Not hating, just was not a particularly great experience. Waiter sniffing sodas to figure out what was what, finger in the hot sauce to figure which was which, a combo of extremely drunk sports fans and kids running all over the place. Evidently the game of the night was to put on whatever our table was watching on a different TV and change the TV we were watching. Not horrible, but odd... seriously moved around 3 or 4 TVs. I liked the place, I liked the waiter even with his finger-dipping familiarity, but the place - man, it needs some cohesion. It's packed and just kind of weird. I'm not sure if this is because the place has not figured itself out yet, or if Franklin has not figured it out yet, or what. Also, evidently the food was less than stellar. I stuck with the beers and things you cannot screw up, so I can't really comment other than what I heard. Have been to BW3 in Oregon before, I'd say it was a better experience, so this one should have room to improve.

Bummer. This place is struggling to obtain reasonable quality in terms of food, ambience, and service. I should give it a one star. The place was dead when we arrived. I only point this out because this should indicate that food would need to be freshly cooked. Our wings were cold and dabbed with clumps of sauce. This presentation is not even close to wings being freshly fried served up hot spun in sauce. The wings were so cold, the sauce was clumped in spots and not melting. The Buffalo Chips (thick cut potato slices) were cold and mushy. Again, not freshly cooked. The carrots were dehydrated and covered in white oxidization. The celery was cold, hydrated, and crisp. They were really promoting their "March Madness" events so we were hoping to enjoy the games with all the hype. From my seating position, there were 13 screens. Only one small screen had the basketball game showing. The other screens ranged from hockey to bowling. The biggest screen in my view as bowling. I asked for a screen change so they added another smaller screen to the basketball showing. Oh well, nice try. I won't even discuss the poor service from the serve to the manager. It's not worth the trouble to document it. We ate our lame food and paid the inflated cost and ran home as quick as possible in order not to miss any more of the game. Sadly, I will think that in the future that this BWW won't be on my list of places to go.

A great place with friendly staff and fantastic food. I'd rate it higher, but I'm not too overly fond of how loud it can get. If you have bad anxiety, I would not recommend going here to eat if you're going during main lunch or dinner hours; "off" hours are your friend. I would definitely eat here again. Heck, I think I might just go tonight.

It's pretty frustrating when I order to go food three hours ahead to be ready for me to pick up at 6:40 and wind up having to wait 25 minutes to get it and go home. Had I known that it would take that long beyond my requested pick up time to get my food, I would've simply asked my wife to meet me and gotten a table.

Ordered 80 wings on NYE for a party. The restaurant was not busy except for the take-out section which had about 8 people in line. As we walked in, a guy sitting said "you may want to get your wings somewhere else". There was literally one person doing all of these to go orders while others servers and even managers were not busy. After waiting 10 minutes without one person in line being helped, we decided to leave and pick up some wings at Publix. Funny enough we ran into one of the guys that was in line with us doing the same thing. Anyways, the most disappointing thing is that we've been going to other Buffalo Wild Wings for years and were excited to be so close when we moved to Franklin, but after 2 out of three visits being terrible, we will not be back.

To say the least, I was excited when I found out that Buffalo Wild Wings would be opening in Cool Springs! Traveling for business, I often find myself at BWW. On the road it's great because it's full of TV's, activity, lively and the food is good. I'm truly a fan of the wings! And now, there is a BWW locally! It seems like there are two different types of Buffalo Wild Wings - the kind that has portable speaker systems that are available for your table, and the kind who do not offer this service. Sadly, Cool Springs BWW did not appear to offer this service. They have TV's in every direction, but when it's time to watch a game that they are not playing the audio for, it would be nice to have an audio option. They would have gotten 5 stars if they had this option. But for games that will be played with audio - this is a media haven of glorious proportions! They impressed me with their massive screen selection. I'm excited to watch my first Preds game there. I have visited BWW twice since they've opened this week. I experienced from them the typical opening week jitters, glitches and mistakes that most restaurants would go through during their first week with new staff, but I know without a doubt they will get these issues worked out. Some people seem to get their panties in a wad over this kind of thing... come on people, they are new...it's really not THAT big of a deal they delivered someone elses food to your table or gave you the lunch menu for dinner... The attractive staff was there in abundance and constantly checking to see if all was OK with my food. They get an A for effort. Buffalo Wild Wings has an amazing array of sauces and seasonings. The menu is typical sports bar flare and they do an outstanding job of presenting their menu. It's a fun brand, and they market it well. BWW isn't expensive, but not really cheap either. It's a very casual and sporty atmosphere and certainly has a much different feel and vibe to it than Jonathan's, Drake's & Brewhouse South. All four have their place. Welcome Cool Springs Buffalo Wild Wings! I'll be sure to see you often.

I love Buffalo Wind Wings! I know it's a chain and chains aren't cool on Yelp, but I don't care in this instance. Buffalo Wind Wings has really good wings with a huge variety of delicious flavors. There are TVs everywhere you look, service is generally pretty good, and cleanliness is not an issue. The Caribbean Jerk sauce is pure heaven. I typically only go for lunch because they have decent lunch specials. Outside of the lunch specials, the prices can be a little high. I usually go bones because I feel you get more for your money (there's no bone taking up space). You can get 8 boneless wings, fries and a drink for under $10.00. If you want to try more than one flavor, you can go half/half. The only thing lacking is the beer selection. They need to carry more varieties of beer. If they did that, I'd give 5 stars.

The boy wanted to take his friends to BWW for his birthday. It's crowded and noisy, just right for a pack of fourth graders. But it is the kind of place that makes a star rating system difficult. I mean, it ctainly doesn't compare to a 4 star fine dining restaurant with white table cloths and doesn't merit any culinary note, but when compared to other sports bars, it is well above average. And compared to other sports bars, it could only lose a star because it tries to be so many things to so many people. From families with five year olds to die hard sports fans with a need for every game currently broadcast to be within site, to college guys looking for a bar and wings. With a little focus, I think it could be better. That said, the food is above average for a sports bar type place, the ability to watch everything, the trivia and games for the kids do take it up a notch. Prices are reasonable and the kids are happily playing trivia while the adults can talk (yell) and watch a few games without constant interruptions or whining. Service at this location was prompt and friendly with 8 little boys ordering for themselves.

Buffalo Wild Wings food is the same across the board. If you've had it in Pittsburgh, you've had it in Boise, or you've had it in Franklin - it's going to taste virtually the same. What sets them apart are the levels of service. Buffalo Wild Wings in Spring Hill? Top notch. This one...not so much. Server missed one person at the table (of 6) while taking our orders. On a previous visit, server actually put his finger in sauce to test it...yes, seriously. One the last visit, however, we had the extra bonus of unaccompanied minors "playing" the deer hunter game for 30 minutes right next to our table. By playing, I mean they were screaming at the top of their lungs and hitting each other with the rifles. They had not inserted any quarters...and their parents were nowhere to be found. Also, the food came out at different times. Some people are okay with that. I think it's weird and rude. I don't feel comfortable eating until everyone's food has arrived. There's nothing overly exceptional to set this one apart from the others. However, if you love screaming children...well...this is the place for you.

I know this location is new so they've probably got some kinks to work out. I'll even give a bonus star for Mango Habenero sauce, But the bottom line is they fucked up my Superbowl. I'm not driving all the way to Spring Hill. I waited and waited for this place to open up and they missed the entire fucking football season. They FINALLY opened up in time for the SuperBowl and they fucked it up. Ordered my shit a day in advance. Waited over an hour in line to pick up a pre-ordered TAKE OUT order. Finally said fuck it and just took home the remainder of the wings at WalMart's deli. These fuckers actually had the gall to call me AFTER HALFTIME.... I didn't bother to answer... I'll save my expletives for Yelp. Hooters never fucked me on a SuperBowl

If ya love wings....B-Dubs is the place! I'm not naming names, but a well-known wing place nearby has a bad habit of under-cooking their wings... That is not the case at Buffalo Wild Wings. Always perfect, every time!

Wings and Sports! This is our regular lunch spot on Fridays. There are usually 7 to 10 of us and they seem to always want to fit us in as tight as they can. It must be because they get so busy but it's difficult to eat wings without plenty of room. I've found the outdoor tables to be a better option for more room. The servers are very friendly. Our favorite server is Jasmine C. She's friendly, accurate with our orders, and quick. What more could you ask for? Our drinks were never empty. I've tried almost all of the sauces and my favorite is the Honey BBQ. I stay away from the really hot sauces. I prefer the boneless wings over traditional and I usually get them with potato wedges. Both are delicious - so delicious that I look forward to Friday lunches. Although the service is usually great it does sometimes take awhile to get your food especially when they are busy. There are several TVs to catch up on the latest sports. They also have trivia to keep you entertained while you wait on your food.

WHOAH!!!!!! Sunday 5/31 stopped by around 5:30pm to place carry out order a there was a new guy working the counter and answering phones. Another girl next to him closing out her till with a rush of people. Two managers sitting there not doing anything with a line of people waiting to be helped. = POOR MANAGEMENT 1st - have a register elsewhere for people to close out their till at 2nd - help out the new guy through the dinner rush instead of just watching

Your pretty average bdubs. I mean if you're looking to get some awesome food I wouldn't recommend coming here. But if you're looking to have wings and a beer with your buddies while watching sports then this is the place to go. The staff is pretty friendly they all seem like the actually want to be there working. Its also a really good environment.

Great atmospher, delicious food & drinks and friendly service. Weather you want to go for a meal or just drinks and some wings this is the place to go. This is the only place I've come across that servers Angry Orchard on tap which I love. You can get an entire pint for same price youve pay some where else except the other place you'd only get a bottle. Just be sure toi avoid local game days because the place will be packed.

What I liked: 1. The wing sauces are always delicious- too bad the wings were cold! What I didn't like: 1. The Service- This was some of the worst service I've ever had! We got our waters (not even drinks from the bar), after our meal. The staff was clearly all high school kids working their summer jobs. Clearly, they lacked experience and training. 2. Food- At almost $1/"wing" I expect some tasty food. Our wings were cold and soggy and then we were charged for each little sauce we requested. THey also forgot the veggies! Verdict: Pass. I'd rather watch the game from home.

I frequent this BWW location for company lunches and my annual fantasy football draft. For the most part this BWW location has always been a pleasant experience. Everything from the food to the service. The wings are pretty good, as well as other dishes they serve. The buffalo chicken wrap is really good too. However for some things the price is a bit too high for what they are. BWW has a great atmosphere if you are a sports fan and playing trivia while you eat can be cool at times too. However being that it has the whole sports bar setup it can get loud. PROS -Tasty wings -Great sports atmosphere -TVs everywhere -Trivia -The Blazin Hot Wing Challenge CONS -Can get loud -Some things are too pricey

I've been to my share of BWW but this one is by far the worst. Customer service was horrible! I'm pretty sure our waiter forgot about us cause once seated she didn't return for at least 20 mins and I had to flag her down damn near had to tackle her! Our food arrived cold not luke warm but cold as if it had been sitting for some time and overall im just disappointed cause BWW usually gets it right but not this location... Not eager to return....

We were staying at the nearby Drury Hotel in Franklin and decided to take a little walk to the BW3. We were served our drinks immediately and waited to order. We sat there for a good half hour waiting to put our orders in and no one ever came back. There were 3 or 4 servers near the door way talking with each other apparently not interested in the customers. It was a weekday and not very busy at all. With our glasses long empty and no help in sight I left a $5 on on the table to pay for our drinks and we walked out. Not even a goodbye as we left. So much for southern hospitality I suppose. When we returned to our room we ordered a pizza from Papa Johns and it was there fast and hot and very good. I suggest giving them a try instead.

Work luncheon at its finest, ok service and food. Had a great time with my team and the atmosphere. Food was tasty and their are a ridiculous amount of flavor options for the wings, but it was very difficulty to find a commination tat was gluten free and sauce free. For the cost, I was still hungry and after the lunch I ended up getting another snack to make it through the day. I assume people getting wings drink, and so their more likely to spend the money on the wings, but when you don't drink and actually count the wings, it becomes very expensive very quick. The last challenge I had was the service. When you are serving a larger group, I would assume you would give some attention to their drinks. I ran out of tea fast, and was served my meal with an empty glass on the table. Being their over an hour and having 1 glass of tea doesn't work for me, and I assume the rest of my table felt the same. Maybe next time it will b better, otherwise we might be looking for a different venue to host our work lunches.

If you are looking for a causal and chill place to go to catch your favorite team on game day, then I would recommend BWW for sure. They have TONS of TVs, lots of beer choices, and a full bar. The wings are really good, and the money spent is well worth the food received. The price point is average...not pricey at all. November has Stella as their beer of the month, so my husband and I have gone for the past two weekends. We like the trivia game there as well. It is a little loud with all of the fans cheering for their favorite teams, so be ready for the noise. The service is not bad, but I think they could improve staffing situations when the majority of the football games are on those days That is when the restaurant and bar is the busiest with customers. The Parmesan Garlic wings are my favorite. They sound a little different, but you much try them. Finger licking good!

I have been to this BW3's several times and have never had a problem. Yesterday I called for take out and was on hold for 5 minutes well by that time I was already at the restaurant and just went inside and placed my to go order. The wings were great and they provided an ample amount of veggies but that service I witnessed was unexcusable. I know from experience on one occassion there was a female at the hostess stand but she was turned around talking to other guy coworkers and I just sat myself since she was not paying attention. Well last night I witnessed a family walk in and no one was at the hostess stand, a female in a blue shirt which I'm assuming was a manager saw them standing up there and continued to go back to the kitchen. The family left when I got my take out order but I was in disbelief that NO ONE could greet them. I've never had any complaints with the food but the service needs to step it up, INCLUDING the lack of management.

Ugh. Went back for lunch again and got boneless chicken with spicy garlic sauce. While the sauce was good, the chicken was lame. Barely warm, not fresh, way too much breading, dry and chewy. Clearly they were pulled out of a deep freeze to cook and sat under a warming lamp for too long. Disappointing. Was thinking about bringing the family here after my first visit, but now I won't be back. Plenty other better restaurants nearby. Other than a long happy hour with good beer prices, I wouldn't recommend this place

  • Chris B.

Food is typical, bland American fare. Nothing special at all. The real problem is that the volume is unbearably loud. No need to have a football game that loud. I get that there was a huge game on, but the volume of the speakers made the obnoxious fans even louder. Shouldn't have to scream at the people you're eating dinner with for them to hear you. I normally have a decent time at this restaurant, but it'll be a while before I go back & I definitely won't go on a Saturday night when the worst fans in college football are there to cheer way to loud for their team. I know I sound like an old man complaining about the music being too loud, but it really was ridiculously beyond how loud it needed to be.

Went in for the Broncos vs Chargers game #gobroncos on the big screen on my first visit ever and happy to report, it was a great one. Being a gluten free eater can be challenging, especially when eating out; but BWW has an allergens list showing what you can/can't have. (Be sure to request it from your server.) Katie was very helpful, patient, and attentive! Thanks Katie! So I quickly dove into my 10 piece traditional wing basket with Blazin sauce, Blue Cheese & Hot BBQ on the side for dipping and a basket of fries. I didn't get through half my food, not because it wasn't good (total opposite) but it was A LOT of food, which would equal to a great meal for a dude or leftovers in my case. Not to mention I had two 20 oz Sam Adams Rebel IPAs to wash it all down. Delicious! Glad to see they have some craft beers on the menu! Although it's a drive out to either this location or the one in Nashville West, I'll def be going back again.

We love this place. Every Tuesday we are there for Wing Night and gather with friends. It's very inexpensive with kids :) We also meet with friends here when they are showing a sporting event that is Pay Per View! Great place to watch sports and hang out with friends. Very kid friendly! If you go, ask for Nellie...she is the BEST waitress EVER! You will not be disappointed.

One of the worst meals I've ever had - boneless wings. Why would they serve such terrible battered 'stuff'. I wouldn't feed it to my dog, and I don't like my dog. We ordered 36 wings and sent 24 back; did anyone notice? I will admit I'm a wus because the manger asked if we enjoyed the meal. My problem is I can't be PC about so if I started saying how I really feel they would escort me out. Two stars because the service & iced tea was good. This is not a hate review. I luv food!

    (2)
  • Teresa B.

Wow, I totally don't understand the negative reviews. Buffalo Wild Wings is exactly what you would expect - a sports themed place with lots of TV's and lots of wings and variations of wings. I had excellent service and the food is what you would expect from a chain sports bar/restaurant. Nice vibe and a good "get away" place for a workday lunch.

  • Kim Y.

Let me save you some trouble. If you want wings, I guess this is an alright place. They get one extra star for the humongous variety of sauces, but only because I am really into condiments. Sadly, the food that I had to eat my sauces with tasted EXACTLY like it had come from McDonalds. I hate chicken wings mainly because the bones gross me out, so I got tenders. Mickey D's quality, twice the price + tip. Also, served cold. I was with a large group, about a 15 person birthday party - but at a place like this it's a little expected. There were 2 other large parties waiting with us, which brings me to my next point - we arrived at 6:45 (with reservations) and were eating at 8:30. Ugh. Good thing I was so hungry I could choke down half my fingers meal doused in 'wild' and 'blazin' sauces (which coincidentally are not too hot) Basically save your money, the food is mediocre, its nutso loud and beer is overpriced. Go get some Tyson freezer wings, some McDonalds fries and then hit up your buddy with the biggest TV to watch the game you are hankerin' to see. I guess if you love to tip people and hang out with little kids running through the bar, its cool. (Not a lie, 2 little boys circling our table numerous times at full speed and nobody said anything) Our server was cool, as in really friendly, but as Paul K mentioned below his level of 'familiarity' with our table led him to taste our sauce - with his finger. They have a patio for summer months, if you love cars, specifically Toyota's you should check it out. (Its located literally in the parking lot of Cool Springs Toyota) I've been to other BWW with a slightly better outcome, but c'mon this place is gross american fast food masquerading as a restaurant/sports bar. Just go to a real sports bar!

I love BWW; big fan, and I've been to many. The service at this particular one needs work though. I'm not going to get into a bunch of specifics, but it's just out of line with my experiences at the other locations.

Went in to meet a friend for drinks on a Monday night at 9pm. It was a slow night, not many people in. Waiter was alright, met all service needs but wasn't necessarily holding standards of service or friendliness. Minimal to no eye contact. We got waters and wanted a few minutes to look over the drinks. She swang by 3 times in 2 minutes to ask if we were ready when we weren't. Can't be blamed for not knowing us, but our attitude should have given away that we wanted a few minutes, not 30 seconds. Drinks were as expected, however I asked for a regular long island ice tea, and was informed that they only had a Top Shelf Ice tea. The name itself implies to me that it is made with top shelf, NOT well liquor. And I wanted Well. But beyond that, all was alright. As expected for the most part, the "top-shelf only" thing was the only aspect prompting me to write a review. Nothing excellent, nothing bad. Loud sports bar, good wings and good drinks. 3 stars, A-OK.

We visited this location as part of our Nashville Huskers watchsite for Nebraska football games. Our waitress, Trinity, was awesome; however, we heard nothing but complaints about other servers and especially the management being rude and seemingly perturbed about our group (225 ppl) being there. Our organization was told by management that the game would be on all TVs along with audio. No audio was provided and the game was only on a few select screens. We were later informed that this location would no longer host our watch parties--very poor business decision to turn away 200+ hungry and thirsty patrons EVERY Saturday during college football season. Bad capitalists. We will gladly take our $$$ elsewhere. The one star is for our great server on the patio.

The food was what you would expect but the service stunk. They forgot to wait on us for about 10 minutes. The waitress was clueless about the draft beer selection. We ordered wings and then ordered dinner. The dinner came out before the wings. Go figure. I would like to say it is because they are new but they have been open for about 4 - 5 months. I really expected better service from BWW.

I have been here before and the food is good, nothing to write home about but good. But today's visit was to try something I heard they had put on the menu - poutine. Glorious poutine so rarely seen below the US/Canadian border. I was ecstatic to think I was going to have a place to get a good dish of poutine - fries with squeaky fresh cheese curds on the verge of melting atop them all smothered with a rich but thin flavorful beefy gravy. WRONG!!! Now don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad it just wasn't that wonderful goodness I was hoping for. So like almost every chain restaurant, they have someone in there thinking that you have to put a new spin on things. Well somethings you just don't need to mess with and poutine is one of those dishes. It's not old to most places in the US so stop messing with it. I barely recognized it from the picture on the menu - fries with battered and fried cheese curds with gravy and pico de gallo? Pico de gallo - really - what are you trying to go both north and south of the border all in one dish? So I ordered but had them hold the pico for sure. Oh it is also topped with bacon - I like bacon so I left that alone. When it arrived it was well sloppy - I know it's a sloppy dish but this was not that inviting sloppiness I loved. First there wasn't much gravy, it was drizzled in a circle mainly around the outer edges instead of smothering the fries and cheese curds. Let's talk about that gravy. It was obviously thickened with cornstarch and you know how any gravy (cornstarch thickened or even flour thickened) gets after sitting - sort of gloppy, well that is what it was like. All it needed was a couple of seconds of good whisking to bring it back to a shimmering smooth coating for the fries. But it also tasted off. They might be making it with a vegetarian gravy so it can be made as a vegetarian option by deleting the bacon but it didn't have any beefy goodness that can even be achieved in vegetarian gravy with the right balance of mushrooms and such. It had sort of a sour vinegary taste that I am still tasting almost two hours later. The gravy needs work. I did have them bring me more and that drastically improved the overall product for without it, this wasn't poutine at all. And the fried cheese curds, well they just didn't quite work - they really weren't very hot and they didn't squeak on my teeth. I didn't need the batter on them soaking up the gravy. Honestly using just plain old cheese curds rather than battered and fried ones should cut both prep and costs so they just need to go back to the basics with this dish. As for the bacon, I tasted it on the first bite but after that it just got lost in the overbearing vinegar taste of the gravy. Again, not needed, doesn't really add anything to this dish and would cut the cost. I love bacon more than just about anyone but eh, take it off. That brings us to the cost - yes it was a fairly large portion and I had it as an entree when I really wanted a side to go with some wings but at almost $10, it was my entree and not a side. I've had much better poutine with as large or larger portion with fresh hand cut double fried Belgian style frites topped with fresh cheese curds and absolutely unctuous gravy. I hope that they tweak this dish to bring it back to its original roots and keep it on the menu because I really would love to be able to go get a poutine fix!

Now, we all know what BW3 offers. Great wings, friendly staff, plenty of TVs showing the games. And I'll admit, this is my go-to for football season since we recently gave cable the boot. With that in mind, I'm reviewing location only. This is definitely the BW3 in the 'burbs. As much as I appreciated the decent service, I would've enjoyed them coming to my table for a water-refill more than once while I was parched due to the salty-spicy food. Also, I really could have done without the 1,000 screaming children. I know you can't control your clientele, but the BW3 in West Nashville is definitely more my crowd. Overall, BW3 is what it is. If you want a night of football, you can't really go wrong here. Chances are, they're playing the game you want to see!

Food is always really good and I'm glad they have the black bean burger now but at this location we've only had so-so service. The first time we went we never got refills on our water even after asking for it several times. Being pregnant and eating spicy food I need to drink a ton of water. Lucky for me our son wasn't drinking much so I had to eventually steal water from his sippy cup. There were other things we asked for that we never got. The second time we went it wasn't as bad but still not impressive. Go here and eat good food but if you need anything you're gonna have to really work to catch your waiter to get what you need.

We ate at a BWW for the 1st time in Chattanooga and really liked it so we were excited to see Cool Springs was getting one. They just opened a week or so ago and we went for dinner last night. It's a sports bar that's also trying to be a family restaurant. What we liked about the 1st experience and what I think they have going for them is a good variety on their menu. They're a chicken joint through and through so they have the ckn fingers, wings and an impressive beer selection. But, they also have a great kids menu including mini corn dogs and milk and a good wives menu including grilled chicken tenders, pulled pork sammy and a salad. Here are my criticisms: (1) they want families there (great kids menu complete with activity sheet and free crayons)...of the 40 TVs that are on, could just one be tuned to a kids' show? (2) The service was slow. We gave them a little grace since they haven't been opened long but the service was slow at the other BWW, too, and they had been opened for years. (3) It is SO LOUD in there. I still have a headache this morning as I write this. (4) The restaurant is split 1/2 and 1/2 or 2/3 and 1/3 with a large main dining room and then a true bar. TVs are everywhere and both sections have excellent views and selections. They bee-lined us back to the bar area, with our 7 yr old in tow and seemed confused/aggravated when I inquired if we could sit at one of the open tables in the main dining room. I think if a child is present or there's nothing available in the main area, they should ask 1st and at least give guests the option of sitting back in the bar. (5) This ties in with #3 on my list but it is a killing ground for epileptics. I suppose a side effect of having all those large screen TVs on every sports channel and covering just about every sport that's televised is that there is going to be flashing and blinking. Plus just the blue glow from that many TVs. Buffalo Wild Wings, I'm glad you're in our city now and bringing jobs to our community but I think we'll put you on our "been there, done that" list for now.

Good beer selection. But I just can't stand the romper room child factor. The food is tailored to a child's palate.

Service sucks. I get it, sports bar, really loud , quick food, blah, blah, blah. But the food was amazingly horrible (I don't know if that makes sense) took 10 minutes for the host to stare at us, then seat us all the way in the back of the restaurant. Another 15 minutes for the waiter to walk by 4-5 times to take our order. We got our food, cold, DRY , OLD, freezer burned chicken. The sever was a young guy, maybe his first job, but he didn't pay attention to us at all, no drinks refilled, and to make it an awesome night, the restaurant was EMPTY. Never again.

Super salty foods and sauces- at least they bring the beer refills quickly

Typical bar food. Several sauces. Near Toyota dealer allowing another option for killing time on car service!
