Service and food quality are going downhill. Stopped in on Friday evening at 6:30. The place wasn't crowded at all. We ordered boneless wings and when we bit into them they were ice cold. Our server took them back and within a few minutes brought them back to us. I'm pretty sure they had microwaved them because they'd lost all their crunch. Salad bar was OK but not kept stocked with ingredients. We were all disappointed with the quality and service. It will be a while before I try again.

Ya, I'm visiting from Georgia and had a craving for some pizza. Sure I could have opted for Pizza Hut, but I can get that anywhere in the USA. Enter in east of Chicago pizza...I had the fine pleasure of eating the Chicago melt with some sort of stuffed crust that was awesome. I'd buy it again if I'm in town. Side note...weighed myself before and after...163.0/164.4 I ate a lot of Chicago Melt!

Been here twice and have been a little disappointed both times. But both times there where valid reasons but honestly they should be able to overcome these reasons. 1st time was a busy night and the kitchen seemed unable to come anywhere close to getting the food out in the speed it should have. 45 minutes to get a pizza is a long time. 2nd time was for the lunch buffet and again the kitchen was slow to keep the buffet stocked during the normal lunch time. Hopefully the next time they will have gotten there act fully together. The pizza was really good and very enjoyable. I enjoy Chicago style pizza and these guyS do it well, the sauce was good and had lots of toppings. Give it a go and hopefully you get a better experience.

FANTASTIC pizza -Best I've had in the 24 yrs I've lived in the south. My friend & I enjoyed the 7-layer veggie "flash pan" ( personal size 6") and the crust was Soooo good!! Not chewy but light puffy crust round the edges. We were hesitant because of reviews on the service - our service was good & the waitress Michelle was sweet. This is on the "I'll return again" list I can't wait to try something else... but I'll probably give in to the pizza again.

After reading The reviews regarding poor service, we decided to order take out. First time, they got the pizza wrong. Had to wait another 15 minutes, yet we DID get a discount so less painful but nonetheless. Despite this, I have to say the pizza is great!!! I really enjoy this pizza especially with the small amount of choices in the area. The crust is crunchy out but chewy inside (the pan crust, there is also thin crust and deep dish). The mozzarella cheese is nice and salty. Sauces are ok. They skimp a bit on toppings but not bad.

Very impressed with their pizza! Def best pizza in town... but just like the reviews stated, they need a retrain or actually train their waitresses... omg they mixed our order like I never thought it was possible :/ hopefully managers are reading all this reviews and making something happen. It'll be a shame with suck a great pizza

I wish I could leave 2 reviews : 1 for food and 1 for service. Saturday afternoon. We ordered small Hawaiian pizza on thin hand tossed crust, half order of cheesy garlic bread, unsweet tea & diet Pepsi. He brought me water, not tea. "Thought you said water". No prob. Got me tea. Our pizza came and girl asked if we wanted plates and utensils. Really? No. We only use plates and forks in fancy restaurants. Yes!! Crust looks reeeeeally thin. Ask her if this is the hand tossed or "extra thin"? She has no idea. Neither does our waiter. Both finally admit its the extra thin. Waiter blamed cook. No cheesy bread. Waiter said "waiting on oven"?? What? So service gets 1 star. They got the diet Pepsi right. The pizza, however - even on wrong crust - was delicious! Pizza gets 4 stars. Wonder what the cheesy bread would have tasted like??

HORRIBLE SERVICE BUT GOOD PIZZA, don't expect good appetizers either. My husband and decided to try this place out but when we sat down the waiter was yelling at another waiter over who was going to clean up a spill right in front of us. We weren't ready to order the first time he came around but before we could finish our sentence to let him know we weren't ready he just left. Then when we were ready my husband hand to get up and find him, by the way, there were only 2 other tables. When the waiter finally came to take our order he just reached over us to grab a napkin to write our order one which was unprofessional to us. Then when I was ordering he misunderstood the type of crust I wanted but when I corrected him he blew out a rude sigh. And the last thing I hated was that he only came to check on us once and didn't offer to refill our empty glasses so my husband had to catch him to get a refill but even then he completely forgot my glass. If I ever go there again I will be taking my food to go. The only reason I gave this place a 3 star rating was because even though the food was great the service was horrible.

Absolute worst pizza place in all of Sumter! Worst place I've ever been to hands-down! Customer service was awful; staff was completely incompetent about their entire menu. When we ordered, we were told 10-15 minutes before it would be ready for pick-up. 75 minutes later it was finally ready. Each item came out individually and about 10 minutes apart from one another, making everything cold and soggy by the time we drove it home (5 minutes down the road). The staff is completely rude when you ask them about the status of your order. When we got the food home, we had ordered an extra cheese for my daughter, who doesn't eat any other kind of pizza. We could barely find the cheese, let alone there was no extra cheese. We also ordered breadsticks with cheese (which costs extra than ordinary breadsticks). Guess what we got? Ordinary bread sticks but for the additional cost charged to us as if they had cheese. Guess that cheese must be invisible again just like on the extra cheese pizza! Save your money and go for quality places in Sumter if you want a good pizza such as Raging Pepperoni!

We ordered 2 pizzas for pick up on Saturday evening. The pizzas were ready when we got there. The cashier even showed me each pizza to make sure it was what I ordered (it was). After I paid another employee offered to carry my pizzas to my car for me (I had my hands full with 2 little ones)!! The pizza was delicious and all the employees we saw were very friendly. We will be back!
