My children and I tried Pita Pit for the 1st time today & they raved about it so much when their dad came home, that we're now ordering it for dinner as well. Our boys are picky eaters & getting them to eat healthy is a task, but they loved this! They also deliver fast & are accurate.

Very disappointing. My friend had a good experience here about a year ago and told me that I needed to eat here when in Florence. I took his advise and had them deliver to my motel. I ordered 4 pita wraps: a local Pita, a Philly, a Souvlaki, and a Buffalo Chicken. Three of us shared each wrap. I was disappointed as each pita had a wet cardboard taste and was bland. The meats had no seasoning and was dry. Honestly I always give places 2 times before I do not go back but my friend had no problem with his and said that that was what they always taste like. Of course my friend grew up eating pre made food from boxes and thinks that hot pockets are a delicacy. So I will trust his tastes no more. By the way the 3 rd person in our party could not finish his and drove to Burger King mad from the experience. For the record he does not like Burger King but not many good food options in Florence.

We stopped here on a road trip and were SO thankful to have an alternative to typical greasy fast-food. The pitas weren't anything crazy exceptional, but having hummus and guac in one place is something to try.

Very good alternative to greasy fast food. I went with 2 small kids and they loved the food too. The place was clean and the service was fast and friendly. My wife and I had chicken pita's (great) and my kids shared the egg breakfast pita (great). We stopped in on route to Florida.

A refreshing change from the usual sub shops. The food is fresh and tasty, the service is fast and friendly, and the building is nice and clean. The prices are fair but I wouldn't call them cheap exactly. This is one of the few places (possibly only) in town that offers falafels, which if you haven't tried them before, please do. They have a wide variety of meat and vegetarian options so you're bound to find something you like here.

The falafel pita was really good. The prime rib pita was remarkably fatty and gristly. The flavor was good but I kept spitting out chunks of crap.

I don't know in what universe anyone would call the bread they use "pita." It's two tortillas attached together by their edges with one side left open. Doesn't look like pita, doesn't have a pita texture, doesn't taste like pita. It's tortillas. And after they stuff these things they roll them up tightly like a wrap. They call it the "Pita Pit." All I can say about that is that it isn't pita... so much not pita that I'd call it straight up false advertising - no ifs, ands or buts about it. Tortillas aren't pita and pita sandwiches aren't rolled up tight like a wrap. Not recommended unless you really want a wrap made with tortillas. And if you do, it's about the most expensive tortilla wrap you'll find.

New treasure in Florence. Pass this place several times a week and decided to take the plunge today. Very clean inside and tables are spaced out for comfort. Did not know what to expect from the menu, but it is very flexible. if you do not want a pita but like a combo, they can transfer it to a salad. Salad is not skimpy. New twist, they grilled the meat on my salad. Nice touch on chilly days. There are daily Pita specials. Check the posted menu. Highly recommend.

The restaurant is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The food is tasty and fresh. The acoustics are poor so when the place fills up it gets noisy fast. You sit outside on the small patio/sidewalk area.
