Certainly not a place you go for the food, but it is surprisingly not bad. The scenery is not bad as an added bonus.

The service has been bad my last few visits but nothing like this trip. The girls too busy hawking calendar sales to take care of the customers. To make it even worse the manager forces them to wear the calendars on their back until they sell 3 to 6 of these. No idea of what he forced them to do if they don't make quota. It's just plane stupid on his direction. I have not seen this in any other Hooters. No plan on going back anytime soon with the poor service and management. Too many better places like Twin Peaks up the road.

Worst experience ever. Called in an order of wings. Told us it would be twenty to twenty five minutes. We left the house thirty minutes after we placed the order. It was game day, so we knew they'd be running behind. Got there and had to wait for an additional thirty minutes. Just a total lack of professionalism and customer service. After I finally got back in the car and drive home, I come to find that my order of wings had no sauce. Although the manager did take the necessary steps to rectify the pain in the butt situation by refunding my money, I will NEVER go back there. Save your money.

My two teenage sons and I went for lunch on Saturday, July 19th. We were quite hungry after finishing up at a swim meet. We ordered one full rack of ribs, one order of crab legs, 20 wings, and a fish sandwich. We each had water to drink, and no dessert. The service was poor. We had to wait to place our order, we needed to wait longer than usual to get our food, we had to wait to get a check, and the restaurant was about 40% occupancy. The food quality overall was average if not a little below-average. But the real slap in the face came and we got our bill which with the modest tip was over $70. We all agreed after that visit but it would be our last. We are anxious to move on to other restaurants that will appreciate our business with great service great food and not sock it to us on the price. Hooters needs to step it up or lose their marketshare as we have decided.

Total disappointment. You don't go to Hooters for the food, however the wilted lettuce far out shined Shrek and the baby. This used to be one of my favorite hooters. Maybe after the baby I'll come back.

The new renovation is awesome!! There are TVs everywhere and there is not a bad place to sit. I'm only giving 4 stars because some of the staff is new and there seems to be a lot of turnover. Service can be inconsistent at times, but the food at atmosphere at top notch!!

Hooters chicken wings are good. Boneless, boned, whatever. The nice thing about a place like this is consistency. You always know what you're gonna get. 1. Girls (often over tanned) in (little) tank tops and (teeny weeny) orange shorts. 2. Good chicken wings. What more do you expect?

Since the renovation which reduced the number of available seats, service has really gone downhill. We waited 30 minutes for a table for 4 when they had an entire section shut off on a Friday at lunch. If I were the franchise owner I would be totally upset for the money walking out the door. Several people left due to the wait with tables available. Once we were seated, it took 15 minutes before our beers were brought out - and they got that order wrong. This reflects poorly on the franchise owners management as well as on Hooters itself for allowing their brand to be tarnished this way.

Who doesn't enjoy scantily clad women serving you cheap beer and greasy chicken wings? Yeah, so I got really drunk here once or five times. I can't really remember. The experience is much better with the alcohol. Drink some and you start to think the waitress actually likes you. She definitely wants to hang out outside of the transactionary environment. Drink a little more, and you buy a t-shirt to impress said waitress. You love this place and you're gonna tell everyone you know how great it is! Another pitcher of beer later, and you're buying their calendar and having every waitress in the place sign a month even though none of the ladies are actually in the calendar. You order another pitcher. By the time that gets to your table, everybody in your group has gone to take a leak at the same time. This leaves a full pitcher on the table with nobody around to guard it from the drunks seated next to you. But you don't really need it. You've still got your waitress who loves you and will always take care of you. You think to yourself, this is the greatest night ever, until you all realize that nobody is sober enough to drive home (ok the waitstaff actually do this for you). So you leave the car at the Hooters and catch a cab back to the house. You wake up the next morning with frozen pizza crumbs all over you, a medium Hooters T shirt (you actually wear an xxl), and a passed out dude on the couch in your apartment. Now you gotta do the cab ride of shame back to Hooters just to get your car. What happened? Drunken Hooters. I just know that waitress is gonna call me any day now. Wait, how many years do you wait before calling? I wonder if they have my updated info...I'm so ashamed.

My husband and I have eaten here many times, and all of the experiences were good except the last one. The waitress vocalized her lack of interest in serving us (withing earshot, might I add) and the manager was too busy flirting with her to tell her to do her job. I was highly disappointed in my last visit.
