The Indian food here is absolutely to die for. My wife and I have become huge fans. Since I "telecommute" (which really means that I watch a lot of sports on demand during the day), I'll go pick my wife up from her work at lunch time, and we'll head over to Indian Oven for their lunch buffet. It's out of this world. The coconut curry chicken, the saag, the chicken tikka masala are all just amazing. My favorite is the tandoori chicken. And then, somehow, if you've managed not to stuff yourself to bursting at this point, the desserts are the perfect way to finish the meal. The kheer and gulab jamun are the way to go.

This place used to be in a gas station next to campus and it was so popular that it moved down town. I'm not sure of the details but there was some sort of falling out between the owners and there is a new Indian place in the gas station. The food is Amazing. And it is very exotic. To find a rival you would have to go all the way to Salt Lake. You have to bring someone with you who has had Indian food before though or be very adventerous because the first time you go to a new place where you can't even read the menus made me really nervous but it is well worth it. They also do a lunch buffet for a great price so you can go and eat yourself silly with great food that is far more deserving of your attention than sub par pizza or hamburgers.

I used to eat here under the old chef & it was delicious. But, now the chicken is undercooked & they skimp in unfortunate ways. They used to put golden raisins in the Coconut Korma which was delicious. No good.

Tricky One. The YELP detail classifies this as "convenience store", nope, that's the other restaurant - Tandoori Oven. Either way, you can't go wrong! The food is amazing and the lunch buffet is amazing. Both restaurants boast a great staff!

Of the two rivaling Indian restaurants in town, I would have to say I prefer the food of Tandoori Oven, but the atmosphere of the Indian Oven, although the food at both is wonderful. Both are owned by extremely nice people. Now... my wife and I went to Indian Oven a few weeks ago with some friends of ours. Every dish was delish. The naan was a bit overdone but that is my only complaint. The owner/chef even came over to our table to answer some questions we had about the dishes. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. We'll definitely be going back.

I only ordered takeout for one, so I've only tried one thing and didn't eat in, but I have so much praise I want to shower on this little place, I'm not going to let that stop me. Seriously, I have found my new favorite restaurant in Logan. I called in and ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter Naan. They asked me what spice level I wanted, which I always appreciate, and I ordered it spicy. I walked a couple of blocks down Logan's picturesque Main Street and was met with Indian Oven's beautiful store front. Right when we walked in we were met with the smell of incense burning and it smelled wonderful and inviting and for a brief moment I forgot I was in Logan. The owner was working in the front and greeted us. He was so nice when I came in, like he was inviting me into his home. He saw me whip out my camera phone and said, "please, come this way, you must take a photograph of my mural." Ha ha! Loved him. Now, on to the food. The Chicken Tikka Masala was absolutely delicious. They got my heat level just right, and served it up with the perfect amount of rice. The naan was superb, and in my opinion a requirement to order alongside any entree. Take a look at their website. It tells the owner's story, a little about their sous chef, and there's a great gallery of photos of the various dishes they serve. I can't wait to go back.

Got the saag paneer, tasted like it came from a baby jar. It was too pureed, not much flavor. Got the naan with garlic and ginger, looked yummy, couldn't really taste the extras. This places needs more flavor! This place not to be confused with the tandori oven....much better tasting food there (gas station one!)

Excellent Food, and pretty authentic Indian atmosphere. Great Buffet, good price. One complaint is that there is no buffet at night, my wife and I would go here a LOT more if they had it at night! I would recommend this place, excellent Naan bread, curries, etc.

I've loved their curry, naan, and desserts (which are just a bite of sweetness after the zesty and flavorful experience that is your meal). Great prices, lots of rice and great portion sizes. Never tried anything yet that I didn't like, food is always fresh and prepared the way you ask for it (mild, medium, or hot). Delicious sides as well and great service, even when busy.

I love the food at this restaurant. I have my favorite Indian dishes (all chicken) which means there are a lot of menu items I haven't tried. The curries, masalas, naan, and appetizers are delicious - try a mango lasse if haven't already! The only thing that would improve this restaurant is a liquor license. A cold beer would really hit the spot with a hot vindaloo. Ash is a great owner, he is warm and friendly and takes time to offer cooking classes at Kitchen Kneads a few times a year. That doesn't slow me down; I don't have a tandoori oven and my dishes never taste as good as his.

This was my 4th time here. Ordered the vegetable samosas, Chicken Coconut Kurma, sweet lassi, and naan. Holy crap, it was a ton of food! And with a 20%ish tip it was 31 bucks. I'm not a huge fan of samosas as it is, the wife is, and I thought they were a little dry to my taste, but the wife loooved them. The curry, rice, and naan were amazing. Spices were perfect, spiciness level was perfect, chicken was juicy, rice was tasty, and the naan was great. The one time I went to tandoori oven, I wasn't that impressed. Maybe everyone hyped it up too much for me, but I don't think its as good as this place. We will be back!!!

Indian Oven is our go-to Indian restaurant in Cache Valley. While it isn't perfect, it far surpasses the local competition. My BFF and I will often order two entrees and share, and because my BFF isn't picky, I almost always get to choose both entrees. As a result, we've tried a wide range of dishes here. We go with chicken tikka masala every time. My other favorite entree at Indian Oven is the chicken coconut kurma. SO GOOD. I always ask them to season our food a little spicier than medium, and they seem to hit the sweet spot every time. I have NO IDEA why the local competition gets so much more hype than Indian Oven (okay, I do: proximity to campus/venue novelty). Indian Oven makes a better naan and seems to take better care with their food all around; to-go orders are always hot and come with generous portions of rice. Service is excellent. The buffet, though admittedly mediocre, is better. PARKING is even superior. Check them out.

This is the one place I'll always make sure to go to whenever I'm up in Logan. Their curry is so so good. And you can get it perfectly spiced to your level. Their Naan is perfect and just a little crispy. And their cinnamon naan is amazing. Anything lamb is a good choice and the shrimp tandoori was great. I don't know where they get the shrimp from, but they're magical. Make sure you go.

I come to Indian Oven instead of Tandoori when I'm with a group, because it's bigger and has better seating. I like the food okay, but it is nowhere near as good as Tandoori. What is with the bright, neon green mint chutney? It scares me a little, which sucks because I love mint chutney. Every time I go to Indian Oven, I regret my decision, and wish I went to the "other" Indian place instead.

From the other yelp reviews I had high hopes. I ended up very disappointed. There was not much complex flavour that you tend to expect when eating Indian food. The staff was friendly. The food was bland.

Still loving me some Indian Oven over the local competition. Better portion size, bigger naan and other breads, more consistent quality. They've won me back for sure.

This is my favorite restaurant in Logan. I've yet to try a dish I haven't liked. If you're feeling timid, try the Chicken Aloo; it's probably the best beginner dish. The shrimp tandoori is my favorite thing on the menu, and the naan is delicious!
