    I came here for the first time a few days ago and I was nr disappointed. Our server was terrific, she was always asking if we needed something and answered all of the questions we had. She had great recommendations from the menu. Managers also stopped by our table making sure we were enjoying our food and the atmosphere.

    Went last night for the endless shrimp promo and I'll start with the good which was the server and as a former employee at a different red lobster the Regis for the promotion were really slow 10 mins for 5 shrimp for a $19 price I was there over an hour for 30 shrimp not with the money our price....Like I said the server was the only good part.

    My husband and I came here for lunch today. I was pleasantly surprised at the phenomenal service by our waitress Carly. She was very friendly, all smiles, and extremely helpful in our choices. She went the extra mile in service. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch with my husband because of this bright young lady. I hope she gets a raise and the recognition she deserves.

    Love coming here for the fried catfish and drinks. Great place to wine down after a long day of work. You can even watch a little sports while you eat and drink.

    Good food our server was on her game. Had a few drinks the only negative is you should be able to switch out some of the four course meals. Otherwise it was a good night.

    This only gets 3 stars because its a chain restaurant. And coming from NJ I am very familiar with Red Lobster and its menu. I'm mostly impressed with this location because if its decor and how stocked the bar was.. the wait staff isnt the most attentive but the food was better than I had back home and the restaurant was better looking in my opinion than any other RL I've ever been in..... would come back

    Great food. The service was so-so. The waitress asked us if we wanted more biscuits AFTER our meal, and i told her we never got any to begin with. She replied stating "oh i been waiting on them". Their large scallops appeared to be real. Some restaurants give you fake scallops since they are cheaper. It was a bit pricey for the portions, but I would go back.

    I can only rate a chain restaurant based on customer service, atmosphere, and overall experience. The service here was friendly and our food came fast on a Saturday evening... Maybe a little too fast. The biscuits weren't as cheesy as we're used anther the salads were warm (yuck) vs the standard cold plated style they usually are served. This restaurant is also set up different; very open floorplan and the kitchen is open in plain view. That was the first I'd seen this in a Red Lobster. I prefer the traditional floorplan with the dim lights etc... But it was different so some will like it and some not. I felt like the table over was way too close to us almost like we were in eachothers coversation it was a bit awkward. Might as well have joined the tables we were literally an arm's length away. Would I come back? I would probably try another location first rather than returning here.

    Our server, Paul, was outstanding. My husband & I aren't used to getting this level of service at Red Lobster. Our Red Lobster experiences usually are 0-3 star service. Paul was very pleasant and VERY helpful with making the kids feel welcome. He split our salad & brought the girls some tomato & cucumber slices & was very much ahead of the game in keeping our glasses filled & keeping the used plates cleared from the table.

    Our server, Fantasia, will be asked for by name the next time we eat here. She was perfect. I tried the chicken tortilla soup, and Cajun chicken linguini Alfredo. Wow. My wife had the potato bacon soup and shrimp scallop pasta. We each sampled each others meal and agreed this time the restaurant outdid themselves. They were busy, but our excellent waitress Fantasia managed to stay on top of the refills and we even watched her insist on helping Another server that was overwhelmed.

    Well! Usually my family enjoys eating at this chain restaurant. Not the most top notch place but good enough to quench your seafood taste. After being told that we would have a wait of 35 at Olive Garden next door, we decided to come to red lobster. I ask the hostess for a table and we were immediately seated. After about 10 minutes of looking over our menu with no sight of our server, we called over another frantic looking hostess to ask her to send over our server because we had been waiting. She told us that our server was busy with a party of nine and that he would get to us once he was done with that particular party. Of course we felt like this was rude so we asked her to send over a different server so that we could eat. The hostess made a big fuss saying that all of the servers worked hard in this restaurant and that we should have no worries. As I looked around, many of the servers looked unpleasant and avoided out table along with other tables. We asked the hostess to at least fix our drinks since we were 15minutes into our non existent meal. She brought them with a few biscuits and left our table without any more care. As we waited another 10 minutes, we witnessed the bartender get into an altercation with a guest because she didn't know if the two ladies at the bar where together or separate and completely ignored the ladies. Another elderly couple who were ready to leave were repeatedly told that their server was busy and to wait on their check. The manager, a mousy looking guy with glasses came over and have them their bill which was incorrect. Around this time, we had been waiting for 30 minutes for service. We got up from our table and walked over to the bar where the manager was trying to calm down a bar guest about the bartenders attitude. Upon telling him that we were waiting for 30 minutes, he said that there was nothing he could do about our troubles and said that all he could do was bring over a server. 30 minutes later!!!! We were fed up and we left. After seeing three other upset parties we couldn't have wanted to get out of this place any faster! We will never return to this red lobster and will rather drive to a farther away location. Stay away from this one! Poor management and poor wait staff!!!!!

    If I could somehow make this location disappear from If I could somehow make this location disappear from yelp (to get other yelpers to avoid it), I would in a heart beat. My expectations are real low when I come to eat at any Darden Restaurant chain, but dang... I didn't think they could go below that. This all happened a week ago. It's not a good sign when a memory of a bad dining expirience replays in your mind for that long. Our server was great. If I wasn't terrible with names, I would recommend her. She brought out refills just before I would finish my drink, she gave honest opinions about the food, and she was overall a thorough and straightforward server. We were, however, VERY disappointed with the kitchen and how the manager handled our problem. The biscuits didn't come out until we got our entree. So that was a good 15-20min wait, literally, for half a plate of wilted salad. On top of that, it was warm. I don't know if that's normal or not, but I prefer a cool salad. Out of 4 of us, 3 people at my table order some sort of steak/seafood combo. All 3 of them ordered their steaks medium. Two of them came out well done. One of them was medium well. The two well done steak were sent back because they could not be eaten. This restaurant likes to take the defective portion back to kitchen rather than the whole plate. The manager said it was going to be a wait, but we didn't think it would take over 30 minutes (again, literally) for them to cook some steaks till they're medium. Rather than give those two people something to eat while they were waiting (because two lobster strips weighing in at less than 2-3oz and 5 pieces of broccoli is not a legitimate meal), they just let them sit there and wait. When the steaks did come out, they were raw in the middle. RAW. Not rare. I know rare because I eat rare meat. That was raw. I only see meat that color when I'm preparing to cook it. The manager came out and took the two entrees off the bill. It would have been ridiculous if they charged $25 each for half a plate of wilted salad, a roll or two, 5 pieces of broccoli, and 2 strips meat from one of the legs of the lobster. Manager was new to her position by the way. The only thing the kitchen is great at is spreading your food all over to cover the plate. Unfortunately, that allows flavors from different items to touch and flavors to mix so that stunt takes away from appearance and taste. This was a 2.5 hr experience. They could have handled this mess a lot better. I recommend OSI restaurants becuase they FEED you while your wait for them to fix THEIR MISTAKE. They would have received 3 stars for a edible, but not memorable, meal from me if they didn't hire incompetent people.
