First off this bars atmosphere is great! Music is fantastic. The management here is God awful! Bartenders and waiters/waitresses are half in the bag taking shots and drinking with what seems like friends who come in for drinks. Who ever is running the kitchen did a great job on the food... My experience here was ok just be prepared to wait at the bar... You might get served there. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a waitress knows she's doing a bad job and compensates her poor service by giving free drinks. I'm not here for free anything!!! I came in too be waited on as it states bar and grill. I don't want to stand in line for drinks when I'm supposed to have a server. Period! Get it together!

First of all, live music is INCREDIBLE! This complaint is not about the music in any way! Ordered 2 margaritas on the rocks with salt, they came out looking completely different from one another. One very yellow/greenish with salt and lime, the second was crystal clear with no garnish. After about ten minutes with no one checking on us (Chase) I took the two drinks to the bar to ask what the difference was. ( my entire party which consisted of 3 were all bartenders in various parts of Alabama and Tennessee) Chase tells me that they are completely the same. I nodded and returned to my seat. A fellow bartender with my party returned to the bar 20 minutes later after we had still not been checked on and we clearly were not drinking our drinks. She asked for a little sour mix.... He pours from the gun, a crystal clear substance. We all tasted the concoction which was extremely flat and tasted like water. Chase said it was normal. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience here and with Chase. My owner would fire me on the spot if I ever gave such poor customer service.

third attempt tonight. They ignore single people that come int. Tonight it took 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me. The last two times I walked out. The guy took my order and then asked for my credit card. I was at a table ordering food and drink. he said I had to start a tab and give him my credit card or pay as i go. Sorry but I am not leaving my credit card at a bar. Heard too many stories. It was very obvous the bartendars had there favorites and didnt want to wait on any one else. oh well, they wont have to wait on me anymore.

Worst establishment in Nashville. I was thrown out completley sober for using the men's restroom. This is ridiculous and not gender sensitive that in 2015 I was thrown out for using for a different gender restroom. I was not drunk and was man handled by a male bouncer at the estabilishement. This happened on June 27th 2015. I will be seeking assistance on how I was touched by this bouncer. Do not go here unless you want to be treated like a third class citizen. I live in Nashville and I assure you do not waste your time.

Overcharged our group on drinks, when asked about it she argued with me. The band was awesome! The bar was dead on a Friday night. You'll lose even more customers if you are overcharging everyone and have bad waitstaff. If I go again to see the band, I'll drink water. $5 for a 8oz beer is crazy even without being overcharged. Really disappointed!

Average food - grocery store burgers, bland fried potatoes - just spuds, no pepper, onions or seasoning. Be prepared for a very noisy bar with loud music, plastic forks and plastic plates!

Well the food has definitely improved from when they originally opened. Again, any restaurant when opening has some hiccups. Highly recommend the cheeseburger and fries, it is really good!

Food was above average. Great drink specials when I was there. They had table top games and plenty of TVs which is always a plus. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Loser's is located among a slew of offices; thousands of potential customers at their fingertips. Do they take advantage of that and offer a quick lunch service? Absolutely not. They have a notorious reputation for being unbelievably slow for food service. I've been several times for lunch and also during events (St. Patty's day was equally understaffed and slow). They are always grossly understaffed. One would think that they would opt to have a second or even third waitress/bartender during the USA/GERM game for their lunch hour considering all the local business people are likely to jam the place up (which we did). But no, just the one server, the one girl who is always the only one, who has no sense of urgency, and who caters mostly to male dominated tables. Their food is always pretty good and the atmosphere is fun, but when you're sitting and watching the clock tic toc by it's hard to be in a good mood by the time the food finally arrives (and it's likely to be cold at that). I ordered their chicken salad and salad lunch combo ($7.50), their chicken salad is yummy, I really like it, but 45 minutes to put some pre-made chicken salad on bread and put some salad in a bowl is ludicrous. Again, I just don't know what management is thinking when they "staff" this place. They would probably do so much more business from all the local companies if people knew they could get in and out in 30-40 min, but you can't. If you're going to Loser's prepare to take a long lunch.

Surprisingly good music...actually the best I heard all week I think. I didn't eat or drink anything, but I was quite happy with the entertainment. So, if you're in the area, stop in and you just might hear something awesome!

Go here pretty frequently for lunch. Usually isn't packed like a majority of the restaurants over here. Food is always hot and fresh. Two for one specials on tap beer isn't too bad either.

As if I didn't know it by looking at the sign, I was cotton-picking aware of the fact this was a country bar when I walked through the door. The country music was loud but diverse and the place was pretty empty but I was there early for a Saturday. I sauntered to the bar to bend an elbow with the people having a good time there. Of course I ordered some chow too. Being a Texan I've been through the mill of good and bad Mexican food and I will say that they did a bang-up job with the guacamole. It is made from scratch with fresh ingredients and finger-lickin good. Next I had a cheeseburger with some jalepenos. I asked for it medium well and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned well too. This isn't a place that I would frequent but if someone asked me to or I was going to take someone to a country themed place away from downtown, this is it. It has the stereotypical touristy country feel but a surprisingly good menu with fresh ingredients.

I should not have to wish I had ketsup and napkins. Much less track a waitress down to order. Place sucks.

Went here on Friday night as one of the stops for a friend's bachelorette party. We were there around 12 or 12:30 and it wasn't really busy at all, which was kind of surprising considering it was Friday night of Memorial Day weekend... They had a country band playing on the stage and they were pretty decent (from what I can remember anyway). Had a pretty good selection for drinks, and even had the sweet tea vodka that I wanted! We were only here for around 45 minutes, but I would definitely check it out again when I had a little bit more time.

I can see how this would be a good atmosphere at night. Fries were delish! Grilled chicken salad was basic, but chicken tasted really good. Salad dressing, not so much! Not sure if they make it homemade or what, but I tried 2 diff kinds and both tasted like mayo. Ew!!

Loser's 2 is what it is. It's a honkey tonk surrounded by suburbia. If you aren't into that sort of thing, this is not your spot. However, if you are, it's a taste of downtown in Franklin. Staff is great. Friendly, sarcastic and quick to refill your beer. Food is ok. Not great, but perfect if you are having a few adult soda's and need some grub. Definitely worth checking out!

Nice casual place to hang with your buddies or people from work. They have great bar food with wide selection of beer. Live band nightly and very friendly wait staff.

Loser's is a Country-Western bar in a commercial mixed-use development in the heart of Cool Springs. It's not hard to see why it does well; it has a prime location, there are plenty of hotels and office drones around, plus service-industry types, and LOTS of traffic. I've been in a couple of times, and I've never really been impressed. The beer selection isn't bad, but the CO2 system is functioning poorly, if at all; all of their drafts were flat the last time I was in, and it was "acting up" the previous visits. I end up just ordering a bottle; at least they have real glasses here, unlike a few other Country-Western bars in the area...*cough* Tin Roof 2 *cough* I finally decided to write this review because I finally tried their food on my last visit. I've always heard they had an excellent burger selection. About the burgers, I'll just say that you must remember it's a bar first, then a music venue, then a burger joint. Any place whose burgers are their third priority isn't particularly high on my list of great burger restaurants. My bacon cheeseburger was just okay, not excellent, but then again, I'd been drinking. It also was the first thing I'd had to eat in around 9 hours. My wife's chili dog was certainly a lesser rendition than I could've done myself, but I didn't expect much, so even that was a pleasant surprise, considering where their chili dog priority potentially lies. The one real saving grace was the friendly and attentive service at the bar. They were always genuinely sorry about the draft system's malfunctions and never made me wait to order a drink; every time I've been there, no matter the level of business, I always am served in a reasonable amount of time. In short, I'll never suggest Loser's as a place that I want to go hang out. The malfunctions with the beer system in a place that is supposed to be a BAR are enough to make me skip going. However, this is a very good friend of mine's favorite bar, so I'll likely be back. I wouldn't feel bad suggesting it to someone who is from out of town, staying in Cool Springs, and is looking for a downtown Nashville honky-tonk-esque experience. It certainly beats getting a DD or paying cab fare back and forth from Cool Springs.

Terribly slow bartenders who act like it's an inconvenience to serve you.

Drinks were a bit pricey and we were charged a cover charge of $5 when we went. Didn't mind the cover as the band there 7/23/11 was really good; however, the cover was not being charged to half the guests that walked in. No one seemed to care about giving at least mediocre customer service. The wait staff and bartenders were a bit bchy. I would have given a higher rating; however, I visited Losers om 7/23. The $5 cover charge was not charged to my credit card until 8/17. So it took a full month for them to get transactions processed which is a personal finance book keeping PITA. I talked to my friends who went with me and their cards were charged the same throwing a few of them in a panic thinking someone had stolen their card numbers and were attempting fraud. I was able to go back on my statement and verify Losers had not yet pinged my card but the damage was done. If you want something in Cool Springs then I guess this place will do but it be prepared for dissapointment as the place is poorly managed.

My 1st impression of this place isn't the greatest. I came to support a friend in a karaoke contest. Sat at the table they were located at and waited for a waitress to come by so I could order a drink. An hour went by and I never saw a waitress so my friend went to the bar to get us a beer. They had a nice crowd that seem to have a lot of regulars and with a sports bar set up I would think waitresses would be present. I probably will not visit this establishment again, which is a shame because it has potential to be so much better......edit, as I finished my review, a waitress showed up at the table asking if we needed drinks. So they do have at least 1 waitress.

OMG. Friendly people. Fun atmosphere. Great Margaritas. Good burgers. Manager is so friendly and funny--very welcoming. A little loud but great for outside seating. We were new to the area and had no idea what to expect. This was a really good find!

I was talked into going back and giving this place another chance. All my visits since my first few have been A LOT BETTER. Maybe I just got them on a couple of bad nights the first few times. Very Happy with the service since.

They have very good burgers and grilled chicken. Very new and clean inside as just opened this summer. I took a buddy visiting and he said 3 times it was the best hamburger he has ever had. Heard that from others too. I've had their grilled chicken cobb salad and grilled chicken sandwich and chicken is very tender and good. It make Chick-fil-A taste like cardboard and I'll never go back there after eating the chicken here. There is a good size patio on the one side and on nice nights people sit out there too. Live music bands on Thurs., Fri., Sat. or singers with guitars on most other nights and usually Karaoke on Sundays currently. Bartenders are friendly and nice too. Not a big menu as the pictures show but real good on everything I've had.

Button down meets backwater A hidden honky tonk in the land of dress shirts. Poster of Hank, check. Cold beer, check. Music that bemoans lost love and rural life, check. Yep, we got us a honky tonk. A full selection of "hooch" and a pretty good assortment of brews will loosen that Windsor knot and ready you to enjoy live music or sports on flat or large projection screens. The menu is limited to the basics, wings, burgers and a few salads ( ifen youz a little light in yer loafers... Not that there is anything wrong with that) I sampled a burger, it had a nice home cooked taste that goes well with cold beer. Y'all come
