This specific Starbucks location give me mixed feelings. I usually go through the drive-thru in the mornings, as this is around the corner from my office. It's usually pretty busy in the mornings. Some of the staff handle the morning rush well, and some don't. 4/5 days I have no complaints, but usually I'll have my drink messed up once out of every 5 or so times I use the drive-thru in the mornings. I haven't had that issue in the afternoons, just mornings. A few times they have run out of certain parts of a specialty drink and didn't say anything but still made the drink and gave it to me. I hate that. If I order a drink and you don't have all the ingredients for it, tell me. I'd rather order something else than have essential parts of my drink missing. When I've taken my drink in to get if fixed or replaced, they have usually been good about it and we're happy to fix it (it is their policy), but I went one afternoon and the shift lead was a bit argumentative when I explained that my drink was missing parts of it. I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt though and say she was having a bad day because I've had her make drinks for me before and she was fine. With this store, I suggest going in rather than using the drive-thru, or check your drink before driving off.

Really good service at this location. The baristas are friendly and they do a good job of getting one's order correct. About the only complaint I have is the size of the store. It's a shame they couldn't knock down the wall of the (formerly) vacant space next to them and add on space-wise. If it gets busy here, you may be out of luck finding a place to sit down (although there's additional seating outside). Their hours are good and again, the employees are very nice! Very recommended!

Pretty typical Starbucks. The parking situation sucks especially with the drive thru traffic but there's a drive thru which in my opinion makes up for it. Also because of the drive thru they always seem to be busy but they handle it well. There's limited seating inside but a fair number of tables, chairs and umbrellas outside. The baristas are competent and friendly. I ordered a new drink this past weekend and was assured that if I didn't like it they'd happily make me something else. The place is quite clean but as some others have noted it might take a while to clear off the tables if they're slammed.

Having gone inside to bypass the drive through I ordered just a coffee grande size and an egg sandwich to enjoy. After fifteen minutes passed and two customers received there orders before me, I asked the cashier who rang me up when I could expect my coffee. They said they would get it out to me right away. A few minutes after this a group of six came in and placed an order and received theirs first. Seeing this I simply placed the egg sandwich back on the counter and left without waiting longer and attempting to get my money back. Will no longer go back to this Starbucks and deal with such disrespectful behavior and abhorrent service.

I've been to this location a few times and I think it's time to find a new coffee place. Fraps and lattes are not made very well. The baristas clearly do not know how to make their drinks. Morning drive thru chick was very friendly and delightful. Afternoon drive thru chick really lacked customer service and had a bit of an attitude.

As far as Starbucks go this one doesn't meet the standard I look for. Five years ago it was one of my favorite locations, sadly its gone down hill. Parking lot is pretty crazy, when you go through the drive thru you have to take the long way out because there's no room to turn. There are very few plugs inside to keep your device charged. Only a few tables in the whole place that power near by. There are 4 of the comfortable leather chairs and they're almost always taken or reserved buy a regular group of guys who come early and stay till almost noon usually. But other than that the coffee is good and as expected. The service staff is pretty knowledgable and friendly.

Went in the drive-thru for my FREE coffee this morning. got a venti white mocha with one extra shot of espresso :) YUM, luckily i pulled right up to the speaker to order and it only took my like 3 minutes to get my coffee. AWESOME. people are always so nice here and they NEVER mess up my coffee which is usually a bit complicated for most baristas.

I mainly use their drive-thru in the morning, but there are decent amount of seating indoor and a few tables outdoor available. I have sat inside a few times, and table could go unclean for quite some times during busy hours. The staffs here are quite friendly though. UPDATE: Their hours seem to varies by season... sometime longer, sometime shorter. I have visited them before the listed opening hours.

Normally, I love this location and the staff has always been friendly and helpful, but someone needs to teach them about their refill policy! This is from their website: "My Starbucks Rewards™ members at Green and Gold levels are eligible for free refills on brewed or iced coffee or tea (some restrictions apply), REGARDLESS OF THE ORIGINAL BEVERAGE PURCHASED, while they are in a participating Starbucks ® or Teavana® stores." They refused to give me a refill on any of these things after I purchased a $5 latte (and never left the store) and told me It had to be the original beverage purchased to get the refill price, which makes little to no sense. Normally this location has been a nice one to visit but it is annoying not to get the refill price like other locations allow you to.
