Guess tonight was an off night. Pulled off I 40 for a quick meal and the entire kitchen staff was outside smoking weed... But ok.. Not judging.. So we walk inside and sit down.. After about 5 min we decide we should leave since there is no one inside but then someone sees us as we get up and head to the door.. But by then it was to late. Bad manners Waffle House!!! Not cool!!!

From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and personable! Our server Wade was very friendly and took care of us without delay. Food was hot off the grill and atmosphere was fun. I will be returning for a quick hot breakfast!

While traveling to Memphis we stopped in for a bite and I have to say this location was very clean, good service, good food, and friendly employees. Close to our motel within walking distance. I always like Waffle House and this location did not disappoint so my hats off to you keep up the good work and if I'm ever going to Memphis again I will stop in again

I like this Waffle House. I've eaten here on maybe 10 occasions at a various times of the day and night. It seems cleaner than most, the staff is always friendly, and the service is supper fast. I love sitting at the bar and watching all the cooking action.

Strange, could've sworn I wrote a review for this location some time ago, with photos too.. Hmmm. I say this because when I first came here maybe two years ago, the restaurant wasn't kept well, not very clean and the men's room was horrid. All this while the location is fairly new, built within the last ten years I'd say. Since that time someone must've complained to corporate about the store, today its clean and maintained. Service with a bigger smile. Food is the same old shit, but definitely there is a change in the commitment and service, its A LOT better. You did read that right.. I give them a 3-1/2 rounded up. A good no-frills breakfast where you can be in&out in a few minutes or linger if ya like. The staff was cheerful & friendly for 7am on a Monday - more so than me - and my meal was served at about the second sip of coffee. It was good stuff.

Right off the highway, this Waffle House is easy to access and afterwards, easy to get back onto the Interstate. I stopped by this morning just before dawn and found the place devoid of customers, which is usually a clue that the place is a dump. However, I was warmly greeted by the staff who were hard at work doing their prep stuff. Beverly (a great waitress) brought me coffee and then took my order, calling it out loudly to the cook. The eggs were perfect, as was the waffle. Of course! On the minus side, it seemed like there was a massive amount of butter on the toast that I had to scrape off, the sausages were a little too well done as were the hash browns (covered and diced). That said, it was still delicious and I was back on the road about 25 minutes after walking into the place. I took a cup of coffee to go as well. The men's room was clean, though not sparkling. A little better than I expected, there was no smell and it was stocked appropriately. The door lock worked well, which I know because another gentlemen tried to open it. Oops. No smokiness, which was very nice. I don't know the restaurant smoking laws for Tennessee and I didn't notice any signs indicating smoking sections or anything like that. If you stop by this Waffle House, ask for Beverly. She's a peach!
