Typical Starbucks. Super busy location! We stopped in for a caffeine fix after sitting in traffic on I95. The staff was super nice, but the service was slow. Perhaps it was a fluke day and they were short staffed?

Yummy! Closest one to the office. What I don't like about this Starbucks is the abundance of customers. It usually takes like probably 10-15 minutes to get my drink when I go to this one. There's always a line.

A nice choice on Garrisonville Rd & just off I-95.

I pass through here often for work, and Kendall is consistently the friendliest and happiest Starbucks employee I've seen everywhere. She and the team always give great service!

Always so slow not sure why I come here. Oh well. Doesn't seem toaster what time of day I come in here either. So random :(

Just like a regular Starbucks - super busy, chatty staff, pretty long time to get anything. Nothing great but not that bad.

Don't go if you're in a hurry! These baristas are always laughing and having personal conversations instead of focusing on their costumers. I watched the girl stop making my drink FOUR times to the talk to the girl behind her. It took me fifteen minutes to get my drink, which was a latte! Come on manager!

My orange-mango smoothie must've taken almost a half an hour to make. Not because of the line but because of the chit chatting drink maker lady who went on and on about something and finally realised... Oh wait a minute, I should be making drinks. Not at all satisfied.

It busy, batista and cashier were excellent. Went back again the next morning and just like yeaterday, excellent.

It's a Starbuck's!! Staff seemed more into chatting amongst themselves than to chat with customers.

If there was a zero star this is what they will get. Unfortunately I do not have a choice. After a long day of driving I stopped at this Starbucks to get my usual coffee. I was standing in front of the cash register so I can order. Three ladies behind the counter and not one acknowledged I existed. Finally after two minutes the lady who makes the coffee looks at me and I asked are you open, she said yes what can I get you. I ordered then after my coffee was made she had an attitude. I finally found the one Starbucks with the Worst customer service. This place won first place hands down. They need to learn how to treat people right. I am sickened that this place treats their customers this way.

Always packed, which in itself isn't their fault, but while waiting in line I consistently see staff goofing around behind the counter. Worse than that, they aren't very friendly. Rarely smiles and no manners. Better off going into target across the parking lot.

I used to come here every morning for coffee and adult conversation. Always crowded, cramped parking lot, indifferent staff. I never parked at a table and sucked up the wifi, never ordered complicated drinks. Never felt the love like in 'Cheers', but it wasn't unpleasant. Until Destiny threw my coffee in the trash without a second thought after I had been waiting 20 minutes for a simple cup of joe. I avoided the place after that, not to be a jerk, but because I didn't feel the need to spend my $ where I wasn't appreciated. I made my own coffee at home and was just fine with it. It's been 6 months or so. Happened to be driving past this morning and thought I'd give it another try. It's been redecorated with long tables and too many chairs, inhospitable in that you have to bother several people to get to a seat. The same staff spends way more time socializing amongst themselves -vs- helping the customers (still crowded). Today I watched them make my coffee and set it down without calling my name, then I discovered that she never wrote it on the cup to begin with. Destiny is still there. I don't want to say she works there because I didn't see her do any work. They want to be taken seriously, but one of the baristas was wearing Angry Birds pajama pants. Same problems, same staff. No more for me, thanks.

Slowest service ever. Got there on a Saturday Morning and had to wait for 20minutes to get a tall hot chocolate!!! It appears that it was just one person in charge of making the orders despite how busy it was. However there were 4 other people behind the counter aside from the cashier!!! Someone has to wait for over 10mins for a cup of water. Don't come here if you are looking for fast service. Their service pace is the exact opposite of what is expected of a Starbucks.

They're still good to go in my book. It's the patrons - us! - that can make things difficult in here sometimes. I guess we're just under too much stress these days. But we need to not take it out on the folks behind the counter. Just my two cents.

On a recent trip back home to Charlotte, I needed a Double Chocolately Frappuccino fix. Thanks to the trusty yelp app, I was able to locate this one. It was an unusual upper 60 degree day in early March, so this location was very busy. I waited in line about 5 minutes or so before being served. The ladies there were all working hard though, so I can't complain. I got a venti Double Chocolately Chip Frapp & it was so refreshing...& yes, chocolately! I have to agree with others, parking was an issue, because it's in a busy shopping strip. The shop isn't too big, so when there's a line, be prepared to have your seating area compromised.

Stafford is the antithesis of being ripe with cafes. In a coffee wasteland, Starbucks is the only thing on offer and apart from my dislike of Starbucks, I was weary to come here to do work because previous reviews exclaimed how busy it can be. Right now it's a FREEZING Sunday night, and I can definitely attest to this spot's ability to be an absolute beehive. Although there are ten or so nice tables to do work, you're lucky to grab one, as they were all full when I walked in. There are outlets next to each table, making the tables conducive to working, but the sheer buisiness will be a definite distraction factor if you're ears are bound to perk up every time you hear "venti." Previous reviews also said that there was "loud pop music" playing when they were here, but all I've heard for the last two hours is that "typical Sbucks jazz" we know so well. While I tend to dislike Starbucks drinks tremendously, I can say with absolute happiness that this location made me the best Sbucks drink I've had to date! Ask them to make you a "cortadito," a double shot espresso with a few pours of steamed milk on top, and you'll be delighted. I'll definitely be coming here more often for my caffeine and productivity kick - and not just because it's the only place around, either!

Great hot mocha!! Why is there only one person ever making coffee? I have been here multiple times and I am always waiting forever. Don't be in a hurry!!

Good Starbucks although parking can be an issue, and they could be a little more contentious of people in a hurry. But good coffee.

After lunch - needed some more coffee - found the local Starbucks, ordered a Tall coffee (with room for cream) set up shop with my notebook computer, and got my caffeine levels up while I got some work done. Lots of seating in here. While I was working - I was approached by a woman - she was going around the joint and stopping to talk to each person. Seems they were offering some sort of complimentary back massage and had one of those massage chairs - I declined as I had to get going. Good coffee!

I am a big Starbucks person and go to this one on occasion. It's always busy, parking lot is always crowded and it's in a weird spot so there's a lot of traffic. Always open seating but I know I have gone in there a few times and turned around and walked out because of a big line when I was in a hurry.

This felt like an anti-coffee house, to me. Bustling is the first word that comes to mind. Lots of conversations, and loud pop music. Not at all what I normally associate with a coffee house, or even the Starbucks I frequent, which are generally mellow, lounge-y places, well-suited for laptop loitering. The inside is quite small, and the size didn't help the volume. I ended up taking my computer outside to one of the small sidewalk tables. Coffee (Americano) was as expected. But the location -- amidst a cluster of a shopping center -- and ambiance don't merit recommendation, in my opinion.
