ever had!! Very smooth & creamy and no chunky ice pieces like I found at other places. The restaurant is always clean and pleasant and service is quick.

When I was a child, I added hoisin sauce to my pho because I didn't know any better. As I grew up, I learned to appreciate the flavor of the broth without tainting it with hoisin sauce. Now, when I see my friends douse their pho with hoisin sauce, I secretly cry inside. Today, at Pho All Day, I added hoisin sauce to my pho because it was necessary. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to eat my pho. It was bland and not enjoyable without it. However, the rare beef was good. The tendons were not so tender, though, and the lime somehow lost its lime juice because it was dry. Sigh... and then the summer rolls were not fresh. The flavor was there, but it was obvious that the rolls were pre-made, then microwaved. Why? Why did they have to ruin such an easy dish? Even a seven-year-old child could make a fresh summer roll in less than one minute -- I know this because I learned how to make them when I was seven. There's no need to speed up the process with a microwave. I should have just stayed home and made the food myself.

This has become my new favorite Pho place. Ironically, not entirely because of the Pho, which, like many Pho places..is about the same as the next place. I haven't yet found a place that makes me say "Wow, I absolutely have to go back to X Pho place over Y Pho place." The one complaint I have about this place (with their Pho) is that the 'rare' meat is always well done by the time it comes out. It makes me sad and die a little inside whenver my meat is all the way cooked through. At least I love Pho, the meat is still a nice pink color that I can quickly rescue from the simmering broth and leisurely eat at my own pace. Now, I am a borderline unhealthy rare-meat eating kind of person...but completely cooked 'rare' beef just plain annoys me. With that out of the way, the Pho is pho! What is really good here tho, is the Broccoli/beef with crispy noodles. The noodles come out almost in a brick they are so stick...they seriously put Hong Kong style Chow Mein to shame. They are thicker than normal chinese Chow mein noodles, but this allows the initial feasting of noodles to be exceptionally crispy. As you get further into the meal, the noodles soften up ever so slightly, but never enough to go soggy; there is always a satisfying crunch to the noodles. There is a plethora of very, very fresh tasting broccoli (which is what keeps me coming back because I love Broccoli), and the beef is really quite good as well. The beef tastes a bit like the cheap beef you can find in most asian restaurants, but there is very little fat, it's not chewy, and it tastes damn good. So, all is well. Big fan of this place, it has become one of my weekly jaunts. Oh yeah, staff is very friendly too. More so than any other Pho place I've been.

We ordered the chix fried rice and chix pho...not impressed, pretty bland compared to I Love Pho. Service was good, friendly and nice ambience but just don't plan on returning. Closer to us than I Love Pho so may just come back if we absolutely do not want to drive over to Factoria. Not the WORST but not the BEST.

Excellent pho, but servers were wiping their noses with their hands and then handling food / utensiles without ever washing. Pretty gross. Then found nice long hair on appetizer plate when that was delivered. No thank you.

Not bad! I prefer this place over What The Pho (which is overpriced & their tap water smells like fertilizer). We had a new server that misunderstood my order and ended up bring us an extra dish (which I didn't mind paying for because it was good!) 3 dishes: $26 Worth it. Go here for pho and bahn mi (I never get noodles or rice in my bahn mi so it's more like a salad with meat).

I wish this place would get more business... It was very empty when I went. It seems like it's a family owned business. They are really sweet and friendly people. They seem like they really put their heart and soul into it. My sister got a sweet deal with the pho and an appetizer. We got the fresh rolls. I just paid for a regular bowl of pho. We shared the appetizer. The fresh roll was pretty good. I mean it tasted the way I expected a good fresh roll to taste. The sauce was good too. Pho was very good. It tasted very clean to me. I don't like Pho that has super muddled broth-- I mean they're good, but comparably, it feels like there's a lot more junk in it. This broth seemed very clean but still delicious--not at all bland. The price came out to be fine. It was so quiet, that my sister and I felt so bad. Granted it's a little hidden, but we wished they would just get more business!

UPDATE: We've lived here 5 years now and we've found other, better pho places. Pho All Day is still pretty good, but not 5-star good. It's the closest pho to our house, though, so it's our emergency pho stop. 5/13/2011: Pho All Day is our go-to Vietnamese restaurant. We haven't tried any others in the area because well, when you find something that's this good, why look around? We mostly order takeout from this place, and we now have our "usual": large Build-Your-Own-Pho with everything except rare steak, beef ball large pho with extra beef balls, and side order of vegetables in the pho. I've never had pho with veggies before and I'm not sure it's traditionally done that way, but it's SO good and healthy. Prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. This order is PLENTY for our family of four and there is always broth left over. The service is always friendly and fast, and the few times we've eaten at the restaurant the same guy is always working there and he's always super nice to the girls.

Broth has tons of flavor, but the well-done brisket was very bland. Tasted like it was not seasoned at all, not even salt. Tasted more like roast beef lunch meat. Maybe it was just the meat I got, but was not impressed. They do have good combo deals. For dinner its $12.95 for a large pho, drink, and appetizer. You can choose from a few apps. I got the shrimp and cream cheese wontons. They were pretty good, nothing special, but good.

I've driven to the outskirts of Shoreline for dependably good pho in the past, and there was a place in Ballard I loved, but they both ended up going downhill. So outside of the International District, it's been a while since I've had pho that makes you want to drink the entire bowl down. Even in Bellevue you aren't guaranteed this, but I think I have found my new go-to spot.

Word was that the management of What the Pho in Bellevue took over and managed a new restaurant and now call it Pho All Day. My friend would drive by it all the time so one day we decided to try it out. Came in and we were the only ones there. Sat in the back. Got greeted and brought us menus and water to start off with. Looked at the menu and there wasn't that much selection especially in the pho soup section. I ended ordering flank and tendon. When the food came out I started putting the usual basil and sprouts and squeezed lime and all the sauce in the bowl. The taste was alright it could have used a bit more flavor though. The second time I came it was with my sister her fiancee and my friend. She had already reviewed this place and she liked it. Typically she's good at rating restaurants because her and I have similar tastes so I thought I'd give this another try. I looked at the menu and they actually have this special for $10.50 you get an appetizer, main course, and a drink. I ordered spring roll, pho and thai iced tea. The tea was good and sweet. I'm trying to perfect it at home myself. The pho this time you can custom make and build your own pho. I didn't see that the first time I came here. So that is a plus added bonus for this place. At the end of the meal we ordered dessert. They have fried banana with ice cream. Usually it is with vanilla bean or mango but they ran out and we had strawberry ice cream with it instead. It was actually delish! I was surprised. Overall it is an ok restaurant. I would go back. But there are still a lot of pho restaurants to try out I still haven't figured out which is the best.

Have been here a few times now and I must say every time the service has always been friendly and fast. One of my biggest things is whether or not an establishment fills my water cup BEFORE it's empty. Here, I don't even have to ask. I would give service 5 stars. I liked the decor, very modern with the dark wood tables. It's also very clean. Most pho places are stingy and dirty and this one is not. My rating for atmosphere in terms of decor and cleanliness is 4 stars. Now to the food. The first time we came here, I had their pho. It was pretty good actually, not too much greasiness or oil in the broth and their meatballs were good. Then the next time I came here, I had the grilled dish with spare ribs. All the places I've had this, I've had to use a knife to cut the meat but at Pho All Day, the meat was already cut in strips. At first I was like, okay this is weird but when I tasted it, I was like, this is actually pretty good! I also liked that by adding an egg roll it was only $0.50 more. Next we tried the Fried Banana with ice cream. SOOO DELICIOUS! I love the ground peanuts on top of the ice cream and the fried banana had a really good crust. It's like the Vietnamese version of apple pie a la mode. Overall, this place is a great find! I would rather eat here than What the Pho on 8th St.

Ordered: BBQ Pork with Vermicelli Noodle, Spring Rolls, Lemongrass Chicken. I really really wanted to love this place since it's soo freakin close to my apartment. Although the place is super clean with really friendly staff, the food is just average, which is a shame. If it were super cheap, I'd give it another star, but it's not even that cheap. The ratio of shrimp to lettuce/veggies in the shrimp roll was too stingy and the bbq pork was super thin, dry, and not full of flavor at all. The best so far for me is Monsoon East on Main Street. Another customer got the pho which looked pretty good so maybe I'll try that again...but I wouldn't recommend the noodles or wok menu items.

There is an art to making banh mi and you ain't got it. Your pickled veggies sucked, just throwing on pre-fried tofu on a sandwich is not appealing, and WAY TOO MUCH MAYO (or whatever the vietnamese equivalent is). GROSS. And seriously, I can't believe you still don't have a grill. How do you make vietnamese food without a grill? I gave you a second try and it was not worth it. I'm pissed at myself for even going back. i want my money back.

Location makes it a little difficult to find. However, it may be worth finding. -Nice atmosphere -Good prices The staff has changed and the service has been affected by this. It seems the portions are a little smaller and prices have gone up a little at the same time. I'm not sure what's happened but it's not as good as it used to be.

Just an average pho place in Bellevue. I can't recall th pricing but do recall it being of better prices than What the Pho up the street. The overall value is decent, pho is average, bahn mih is average, etc. It's nice to have another option in downtown Bellevue but I try to go to other places (farther out) that have much better taste and quality. Dishes: I always eat the same thing and can compare it fairly well...Pho Tai (average taste/quality), Pork Bahn Mih (meat was sweet, bread wasn't cooked properly) - easy fix for those that don't know....dunk the sandwich in your bowl of pho and eat it, oh and add sriracha. :) Disclaimer: been here a couple times, not a pho expert but sure at it a ton in my lifetime. If you are in the area, stop by since there isnt any other real choices for pho or if you can't stand average pho, eat it somewhere else later.

Despite its current status of 3 stars, I decided to give it a try as I'm not living too far away from the restaurant. The restaurant is located in Bellevue Plaza and you will see a bright orange/green sign says "Pho All Day". It has a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere and the staff were very nice and friendly. They offer Pho take out too, which is quite new to me, but it's pretty cool in my opinion. There are two sizes only for Pho dishes, small and large but I was full with the small size, so pretty good portion. It came out very quickly and the broth was hot and flavorful. I had Well-done brisket with extra meatballs. The only thing about the Pho menu is that they don't have any combo menus so that you cannot enjoy different parts of meat if you're a meat lover. So far, I really enjoyed the pho at Pho All Day and will definitely go back!

  • Tina G.

It's not the best pho but decent. I like their lunch combo, you definitely get a lot for your money. Portions are big, which seems pretty typical for most places. They do a good job accommodating large groups. I will say the servers seem to forget to check on you after you received your food.

  • Sean S.

Not bad. Very near to my home, so very convenient. Usually not busy on sat-sun so I can eat and get out fairly quickly. Besides pho, I would recommend the chicken fried rice. Atmosphere is clean and very light pop music usually playing. Parking is not a problem. Worth a try if you are in the mood for vietnamese food and you are in the area; yes they have rice dishes and sandwiches as well. Take out is available.

Amazing pho soup, some of the best I've had in the Seattle area. The atmosphere was ok, not anything special. It's definitely not "date night" quality, but it's a really good place to eat at if you are looking for fast service, quality pho soup, and a clean dining atmosphere. I would go back again.

I've come here to eat many times in the past and they all average out to my lunch experience today. I got a large pho where I chose tendon and tripe with vermicelli noodles. Service was fast and efficient and they didn't fuss when I asked for extra limes. It's good but in line with the multitude of other pho places out there.

This is now on my restaurant list as the Vietnamese place in central Bellevue. I heard it was good from my daughter, as it is a Bellevue High School favorite due to proximity and quality. Excellent, friendly service, cool rotating images on the big screen TVs, a panorama of Seattle on another wall, partly make up for having no windows. My wife liked the pho, I liked the curry noodles. Parking is easy (rare in Bellevue). The Garlic Crush nearby is another quick, inexpensive, good eatery.

Came here to meet my hubby for lunch. This is the 2nd time I've gone. In general, I think the Pho dac biet is good, however, I don't think the broth is consistent. the first time we went, I did think it was flavorful, but this time, it's a bit "ehhh". For 2 people, i don't think they give enough beansprouts, basil or jalapenos, so I had to ask for more basil and jalapenos, and for a pho dac biet, I was surprised that they didn't have meatballs since that should be a "standard" pho...if you want meatballs, they would charge $0.50 extra, which I don't agree on since meatballs SHOULD already be included in a Pho Dac Biet.. for a small, it's $6.99 and a large it's $7.99 I did like their Thai Ice tea, though. in any case, the restaurant is average, the servers are quick and helpful, and it's a good place for a quickie meal.

Just had lunch here, and apparently today was the grand opening! Woohoo! Anyway... It very easy to find due to the huge orange and green sign on the side of the building and it looks like there's plenty of parking to more than cover the 48 person capacity so as long as there's a table open, there should be a place to park. I had a small bowl of pho with rare steak, which was really good. Plenty of flavor and even though it was a "small" I actually wasn't able to finish it. I think that's a pretty good deal for $6.50. I opted for the special so my pho included a spring roll for $1.50 more. The spring roll was exactly what I expected, delicious. So before tax and tip my lunch came to $8, a pretty good deal for a whole bunch of delicious food. Especially in downtown Bellevue. Now if only there was a place for me to get banh mi in Bellevue... hint hint...

Clean, friendly, great veggie options. My coworkers and I frequent here about once every two weeks. It's close to work, consistently good, and priced right. Service is always fast and attentive. I love their salad rolls and veggie tofu pho. Their sandwiches and stirfry are good too. I have never been disappointed. Great for a fast, healthy lunch in downtown Bellevue.

It was my frist time at Pho All Day. I was excited to see that there was a pho place in downtown bellevue. When I was looking at the menu, I got a little bit confused. The first two pages say: Pho All Day Special. I thought it was an all day special for pho, until I think I confused the waiter too... Turns out the place is called "Pho All Day" and it was just the "special" that was listed. I think they should change thier menu just to say "Special". The special was $10.50 for small pho, appetizer, and a free soda or 50% off other drinks. $11.50 for the same deal but a large pho. Next page is an $11.50 for a grilled dish and a drink. That's where I got confused; it said Pho All day Special, grilled dish, drink. I thought it was pho, a dish and a drink! haha i thought what a GREAT DEAL. Too bad... The Pho was good. Nothing too crazy. The broth was OK. The beef was just the standard beef that one finds at most pho places. They didn't have a pho with steak and meatballs. I guess the meat balls were additional cost. My noodles came in a ball, which is kind of normal for pho places, but they never seperated, So my noodles were stuck together most of the time I was eating. The pho is already a little on the pricey side. But the appetizer was tastey and fresh. i had the tempura which wasn't really tempura, rather it was fried shrimp. The other options sound good too: egg rolls, summer rolls, popcorn shrimp, etc.

Only tried the sandwiches so far...they're quick, but not as fresh as I wish they were. The meat is a little bland, I wish they just cooked it to order. However, it is fast, inexpensive and fulfills my periodic banh mi cravings. I will be back to try the pho.

My boyfriend and I loooove getting pho and trying new places. we live in downtown bellevue and thought, great, a new pho place! turns out it sucks. we were waiting for so long for it to open and decided to try it. the decor is beautiful, large screen tv, big picture of seattle, absolutely beautiful restaurant. they lack in the food though. shame. the pho broth was awful, not enough flavor. the meat was SO bland, like chewing on rubber, and noodles were undercooked, not soft like normal. i really did not like the pho. the fried food we got as appetizer was great but they are a PHO restaurant and it's not good at all. would rahter stick to than bros. ugh! not going back!

Great service but very average food. My dining companions were satisfied with their pho but my stir-fried chicken had that awful reheated-in-a microwave taste :(.

It would be five stars if they drop the pho price to that of Than Brothers'. I love the clean atmosphere, clean looking bean sprouts/shrimps/soup. People are nice and friendly. I used to eat at What the pho a lot . Now I don't go there, broth here tastes better than either What the Pho or Square Lotus in Factoria. I love the shrimp spring rolls too. It's just that I'm budget-minded and can't justify paying more than $10 for a lunch (pho+rolls). I can't emphasize enough that everything about this place (food/dining room) looks clean and orderly.

Pho All Day v. What the Pho = NO COMPARISON! Pho All Day is SO delish!! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is very friendly, and the food is FRESH! I couldn't no believe how FRESH everything was. I ordered the Pho with Rare Meat plus veggies and the meat was actually rare, the veggies were crisp, and the flavor was so GOOD! They are also really smart when putting together a To-Go order... They put everything (less the broth) in an actual to go bowl, which makes eating the Pho later so SIMPLE! DEFINITELY MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE! :-)

I go here for my pho cravings near work. The staff is great and you cannot beat their meal deals. From spring rolls, rangoons, there's so many options for your appetizers with your pho/rice bowl and drink. Plus tip is only around 13! I forgot my legit credit card one day and they let me COME BACK later the day to pay it out....as. nice. as. it. gets. Let's just say, I gave them a 20 for the day. :).

Not bad, not great, just meh. I wouldn't "never go back", but I'd give other places a higher priority. I've been here about 3 times since the first week they opened and it's empty every time I come, but I might just be arriving before a rush, I dunno. Most places, I don't have to add much (if any) hoison or srichacha, but at Pho All Day, I definitely needed a considerable bump from both. The rare beef was definitely not rare anymore by the time it got to my table, there wasn't a speck of pink left on any of the meat. Service is good, the place is very clean, I just prefer pho at other places. Other places that also have lower prices. Meh.

Had to check out this new Pho place! I'll keep it simple. Pho - 3 out of 5 stars - Broth was slightly overcooked for my taste. Meat had a certain unpleasant odor. Service - 5 out of 5. Spring Roll - 5 out of 5.

So I had lunch here today after a night of drinking, which by the way, is the best hangover meal. Anyway, I felt kind of bad since it was Saturday at noon, and I was the only customer until another couple came in when I was leaving. The decor of the place is very nice, very modern. I liked the hoisin and hot sauce squeeze bottles that they put on every table; I had never seen them before and they are a lot less messy than the typical ones you see at Vietnamese restaurants. They also bring out wooden chopsticks and a spoon as well instead of leaving it out on the tables. And they were also playing house/dance music; I felt like I was back in the club when I closed my eyes. So anyway, I started off my meal with a summer roll. It was freshly made and very good. It was a little shorter than most but it was very girthy (add dirty joke here). It had lots of noodles in it versus lots of veggies you get at other Viet restaurants. Then I had a small pho tai bo vien which is the flank and meatballs. The soup had NO MSG, which is probably why it tasted kind of bland. Not having MSG in pho is like not putting tomato sauce in a pizza - you just don't do it. The bowl was very small, but it was packed with meat! I usually love lots of meat, but the bowl was so small that by the time I put in the bean sprouts, I couldn't stir the noodles up. It was hard to eat with all that meat. By the way, I don't know why Viet restaurants do this, but I got charged for "extra meatballs" because the combo I wanted wasn't on the menu. But yet I can order the "house special" that comes with every part of the cow and not be charged more. It irritates me that these restaurants do this. This is why I stick to Pho Hoa - because they already have the combination on the menu and I don't get upcharged. I probably won't come back here again just because I didn't like the broth; I feel the What The Pho broth is tastier.

Actually, three-and-a-half. A good, solid, northern-style bowl of pho...I had tai, chin, gan, and bo vien; to lon (raw roundsteak, brisket, tendon, and meatballs; large). The guy who took my order even understood my awful 'menu' Vietnamese without question. The broth was simple and very beefy, and didn't require a lot of amendment--but I like my pho with a lot of chili, and the broth stood up to it nicely...the extras were astonishingly fresh, as were the ingredients in the goi cuon (fresh roll) that I ordered. I did notice that the quantity of protein was, by American tastes, a bit sparse, but in all forms, it was well-prepared: the tendon was cooked just right, the tai paper thin, and the bo vien were springy and dense without being heavy. I would like to see a goi cuon thit nuong on the menu, but as someone p*ssed and moaned in a previous review, they don't seem to have a grill. I will go back, and hope that they grow into their potential, because they're off to a good start.

I like pho....never had BAD pho, but often its just OK This is one of those "OK" places. Both visits were to go and eaten within 30min is leaving the restraunt. 1st visit: Fresh springrolls are tasteless and rubbbery, beef sandwich dry and lacking strong flavor. 2nd visit: chicken pho with extra mearballs. Soup base rather boring....reminded me of cheap ramen soup base my kids like. Biggest disappointment was the SIX meatballs I paid for. For $1.50 I expected them not to be large but when I got home I was bummed. When I put the soup together I found the meatballs to not only to be the smallest I've ever seen from a Pho shop, but they were cut in half! Yep, six halves on all! Boooo! It was like ordering a large French-fry only to get a half-full container. I'm giving it two stars as restraunt is clean, pretty inside, and food is OK. Also, good containers for eating back at the office. PhoCyclo is so much better!

I used to live down the street from this place, and got a kick out of the name, ( same with what the pho) The interior is nice, unassuming from the outside. Pho is yummy, as are the other dishes. I had a chicken and rice entree, and it was delish. I don't remember the name of it, my brain was a lil fried from moving that day. More than enough left over for lunch the next day. If you get pho to go, make sure you have a bowl big enough for it! Oh, and get extra spicy sauce too!

Best Pho I've ever had. The broth... oh my god the broth. Delicious. Staff is very friendly, service is fast. I've only ever ordered take-out so I can't speak for dine-in, but not one complaint from me. I wish they had a location in Seattle by my office, but I'd probably overdose on pho.

My co-workers and I decided to give the new Pho place by our office a try. I'm not a pho snob by any means and can't discern between "overcooked broth", etc., but I CAN tell when a Pho place uses MSG, and in this case WAY too much of it. The atmosphere was nice, although there are ZERO windows, service was quick, and the pho itself was good, however the after-effects of MSG felt by all 5 of us that had lunch were NOT pleasant. Save yourself 8 trips to the bathroom and check out Saigon Jade in Kirkland's Park Place if you want yummy Pho without regretting it for 24 hours.

Very good! Friendly pleasant staff. Only ever get take-out n it's fast, reasonably priced n good. Their takeout soup containers are great and they package everything perfectly n never have messed up an order. N compared to a lot of pho places I've tried in the area the soup is very good and the meat is tender and fresh. Finally a great go to pho place!

One of the best pho I have had and I have been to at least 75 pho restaurants. The broth is full of flavor and the noodles are tasty. The sides are super fresh and the beef is quality and sliced paper thin. I left very impressed although the service sucked.

I'm so happy, finally a cheap and healthy place to go when you just want to EAT. Eat, not for any occasions like bday celebration, office dinner, or a date, but just for having something healthy and easy to digest to get your day started. Oh my asian parents would love this place:D The Veggie and Tofu Pho is a dream-come-true for any veggie fanatics. I ordered a small bowl, but it came in a large bowl because the small bowl cannot contain all the veggies. The pho is LOADED with quality mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, etc., all fresh and perfectly cooked, and the noodle was delicious. A couple of more things that I didn't taste but made my friends very happy: - Rangoon - Bubble tea The service is quick, and place is clean. This is not place where you can be blown away by the flavors or novelty of the dishes, but I will come back again and again for the solid, healthy, and good food and cheap prices!

This place used to be the Chantanee Thai Family Restaurant, driving by saw a new sign Pho All Day and was very skeptical with that corny name on it but with a limited Pho places in downtown Bellevue so decided to stop in for lunch with the wify today, she's not usually the Pho type person but I definitely am, she complaints about get very thirsty after eating Pho. Wow...the design is completely different than the old Chantanee Restaurant, it feels really really relax, modern and comfy. Is this a Pho place? And it's so clean. The tables and chairs are beautiful brown tone and comfy. Nice design menus, Is this a Pho Place? Is this going to cost my whole wallet? Waass I wrong! Talk to the waiter they just open 3 weeks ago that explains not very many people know about this place. O.k about the food, on the cool menu there is a list of daily appetizer special's, fried spring rolls $1 each o.k. 2 of those, fresh summer rolls $1.50 each with a choice of prawns, grill pork, grill beef and couple other choices o.k. 1 of those. The fried spring rolls is golden brown & light & tastee declious serve with fish sauce on the side. The fresh summer rolls we choose the skin is so soft and the grill pork so tender inside...oh..yes yes. At this point I have to disagree with the previous reviewer Vinh about the Pho...on their menus at the top of the Pho page it even states that they used 3% or 3.5% MSG in their soup stock what ever that mean. I personally don't like o.k. HATE tooo much MSG in the broth because it make me sooo thirsty and bad breath afterwards. I had the large combination which have a little of everything as always when I order Pho...of course the wify the small...as soon as the Pho was serve I knew I should gotten the small o.k. broth taste test...uh...flavorful, sweet, not to salty, yummy o.k. meat check rare steak, flank, tendon, etc...all in their...wow nice amount...wify said too much. First time ever for me Pho leftover, am I break the law here for take Pho home? didn't want to waste food. Forgot the wify order the Thai Ice Tea, she kept saying it's really good not too sweet like the others and real tea flavor with a little bitter, sweet, smooth taste...is that possible? She likes a dessert after a meal but never at home, I don't get it. o.k. check the dessert menu...nice variety...oh Flan is on special $2.50 Wow...soooo smooth & creamy with a light caramel sauce. She said it's the best flan she ever had so far and I will order a dessert from now on. After we left she said we can buy their flan to take home, it's really that good. It really should be 4.5 stars & I really was impress with the quality, price, service, ambiance and comfyness of Pho All Day even with it's corny name, there's just no comparison to Pho Hoa, Than Broth, What the Pho, Pho Land, there are completely on different scales.
