Best sandwiches, cheese sticks, and brownies in the state. Love the #2 and #8, but they are all good. We come every time we can.

I highly recommend it. The turkey bacon avocado is the best. It is good toasted and regular. Great lunch for the largest sandwich you will find in Springville.

We drive all the way to Springville from American girl Fork to pick up this same darn thing all the time, cheese sticks with ranch. We like the ranch more than the marinara sauce. They have a newer location in Provo but we are afraid to take the risk that it might not be as good so we just take the longer drive to go to the original location in Springville.

The Turkey Avocado Zub was delicious. Full size, bread was delicious. Very disappointed at the lack of turkey on my sandwich. One thin slice. Zubs please add more meat to your sandwiches!

I've lived in Springville for 12 years and have only eaten here twice...it's very bland, don't care for it too much, great customer service tho!

Great place with great subs! My favorite is the Turkey BLT. Much has been said about how good they are. My favorite part of the subs is the bread. I think it makes the sandwich top notch. With that said, the bread sticks, or Zub sticks, are some of my favorite and we always get those when we go there. The bacon they put on the sandwich is also very good. It's not the cheap kind you get a fast food restaurants. We prefer to call ahead and pick up. There isn't really anywhere to sit in the place and sometimes can take a little while if you don't call ahead. Highly recommended!

Zubs delivers a unique sandwich, different from what you will get elsewhere in Springville. The sandwiches are huge, but this is due to the extra thick bread, not because they are loaded with toppings. A lot of people really love these sandwiches, but I feel like all of that bread overpowers the rest of the sandwich. The pizzas are the same way. Lots of crust, and less toppings. So, if you really really like pizza crust, or you really really like lots of bread on your sandwich then you should definitely try Zubs. The staff is always friendly and they deliver in Springville.

BEST SANDWICH EVER! I frequently travel to the area on business....and remember finding this sandwich shop that served delicious sandwiches. I went in search of it and was so pleased to find it. The Pesto Chicken sandwich was recommended so i tried it. And it was the best sandwich I have ever had. The sandwiches are HUGE and the quality is among the best I have ever tried. The bread is so soft and fluffy and the sauce and chicken was delicious. I wish there was a location in Downtown LA. It would do well. Much better than the basic Subway and fancier Mendocino choices in LA.

Never tried their pizza but I get a sub every time and they are soooo good. The bread is so fresh and the price is fair and the portions are huge!

Great pizza, but their sandwich combinations and toppings are a little strange. I was craving a nice Italian cold cut and theirs ended up having crumbled Italian sausage which over power the ham and salami.... Yes their Italian cold cut sandwich only has ham and salami.... Major fail cause their bread is actually good. Not sold on this place for sandwiches

I'm stuck between a 3 and a 4, but mostly we've been happy with living near Zubs since there aren't very many other options around here. The service is hit or miss but I think we're mostly on the friendly side of the fence now. It's a great place for regular ol' thick crust pizza. I love the Fiesta Pizza and get it every time, but this last time the avocados were over-ripe. An over-ripe avocado can ruin everything it touches. Still, mostly the avocados have been fine. Anywho, their bread recipe is incredible and makes for delicious sub sandwiches and we love their brownies because they're not overly sweet. Skip the Peanut Bar as they are the worst I've had; oily, greasy, too much of an oat texture, not enough peanut butter. Oh, and the Apple Pie pizza is pretty sinful I'm warning you. In final, if it weren't for the bread and crust, this place would probably lose a star from every review listed, so if you go here, there might be something that bugs you, but you'll be like, man, the bread is awesome. I think if they took a step up on the service and quality of toppings this place would most certainly deserve all the stars that they are receiving.

Just on my way to get myself a delicious sub can't wait to have one of their sandwiches they're so freaking delicious although there probably not the best for her on a diet and they're very affordable and delicious if I haven't said that yet

What a great local treat!! I first discovered Zubs 20 years ago when I was in High School. My first love and still a top fav to this day has to be the Steak and Stuff. It is a steak sandwich that is loaded with goodies. The Ham and Cheese toasted is awesome as well. You cant go wrong here. Their pizza is great, they make a couple yummy treats and it is a fun little hole in the wall sandwich shop. Not a sit and it, pick up and delivery only, but that is fine with me.

Zubs is our families go to place when we treat ourselves. The softest homemade buns can be smelled a block away in the morning when their baking. The food is fresh, unique and the servings are huge. Their sweet cinnamon rolls are sooo big (and gooey) they barely fit in the to go box, or your mouth. The staff is so nice and patient when we all order different subs and they take suck pride in their work... I'd call it sandwich art. Oh... yummy pizza too.

I LOVE Zubs. I don't think I've ever had anything from here that I didn't love. The people working there are always nice and they are usually pretty dang fast. I despise the parking in this location (seriously, sometimes pulling out of there scares the crap out of me...) and I have hopeful dreams that they will one day move into a place of their own with their own real parking lot where I can stretch and spin freely and do donuts in my car..... but hey, their food is amazing regardless and I continue to risk my life backing out of the parking lot just to get their amazing sandwiches and garlic cheese bread.

Greg sandwiches at decent prices! I had the turkey and avocado, and my kids had ham and cheese, one hot, one cold. The all came on very large, very soft and very delicious bread. The turkey tasted like turkey and had nice spices and seasonings. There is no seating though. Springville is lucky to have this little jem. I was passing through, but am tempted to go out of my way just to have another great sandwich.

Zubs is AMAZING and the Zubclub is the best ever. Why would you go anywhere else for a pizza sub? That's right, you wouldn't.

You won't find a better sub shop around. They use fresh ingredients and perfect bread which they bake fresh daily. Plus, they deliver!

I am very picky about my pizzas and have always been impressed by Zubs. The pizzas my family likes are a little expensive but Zubs always has great coupons. Use one and you can get two awesome pizzas for around $20. Plus the pizzas are super filling. One large can easily feed my family.

I really want to award Zubs with five stars but there is that one little thing, you know what I am talking about, everybody is crazy in love with a restaurant and then you go and try it and there is that one stupid thing that makes you say, "wow, this place is great except for .............." Now having said that, I really do like Zubs (come on, I gave it four stars), and based on the great reviews that my fellow Yelpers have posted and based on the number of people who came through the door during my visit it is clear that this is a popular place as it should be .............. there is just that one thing. My wife and I ordered the Turkey BLT, she ordered one for her and I ordered one for me. Now we could have shared one of these subs as they are well sized, the reason for the two is that my wife is all about the bread and I am all about what is between the bread. My wife really loved this sub, if she was writing the review I am sure that it would be five stars, she kept say how delicious the bread was and I agree, the bread is really, really good. When I ordered my sub I ordered it with DOUBLE turkey, DOUBLE bacon, and I added cheese and asked for DOUBLE cheese, so now that one little thing .................. wheres the meat!!!!!! The bread was fresh baked, great texture, and really delicious but it was completely lacking in meat and I ordered and payed for DOUBLE everything and found the sub lacking. Now maybe the bread is so large that all the meat and cheese got lost but I don't think so. Maybe the forget to put the double meat and cheese on mine, no thats not it, when I compared it to my wife's I had more. No, I think the problem is that they are really proud of the size and great taste of the bread and they forget that some people are all about whats inside. OK, this is not a knock on Zubs, I gave it four stars for heaven sakes and I will be back. All I am saying is that as good as it was, it would have been better with more of the meat and cheese. Go to Zubs, you will enjoy it. Until next time Yelpers ................. Be Local, Live Local, and Buy Local

The subs here are great. The price is right. They have this home made bread that is delicious. The pizza is good too but it isn't as good as Two Jacks pizza so when I want Pizza I got there. But I often will go and get their large hot sub. (Espacially the new yorker) You can't beat the sub though. I wish they had seating though. I would go there a lot more often if I could go in and sit down and eat.

Try the Steak Sub. Delicious bread. Huge subs. The regular size sandwich is huge. I wouldn't eat more than a half in one sitting. I love the steak sub and the veggie sub for sure. They deliver also, which is a great touch.

It is their cheese sticks/pizza thingy that lures me back. Their pizza is good, the sauce is more on the tomato side than the spicey side.

If you want a good sub sandwich, Zubs is the place to go for sure. Subs aren't too pricey. it's a little more expensive than Subway, but you get about twice the sandwich. It's about 3 times the amount of food that you get at Gandolfo's for the same price. Their bread is fantastic. the bake it in-house each morning. The New Yorker (pastrami) is one of my favorite subs. The Barbie is also quite yummy. Each month they do a special sub. Those are almost always really good. No Seating, but they do deliver.

It had been a good 15 years since I'd had a Zub's sub. The moment I revisited this place, I wondered why I'd been away so long. The impressively good bread is baked fresh every single day here at Zub's. It's soft yet substantial; reminiscent of foccacia, but not as heavy or dry. This is some delicious bread. They also make their own pizza crust daily. From memory, it's fantastic as well. WARNING: other reviewers have mentioned the substantial size of a Zub's sub. I feel compelled to reiterate, however, that a half size Zub's is a large meal. Better come hungry. They offer some nice sub combos, like the New Yorker (pastrami, swiss, onions, black olives), The Barbie (bbq beef, onions, green peppers, mozzarella), and the Turkey BLT (as it sounds). They also offer a very good veggie combo featuring mushrooms, black olives, green peppers, sprouts, lettuce, avocado, tomato, onions, provolone, and dressings. Their pricing is also impressive - between $4.00-5.00 for a huge half, and between $8.00-9.00 for a whole (which would easily feed three). Their pizzas are legen-(wait for it)-dary. They're beautiful combinations that come in your choice of specialty, traditional, or build-your-own. Their toppings are very fresh and somewhat unique. Aside from the regular, at Zub's you can get bacon, chicken (regular or BBQ), spinach, crushed garlic, feta cheese, olive oil...oh YEAH baby. We ordered subs; the Italian and the Turkey Avocado - half size. Both were fantastic. So delicious, in fact, that I devoured the entire half in record time. Much harder than it sounds, too. It was collosal. My daughter devoured half of her half, and couldn't fit any more. Wrapped and saved for elevensies. I attempted to pick up one of their gargantuan cinnamon rolls to no avail. When I asked if they, by chance, had more in the back, the owner chuckled. It was past Noon., and they were long gone. These rolls are the size of my head and can perfectly fulfill cinnamon roll fantasies for at least 3 people. This is obviously not a mystery to the lucky few who absconded with them prior to my arrival. Their friendly and efficient staff accept call-in orders for pick up, and will have your order ready when they tell you they will. Don't plan on eating in, though. No room for that. It's pretty much a counter housing a small baked goods case, a soda fountain machine, and a cooler with bottled beverages. For subs and pizza - and dessert if you're lucky - Zub's will not disappoint. Treat yourself. Call ahead, and remember to reserve yourself a cinnamon roll while you're at it.

I was sent to fetch food for 5. I therefore ordered 4.5 subs. I called the order in so I wouldn't need to wait too long, and when I got there the order was nearly done. I was rung up, and I thought, huh, that's a little steep for 4.5 subs. And then I picked up the bags. They had heft. My order would have fed a dozen of us easily, so the subs weren't overprice, I over-ordered. But what I got was good. The bread was tasty, warm, and soft. Most of the variety were good. The Italian was especially popular, followed by the grilled chicken. Our consensus was that the pastrami needed more meat, but it was okay. All in all, we'll have to make that long trip again.

The sandwiches are absolutely the best. The turkey avocado is my favorite for sure...and the bread! Oh man. The bread is what makes the sandwich. Wish there were more locations!

You will satisfy all your sandwich and pizza needs right here. Honestly the best sandwiches I've ever had! They're huge. You can get them hot or cold. The bread is like a vacation for your mouth! Thick and soft. The pizza is also exceptional. The bread wizard is doing the same trick with their crust. I also recommend the cheese bread with ranch. Excellent ranch sauce. They're doing everything right here with the food. It's only for carry out. Best practice is to call ahead and then pick up your food as it can take up to 20 minutes for an order on a busy night. Forget about Gandolfo's or Subway or Pizza Hut or whoever. Once you try this you won't be disappointed. You'll just keep going back for more.
